Any Lab Test Now

I was advised this morning by my employer that I need to go take a trip and that happened at work. I got online and set an appointment for 1230 at this location. Paid my fees online as well as filled out all the proper paperwork so when I walked in, I could immediately take the test and go back to work when I arrive. There was a note on the door saying this location is closed from 12 to 1 for lunch. I was able to knock on the door and speak to somebody Who told me she was new here and that there was nobody there that can help me and there was another location 15 minutes of the street that is open that they do not close for lunch and they should not be busy when I asked her if she could call that location and make sure they can see me when I arrive so it doesn’t look like I’m altering my drug screening test by taking more time to get it done. She said I don’t have the number I said is there anyway that we could collectively verify that when I get there I can walk in and take the test she said no I don’t have the number and then close the door on me and locked it. There are many many drug testing places across the city of Houston that are about the same price if you’re planning on needing a drug test in a timely manner do not set an appointment for this location for many reasons for one they’re not transparent about the times, they are closed and will allow you to set an appointment for the time they are closed and two you have to do with somebody who ad You to go somewhere else without any relevant information and won’t even assist you in insuring that when you show up an appointment can be set

Hours on door state open Saturday 10:00AM-2:00PM. They are apparently closed on Saturdays. I was not informed of this after telling staff I would be back on Saturday to get results read

I am on my second package for B-12 shots and Maria is very professional and gets me in and out quickly! The previous staff was not very polite. Thank you Maria and keep up the great work, much appreciated!

The lady at the front desk and the lady who drew my blood were both very friendly. They made sure to answer any questions I had thoroughly and they made me feel comfortable in what’s usually an anxious environment for some. The process took less than 10 min. Great experience overall.

I definitely recommend this place, everything was perfect. Since I visited their website I got all the information I needed. Here they answer the phone and answer your questions compared to other places that have a purely automated system where you cant talk to anyone. The girls in front are super friendly and attentive, they made sure I was fine throughout the entire process since my order was big.

HCG took over 48 hours. I do not recommend this place at all. No sense of urgency or care other than getting your money. The guy who stuck me was also very annoying because even though he used a 23 gauge needle, it hurt so much!

Didn’t quite catch her name, but she was in-front of the desk then continue to take my blood work. She checked me in, she took my payment and did my blood drawn all under 10 minutes. I had my son with me and was extremely nice to the both of us! Extremely recommend this location thanks to her :)

Stopped by yesterday afternoon for a blood draw. I was assisted by Liz she was very friendly and sweet. She really helped calm my nerves. Overall experience was great and was in and out theres no long wait time.

Came in at 2:40 for an appointment and the girl in the front was super nice and made me feel comfortable even tho I am terrified of needles and was shaking lol but I didn’t feel pain and my mother and me had a wonderful conversation with her about me having my first baby thank you 🙏🏻

Wry easy to create an appointment and close to home. It was fairly easy to come in and the from desk were very nice to me and there was no wait time. I received my result through email and very easy to read. I would be coming back here if need be.

‼️ DO NOT GO HERE ‼️ I went here for a TB test to be done. I scheduled an appointment in advanced before going in and was prepared beforehand with all my paperwork, etc. Later, I walked in and tried to check myself out at the front desk, and was told that they FORGOT my appointment and to “just come back tomorrow”, I also showed proof that I did schedule an appointment. I am extremely upset at how lightly this was taken, as I drove here with the last bit of my gas money. I do not live close to this area.It is unacceptable at how the lack of empathy and understanding there is in this establishment. It was also not very busy at that moment. This is not professional and I felt like I was not the top priority here. Again, ‼️ DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL ‼️❤️ P.S. - if you are the front desk lady from today, you absolutely stink and I can see your grey hairs closely. Your wrinkle lines are disastrous, and you need to look the part of your job! If you’re going to be a forgetful b$tch, at least look cute so it’s excusable, fatty.

Phone experience was good. First initial contact with front desk worker before she had to leave was okay. Afterwards, the person who assisted me beyond that need an attitude adjustment. Not sure what her issue was, and I definitely didn’t have a problem with returning her energy back to her and letting her know how she wasn’t going to treat me! But because of her, I won’t be returning to this location.

