Any Lab Test Now

The Holcombe location is horrible. The First tech could not draw my blood so she asked another tech for help to draw blood. I was poked with a needle in each arm! I waited four days and had no results. I called the location and the tech informed me that I had to come back in and re-draw blood. I asked what happened to the blood that was drawn. No one could give me an answer. I Drove back to the location and requested a refund. I was not risking the same thing happening with my blood or arm again. This experience has been a huge inconvenience! I don’t feel the incident was handled correctly or professionally. It is not the cleanest place also. I would not recommend patronizing this location.

Easy to schedule an appointment online. Staff on site were friendly and professional. In and out for blood work less than 15 minutes. Place was very clean as well. Would recommend to anyone.

Quick, easy. I do blood work 3-4x a year to make sure my health is on point. This was one of my best experiences. Will be using again!

My appointment was easily scheduled over the phone. The staff (two nice ladies who opened up) were super nice and fast and went the extra mile. I was in and out and I never even felt the stick for my blood draw! Excellent customer service!

The person that booked my appointment I didn’t catch his name but he did say he was in Georgia, he was very rude and made multiple slick comments like “you don’t know the address to the number you called” when asked about location his entire tone and demeanor was negative and rude and I have never experienced such lack of professionalism and disrespect. But the ladies at the actual office were very nice and respectful but my experience prior to meeting them on the phone with this man was very unpleasant.

Had a great experience. It was quick & easy. The girl taking my blood made me feel comfortable. I usually get light headed, but felt fine this time. It was the Second time I’ve been & have always had a pleasant experience. I also got my lab results in less than 24 hours!

Staff was kind and courteous. Was able to provide a blood sample quickly and my results came back in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.

Ive never had a bad experience at any location. I think everyone has great personalities. There are a lot of students Ive never a bad experience with then either. I think the draw itself sometimes might need a little practice but that comes with time. I enjoy going to these places as I order what I need and get results quickly.

Very quick and friendly service

Booked a TB skin test online and was able to pay in person on the day of my appointment. Janice was the one who care of me she was very nice and gentle when sticking the needle in my arm.

The place is extremely clean, the staff is very friendly and answer any questions you may have. I had blood work done and was very fast, easy and painless.

We had all five in our family tested. Their staff was kind, courteous, patient and more importantly, professional and accurate. Our 11 year old almost passed out. Their experience led them to not panic, explain how to make him feel better and it all worked out well. We were in and out quickly and got results quickly as well. If you have to get blood drawn, this is a great place to have it done.

It was a pretty good facility! The personnel were friendly, they were quick about taking the samples, overall a pretty good experience. Only caveat is my vain looked kind of gnarly afterwards but that happens i guess. Will definitely use again if I need tests run, better than trying to go through PCP.

Its an okay clinic. No major complaints, it was tough to confirm appointment, and get in touch with someone through the phone. Even upon entering there, there was a confusion with the online payment and appointment. Not very well organized. But apart from that, no issues. My test results came in right on time.Matthew did my blood test and he was excellent. He was very patient with me and quite friendly and professional. Thats why Im giving this place 4 stars.

Holcombe and Greenbriar Location- The technician was wonderful, sweet, fast and proficient… If you make your appointment online, fill out consent and pay online before arrival, you will be in and out in less than 10 min…Thank you for making it so easy. Blessings.

UPDATE 8/28/23 Three more visits since 12/22, same great treatment, in/out 20 min, draw on Th results back Mon.UPDATE 12/13/22: Went in last week for 6 tests. All new staff from my last visit, but no problem. Same efficient check-in, painless blood draw. One person ahead of me, still in and out in 25 minutes. It did take a little longer than usual to get my results,got back in 5 business days. When I first started going here the basic tests like CBC, CMP, Lipid have got back in 2-3 days, more exotic ones can take a little longer.UPDATE 7/31/22: Three more visits since last review. Same quick in and out, painless draws, friendly and efficient staff. Turnaround result time varied depending on the test, 2-5 days. FYI, tests (not all done every time) included: CMP,CBC, DHT, Testosterone, Thyroid, insulin. DHT took the longest to get back.UPDATE 12/29/21 Same friendly, efficient service, pretty much painless blood draw, in and out in 15 minutes. Took longer than usual to get my results back, usually 2-3 days, this time took six days, but that included a holiday.UPDATE: 6/28/21. In today for lab work around mid-morning, was the only client and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. This is pretty much the norm now that I am in their computer. I am a little surprised about some of the negative comments, although I can understand the late opening complaints given Houston traffic. I always go mid morning or mid afternoon, so not a problem for me. I have had blood work done here over 20 times in the last 4 years, I have never had a problem of any type. Depending on the test some results back the next day by email, most in 2-3 business days. I think once it might have taken 5 days. Sadly, wonderful Maria who has been there from my first visit on is moving to another location, but I have had blood draws from the other two techs there now (Reyna? Matthew?) and both are very competent and have done essentially painless draws (I will say that I have very prominent veins, I am a phlebotomists dream).UPDATE: Three visits since my last review, confirm my five star rating. In and out in 20 minutes both times. Note, I go weekday mid morning, and was the only client. You may have to wait longer if there are people in front of you, but last 3 times there were at least two staff members, so one can be handling the paperwork while the other is doing blood draws.UPDATE - Taking to 5 stars. Two visits since my last review, both times in and out in 10 minutes, same friendly and efficient staff, painless stick by Maria. Unlike my initial visit many years ago, on my recent visits they have had a second staff member there to help Maria, so if she is busy handling a patient, her assistant can get the paperwork done, reducing waiting time (which was never much of a problem even during single staffing - I have never been in there more than 25 minutes, and have been there at least 20 times).UPDATE- two visits over the last two months basically confirm my prior review. Wonderful staff, very nice facility, pricing a little high. Maria, the current chief person is very personable and great with a stick (for blood work). Recently they had someone helping her who did my stick (blood) and was also good (painless). Both times in and out in 15 minutes, results back quickly by email. Pricing has gotten a bit more competitive since my initial review. PRIOR REVIEW: This facility gets 5 stars for the staff and 1 star for pricing. I have had some basic blood work done here a couple of times. The facility is very nice, and every staff member has been friendly and highly competent. I have always been in and out in about 10 minutes. Results come back quickly by email. However their pricing is high compared to some other facilities providing the same services, (compare with Your Health Lab). However, their facility is the closest to my home, the staff is wonderful, and for the less expensive tests, I have been willing to pay the premiums they charge. Multiple, or more expensive tests, I make the drive elsewhere.

