Jessica was amazing! Very kind, helpful, and accommodating. I scheduled an appointment with the Willowbrook location and they sent me to the 290/1960 location because I have small veins. Jessica successfully drew my blood (one poke, no pain) and talked me through the process. Thank you so much!!

The online scheduling option from the website was not straightforward since my specific allergy test wasn’t listed. But I called and was able to schedule the appointment without a problem. The location is easy to find and with an appointment, there was no wait.I was told FedEx picks up from the lab after 3pm, so I’m glad I was able to get an appointment at 2pm for same day service.

Great place, nice and clean, I set an appointment over the phone before I went in. Was a few minutes late and they helped me out as soon as possible. I waited a max of maybe 7 minutes and they were calling me back to get my blood drawn. Very respectful and understanding. I didn’t know any of the specifics of drawing blood so they answered all the questions I had and then some. Results come back in 1/2 business days so I can confidently say that this place is the place you wanna go for a decent Lab test if you need one.

My experience at Any Lab Test Now went very well. I booked an appointment for lab work at ease, and you have the option to pay online or at the site. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted well, and check-in was easy. The lab drawing was easy and did not hurt at all. This place met my expectations. Ill definitely be back for future lab work.

I have itty bitty veins and Vincent, Joanna, and Jaylah actually managed to get blood out of my arm within two tries (which is rare), without making me uncomfortable, they were so nice and sweet! Again, very rare for me to get blood out of my veins and they made it seamless! Would definitely go back again to get any lab/bloodwork done!

Helpful and friendly staff greeted me as I walked in the door. This place is very clean and well organized. They gave me lab results in a very quick turnaround. I was very impressed by the professionalism and service offered here. It is small in size but they have a very efficient operation. I would definitely recommend to anyone that needs quick lab results.

I just want to say big shout-out to Vincent who helped us on a Saturday. Husband and I had to get a few items done and he was very kind, informative, and efficient. He was solo on a Saturday with a few folks waiting. Yet he still acknowledge everyone who walked in through the door. He has excellent customer service and great at his technical skills. Thank you!

I came here to get blood work done and i have an intense fear of needles, and pass out every time. Thankfully, they have a bed in the back to make it easier, and took very good care of me the whole time. She took her time to make sure I wouldnt feel anything (no pain!) And was very nice about it! Talked to me too, to distract me. Overall very great experience! They dont take insurance but it was worth the price to get excellent service that i dont get at other places.

Great place! My appointment was at 2, I was out at 2:09. Very fast, Jessica was super pleasant to chat with! Im usually a hard stick but she got it first try. Definitely the best place to get your bloodwork done.

There was no wait. I had to fast and they offered me water and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The ladies were very professional. She got me on the first stick which is a blessing. I will definitely come back for my next labs.

I’m astounded that I was in and out in 10 minutes even including filling out consent forms. The staff even graciously engaged my 8 yr old who had many questions and thoughts about the blood draw process.

I always have a great experience with Any Lab Test Now Northwest (77065) location. Staff is super friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I choose to use them for my quarterly lab blood draws instead of using a home service that is offered by Natera, as well as some personal testing I want done (such as a comprehensive Thyroid test panel). Highly recommend!

Ive been using this location for over a year and I have to say hands down. Its the best in Houston always friendly always courteous very knowledgeable handle every situation would love and care. I actually enjoy going here. Such a great team. Definitely a 6 star!

The girl was supposed to draw my blood was rude! She asked me which arm I prefer, and I said right arm, after tying the tourniquet she said your vein is too small let me try your left arm. Since I know my body and I know my veins, I told her my left arm’s veins are even smaller you can’t even see it with tourniquet. With a serious mean tone she said” it’s not about what you see it’s about what you feel!” I told her I completely know what it is about I’m a nurse but I know my right arm is better. She said” it’s ok that you are a nurse but now you are sitting here and I do it! I told her please try my right arm I know it has better veins. She said” you know what I’m just not gonna do it and she left! Very rude and very unprofessional! The receptionist came and did it on my right arm ( she was very nice) any way I won’t come back and I do not recommend this place!

