Dr. O’Hern is the reason we have our beautiful baby boy. I presented her with a difficult case and she didn’t give up on me. We threw the book at it and she was willing to do what it took for us to be successful. Thank you Dr. O’Hern!!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. O’Hern at SGF! She is kind and patient and very knowledgeable. Each of the doctors I worked with throughout the process were professional and very capable. You do have to stay on top of the financial team with billing issues and ensure you are proactive with communicating with the nursing team about appts and medication needs. I’m excited to be an SGF graduate and thankful to the SGF Houston team!

I visited this clinic a couple of times for lab work and an ultrasound before starting my fertility medications. Wendy is so helpful and kind. Priscilla did my blood draw and Tiffany did my ultrasound, and I am so grateful for how good they are at what they do. I am getting cancer treatment and have developed a needle aversion during my diagnosis. I have to do a lot of blood work and invasive/uncomfortable procedures, but this visit was quick, painless, and stress-free. Really grateful for these three staff members and also Dr. Schnell for discussing my treatment plan with my oncologist so the calendar for my egg freezing cycle and radiation treatment are aligned.

My experience with Shady Grove TMC has been professional and straight forward. I am grateful to have Dr. Ohern as my provider who is kind, understanding and highly competent in the field of infertility. Brittany the fertility RN was excellent through the entire process from retrieval to transfer. I was well informed of the entire IVF process start to finish by Dr. O’Hern and Brittany.

I love this place! Dr Ohern and the whole staff including the receptionists are very pleasant. I really appreciate everyone including the lab tech and nurses. They are very time efficient with their responses and caring. They will work with you to make sure you have a successful outcome. I cannot thank you all enough!!!

I came to SGF as a second opinion because the first fertility doctor I went to was awful. I have had nothing but good experiences with the clinic. The staff is so sweet and caring. They are truly there for their patients. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

I cannot recommend Dr. OHern, the nurses, and the entire staff at SGF Houston enough! They all provided the highest level of care as they helped me navigate my fertility journey on my own. I always felt well informed and supported. This is such an emotional, personal, and sometimes lonely process to go through, but Dr. OHern and everyone at SGF are the best team to support you through it.

I highly recommend Dr. OHern for her kind and compassionate care. She was open and honest about my options and gave me enough details to make decisions for myself.

Dr. OHern treats you as if you are her top priority, sits down and asks you what questions you have and really takes the time to understand your case as a patient. Ive never met a more compassionate, patient, thorough medical professional in my life. Her team is also amazing but Brittany specifically really helped with the process. Infertility is delicate but Dr. OHern and her RN Brittany made me feel supported and seen every step of the way.

My initial visit to the doctors office was positive - the doctor was pleasant, and the staff were friendly, making my first impression great. However, my perception drastically changed when I received unexpected bills a month later. Prior to proceeding with tests, the office meticulously reviewed the fees, verified my insurance coverage, and provided me with a clear out-of-pocket cost for the blood tests, ultrasound, and new patient visit. I promptly paid the stated amount at the office.To my surprise, I later received bills indicating that my insurance hadnt covered the expenses, and I was now expected to pay an additional $1500 for blood tests and another $175 for the new patient visit. I made numerous attempts to reach out to both Quest and the doctors office to rectify this issue. Quest attempted to communicate with the office to rectify this by sending faxes, but there was no response from the office.Despite my persistent efforts to follow up and clarify the situation, I received the same repetitive responses, assuring me that they would contact their finance department and get back to me. Unfortunately, even after two months, nothing has been resolved. The office seems to be passing the responsibility to different individuals, and I find myself repeatedly explaining the situation.This lack of resolution and poor communication regarding a billing error has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I am seeking a prompt and accurate resolution to this matter, as the current situation is causing unnecessary stress and financial burden.

I have been a patient of Dr. O’Hern since 2017, before the SGF merge and she has been nothing but amazing.Through the entire process, Dr. O’Hern makes sure to show compassion and offers every solution to help reach your end goal. I now have an almost 1 year old daughter because of her.My husband and I are prepping to see her again in the New Year to try for another transfer.Even after losing my son at 24 weeks, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr. O’Hern definitely has a special place in our family!

