I had such a great experience here! They were great with communication, and being there for me when I needed support through the entire process. I was surprised with flowers afterwards as well! I thought that was so nice of them! Great experience overall!

I started my journey being a surrogate not only excited but also afraid. I was excited to be helping out a couple who were wanting to create a family together. I was also afraid because I’ve only ever delivered single babies and the possibility of having multiples is a bit scary. The couple I chose actually ended up wanting twins so my fear quickly turned into a reality. With the help and support from this agency I must say so far this journey has been a huge success and they have helped me every step of the way. I couldn’t have chosen a better agency. Carrie has been a blessing to me and she has helped me through out my experience. I am currently 6wks pregnant and I am no longer afraid. I am only excited for the rest yet to come. Even after hours Carrie has provided me with the support I needed to get through certain things. I definitely recommend family solutions international if you are wanting to be a surrogate or if you are looking to have a baby. They are the best and they are so easy to work with. Their response to texts and emails are very quick and timely.

The agency is polite very attentive and great communication. They were awesome about letting me know the things they needed from me and were very quick about getting back to me. They have moved the process along very fast! Definitely will be doing my next journey with them as well!

If I could give this company zero star I would. My friend spoke to Mary Fusillo and she was super disrespectful and rude to my friend. Mary is not the kind of person you should have talking to customers at all. We have proof of the conversations as well so no one is lying. Stay far away from this company, it’s not worth it.

I will file a complaint against family solution because they do not explain how to make the application online and apart from the fact that they do not explain how to do it, they do not have the option of making the application written in paper documents. Because not all of us know how to do that online application that they tell us to do, it is very unfair that this happens in this company