This was the best experience having my blood drawn. The MA was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. I will return for any lab work in the future!

Friendly efficient competent staff. I have small veins which can be hard to draw blood from, and the technician had no trouble at all. A painless safe process.

The lab where the sample is taken (the store front) was great. Personnel were pleasant and professional. Very little wait.So top grades for the customer interface.However the actual test performed was not the test I requested and not the one that should be used for the information I was looking for.I could not explain to the person at the “store front” or his boss at a central place that it was the incorrect test.Great place for easy straightforward tests but anything requiring some medical knowledge or biochemistry knowledge would probably be best handled at a doctor or someplace with medical staff in the line of command.

Everyone was nice but I was stuck 3 times before blood was drawn. The lady said she was new and still afraid of hurting people. I get it totally, but it is more uncomfortable to be stuck more than once when you have visible veins. lol

I would highly recommend this location and staff! They were patient with me and I was in and out in about 15-20 minutes. I came in for TDAP/TSpot test for nursing school on Wednesday and I got the results by Friday (the deadline for immunizations). So grateful for them! Thank you guys again!

Why couldnt I get a copy of my tb test for my personal records? And I had to waste my time for them to call the employer very unnecessary when I showed my id just stupid Concerta would never.

I’ve been to this lab twice first thing in the morning, and both times the person responsible for opening has been more than 15 minutes late. Yesterday she said she was “caught in traffic”, but she sure had time to stop for breakfast and coffee (which she was carrying as she walked up to the building). Very unprofessional. The lab tech, on the other hand, was lovely and professional. (This is the medical center office in Houston.)

The Tech was very awesome!!! She went above and beyond to help me. She deserves a huge raise!!! Thanks again wonderful lady!!!

8/30/22 UPDATE TO REVIEW:Erum Partida, at Any Lab Test Now (ALTN), phoned to discuss the concerns I brought up in my Google review (below). We talked about the cause of my low review (the ALTN techs listening to the Pharmacists instructions instead of following my doctors written prescription orders), and she addressed my concerns satisfactorily. Ms. Partidas respectful handling of the matter and desire to address the issues caused me to change my Google review from a 1-star to a 4-star review based upon her compassionate customer service response and her ability to resolve the matter. Im hoping my next visit to Any Lab Test Now will motivate me to give a 5-star review for their service. Thanks again for helping me out Ms. Partida!******************************************************************Per my doctor’s WRITTEN prescription instructions (NOT the pharmacy’s oral instructions!), the ALTN tech who drew my blood was supposed to use five, 10ml red top tubes, NOT five, 5ml red top tubes. I questioned her about it, but she told me I was wrong, and that the pharmacy was correct (not true!). Consequently, the ALTN tech did not draw enough blood so the quantity of autologous serum eyedrops the pharmacy made from my blood was WAY less than anticipated. I tried several times to question the ALTN tech about the size of the tubes she was using but she kept arguing with me. I’ve had these eyedrops made for 8 years so I know how much blood needs to be drawn — on top of which — my physician’s prescription was written correctly so ultimately she should have followed HIS written instructions, not the oral instructions from the pharmacy. Not a very great experience at ALTN this time…

Wasnt as expensive to get a blood test done for confirmation of pregnancy as at a hospital. Was going to cost between 80 and 300$ out of pocket at the hospital. I paid 49$ here. The lady was super nice and I didnt have to wait. Just filled out a short document.

I have never hurt this much in my life time when give a blood. I stop by to give a blood for a test that our company developing. There was lady named Maria did the blood work. It hurts so much. Instead picking the main blood vein she take the blood from one of the one on the fork. It hurted me so much. I was about to cry but I did not want to damage my manhood.Pros: convenient location, fast service, friendly front desk receptionist.Cons: it hurts to too much that would test your patients. Look at the photo this is after two days.

Ive used this location for B12 shots many times and Ive also had a couple of blood tests done here. Ive been very pleased every time. Highly recommend.

There really disorganized and have you waiting for an hour, I was there and had an appointment and they where taking people without appointments before me got me a little frustrated. And to add on that the lady in the front desk was super late there was only one guy there and he didn’t even know when she was going to come.

They sent me lab results of another patient : different name and DOB.HIPPA violation .No response from Medical Center location .Escalated to Corporate.