Im going to share the good and the bad. Dr. OHern and her team are amazing. I am 16 weeks pregnant because of them and so thankful. I had no problems with them at all. Some of my issues are the fact that I tried calling and leaving messages to the billing and financial departments for weeks and could never reach them. They listed the PA as my primary care provider when ZERO insurances cover her, instead of listing my doctor. Im still trying to dispute it with my insurance months later. There is also no flexibility with appointment times, and that is so hard as a working woman. I wasnt given a heads-up about how many appointments I would need during my treatment and was asked multiple times to come in at the drop of a hat.Edit: I want to add that after posting this review, I received a call from sgf that day wanting to help me sort out my issues with insurance. They also wanted more details about my issues to help improve future customer experience, and I really appreciated that.

Its hard enough to call a fertility place when youve been dealing with infertility, but to call and try to get answers from a company that is rude right from the beginning is extremely disheartening. I called the office looking to get information and to see if my insurance is covered and the lady who answered the phone was so rude. It was almost as if she was annoyed that I would call and didnt want her time wasted. I stayed calm through the entire call, but after I got off the phone, I knew that I would never even want to see one the doctors because she left such a bad taste in my mouth. Companies just do not understand the importance of having someone with a least professionalism and a little compassion to be the first person that people talk to.

I had a great experience at the Fannin location for my procedure. Miyosha was so nice and welcoming. Dr. O’Hern was very nice as well!

I now have a beautiful, perfect 5 month old daughter with the help of Dr. O’Hearn and SGF Houston. She is kind, thorough, listens to your concerns, and takes time to explain everything. Would 100% recommend her.

Just got my first HCG test results and…. WE’RE PREGNANT! This is my first transfer after 3 years of TTC naturally. I can’t thank Dr. O’Hern and my case manager Brittany V. enough for all of their hard work. I’m so glad I chose Shady Grove for my infertility treatment!!

Infertility is an extremely difficult and lonely road but the staff at SGF really made this process so much easier for my husband and I. Starting with my first visit with Dr. Candice Perfetto, she was always very kind from the beginning of our journey, but by the end she felt like family. She shared our fears with us and shared our joys. She is always very confident but sensitive at the same time everything a physician should be. I’m very lucky my obgyn referred me to this clinic. Her staff quickly became family. From the front desk to the medical assistants to the nurses at SGF (Alyssa and Rachel) they all have been sensitive to our needs and shared our joy when our IVF journey turned into a success. Graduating from the clinic was bittersweet because Dr. Perfetto and the angels at SGF became family to my husband and I.

Dr. Schnell has been such a blessing 😄, my husband and I are now expecting our first little boy! Thank you Dr. Schnell and the Shady Grove Team!

When I visited the clinic for an IUI procedure, I faced a number of issues that made my experience less than satisfactory. The service was slow, they didnt answer calls, and they didnt call back when they said they would.I hope my review helps others avoid wasting time there and find a better place. When I went to a different clinic later, I noticed they were much more caring and responsive to patients.My dr was Dr Perfetto and I want to share my experience with her.If Dr. Perfetto gives you a diagnosis and suggests surgery, its a good idea to talk to another doctor too.Last year, I went to the clinic for a IUI procedure. I had done all the tests and ultrasounds they asked for, and Dr. Perfetto said everything looked normal. But after the procedure, she suddenly found a polyp in the ultrasound that was done before the procedure. I was confused and asked why she didnt see it before the IUI, but she didnt give a clear answer and wanted to schedule surgery.I asked if we could do another ultrasound to be sure about the polyp, but she said she was sure I had one and didnt agree to do another ultrasound. She gave me medicine to prepare for the surgery, but it made me feel really sick and I couldnt handle it.I decided to get a second opinion from two other doctors. They did more ultrasounds and tests with a contrast and none of them found a polyp!So, if youre dealing with Dr. Perfetto and she suggests surgery, its a good idea to talk to another doctor first.

Dr. Schnell was great, after changing fertility clinics, my husband and I immediately realized that she would be the doctor we would stay with for our IVF process. She was very attentive and knew what the issue was after telling her my symptoms. She helped me with my endometriosis issue and I am now 11 weeks pregnant. She was very knowledgeable! Highly recommend her!

