Wish I could give this place zero stars. I was a total of 5 MINUTES LATE for an appt. I gave them a courtesy call to let them know and was told they do not accept ANY form of a grace period and will have to reschedule me. Every single doctor I’ve ever been to has allowed a grace period. On top of that, they were super unaccommodating. DO NOT GO HERE! Gross.

I had a wonderful first time experience here seeing Dr Sassie. The staff were all very nice. It was easy to get an appointment. I was seen in a very timely manner. The doctor spent a reasonable amount of time with me answering questions. I never felt rushed. I look forward to being a long time patient.

Been seeing Dr. Diana Herrera for my pregnancy, I’ve had nothing but a good experience with her and her staff. Her bedside manner is kind, gentle, friendly, welcoming, I could go on. Arlin her ma is just as sweet, they have truly been a blessing! I recommend her 100%. The office staff is amazing as well. Wouldn’t trade my obgyn. Thank you for all you have done for us Dr. Herrera!

Dr Jessica Rhinehart Ventura was super friendly and professional. I had an annual check-up appointment scheduled for 2:30PM, checked in at 2:10PM to fill out some paperwork as a new patient. Front desk ladies were exceptionally polite. Everyone was wearing masks which is good.

Leaving this review as a disappointed previous patient of this facility. I’ve had great experiences here up until my pregnancy. After my first pre-natal visit I was unaware that there was a strict timeline of when I needed to come back to see the doctor. I waited almost 3 hours for an appointment that lasted 15 min. Had I known it was so strict I would have tried to make arrangements to come in sooner but with the holidays and work it made it difficult. Calling in 6 weeks after my last appointment I was told they could no longer see me unless I paid $2.5k up front which left me in a VERY vulnerable place. Dr Rhinehart is awesome but i wish some compassion, understanding, and empathy could have been shown as this is my first pregnancy and the holidays made it difficult to come in within 4 weeks. This left me pregnant, without an OBGYN for weeks/months. The reason I am sharing this is because many drs won’t see patients after a certain # of weeks. Many people declined to see me. It should not be so hard to seek care when with child. Thankfully I’ve been embraced and welcomed by another practice willing to take me this late in my pregnancy. Just goes to show it’s possible. They took me without question at 22 weeks. I’m sure this office could have made an exception without financial penalty to continue to see me when I was 16 weeks. I hope other woman in my predicament are treated much differently because I felt defeated and hopeless. These are the kinds of things that need to be verbally communicated during the first appointment instead of it being rushed.

Doctor Reinhart is amazing. This is the second baby that she will be delivering for me. Shes always patient answer all my questions and her staff is also amazing. They explain everything very thoroughly and make you feel like youre at home.

I can admit i was a little skeptical based on some of the reviews but Dr. Jessica Rhinehart- Ventura was very kind, super knowledgeable & my partner and i both felt heard. staff was very courteous & i didnt spend all day at the doctors office lol, but on a serious note i will be returning. very pleased.

My previous doctor with Women Healthcare Associates retired recently and I was hesitant about a new doctor since my relationship with my old doctor exceeded 15 years. I decided to go with Dr. Diana Herrera with Women Healthcare Associates. She was wonderful and competent. She made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. I was able to book my appointment with ease and in a timely matter. Everyone was friendly and professional so at the end of the appointment I felt like I was in good hands!

All the office staff are great. It was easy to get an appt and you get someone on the phone, not voicemail. Anytime I called, the office answers, and it doesn’t roll to outsourcing overseas. I will continue to use Dr. C’s Galleria office. She’s a wonderful doctor.

I adore Dr. C. she delivered my last two children. We had a great rapport. She went above and beyond to avoid c sections w. Both my girls. She was attentive and always listened to my concerns, no matter how crazy they were. Her nurse was always warm and kind. Front staff remembered me each time, was super friendly. Never felt rushed..I will continue seeing Dr. C.

Ive been coming here to do all my check ups with Dr.Rhinehart for 5years now and it has been always a great and easy experience. I do recommend you download the ParkMobile app and pay the $.70 a hour public/street parking vs the $6 inside the garage. You wont be there long so save yourself the $5 extra bucks and treat yourself to a coffee afterwards lol

Had the best experience with this office, just had a baby recently so I was there a lot. I really love Dr sassie! She is very kind. She actually listens and gives good advice. And also her assistant is amazing!! She’s so sweet and remembers me by name. They make such a good team. Definitely going to keep coming here the rest of my life.

