I did take the in person class for the DOT business start up . Mrs Angela was a great instructor who is extremely knowledgeable on the subject matter and was able to convey that information in an effective way. She held the pace of the course, very structured and organized which made the content easy to follow.She incorporate real-world examples in classes to help students see the relevance of their education. She was always available for questions and explained things clearly.

She made the material easy to understand and provided real-world examples to help us grasp the concepts. The hands-on training was also very beneficial in preparing us for our certification exam. Overall, I feel confident in my abilities to perform DOT collections thanks to the training I received at Quick Labs. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to get certified in DOT collections.

Update at 10:15 AM. No one ever showed despite hours saying they opened at 9:00 and I had an appointment for 9:30. Wasted 45 minutes of my time today - choose another location.Original: Scheduled appointment via Fieldprint for 9:30am for I-9 verification. It’s 9:45 and no one is here. The door says they open at 9, but website says 10 🤷🏻‍♂️. I’d recommend scheduling somewhere else. Hoping someone shows up at 10.

I attended this course this pass weekend 12/09-12/10 it was great! I believe the curriculum was perfect for a beginner like myself, as it started off with the basics and evolved throughout the course! I was impressed and happy with the amount of knowledge I received! The encouragement from Ms. Angela was extremely helpful. I feel like I learned so much in 2 days which will enable me to apply the course to a future career. 10/10! Well worth the investment! If you’re looking to be trained definitely attend this course. Amazing teacher, shes knowledgeable and very patient. I received so much helpful information in my zoom class, it felt like I was literally on site at the location she was teaching at.

Very unorganized! Waited 45 minutes for the office manager to arrive and unlock the door so the screening could even start only to be seen after 2 people who arrived after me. It would be much more convenient to take appointments and stick to the schedule provided.

The training was thoroughly presented and left me with a confident feeling that I could successfully administer the task. The 90 day FREE Mentorship is an added bonus to help me perfect the collections. Thank you

The DOT specimen course/business start up only gives you the beginning steps of how to start the business (name, ein, mro, labs, etc). It doesn’t go into detail about running the business, contracts, marketing, etc) As for the mentor program is lacked after only a few communications via email and zoom. The calendar to book 1:1 was never available, even after being told that availability would be added. The mocks are not hands on. I would only take this course as an overview or an introduction. For a more comprehensive course do your research, because there is a lot of info that this course doesn’t cover.

I am so Happy that I put time and money into starting my Lab after working for 2 big Labs for over 10 years.RN Angela she is Amazing she helps you with everything Thank You so Much.

The absolute worst. Used them per my new employer for I-9. I had a 10:00 appointment but found a note taped to door “in training until 10:30.” I called, no answer. I knocked on the door finally at 10:40 & was told “ he’s downstairs training & he didn’t even know he had training”, per some awful woman in that office, complaining that we “banged on the door & she had nothing to do with that office”. Then don’t answer the door. To this to I said “he should check for appointments before he just disappears”!, as five us is stood there, missing work & other activities to be ON TIME! Suddenly the employee shows saying he had a “death in the family”. Interesting, I said, “the lady said you were training, which is it?” He absolutely wasn’t in training since he was just arriving. He responds “it was both”. During the wait, I cancelled my appointment which the system REQUIRES you do to reschedule and now this tool tells me he CANNOT HELP ME because “you don’t have an appointment”, so I ask for a manager! He claims he is it, which is RIDICULOUS. This guy could barely formulate a full sentence. Now he runs to the lady who had “nothing to do with that office”, to make me leave. The height of LOW RENT & unprofessional. This office is buried on the 3rd floor of a trashy office building circa 1980. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.

Zahir helped me out. Excellent communication, very polite, friendly and professional. I had an appointment to get my fingerprints taken and my drug test. I arrived 10 minutes early and was helped right away, I was in and out within 20 minutes.
