I met Dr. Helene years ago.. she treated me for something simple but the way she took time to assess me, my problem, and listen to my concerns about treatment options stuck with me and I kept in touch! I work on the ocean and ever since then, she’s been my savior when issues arise with myself or my crew while we’re out to sea. I highly recommend her telehealth service! Dr. Nau is one of the most caring and knowledgeable NPs I have ever encountered. From prevention to treatment she is driven by her understanding that the patient is ultimately the expert in their own body and health and through that she comes up with holistic and innovative ideas to help me stay healthy. At least thats my experience. She is creative in her approach to health and doesnt limit her methods to just the tried and true. I always feel like she is going to look just a little further to make sure that whatever ails me, she did all the work and research to make sure I am ok. You cant hope for better from your healthcare practitioner. I trust her. Period.

Helene has been taking care of making sure I am in the best shape I can be. As an athlete and a physical therapist I believe in natural medicine and supplementation with the right vitamins, minerals and amino acids. She has been caring for my wellbeing for over 5 years now! Being healthy with Helene is transparent, she tells you what to expect, works with you to help you reach your goals. She does not take excuses and is straight to the point. Wow...just wow. I honestly don’t know where to start. Helen has given me life with her IV cocktails. I’ve had a lack of energy for the past few months and ever since I started working with Helen I’ve experienced a boost in energy, awareness, and recovery. As a Personal Trainer and Rehab Technician, I stay physically active throughout the week and it takes me a while to recover. With the help of her vitamins, I’ve not only been able to help myself but also be mentally and physically equipped to help the clients at both of my jobs. Helen is heaven sent!