The staff and the doctor really cares for their patients. I was asked about my health (issues outside of her scope) and wanted to make sure I was going in the right direction for my health. The staff shows representation of all of people, AWESOME!!

Dr. RhinehartVentura and her staff have always managed to help me feel at ease in every appointment. It’s been 5 yrs, since I first started consulting with her. She’s very caring and listens patiently to any of my concerns. I never feel rushed. She’s also very insightful about helping me with my overall health.

Dr. Kuhn, his nurse and his staff are always friendly and kind. Dr. Kuhn and his nurse makes you feel comfortable we hold conversations he makes sure you are up to date with your mammogram and colonoscopy .I have been with Dr. Kuhn for over 20yrs.

Dr. Herrera is a wonderful and caring obgyn. She always takes her time with me and never makes my appointments feel rushed. She does a very good job explaining my care and asking if I have any questions. I have always been seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time. The office does a good job at calling/texting to confirm my appointment. Their online portal is very convenient and makes it very easy to talk to Dr. Herrera or ask questions without having to call the office or make an appointment. I have also seen other providers in this practice and I was very pleased with the care I received from them as well.

Dr. Kuhn has great bedside manner, the office staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! Ive never waited more the 5 minutes to go back once Ive arrived.

Love this place. Been coming here for about 8 years already. Dr. Kuhn is the best doctor he delivered 2 of my pregnancies. The girls in the front office , assistants Lorena and Yolanda are very nice and friendly. Definitely recommend coming here!!!

I was late for my appointment coming from the Woodlands and due to a road accident. Dr. Sassy and her staff allowed me to complete my appointment, and I didnt mine waiting. I really appreciate her staff and their great customer service

Dr. Diana Herrera is the BEST OB-GYN I have ever had! Very friendly and knowledgeable, I never leave with any questions. The staff here is also friendly, and the wait time is always reasonable. I have yet to have any issues or concerns that were not addressed, leaving me feeling very reassured that I am in the best care! Absolutely recommend!

I have been a patient of Dr. Sassie for over a year but have been a patient of the WHG for 3 years. I previously saw a different provider with Women’s Health Group but I can wholeheartedly say making the switch over to Dr. Sassie was the best decision. Nothing against the 1st provider I saw, I just feel more comfortable with Dr. Sassie. She is a girls girl, and being able to have a normal conversation with your OB in my opinion is a sign of a great healthcare provider. Her communication, personality, and expertise is what gives me the privilege to be her patient. Personally if I cannot communicate or socialize with a provider they won’t be someone I go back to. I actually wanted to be a patient of Dr. Sassie from the start but was not able to get an appointment with her, the switch happened organically and that has made my OB experience a great one in Houston. I’m not a Houstonian so as an outsider if you’re new to the city or have lived here forever, she is a great OB! Thank you for your top level of care at every appointment Dr. Sassie!

Dr. Rhinehart-Ventura was wonderful. It was my first time visiting her office - she is so nice & friendly, and really made me feel good about being there. She spent a lot of time with me answering (and asking) questions, explaining options, and offering suggestions & solutions without making me feel dismissed, rushed, or like she had to be somewhere else (even though the office was quite busy & she was taking over patients from another doctor). The woman at the front desk was very kind and helpful too. I’m glad I found WHA & look forward to working with Dr. RV & staff in the future.

I did thorough research when my husband and I found out we were expecting. With this being our last child we wanted to really be able to feel secure in our medical treatment and enjoy the pregnancy. I’m so glad i picked Dr. C to be our OB as it has been a verrryyy difficult and high risk pregnancy. Dr. Chandrasekra, Laura and the rest of the staff are always very attentive and kind. I feel very safe trusting the team with mine and my unborn son’s health. I truly admire Dr. C is very hands on with her patients. She comes in each visit pleasantly, addresses us by our names, asks us how we are and then proceeds with issues or concerns that need follow up. She remembers ongoing issues and is very adamant of getting to the root of all medical issues instead of masking symptoms and rushing her patients out like most doctors seem to do these days. I love she is very easy to talk to and I feel comfortable discussing our concerns or asking questions for clarity. If I have questions or concerns outside my appointment Laura does an amazing job getting my messages to Dr. C and offering reassurance. I never feel rushed at my appointments and truly feel like we are getting the best care. This doctor ahd her staff deserve recognition for their dedication and hard work. I highly recommend to any woman looking for an OB. I’m hoping to keep Dr. C as my gynecologist after the birth of our son. Great great care.