You guys are the worst ever. I was referring from a doctor to do some tests they asked for and I been trying to get an appointment for 3 days now, if I get lucky and someone answer my call they would say okay you have to talk to the other person, and they either give me another number or transfer me and again no answer or transfer me to another one so far I talked to 8 people . Yesterday they took all my information and they said someone else will call me and schedule an appointment for me and they did not. last one I talked to today she gives me an email over the phone and asked me to email the referral letter and there was something wrong with that email so I couldn’t send anything so I tried to call her again but no answer and maybe I have to do same process call and transfer maybe it will took me another 2 days to get to her again and correct the email.

Alyssa! You have been amazing through all my process! I’m very happy I found SGF! You take time to go through everything with patience and love… it means a lot!!! Dr Janet Bruno-Gaston is AMAZING! After 4 years with CORM with another Dr. When I was switched to Dr. Bruno my husband and I got the BFP within months!! Her bedside manner and professionalism are nothing less than EXCEPTIONAL! Im so grateful to be bring our beautiful Boy home in Feb 2023!! Then we’ll be back for our daughter in a couple years only with DR BRUNO!

Every person I encountered today was courteous, kind, and seemed to fill their position in an excellent manner.

I cannot even rate how poor of an experience Ive had with this clinic. I started my fertility journey in the Fall of 2021 and immediately started to have concerns/issues. The doctor was beyond negligent with my medical care. Come to find a year and a half later in working with a new clinic, I tested negative for CMV (A HUGE PART OF CHOOSING A DONOR). Your CMV status is extremely important as if you are exposed to the virus, the baby can become exposed and have serious complications (seizures, deafness, etc). The doctor never tested my CMV status and it ended up being that the donor I chose was CMV positive. They let me do 3 IUI attempts without ever explaining how important this is. When asking the doctor about this, she responded with this is considered archaic testing as it is extremely rare for someone to become CMV positive from a donor while trying to get pregnant She also stated luckily that didnt happen to you through the IUI attempts. A completely awful disregard for not only my life, but a potential babys life. She then stated Im sorry you feel like I failed you. No this is not just what I felt, this is all based on evidence of the complete medical neglect. The doctor also put me on thyroid medication and did not ever follow up to test how my body was reacting to the medication (I went from a 4.110 to a 0.083). This was only found out through routine bloodwork with my internist. Needless to say, you will not get a call back from staff for days at a time. They take no accountability for their wrongdoing. I am not ever someone to write about my experience, however, this is too important for women starting their fertility journey and I would never want someone to go through what Ive had to experience.

You are just a number! Do NOT go here.They are careless and insensitive.Nobody know what’s going on! You cannot ever get ahold of a single nurse or doctor. While going through treatment I often had to physically go their office because they didn’t answer their triage and you are never able to speak to anyone directly.All these treatments are time sensitive so them not responding in a timely manner when I’m spending 10k+ Is unacceptable! They also overcharged us and then when We would ask for detailed price lists they’d take their time releasing this information….When I would ask several times what exactly we were paying for.They sold corm to shady grove and it was a nightmare dealing with these people. We got pregnant naturally and they held onto our 10k for months before we had to badger them FOR OUR MONEY! Safe yourself the stress and find another clinic.

My husband and I went to Dr. Schnell at the Beaumont, TX location. We were nervous about going, but it was the best experience Ive ever had with any doctors office. The entire staff is friendly, attentive, and great. My husband and I both felt completely comfortable throughout our time there. This process can be overwhelming and stressful, but I never felt that way. The nurse practitioners, Jeannie and Ashley, answer questions quickly and remember you personally. It was just a great experience from being greeted upon arrival to walking out the door.Even getting blood work done was smooth and easy. I would recommend Dr. Schnell and the entire Beaumont staff to anyone. I only wish I could have stayed with them throughout my entire pregnancy!

First of all, I would highly recommend anyone to Dr Kathiresan!My wife and I had a long and stressful journey and it felt like any possible set back that could of happened, happened to us, but we were definitely blessed to have such a compassionate doctor. My wife is in the medical field and did a lot of research prior to our appointments, but nevertheless, Dr Kathiresan always took her time to answer questions and helped make the situation better. We did one IUI, two IVF, and unexpected medical issues delayed the IVF process. I know our situation was difficult compared to my other friends who went through the same procedures, but in the end, we were blessed to get pregnant with the one embryo we had. After we left, CORM, our OB would continually tell us Dr Kathiresan would check up on the status of my wife. Again, cant be more pleased with Dr. Kathiresan and her compassion continues even after we werent her patient. It shows she truly cares about all her patients which is one of the most important factors in looking for a doctor. CORM was also easy to work with in regards with payments and call backs.