Everybody is so nice but today I was in for a pregnancy blood test.. I was sharing with the girl that this is my 3rd ivf transfer and hopefully this is it for us. She said your trying to have kids Im trying to not have anymore kids. Wow. So insensitive.

They were so kind and gentle and they walked me through everything. I felt like they knew exactly what they were doing and made sure that I knew what was going on at all times! And it was very quick as well I definitely recommend this place!!

First time there and the lady was very kind & patient with me!!

I called over the phone to confirm I am able to come in for a test. I was told I will be good to come and there was no wait. I drove 50 minutes just to be told that she thought I would be able to test. I spoke with a Hispanic female. Bad service

Follow-up - Ill still go there - the phlebotomist is still amazing, but over a week later, and my Dr. still had not received the results and had to call to get them faxed before my follow-up appt. Dropping from 5 stars to 4.Best blood work experience ever! The phlebotomist is amazing. Barely even felt the stick. Will only go there from now on and if the group moves her - Ill follow.

I went there the other day to have a blood draw for a kit that was sent to me by my doctor. The kit was missing the blood viles needed. The manager called the company who made the kit and asked for the correct viles needed and the exact procedure. They did the draw perfectly and then offered to send out the kit for me at the end of the day to the FedEx next door so it could remain cold in their freezer. What incredible service! They were thoughtful, through and careful. I would highly recommend them.

I had a quick and easy experience. Customer service was excellent, with clear communication and directions. Since I signed all the consent forms online, I was in and out of the office. I paid before taking my test. Good option.

The process was quick and easy. I signed my consents online, I walked in paid for my services and was taken back to have my labs drawn. The process was painless and quick. The clinician was nice and smiling. I received my results the next morning. I definitely would go again.

Christina was the best! From the first time I went in for labs, her friendly and professional demeanor was awesome! I Had bloodwork drawn, and realized the next day, I had needed to also have another lab pulled and so I went back. Unfortunately, I have poor veins, and had to come back the next day! I came in for hair follicle testing and the tech took just enough for testing and I cant even notice where she took it! I went on my lunch break and they had me in and out and informed me of the process in no time.

I came to any lab for my pre employment drug screening and was assisted by Liz. She made my experience there pleasant. She was very sweet and helpful and took the time to explain the process to me.

I’m starting to think that being miserable/unprofessional is a requirement for this establishment. The 1960 location is the same way. I had an appointment at 8:30. I got to this location and the doors were locked and no lights were on. I proceeded to wait outside for 20 minutes. Another car pulls up and I’m assuming it’s a customer because she waited in her car and did not get out. I’m getting frustrated because I need to go to work and be professional like normal people do if they want to stay employed. Another car pulls up around 8:50 and it’s an employee with black scrubs. She opens the door and acts like she’s not late and that I haven’t been waiting for my appointment that was at 8:30. The other car that I thought was a customer was another employee. That lady that was waiting in her car saw me frustrated and did not once tell me her front desk lady was running late. There were no apologies at all. I know things happen, but at least apologize for being late and be kind about it. I wouldn’t have been so upset if I didn’t have a job to go to afterwards and didn’t have a scheduled appointment. If I was late and treated my customers like that I would be fired. Do. Your. Job.

Despite the circumstances that have got me visiting this place frequently over the past few months, the ladies in house have made it a great experience for me! I’m greeted with awesome personalities as soon as I walk in, they make it quick and easy for me all while making me feel like more than just a number to themthrough the process! They also decorated for Halloween so that’s an extra star in my book any day!

I overheard how rude the male receptionist was to my daughter in law when she had a question about insurance. He told he “oh I can tell you are gonna be one of those who get exited” when she was perfectly calm and polite. Followed up by “you are confused, it would be best if you didn’t make an appointment”. This guy is an embarrassment to your company.

I had the nicest person attending me. She was very comforting and understanding. I will for sure be coming back for future tests.I wish I knew the name of the person that attended me so I could give them a special shout out. However this was the 249 location.

