She truly cares about her patients and their success through this stressful process. She listens to her patients needs/concerns. The staff at Dr. Bruno-Gastons office is excellent! Alyssa was the nurse I mainly communicated with and I found her to be amazing. She always had a positive attitude when she communicated any information to me. Her voice always sounded like sunshine and rainbows even when communicating negative news. She was a real light during a very difficult process.Tara and Jackie in the office were also great to work with. They always greeted you with a smile and made you feel very comfortable during each visit. Overall, everyone on the staff treated both me and my husband with respect and care.

I just wanted to thank Alyssa, Bahareh, Tara and Jacqueline for making my experience at SGF a memorable one. I’m going to miss them for sure as I wrap up my treatments. Going through the egg freezing process, not once but twice in a short period of time can be stressful, overwhelming and scary. Jacquline and Tara always greeted me with a smile and made each visit so pleasant. It made a difference. Alyssa was so patient and answered each and every question I had. Not to mention Dr. Bruno-Gaston is the best. I’m grateful knowing I chose the right clinic to embark on this journey.

Being a patient undergoing infertility treatment is a deeply personal journey, marked by a rollercoaster of emotions, challenges, and triumphs.Tara always show me empathy, understanding, and love when I come visit the clinic. She asks me about myself and family.As a patient, navigating this emotional terrain requires resilience, support, and sometimes professional counseling. The highs of hope during treatment cycles can be followed by devastating lows with each negative pregnancy test. HOWEVER, when JACKIE see my face come around the concern she always greets me and makes me feel welcome. Our conversations are about her family, what we are doing for weekend and life.From the countless appointments to the financial strain of treatments, Dr.Bruno is the best who allows me to be myself with my tears and frustrations. She answers all my questions and does what is best. Thank you.In conclusion, being a patient undergoing infertility treatment is a complex and multifaceted experience. It requires navigating emotional turmoil, logistical challenges, and societal pressures with grace and resilience. Yet, amidst the struggles, there are moments of hope, strength, and profound connection. HOWEVER, Shady Grove Memorial has been a lifesaver with their welcoming attitudes, sensitive voices and wealth of experience and knowledge.

We don’t usually do reviews, but in this case it’s special. Dr.Bruno is an extraordinary doctor. She actually takes the time to listen to you and your concerns. I never felt rush in anyway, always felt comfortable.. I am truly thankful I found her, forever grateful. Thankful for taking such good care of us.We highly recommend her.We also wanted to thank Alyssa, Dr. Bruno’s nurse. She’s amazing, caring and sweet. From prescriptions to questions to concerns you were always there, thank you. We can’t forget Mrs. Jacqueline , Tara, Bahareh and Chelsea. You guys are amazing and we are so thankful for everything. We couldn’t have picked a better clinic to be there for us, our journey was not easy, but having them made everything much better.

Wonderful and welcoming staff! I came in from out of town and was anxious about working with all new clinical team. These ladies were absolutely amazing!! Jacqueline was very welcoming and personable with her friendly smile and positive attitude it immediately put me at ease. Chelsea was absolutely excellent drawing my labs, I felt no pain. Bahareh, was gentle, and kind and Tara and Alyssa were very friendly. Thank you for being so KIND and AMAZING.

The SGF Memorial City office is so warm and welcoming. They truly care about getting you a positive outcome, and they are all super friendly. Jacqueline at the front desk always makes you feel welcome and remembers your name after the first visit! Nurse Alyssa always greets you with a smile, Elizabeth (Phlebotomist) makes you feel like a friend during your blood draw, Bahareh (Sonographer) always makes you feel comfortable and brightens your day, and Tara (Medical Assistant) is warm, personable and makes sure you are well informed. They get all the stars and more!