Excellent customer service and kind ladies at the front and the phlebotomist that drew my blood. They saved me $99 versus Quest/Labcorp and it was drama free unlike my issues with labcorp on 290 frwy. I also communicated thru email with a live person quickly and she gave me pricing when I scanned my lab orders and she got me in that day.They do allergy, sleep, skin and other test without lab orders from a doctor!!I wish I knew of them before! Glad I found them.

I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with the staff. I have a vasovagal response to needles, which means I faint! It’s scary and embarrassing and nothing I can do to stop it. So of course I fainted! The girls took great care of me and were so comforting and sweet. They did everything they could to make the process easy on me, keep me safe, and ease my fears.

This place has quick results for gender reveals (2-4 days) and they were so kind, it made the experience fast paced, positive, and comfortable. I recommend they to anyone that’s wanting tests done, they were fantastic!

It may have helped that I looked online about the pricing and what test I wanted to be done. When I got there it was a lot smoother process than I was thinking it was going to be. I had no wait time and was in an out (with doing the paperwork online) in less than 10 minutes! All the staff that I encountered were efficient and professional!

This location has always been quick and easy for anything needed. They offer the b12 injections (The methyl version) which is the best and safest. Highly recommend.

I love the staff! I have used this clinic for all kinds of reasons. In between heath coverage I’ve tracked my thyroid levels. I’ve taken drug tests for employment, and I’m glad to have Any Lab to assist me in accomplishing good health when I track hormone levels doctors refuse to track .

Great service, friendly ladies. I didn’t feel a thing when getting my blood work done. And they treated my husband with so much respect (he was about to pass out) and they helped him as much as they could.

The facility was clean and well lit. The staff was polite and professional. They were fully prepared for us when we arrived and quickly obtained the sample they needed. The results were delivered as promised and on time. We will definitely use them again in the future.

We had a wonderful experience. From setting the appointment to the actual blood draw everyone was very accommodating. My son is deathly afraid of needles and they were so patient with him and put him at ease completely.

I’ve had my blood drawn a lot of times in my life but never had someone do it so effortlessly like Erica. You are definitely good at what you do. I was literally in and out in under 5 minutes and it was a very pleasant experience. Will be returning for other labs to be done.

I loved my visit to Any Lab Test Now.My appointment was set for 9am. I came in maybe 15 min early. I was greeted by Shawn at the desk. She was very polite and had me fill out a patient form. I was immediately sent over to get my blood test done with Jennifer who is very sweet and handle my nervousness perfectly. Both ladies made me feel comfortable and made my experience here very enjoyable. I made it out at 9am on the dot.

This was my first time using Any Lab Test Now, and I had a good experience. The process was really quick and easy, I received my results really quickly, and the people who work there are nice. The best time to go is in the morning; I had an appointment but it honestly wasnt needed. I will come here again if I need anything else done.

Had an appointment set up for Friday morning at the Katy location. When I got there the office was completely closed locked up lights out. Frustrating as it was because I went to this location on the recommendation of a potential employer. I was going to give one star. However I ended up calling any Lab customer service, they advised me that the voucher was good at any any lab location. I ended up going to the location off of 1960. The location was open, thank god. I was in and out. The work is there were great. So three stars. However my three stars are no reflection on the people at the 1960 location. They get five stars.

I always have trouble getting my.blood drawn as my veins dont cpoperate lol. Everyone here was very patient and extremely professional. Would definitely recommend.

I am not from the act-Fair area (or TX for that matter), I’d made several calls for two days that ended in frustration while trying to find a location to do lab work completed for medical clearance.I was happy that I found this place, the staff was so pleasant and professional, the lab is extremely clean and well kept (as it should be) and the prices are excellent! If anyone needs to get lab work done for federal employment and does not have a PCP in this area, I’d highly suggest coming here to the Cy-Fair location.