Wonderful service! The lady on the phone was very kind and helpful.Not only that, when I went in Monica was wonderful. I have horrible veins. She was very patient and actually managed to tap a vein that hasnt been done in over 20 years! And it hardly hurt. I had to look down to see if she got it. It doesnt even hurt now, hours later.I will definitely be going back. They were great and the Noodle House next door looked interesting.Thank you!Edit: I have gone every year for my blood test and prices continue to drop. Now they are half what I was paying at the other guys. Not only that, Im a tricky stick and they always get me on the first try. Id suggest them to anyone.Years later edit: still love these guys. Great sticks, results in a day, very reasonable prices.Yet another year gone by: super easy stick, wonderful people, quick results. Wonderful prices I actually paid $30 less than what they had on the website.

I am not sure how this establishment has any good reviews, or if they just hired bad staff recently. My sister is pregnant, called this establishment with a few simple questions, and was told by a male receptionist that she was “getting excited” and “confused”, and therefore “shouldn’t make an appointment” with them. She’s pregnant and trying to make sure her child is okay. This establishment needs to do better.

We arrived early for a DNA test for my mother in law due to her being nervous. Christina was very friendly and kind. Loved the way she treated the previous customers son (Autistic) they were also pleased with her. Christina is very professional.

She’s so friendly and always asks about my day when I come here and we chat a bit when it’s not busy. She takes the time to get to know her regulars and is always friendly with everyone. I went to the Lab facility at Willowbrook in NW Houston. The two staffers there were very courteous and helpful in getting my paperwork and blood draw done. The technician who drew the blood was excellent. I get tests done several times a year and this is the first time in a while that I didnt end up with a bruise. Finally, the cost was very reasonable and the doctor and I got my results by email in less the 24 hours. I highly recommend them for anyone needing lab work.

Christina was friendly and professional. She answered all my questions and made me comfortable while getting my testing done. She was not only helpful to me but I witnessed her extend the courtesy to other consumers as the came into the lab. I highly recommend this place for all of your lab needs!

Im there every few months and the ladies there are first class. They address me by name when I come in and are always very attentive and respectful to my needs. Other locations could learn from Sadie and Christina. Couldnt imagine going anywhere else!

Came in to this location to get a b12 shot I was in and out on a timely fashion. Front desk greeted me with a smile and offer me a b12 pkg. back office Ms Christina was clean, polite and injection was painless. Would be coming back every 2 weeks as recommended.

Cristina was the phlebotomist that took care of me today. She made me feel very comfortable while she was doing the procedure. Also knowing that she had over a ten year experience gave me that extra bust that I needed to made me feel comfortable. This was my first time at Any Lab Test I will definitely be going back.

Quest Diagnostics was charging me almost $500. For some lab works. I came here and I saved almost $400. The two ladies that were there were very polite, professional and kind.My GOD, there is hopeI thought to myself, I highly recommend this lab. Youll save some good money and yoully get good customer service.

Christina and Erica were extremely helpful. Im a person whom would be considered a hard stick, but Christina was able to find the vein and not leave bruising after 1 poke, which was a miracle for me. They usually have to do 3 to 4 pokes before getting enough blood. I really needed my TB results asap, and both made sure to call the lab and send them to me without delay. I really appreciate their helpfulness and would recommend this location in a heartbeat. I will definitely come back should the need arise once more.

I arrived to Any Lab Test facility in Willowbrook and as I walked in, I was welcomed by Christina who gave me excellent service. She made it plain and simple. She provided me with great instructions for my drug test and as you know it quick and easy.

I went to go get a drug test done at this location twice already and both tests were cancelled due to mistakes they kept making. Now I’m running the risk in delaying my clinical rotations. The staff is nice and the process is simple but it seems like they don’t know what they’re doing. I’m never going here again or recommending this location to anybody.

I was a walk in with no appt. & was in & out in less than 15 min. The girls were super friendly & courteous. Cost wise was pretty average. Theres cheaper places, but this location is very close to home, so I went there. Overall, a great experience!

I ordered a 5 panel drug test just for personal knowledge and the first question I got asked if I was there for probation. I felt like I was being judged.

After sitting on hold waiting for Customer Service for over 49 mins, I decided to drive over to the location where I wanted to confirm my appt. I walked in and was greeted by Zeydi and her smile and Christina, that would handle my test. She was quick and explained the process to me very effectively. Ladies shout out to you, Any Lab Test Now, should be happy to have you. The Customer Service Department needs help, by the way when you select the option to request a callback the phone line will disconnect. So 5 star to ladies at the office and 0 stars for customer service call center.