I have had a wonderful experience with Dr Rhinehart. She’s caring and patient and methodical. She always makes me feel like my time with her is important. She took the time over the last year while I went through breast cancer treatment to check with me multiple times to assess my health and to make sure I was receiving proper care. I knew she cared for me as a patient because she would reach out after the fact with questions and follow ups about my diagnosis and treatment plan. She helped me interpret my test results and plan and sent me with carefully worded questions to my oncologist, ensuring I had all the information I needed. I have been seeing Dr Kuhn since 1990 and have referred many family members. No Dr is perfect but if I’ve ever had an unpleasant experience I’ve discussed it with him. He loves his patients and his staff!! Which makes him the Best!!

As a new patient looking for a new womens doctor, I have to say that I felt very welcome. Everyone was nice and chatted with me the entire time I was in the office. Dr. Sassie spent time talking with me and thoroughly answering any questions or concerns I had, and explained why she was doing everything while she did it. It’s comforting. I went in the afternoon so I didn’t have a long wait time to be seen, I will do this again next time. I would 10/10 recommend.

I advise you keep looking somewhere else for your OBGYN. My wife was a patient of theirs after being transferred from another OBGYN office at the 20 week mark, the doctor and the nurses lied to us about receiving and reading all the medical documents including the anatomy scan that were transferred over.Leading us to believe that everything was okay and baby was normal. Instead of ordering any follow up ultrasounds from then on the doctor told my wife that having another ultra sound was not necessary even though my wife asked her multiple times if she needed another ultra sounds, she insisted that it was not necessary. Soon after the 35 week mark my wife had an appointment in which the doctor suspected something was wrong with the baby. She performed an echocardiogram, and finally an ultrasound and after seeing little fluid, she sent my wife to the hospital and told her she would be inducing my wife the next morning. Once my wife arrived at the hospital the nursing staff quickly monitored our baby and things were not looking the best so the medical staff decided to monitor her and wait for any changes. After a couple of hours there were no changes and a emergency C-section had to be performed that same night. We still didn’t think anything was wrong with our baby however to everyone’s surprise at the hospital, including the on call doctor who performed the c-section, our daughter was born with an abnormal birth defect and had to get transferred to Texas Children. All this time out OBGYN was no where to be found until the next day when she showed up to see my wife. The first words to come out of her mouth was I’m so sorry I don’t know how this was missed and proceeded to point the blame to everyone else, her nurse, Simon Med (the place that did the anatomy scan), the previous OBGYN, everyone else besides herself even thou she admitted to my wife that she never received the anatomy results and had to get them from the previous doctor. I just want to clarify that my daughters birth defect couldn’t have been avoided even with an appropriate ultrasound and I am grateful for our OBGYN for having enough competence to know something was off and send my wife to the hospital. What I am upset about is the amount of negligence that our OBGYN demonstrated by not performing/ordering an ultrasound when my wife asked for one we could have been better prepared for our baby to be born, we could have delivered the baby at Texas children’s from the start, we could have planned ahead with our family and friends, we could have made arrangement for our jobs, we could have done research on her condition and been better prepared to provide the care and support that our baby needs, we could have avoided the stress that we had to put our daughter through because nobody knew what was going on. I recommend you stand up for yourself and be firm with your demands only you know your body and your baby better than anyone else. I don’t do reviews ever but this was an experience I wanted to share and warn others so that it does not happen again.

