Love this office! Every staff member and doctor are incredibly friendly and make sure youre well taken care of. You feel that they care for their patients. I have transformed my body with Dr. Al-Salehs supervision and couldnt be happier. I make sure to refer these guys to my friends and family.

Ive gone here three times now this year. I go for the doctor shes the best gyno Ive ever had. The original office staff was much more comfortable/friendly and seemed more organized. 5/5 Unfortunately it changed a bit the office staff seems more rushed and stressed pushing the disorganized on you. The wait time increased by twice. 4/5 My last appointment I had no prescriptions and now randomly on the weekend I have a text for one. No one called me for an explanation on why or what it might before. And the weekend has a lady for an answer service. In my opinion shes getting paid for nothing and should be fired and replaced by a voicemail. I couldnt confirm with her it was my doctors office and I called the right number all she would tell me was it was an answering service. I then explained the reason why I called but was told again its an answering service. I couldnt leave a message. She never asked for my contact information so they know i called. She told me I had to call back within their business hours. Pointless!!! They are paying a lady to tell you to call back? Its useless and frustrating!!! A voicemail mail would confirm you called the right number and allow you to leave a message!!! 1/5

Worst experience ever. I see a doctor for a well womans, and when Im having an issue and call her shes moved and no one notifies the patient. Once I call where shes at now, I have to go in that doctors office just to establish a relationship with their office. At what point does my issue that needs immediate attention get help for? How many relationships does it take to get one doctor to help? This is why people turn to alternative medicine. Doctors are too unreliable.

Today was my first visit at TCH Houston. This is a brand new office, so everything was very clean and tidy. Making my appt was very easy, and the receptionist was very friendly and accommodating.Dr. Al Saleh came highly recommended for aesthetic services. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and took his time to address my concerns and answered all my questions. I will definitely be going back for future routine visits, and I highly recommend this location for your aesthetic needs!