Cant express how satisfied I am with SGF memorial city. It all begins with Jackie greeting you when you first walk in and making sure she personally puts a name to your face, Dr. Brunos medical assistant Tara also very sweet and attentive to patients, Alyssa the nurse very knowledgeable and always there for patients making sure she answers any questions, and Dr. Bruno shes so caring, to her its not just another patient she takes her time to listen to all details. She gets the whole story to get to know you better and know what process is best. Fertility issues are very stressful but SGF makes the process go smoothly and make you feel that youre definitely at the right place. I highly recommend SGF memorial city!

It is the second time here and all the staff is very attentive. Jackeline from the front desk is very friendly and kind and she always does her best to accommodate your appointment even if it is last minute. I give it a 10/10, very good customer service. and Dr. Bruno. She has a special gift. He is really a very good doctor and person, she is very patient and answers all questions with great knowledge and makes doubts and fears disappear. thank you so much. I always love seeing Jacquline when I come to the office, she has a beautiful personality and she always makes me laugh, and I am super comfortable with her. Alyssa and chelsea always make me feel welcoming, and anytime I call they call me back right away to explain things to me. Bacharach is very welcoming, Tara is super nice, the ladies who draw my labs does an amazing job everytime, and Dr. Bruno is such a great person, she always smiles, make sure your comfortable, and explains everything in detail. She will always include your suggestions in your care plan. I love this office! Praying for our miracle babies!

Since starting with SGF Houston, Ive had such a great experience. Each doctor has been amazing! SGF Memorial isnt my home office, but Ive visited a lot for my monitoring appointments and while IVF can be frustrating, theyve made it anything but. Jaquelyn always greets everyone with a smile on her face and its always so appreciated!

I chose SGF on the recommendation of a friend who used them in another state. She had a wonderful experience so they came highly recommended to me here.This SGF office has a great, thorough, and KIND team.Jacqueline always meets you with a smile at the front desk & is patient and gracious.Chelsea (PCC) helps patients stay on top of things (paperwork etc) and keeps the lines of communication open.Bahareh i(Sonographer) is friendly, gentle, and hospitable.Alyssa’s (RN) “bedside manner” is off the charts. She is proactively helpful & listens well.There are other team members too and I’ve had good experiences with them all- seriously.Each team member plays their part well and they work together well too. In what can be highly stressful and emotionally charged medical situation, they always keep their cool, patience, and kindness AND are GOOD at what they do. It’s no small thing and I am thankful I chose SGF & this office in particular.

I use this office for all my labs and testing and they are just amazing. Tara draws my blood and does such a good job i dont feel it or bruise. Bahareh does mh ultrasounds and is always so gentle and kind! Alyssa always answers all my questions and takes time to help me even though she isnt on my team. Jacquelline always remembers my name and is always smiling. Chelsea even greets you with a little dance 😂 This process is so hard, sometimes so sad, but they just make it a little less painful with their compassion and joy. They are wonderful people and staff! Although i hope i never have to see them again im so grateful for their care. Means the world to me! Thank you! Hope to be a bead in your jar one day!!

Huge fane of the staff at SGF Houston Memorial City! With Jacquline helping at the front desk, Tara doing intake, and Chelsea helping get all my million questions answered it’s an awesome team. Dr. Bruno-Gaston is the best of the best and Alyssa is alway there to help even when she’s not directly working with me. Having a great care team is so important when dealing with infertility and my husband and I could not be more grateful!

Cant say enough good things about the team at SGF Memorial City. Such personalized care and they always make you feel at home! We have had success with our IVF journey not once but twice with this group and I would recommend everyone I know to come here if they need it!

Great facility! My husband and I saw Dr. Bruno here for IVF and loved her. She is so personable and a great listener. The clinic has a very small, private practice feel and everyone was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for help with infertility! Jackie at the front desk is wonderful!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Dr Bruno and nurse Alyssa in our journey to have a baby. It was a little overwhelming at first but Dr Bruno was able to get us on the right track and tried her best to work with our timeline. Nurse Alyssa was very helpful in this journey by keeping us on track with everything we needed to do and giving me all the information I needed. I am so grateful to work with Dr Bruno and Alyssa. I would definitely recommend this office and Dr Bruno to anyone. We are blessed to have a little healthy baby boy thanks to Dr Bruno.

