DO NOT USE! They are all liars. Inovi billed me for over $3k for a screening that I was originally told was $500. The worst part is that I didn’t even have the results read to me because they were trying to charge me over $160 just to read the results! When I called to confront them about this, they put me on hold for over an hour (hoping that I would hang up). They then tell me that they are going to call and see what’s going on. 7 Months have passed and I am still receiving this massive bill! I’ve called back several times to try and have this issue resolved and they just keep putting me on hold or say that they are in a meeting and that someone will call me back and they never do. This is the most unprofessional clinic and I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!

Amazing experience! Inovi changed our lives completely. We had struggled with unexplained infertility for 6 years and had tried numerous doctors before Inovi. We had even gone through couple of IUI treatments with one of the biggest fertility chains in Houston. But I was so surprised that none of them had any empathy. Patients were being treated as a commodity of interest and no attention was given to their worries. Infact we never even to saw our doctor during the treatment. But INOVI was highly recommended to us by my accupunturist. Honestly we had no hope when we went in due to our past experiences. But from the minute we stepped in to INOVI, we were greeted with so much warmth and empathy. This included every single staff I met in the clinic including the front desk. And meeting Dr. Krotz solved most of our worries. He promised that he gives personal attention to all his patients and he stayed by his promise throughout our journey. Even on the worst of our days, he was available on the phone constantly to discuss our worries. One of the many things that was impressive was that we met Dr. Krtoz on every single appointment. Even for ultrasounds he was present. All their tests/ transfers/ procedures are done in the clinic itself and so it was more personal. I can keep going but in short we got pregnant in the first transfer itself and now I will return back to the clinic for my other embryos. I Highly recommend them for any fertility treatments. Will be forever thankful to them.

The Dr. Krotz was nice but the staff he hired are horrible. Try to avoid this place if you want a pleasant experience and smooth conversation. Also, we had a long waiting before talking to the doctor even though we had an appointment. The staff he hired were not even professional. i.e. the manager were dusting off the pillows on the couch while we were sitting there waiting for the doctor. No manner and no communication skills. I suggest him to cut some of the staff (too many admins) and get some quality ones.

Every time I am here I end up waiting in the waiting room for an excessively long time. I also called the office and left a message about a genetic test and asked for a call back before they sent that off to the lab. No one ever called me back. Then, today I arrived 35 minutes before my appointment time (3:30pm) and it is now 3:55 and I am still waiting to be seen. The doctor spent no more than 5 minutes speaking to me. It felt very rushed and didnt make me feel like my ivf treatment would be important. My first time here I waited for 20 minutes for the financial consultant. Then when I got back there with her, she had a one page printout that only had 1 cycle cost on it. I asked about multiple cycles and she said she had to update the sheet. She then disappeared to do that for another 15 minutes. When she came back the sheet said 3 cycles on it but she explained it was for 2 and that she would need to update it to reflect that and I said ok can you just cross it out and initial it (because I didnt want her to disappear for 20 minutes again) and she said oh no the doctor will want everything to be right on the sheet. At that point, I had been at this office (which was just supposed to be a second opinion consult) for 3 hours. If you have plenty of free time, then yes definitely come here because they know how to suck up your day.The second time I went back I again waited forever. When I finally got to see the doctor, it 100% seemed like he didnt even review my file or previous labs (I sent over previous results of other cycles I went through from another facility) and felt like I was already being rushed out the door. I didnt feel valued or important as a patient at all, never went back after that.

Caroline, HoustonI was 45 years when I started my IVF journey at INOVI Genetics. From the initial contact during COVID times, my experience with their team was very pleasant. Registration into their clinic was a breeze unlike other clinics that you had to jump through hoops to get a call back and were also giving appointments 3 -6 months in addition to requiring you to fill out with a bunch of paperwork with no guarantee into their fertility program.My first meeting with Doctor Krotz went very well. He walked us through the process and was transparent from the onset on the chances of our success given my advanced maternal age which I really appreciated.I went through one IVF cycle and managed to get one normal embryo. Dr Krotz and his team worked together with us to enhance our chances of a successful FET. Throughout the FET process, he took his time to ensure that everything was in perfect order to enhance my chances of pregnancy as I only had one normal embryo. I went through around 3 FET cycles before we could do the actual transfer. With every failed attempt, he patiently walked me through the reasons why he didn’t want to do the transfer. This was great as I never felt rushed or under pressure and always felt well informed. I believe his thoroughness in this process and his caring attitude is what was behind the success of our journey at his clinic. Our baby girl is due in a couple of weeks.A few other things I appreciated during my IVF journey at INOVI were their promptness in responding to questions and accessibility to the staff via calls, texts, and email. They promptly responded to all my concerns. Special recognition goes to my IVF nurses Monica and Dee, Nadia, and Huong the Sonographer.I highly recommend you consider INOVI Genetics. They walked with us through this journey and took really good care of us.

Dr. Krotz and his team are amazing! Always informative and responsive to any question I had during my IVF experience. They ensured I felt comfortable. We highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a personal touch and excellent care.

I did not have a problem with Dr. Krotz it was the communication between his staff. I was lead to believe they were going to be the ones to verify insurance information yet at the end I was the one who did my own research. I would recommend anyone to verify with your insurance prior to any treatment.

Inovi is the second fertility I’ve been doing my IVF cycle. First one is Aspire fertility, I’ll give ASPIRE 0 star if I can: their staff’s have attitude, and I only met the doctor 3 times, and even the second time egg retrieval he never show up. Of course the result for my transfer with ASPIRE fertility is failed. On the contrary, Dr. Krotz is super nice and professional. All the staff here explain my questions patiently, comfort me when I was upset. They did everything they can do for me to get success. And my first transfer here is positive result.