Dr. Jessica Rhinehart-Ventura is my ob-gyn at Womens Healthcare Associates affiliated with St. Josephs Hospital. There are no words to describe how much I love her. She is funny and calm and cool and collected and super compassionate and never ever rushes appointments. She was my ob-gyn prior to the whole miscarriage stuff but she was the one that went through that with me and afterward and her help and love and support and patience were truly invaluable. Before the DNC I needed after the miscarriage I showed up to her office bawling and saying I cant do this, I cant do this and she squeezed me in immediately and talked me down.

Dr.Rhinehart is a great doctor. She takes her time and gets to know her patients, she very upfront with and down to earth. The staff is great as well and very professional, nice.

I went to see Dr. Stassie at the W Alabama location and I loved my experience. This was my first time seeing her and she was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable for my check up. I will definitely continue seeing her and recommend her!

Very pleasant, professional and punctual experience. All of my questions were answered, the doctor was really nice and explained what to expect during the procedure. She walked me through the steps during the process and made sure that I was ok afterwards and before leaving the building. I’m glad I finally found a great OBGYN.

I’m sad to write this review as I have been coming to this office for many many years but I don’t want anyone else to have a scare like I did . My doctor is amazing there ! Dr Rhinehart even delivered one of my sons . I have no issues with her and would even highly recommend her . However the nurses and front desk staff not so much …I went in for a well women’s and had blood work done there . The lady who drew my blood was not gentle at all and I could already tell upon entry that this was not being done correctly.I have had blood drawn MANY times and never have I been told “your veins are crooked” before ! This was a first . The bruise spread so big and painful for the next week . Then when my results came back it showed my cholesterol was SO high I was terrified. Went to my PCP , she had quest redo my lab and it came back half as high ! She said whoever took my blood the first time did something wrong because I should not have bruised like that and the lab also made a HUGE mistake ! I called the office to let them know that I was bruised up and asked if I should be seen and they said “you must have lifted something heavy “ ….. NO I didn’t.

The entire team has provided professional, warm and friendly service. I began receiving medical care when I was only 18 years old and still continue their after 27 years. A few years ago my two teen daughters began their medical care and shared that feel safe and care about at this medical practice.

I moved to Houston from Atlanta when I was already 27/28 weeks along in my pregnancy. Although I am native to the Houston area, this is my first pregnancy and I wanted an amazing Doctor I could feel comfortable with for the remainder of the pregnancy/delivery/and to hopefully find a Gynecologist all in one. I found Dr. Chandrasekera and she has completely exceeded the expectations I previously set and even set some new ones. I would recommend her to every woman I know for Obstetrics and Gynecology. I hope she remains in the field for as long as possible so I can go for Gyno services and have a second pregnancy with her. I am now almost 35 weeks and beyond happy with her bedside manner and the way she explains everything to me in detail.

Dr Rhinehart is an amazing doctor and as well as her staff. Pearla is a great MA and always on top of everything. Dr Rhinehart delivered both me and my wife. She was very professional and caring. I recommend everyone to her and really any of her other colleagues.

Do NOT go here. They have no compassion and do not work with you. I am a first time mother with a disability. Every clinic I have been to has been able to accommodate me. This clinic refuses to. I understand COVID is a concern but I am someone who cannot go to the grocery store alone. I need assistance with tasks, I am not being sneaky by asking for a person to help. I am incredibly disappointed and mortified that someone from this office would assume I was lying about my disability just to get someone to come with me. Shame on this office.I would like to add that video call is not an accommodation for someone, and inferring that I was lying is rude. And your response ignored that someone in your office was condescending. I explained that I need someone to take me to my car to the lobby where I can sit. I asked for a staff member to escort me and the office declined. No middle ground. Texas Children’s women’s pavilion was so much more polite and accommodating. Highly recommend.

I have had a wonderful experience at this office. Dr. Rhinehart-Ventura and her nurse, Perla, are so helpful. They listen to and answer all of my questions. Dr. Rhinehart-Ventura is compassionate, kind, and an amazing champion of womens reproductive health. Perla has gone above and beyond her duty to help me with scheduling radiology appointments and navigating the hospital system. I have not gone through a pregnancy with this practice, but my IUD placement, medications, routine labs and exams have been exceptional. The waiting area and exam rooms always appear clean. I have recommended this practice to all of my friends.

