The service here was excellent. I have an internship coming up that required a unique set of drug test panels. This location was able to put together a panel just for me at a great price, much lower than at quest or labcorp. Additionally, the results were in the next day. Thank you!

I absolutely love this place. So quick and easy to get in and out of. Everyone is always nice and professional. This beats going through a traditional physician’s office or your insurance by far.

The person threw my blood was awesome. She did a great job and it was very quick and efficient.

Best (least painful) blood draw I’ve had in a long time! Phlebotomist was great! Everyone in the office was friendly and the entire visit took 10 minutes, tops.

I can only speak of the Waugh Dr. location... its so fast & easy when you schedule your appointment prior to your visit. In & out in less than 10 minutes! Their employees are always professional & courteous as well!

Easy, fast, and reliable. The attendants were super nice and answered all my questions. It can be a bit pricey, but unlike other health care options, at least you know how much you owe before you get the tests done.

If you book apt and do online forms it’s so fast it took less than 10 mins. Loved the workers too!

This place runs like a well-oiled machine. I called to set up an appointment and was able to get in the same day. They emailed me the paperwork ahead of time so I filled it out and brought it with me. The wait time to be seen was not even 5 minutes. I was in and out in about 15 minutes total from start to finish.

I tried to get the Genova NutrEval blood draw at Quest when I was there for another test. I had confirmed with Quests customer service that they could do it. At the lab, they denied that. So I had to find a nearby Any Lab Now. I went to the Waugh location. The two young women there could not have been nicer and more helpful. They knew exactly what to do. They took me as a walk in. Kudos!

The ladies at the River Oaks location made the process easy and they are super friendly! And are very helpful when you don’t know what test it is you need. I highly recommend them!

I went to get lab work for a procedure and the lady at the front was so polite when I walked in. She also drew my blood. Literally she is the BEST. I didn’t feel a thing and it took her maybe 4 minutes. I was in and out for everything including paper and payment in 10 minutes. If I need any lab work I will be sure to come here. I highly recommend them.

Was able to schedule same day appointment. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Blood draw was quick and painless. Phlebotomist was able to locate and puncture vein without causing any bruising or hematoma. Went in on a Saturday and received results Tuesday morning. Monday was a holiday.

The gentleman at the front desk was very personable & answered all my questions. The phlebotomist was very skilled (and also friendly), I could barely feel the needle at all.

Technician who drew my blood was amazing. Did not even feel the needle go into my vein. Wish I could remember his name. He deserves a raise.

Went here to have specialty labs drawn that my doctor ordered. As that lab company pays for the blood to be drawn, I am only reviewing the blood draw service, not the prices or other offerings at ALTN. The phlebotomist was incredibly efficient and skilled at drawing blood. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Overall very good experience. The office itself is kind of small and not overly appealing.

The process of booking on line and testing at your office was really easy. Nurse was great and I got my results within about 5 hrs. Thank you for the great service!

Jade is excellent at the location on Waugh St. She is organized, thorough, friendly & has tremendous customer service. I am always relieved when I see she is working because she is familiar with my tests. I wish all of the employees at this location gave to notch service like Jade.

I had been provided the incorrect hours of operation and arrived right at closing. The Medical Assistant, Sanjay D was super empathetic and understanding and incredibly patient. He still allowed me to test, even though it held him after hours. I cant thank him enough! He may have saved my job opportunity. People like this are hard to find and any employer should be proud to have him on their team ;)

Luckily when we came, Maria Martinez (from the Med Center location) was working on Waugh. We had a rather complicated and unusual test, and a very short window of time to get it in the mail. Maria was so patience and even made a call to help us figure out how to complete it correctly. My Mom is very hard to stick and she didnt event feel it when Maria took her blood sample. WOW! Thank you Maria! We are very grateful for you!

I originally have been coming here a few times and had no problems with getting my blood drawn. This past time I had to request a refund after the nurse stuck me with the needle twice and still didn’t get enough blood. He attempted to do a third stick, and at that point I was a bit distraught and didn’t have it in me to get stuck a third time. I’ve never had this problem before and I’m a bit disappointed. Won’t be returning.