Dr. Bruno-Gaston and her whole staff at SGF memorial city were absolutely wonderful. From the amazing receptionist who makes you feel so comfortable as soon as you walk through the door, to the nurses, ultrasound technician, phelbotomist, and anyone I missed, who were so kind and helpful throughout our journey. We were only there a short while but we had the best care I could have imagined. If we decide to have another child down the road we will definitely come back to see Dr. Bruno-Gaston and her whole team.

IVF has been a difficult start and journey, but we are so thankful for Dr. Bruno Gaston and her team at SGF. Because of this clinic, we’ve been able to successfully graduate onto our 1st OB appointment!I understand some previous comments mentioned frustration with communication- please be patient! I promise you they’ll get to you. Once I started, I was contacted in a timely manner and a plan was set in motion for our IVF journey.What I loved about Dr. Bruno Gaston is how easy it was to talk to her. She’s open to questions and does a great job at explaining things that might appear overwhelming. She genuinely cares about her patients and their success. At times where my husband and I felt discouraged, she was compassionate and gave us the confidence to proceed. Please use her as your guide. You won’t regret it.Her staff will work with you to make your appointments go as smooth as possible. Alyssa, Cara, and Rachel (SGF nurses) were on top of communication when I had questions or if my medications needed to be adjusted based off of my labs. (And a personal thank you to Alyssa- you were a blessing when I was having insurance approval difficulties at the beginning of the process. Thank you for introducing me to Alto, and for thank you for being you).My appointments were quick, my IV pokes easy (this is coming from a wimp), and the ultrasounds were informative.For those starting your IVF journey, I wish you all the best. It’s a roller coaster of emotions, hopes, and a hefty dose of anxiety, but you will find the strength to power through it. It’s ok to have set backs. It’s okay to cry. We’re praying for you and rooting for you too!

Infertility is an extremely difficult journey but the staff at SGF always try to make this process easier for me and my husband.Starting with my first visit with Dr Bruno Gaston,she is always very kind , knowledgeable and patient with me.Her staff starting from the front desk to medical assistants ( Jacqueline,Tara,Bahareh and Alyssa), they all have been friendly and sensitive to our needs and is trying to make my journey to become a mother easier and smooth.Hopefully with this great team,me and my husband will be able to share some good news .

I have only wonderful things to say about the SGF Memorial City practice. The staff was so wonderful. Nurse Alyssa is so kind, smart and thoughtful, and the rest of the office staff was very helpful during my entire egg freezing process. This practice made a process that I was not looking forward to at all, manageable and as a painless as possible and I would highly recommend this practice / office.

The fact that I was told I could not have my child in the office, who is young in a stroller, is not ok. I am a single mom by choice who obtained my child by myself after 4 years of IVF with this same place. Now I am back to do bloodwork and an ultrasound to have a second child and as a single mom by choice, do not have and choose not to have child care yet. Seems very hypocritical to me and inappropriate.

Dr. Kathiresan and her entire staff are absolutely wonderful and I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Dr. Kathiresan is very caring and takes time with you and listens to you. She never made me feel pressured to make any decisions, and I felt like I was driving the bus the entire time. Her heart is just so big and I can’t say enough good things about her and her staff. Everyone there made me feel so comfortable and warm and relaxed in an otherwise very stressful situation. Special shout out to the phlebotomist at memorial city who always lifted my mood and gave me hope!

Friendly faces every time Im here, I feel like they care and they want you to be successful.

I can never get good service at SGF. From them forgetting to actually put me on the schedule after scheduling my appointments (multiple times) to no being transparent about how long appointments will take to a lack of empathy, I just can’t figure out how such a poorly run business can be successful. Hopefully the new company who acquired them can improve their operations and customer service. I can’t even get email responses.