Erica is very helpful, kind, funny and gorgeous but most importantly she never misses the vein. Ive always gotten my results the next day via email and highly recommend this location.

I had a great experience! I had to take a blood test and get really freaked out by needles. The nurse that was with me was very gentle and helped me stay calm and distracted while she was taking my blood which I really appreciated!

Erica was at the Willowbrook location by herself today and she is a SHINING STAR! She was getting everyone signed in, doing all the testing and did it all professionally, with courtesy and poise. She was very kind in taking my blood, as I needed additional hydration and was careful to insert the needle into my arm and draw blood with care. There were TEN people waiting in line and she did a great job in managing the office BY HERSELF and accommodating all of her patients. Even though she is capable of doing it all by herself, Any Lab Test Now Mgmt. should send her another person to assist to make things a bit easier on her. She definitely deserves a FIVE STAR rating and I cannot reiterate how much I appreciate her and her professionalism through the lab test process. Highly recommend her! Thank you, Erica!

Worst experience ever. These guys failed to follow procedure established by Federal law in regards to time-sensitive samples and testing - they just forgot about wet signature. Ridiculous. And what made me super disappointed - nobody even tried to help us to resolve the issue they created. They never returned my phone calls, never transferred to a supervisor, a girl even hang up on me! The poorest quality of service.

Awful experience, bad experience!!!!!!they gave me my test results with some incorrect personal information, till now ( 2weeks after!) they cant correct the results paper. that rude behind desk lady said it would need a couple days so they can receive the accurate document by email!!!! Imagine that only one an email needs form those people a days as wait time to travel from Austin to Houston!!! I think she thinks that we still living in the middle Ages!!! They speed up their process only when that want the money from you. After they get their money, they will ignore you, they dont care about your lab needs. I called them and their customer service five time but no body want to help and explain why all that delay!!!! after 10 days till moment I havent get my correct results!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and I know now that Im not going to get them because they such an idiot non-professional people!!!!They really rude people. And their lab is very dirty, do not waste your time and money there. Go find a real lab!I had to go to another lab to get my accurate results!

This place is fast and easy! Christina and Erica were so sweet and patient. Couldnt have had a better experience. I will be using this place in the future and referring it to others!

There is a male receptionist, whose name I cannot recall, who works here and is EXTREMELY RUDE and has no people skills. Repeatedly calling someone “confused” when they’re simply requesting information is unacceptable. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. STAY AWAY!

I am here on time at 8:30 for my appoitment, the time they also open. No one is here 10 min has already gone by. I looked inside there were no staff in the office. Already unhappy!! This is why people hate anything medical related. There never on time, lazy and rude, and still want to charge you ridiculous fees. I will only wait until 8:50 then it is their lost of my funds. I can go to any where to get this service.

This place is awful. When i entered they had just opened at 8:30 i had an appt. she asked me if i was with Dr. Smiths office because apparently they dont like that doctor. i told her no and she was happy. i gave her my paper work for the blood work she proceeded to process. i paid $130.00. she stabbed me very hard with the needle. i only had 3 tubes done. i will show you my bruised pictures after i type this up. she picked the worst vein and basically took her bad mood out on me. she was supposed to be off that day Friday 2/1/19 but her co workers called in sick. My arm is bruised and swollen up and the bleeding would not stop. this is the willowbrook, Houston location.

Christina (hope I spelled her name right) was quick to check me in and a very skilled one with the needle - I barely felt it. I was in and out in less than ten minutes (maybe 5) and on my way. I like using this place for routine blood tests.

I got my TSH test here. Called and was scheduled the same day. The lab was neat spacious and clean. The staff were all professional and friendly. And I got my results the next day.

Took at test here that was said to get results in 3-5 business days. Took 7 days to get results back. I missed 2 days of work because waiting for these results. I called several time trying to find out what the delay was, never got any explanation. While the tech was polite and professional this delay and results made it a bad experience.

I had a pre employment drug screen last minute an they still were a big help understanding my situation because another location didnt take me. Two thumbs up