Were so grateful to Dr. OHern, our amazing nurse Kelcie, Vanessa, and all the other incredible people at SGF who made our dream of having a baby a reality!

Brace yourself...this will be long, but heartfelt. My wife and I were referred to Dr. Perfetto by our OBGYN. She sang praises of Dr. Perfetto and ran to get her business card for us. With the hype she made, we knew we had to go and see Dr. Perfetto. Our first consultation was very informative. I was extremely content with the time she spent answering millions of questions we had. As we went through the IVF process with Dr. Perfetto, she and her staff were amazing! Phone calls were returned in minutes and office visits were always expeditious. She was always open to feedback and willing to listen. My favorite - I reached out to her on Instagram when I had a question and she took the time to respond within minutes. It’s hard to find a doctor more devoted and caring than Dr. Perfetto. I could write a novel about how content we were throughout our time with Dr. Perfetto, but I want you all to read my review. Dr. Perfetto is incredible!

So far I have been very impressed with the services of CORM. Specifically, Dr. Candice Perfetto who was able to see me right away. She was very knowledgeable, very professional and personable. We sat down and talked about paths forward, possibilities and options. This can be a little overwhelming- I was provided with nice handouts for me to take back and share with my husband. We were able to take care of some of the testing right there in the office that day. She was even able to get me on her calendar in two business days for additional testing. Dr. Perfetto was very honest with me and made me feel like I was in the best of hands. We are ready to pursue a path forward more aggressively and she was completely onboard. Im anxious but confident that I will be another success story for CORM.

Words cant describe how well the care of Dr. Perfetto was. From our first appointment itself, she was extremely caring and she did thorough research on our specific case. She explained exactly what was going on in terms that normal people actually understand. I honestly recommend this doctor for anyone with a complicated case. She is really great!

We visited Dr. Perfetto’s office last year in 2018. We wanted to get pregnant and we heard good words about her. She was very good and full of information on our first visit. We really liked her and decided to do an IUI there. Unfortunately, after collecting her $$$ for the procedure, i never saw her. Her nurses were doing everything like the process, injections and answering my questions. Even on the day when the doctor should inseminate the sperm, she was not there and i think they did that by one of the new learners. Overall, even tho we paid for everything like in thousand dollars, the day they called us to let us know that the IUI did not work. The person who called me, just told me like it was a simple thing and did not even mention any reason or any other word that could help us in understanding. Dr. Perfetto did not send us any Email or called us. We never heard back from them. So i would not even give them this one star. Very upsetting and an awful experince. I understand all these things have low percentage of success and sometimes it takes more than one attempt. I am a medical student and somehow i know how everything works. We weren’t sad because the IUI did not work for us, but the unprofessionallism of them actually discouraged us for continuing the treatment.

We started with another fertility group, but never felt a connection there, so we moved to CORM and felt immediately at home. Thank you Dr. Crochet and the whole team! My wife is due in August and we have 12 more embryos waiting for us when we are ready to add to our family.

I was so happy to see that the Center of Reproductive Medicine has an office in Houston. The new doctor there, Dr. Perfetto was great and I felt like she really cared about me as a patient. I definitely recommend it to anyone trying to get pregnant.

I am so pleased with Dr Croche and his team. They have given my husband and I a wonderful baby boy two years ago and now we are starting for baby number three. They are so sweet and very helpful with everything.

This company is HORRIBLE at answering calls for anything other than a new patient. Any other option it rings, makes you leave a message, and no one returns your call - even after 5 times trying. I asked my doctor to send me to a different clinic.

Amazing location and great parking!! We loved being at this facility do to proximity to our home as well as parking accommodations versus the hassle of being in the downtown Medical center.

Refusing to send my medical records to mu new provider because I switched providers smh. Now, I have to go in person just to make sure they do, what was requested 4 weeks ago.