I needed my blood drawn fast because I was two hours away from the nearest military base. I Called multiple lab places and no one had the time to fit me in. My doctor had tried to draw my blood to no avail and I was blessed enough to find ANY LAB TEST NOW- Who drew my blood instantly on the first try/stick ( i’m a very hard stick ) and they then had it centrifuged for my Doctor. Both my doctor and I are grateful to them! Michelle provided me excellent customer service And Maria ( The phlebotomist) Did an exceptional job in drawing my blood on the first try. Both ladies are a great asset to the company. Believe me when I tell you that Great customer service is not dead but very much alive especially in places like this. I highly highly recommend This lab which is also super affordable .

I went to this place to have my fingerprint for the first time and I was surprised by the attitude of the front desk attendant, she was the only employee in the place. She was a young lady with a blond hair and no badge .At first, she asked me to fill the fingerprint application and then to print the same information which was supposed to be printed by her just because apparently she did not want to do her work.She did not check my information in her PC and there was a mistake in my name in the application which she has already been submitted. Imagine that after I made a payment of 99 Dollars, she asked me to pay the amount again to make another application and told me that there is no other choice to correct my name. I called the background check services and made a correction to my name without paying a Dollar!!!! Such a non professional, non respectful, and non responsible attitude. I had a terrible experience Today and I have never been treated like this before. I hope that the management will be aware of this problem and improve their costumer service. Otherwise, I strongly recommend to stay away from this place.

Staff is very professional and kind!

I usually use the ALTN on Holcombe. But I wanted to do the COVID antibody test as well as some other blood work, and Holcombe office doesnt do it. Made an appointment online, the first one of the day, 8:30. The tech, Sanjay got there a few minutes before that, opened promptly at 8:30, filled out the paperwork and was out in 20 minutes. Easy and painless stick by Sanjay (I have prominent veins, so I am an easy subject). The only reason I give the location 4 stars as opposed to the 5 stars at Holcombe is that the facility itself is not as nice , long and narrow (picture - bowling alley), tiny waiting area, which in our Covid world is not desirable. One other person came in while I was filling out paperwork, we were masked and able to keep 6 spacing, but if a third person had been there, I am not sure that would have been possible.

Easy to book online. Fast & friendly check in. Painless test. Whew! I’ll be back.

I didn’t receive my receipt of purchase for the lab results. They’re very expensive compared to clinics and Quest Diagnostics. You’ll be better off just going to QD directly since they use them for the lab results. Plus if your diagnosis with anything they can’t refer or treat you. Doesn’t make sense, it’s a third party hustle. Might as well wait for an doctors appointment. Smh

Very pleasant personnel. Convenient location to river oaks, montrose, heights. Just be aware their more advanced tests, such as allergies, dont agree between the website and their internal system.

Parking was easy. My appointment was fast. The office looked clean and Sanjay was really nice and quick at taking my blood.

It’s 9:00 AM and there’s no one here. Talked to someone from customer service and this seems like a problem regardless of the location. This is extremely unprofessional and irritating.

Paid for an overpriced drug and alcohol test needed for legal reasons. Was told I’d have results in 3-5 days. It’s been 9 days. No results. No update. And now nobody is answering the phone at the office or at customer service. Now I have to explain to a judge why don’t have results that were promised to me.

Good experience. Great people and efficient. I am usually hard to draw blood from and the tech did it without a hitch.

Very quick and convenient! I needed a titer test and Any Lab was able to get me in same day with a turn around time of 3 days!

Received results earlier than expected & was very impressed with the staff at this location, helpful and patient when I mentioned I don’t do well with blood work.

Went to Any Lab, to have some test done and the young Phlebotomist Ili was amazing I didnt even feel her take my blood. That is huge for me.. place was great will go back in the future for any more test.

I went for 2 tests 3 days later only received one like seriously took two specimen of blood and only got one what kind of joke is this lab plus they left me with a bruise on my arm