From the first time my husband and I walked into the clinic, our minds full of questions and clinging to hope, the staff and DR. Krotz did their upmost to explain the services offered, answer our questions and treat us with such dignity and respect!Having already had 2 difficult pregnancies, the Dr and his staff made us feel like we were the only patients in the office. Not once did we feel rushed or taken for granted.So, now we are pregnant and I can only say that this entire experience from reception ladies, they were so patient, helpful,professional,sweet, phlebotomy, ultrasound to the Dr himself has been the pinnacle of professionalism!Thank you

We love Dr. Krotz and his team. My wife and I had to go through one round of IUI before moving to IVF and this whole team was extremely supportive throughout the entire experience. It can be quite the emotional roller coaster going through fertility treatment, and we always felt like the entire office was personally invested in our journey. The office has very calming and peaceful vibe. They were very responsive to any of our calls, sometimes communicating with us late after hours if they had an update or we had questions. They went the extra mile in helping to commemorate special milestones throughout our journey that we will always cherish. After all of this, my spouse is currently 20 weeks pregnant with twins and we could not be more excited! This was all made possible by Dr. Krotz and the amazing staff at Inovi Fertility & Genetics Institute. We will forever be grateful for their care and support!

They really don’t care about you as a patient and the staff is terrible.

The reason why I am leaving a negative review is because this center is the reason why Narally Morales and Laura Najm keep having babies! They are unfit parents and make a fool out of themselves and their kids online! I hope someone please looks into them because they do not need to have anymore kids to exploit!

A hour drive during rush hour wasted smh. No one bothered to call me and tell me my insurance was NOT in network until I got there and they sent me on my way.... Heres the kicker AFTER this review I get a call from the manager who says let me check low and behold my insurance is now in network... You dont say. How is it that literally a day later Im suddenly in network, but you all ran my insurance information a MONTH before my appointment but it wasnt then? Manager blames the financial department. I dont really care who dropped the ball my whole gripe is no one gave a courtesy call to let me know this, but called weekly and sent text to confirm I was coming.

From the top to bottom Inovi Team has been Exceptional. We achieved success with Dr Krotz and his team and we recommend Dr Krotz to anyone that is looking for success with their journey. Thank you Dr Krotz and Inovi Team.

Our experience to far has been amazing. Dr. Krotz, Nurse D, and all the staff are very knowledgeable, kind, and caring. We also like the fact that they are very organized and follow a preset schedule. I will recommend this clinic to all.

I honestly, was taken back by the beauty of the office itself, then I was met with the most loving and beautiful staff, Im 40 ,almost 41 and this has been an emotional roller coaster,My husband is a veteran and we have always wanted kids ,but stuff happened in our lives that kept us from having kids, The doctor was absolutely amazing! I honestly walked in with doubts ,because its been so long , I walked out with hope,.. Im praying that my next reviews will be with an update of being pregnant.Baby dust to you all!!

I went to them and everything was fine but it was one particular test i had to come back and take because you only can do it so many days after your cycle but unexpected costs came up and i didn’t have the money for my co pay to attend my appointment so i simply ask for my results of my blood work and urinalysis i was told the only way to get my test results is if i come in for the appointment and pay the co pay so i was mad confused …. im like so i don’t want anything other than my test results. so i can know if anything is wrong with me . but i can’t get them unless i pay? so im going back and forth with these people explaining to them i just want my test results i was willing to come up there because she said he didn’t not have the authority to give them over the phone and she was like even still that would be considered and appointment and i would still have to pay with i thought was just wrong and ridiculous you should not withhold information serious like that luckily my cousin is a phlebotomist and informed me that i could simply look my results up on lab corp / results but the lady …. Nadia i believe her name was could’ve just told me instead of acting like that and im not even the type to write bad reviews but they really ran me hot i don’t play about my health and i don’t see how any health care professional would find this okay. but either way i got my results so f you guys

This is my first time meeting Dr. Krotz and I felt so welcome. Also, I felt relived with the believe that I am going to conceive because he understood my difficulties in getting pregnant and he gave me different options. That in itself, gives me hope. Thanks to the amazing team, I truly and sincerely appreciate you all!

Excellent experience ! The doctor went above and beyond and Natalia was awesome in the office! All of the staff was super helpful and nice!

When you take an exam with them (only the exam) and you go home, they charge you for a consultation. (In previous experiences, a doctor sends you to do an exam, you go to the place and you do not have to pay) (the insurance I have is with ample coverage) and after you go for the result of the exam to a consultation , they also charge you for the consultation. Many times I told the receptionist to check that this was wrong. In addition, they made me several. several tests, each one of them specific and costly, to determine, among other things, what type of surgery he would have, the specialist made the decision of laparoscopy, which was the best option depending on the case, then in the post-operative echo of 100% in that laparoscopy did 10%, it did not solve the problem and he told me I couldnt do more with laparoscopy, now we would have to do open surgery, that was the best option. my reward is to look for options before, these are expensive treatments, in which emotions are at stake, also if you have good insurance, take care of it and above all in the hands of those who put your health. Finally they disregarded me, obviously I wouldnt do another surgery with them, besides, as a result of the badly placed anesthesia, they left me with a very painful cellulite on my arm and as a result of the surgery, what do you think ? I had to pay the doctor for a consultation so that he could see something that had been a malpractice of the anesthesiologist.