It was easy to select and register for the lab test I needed for travel. I arrived on time and was processed and tested within 10 minutes. Results arrived via email in 30 minutes. I would definitely use them again.

Went in for my first B12 yvette and dianne were so accommodating got me in and out in less than 5 min! Will be coming back for more.

It was a quick, professional, & positive experience. Scheduled an appointment for 12:30pm. Arrived on time. Was taken immediately. Did the tests. All done in 15 min. Workers were friendly.

They never sent my (negative) results to the job I applied for. Its been over 2 weeks and I didnt get the job because they were waiting on the results. I got an email that they were sending results, but it was never received. Businesses- do not use this lab.

Theres one lady who has a covering on her head in this laboratory that doesnt know the value of hospitality towards her customer. After I finished my drug test that I sit down for a while and she told me, what can I do for you Sir? And I said, I just did my drug test and just give me a couple of minutes... It seems she wants me to leave immediately. My first time to encounter such a laboratory associate. I dont like that kind of approach esp. when youre customer is just sitting on the waiting area and show him/her that youre not allowed to sit after you are done with your appointment.

The place is not doing proper Blood work. i did thyroid blood work and results were not correct. also i have to call several Times for the report. SO PLEASE BE AWARE and do not go to this place for blood work. i already wasted my $79 for the blood work.

The staff was friendly & welcoming no wait time at all I was very surprised.

I was referred to this location to do some blood drawn for my 2 yr old child. Erica was amazing; I was extremely nervous and thought it was going to be a long process, but she was very informative and she did very well with my child he did not even cry unlike when we had to get blood work done from quest.

I came in for an important test with the assumption that I would get my results back within the stated timeframe but that is yet to be delivered to me. I’m going with any lab that is open for more than 4 hours on the weekend and open on Sundays. If you can not deliver the results before closing for nearing 2 days, don’t offer testing close to the weekend with the false hope of getting results back within 24 hours, just eliminate that false hope now.

My mom went in to get blood work done and Erica was nice and friendly. She answered all my mother’s questions and just made her feel very comfortable.

I was told I could go any time the location closed at 6 I got there at 5. They told me that they will not pull my blood.There are answers as 2. Why was because FedEx had already picked up period why was I not informed?

Very disappointed, i called and made an appointment an hour before hand. I left my house which was 20 minutes away. I walk in (on time) to be told they are closed due to weather which I obviously understand but you should call people who have made appointments and let them know before they waste their time and gas..

This was my 3rd lab testing place to go to get a cardio ion kit completed after trying Lab corp and Quest with no success. Jamie greeted me with a smile and patiently examined my kit. This is a pretty complicated testing but she handled it with complete competence and made it a breeze for me. Thanks to Jamie!! I will use her exclusively for any other lab work I need.

Be careful before coming to this location. The site of the blood draw is bruised and covers a large portion of my inner elbow 8 days after. It is so unsightly and taking longer then I thought to heal. I have never had this happen before to me and I have had multiple blood draws prior to this experience. Pictures attached are 8 days after my visit.

The worst place ever!!!! I wouldnt recommend paying your money to get any testing done here there hours are not conducive to getting the results back with in time frames.. And they are very unprofessional wanting to recharge due to there short days and hours. In general the staff is so unprofessional you can hear them gossiping about Management in the lobby. Find somewhere with more quality.

Been coming to this location for a few years. It has only gotten better over time. Normally less than a 10min wait (or none) to get my test done! FedEx picks up early here (before 3pm sometimes) so if you need samples or results shipped, come before 11:30a so you avoid the lunch crunch.

We did a paternity test here and it was wrong we had to spend another 200$ for a blood test at another place to straighten out all of the chaos this place caused ...It broke up a familyI would not recommend this place at all