Where do I begin with CORM!!! From beginning to end, the experience my husband and I had here especially with Dr Perfetto was fantastic! Occasionally, there were a couple of admin hiccups (my advice: Stay on the admin/support services side to get things ironed out however it does not reflect negatively on the care I received whilst there). I was referred to Perfetto by my OB-GYN (Yunas, who might I add is equally fantastic). I stepped into Perfetto’s office Dec 2019 and despite all the covid challenges, we yield results by Oct 2019! Of course everyone’s situation is different. However during our time there, Perfetto held our hand every step of the way! Might also add we has an amazing nurse, Rachel. She was extremely professional and quite knowledgeable when it came to detailing out our options, timelines, and plan of care. When I tell thoroughness is her calling card, you best believe it! It’s funny because outside of the office, I felt like she and I would be awesome friends! We are incredible grateful and we thank God for her! Her care, professionalism, and expertise is second to none!!! We are definitely adding Perfetto/CORM to line up of all-star healthcare professionals! Perfetto, if/when you read this... YOU ARE BOMB!!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾Advice to the patients/clients:*Be open!*Be proactive!*Be engaged!*Be organized!*Ask any and all questions (no question is silly or dumb)!*Stay on top of your part of the process/commitment!*Have a little faith!*Trust the process!I promise if you do these things you too will be successful! Most folks don’t realize or understand that this journey is a two-way street. They’ll do their part but you’ve got to do yours!

This place does not answer to any calls, no messages on the portal as well have been responded to. They do not communicate I was told 2 weeks max for results of a test, which have already been paid for. No one has called or emailed with results. I will have to call my bank to chargeback this service they have not completed or fulfilled there service go somewhere else this place is a joke.

Omg, this place is a joke, they are sending you surprise cost again and again without notifying you ahead. I was told the whole med was about one thousand dollars then I received the call in a total amount of 4000 dollars. They told me the visit will be around $80 then they send me over a $140 bill. U r so funny.

I am not satisfied with there service at all. They do not care what is the each patients situation. They ask you to do all kind of test, maybe just to charge you. And it doesnt matter what is the result. you have to call and follow up with them about the result, ask about the next step. if you do not, they would not care. Unfortunately I have a lot bad experience with them because of their delay.

Thank you SGF Memorial city and Dr Bruno Gaston! I’m finally expecting after 3 years of infertility with my first round of FET IVF. Front desk ladies are always greeting me with a smile and are always very pleasant. The lab tech is always accurate with lab draws especially since I’m afraid of needles! Ultrasound tech is very personable and nice, we were always having conversations during my visits. The case management nurses are very sweet and informative. They always answer my questions, call me the same day with results, and respond to my portal emails. Dr Janet Bruno Gaston is very professional and friendly. Her sincerity is top tier, she made me feel important and she individualized my care. My favorite thing was that after every visit with Dr Bruno, she would say “so what did we learn today…” then she would summarize the visit to make sure I understood and always gave me time to ask questions.The only cons I would say I experienced was that calling the office number never goes to an actual person. Always leave a message and sometimes it can take 2 days before I get a response. Rarely do you speak with the doctor during a phone call unless there was an appointment set up. My previous clinic, the doctor would personally call me for any results and updates so I can ask questions over the phone. At SGF, the nurses usually call and sometimes if I had questions they said they would have to ask the doctor and call me back another day or another time. That was inconvenient for me. Another thing was I think I had a misunderstanding at the beginning of my expectation of how long it would take to conceive due to my impatience and desire to get pregnant quickly. My initial consult with Dr Bruno, I wanted to do more testing and explore other options outside of IVF. She said she would, however she still ended up only suggesting IVF as the best option for me. I explained that I did not want to wait 4 months process for IVF to potentially fail. She told me IVF would take 10-14 weeks. Waiting for my cycle each month before any procedures or medications at the end took 4-5 months to conceive. So I’m grateful for this pregnancy but I misunderstood the time expectation. I did not do my research but I was also not well informed of the entire process.