Dr.Rhinehart is an amazing doctor. Dont be shy,Gurly, ask her ANYTHING! shes a straight shooter. And dont worry about sitting and waiting, that will not be an issue. Was a great practice when I had Dr. Nguyen who was my OBGYN with my first child. When I got my first IUD my insurance covered all the costs, but it slipped out of my cervix so we removed it and had been trying for a few months to conceive, but since I started school we decided to wait and scheduled to put in a new one. My insurance called to confirm my order and said there would be no copay. The office said that they were going to charge me $200 for it when I told them that my insurance said I didnt have to pay they said I needed to call back to confirm. So I did. I called back and they said okay and scheduled my appointment. Then when they called to confirm my appointment they said that it would be $200 so I said no, my insurance has twice said there would be no charge and I told that to whoever I spoke to in the office and they confirmed that was true She got a rude tone with me and asked who I spoke to and I told her that I didnt keep a record of everyone I spoke to in their office. She put me on hold and when she came back she never apologized or acknowledged that she was wrong and that their was no fee, just said okay what day would you like to come in? I scheduled it and then had to cancel because our trying had been successful and I was pregnant. I called and canceled the IUD appointment and my breast exam because I had alarming lumps in my breasts and they wouldnt combine the appointments so I had to pay for two separate appointments. I cancelled both because I had figured my breasts were just engorged because of my pregnancy. When I went in for my prenatal appointment they had walked me through and were surprised when I said I was pregnant because they still had me down for my IUD and thats what theyre were going to do, glad I said something! The doctor seems like she doesnt ever have enough time to speak with you and is always one foot out the door, Ive seen her several times since my first pregnancy and she had even been the physician on call when I went in for false labor with my first. Yet, she never seems to remember me at all and each time I see her its as if its the first time ,I had chalked it up to her gaining all of Dr. Nguyens clients at once, but I figured by now shed recognize me. Im 7 weeks pregnant and two days ago I was admitted to the emergency room for severe abdominal pain in which I was terrified I was having a miscarriage. I know now thats not the case, but the ER couldnt diagnose me with anything. I called their office three times while in the waiting room of the ER as well as several times over the past two days and I cant even get anyone to answer the phone. I fully intend to change doctors. I am very disappointed in this practice because they were so satisfactory with my first pregnancy

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!Save yourself some trouble, money, and especially anger- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!The office is ran HORRIBLY!! Staff is not friendly or helpful at all.They waited until I was 19 weeks and four days to tell me I had to pay 2k before week 20. Week 20!!! And I was past 19 weeks!!! When I questioned them as to why I was just hearing about this now for the first time, they tried to blame me! Saying oh we didnt know where you were at, I looked for you in the back but I guess you left without seeing us first which first of all is a lie because I distinctly remember going up to the desk and asking if that was it and they said yes. The lights to the waiting room were already turned off, they were just in too big of a rush to leave that THEY forgot to tell me. Second of all, they never called! They had 6+ weeks to get in contact with me via phone or during visits to tell me about this. SLACKERS! LAZY! UNPROFESSIONAL! (Money was not an issue, I was irritated with their lack of communication)Then I show up to another appointment, had to take time off work, for them to tell me the doctor was out sick. We left you a voice-mail is their excuse for EVERYTHING!We were anxiously waiting for our blood work to come in that determines the sex of the baby, guess what? The blood was invalid because THEY DIDNT SEND IT IN ON TIME! So all the blood taken out and all that time waiting for results was wasted because they failed to do their job!!!This is my first pregnancy and oh how I wish I would have gone somewhere else!!! The only reason I chose here is because the doctor had a good rating on zocdoc. And he isnt even seeing me I am seeing one of his associates. Cant complain about her really, but the office itself has ruined this experience for me. Absolutely horrible.

Dr. Lalanica Chandrasekera truly is a monster, and I would advise anyone expecting a baby to avoid her. I was a newly pregnant patient of Dr. Chandrasekera’s last year when I unfortunately lost my baby. I was devastated. During my follow up visit after I miscarried, she was very cold and disconnected. Before she left the room, she told me she would no longer be taking me as her patient. She did not give a reason. Just walked out. I guess my crying over the baby I lost added a bit of unwanted unpleasantness to her day. Every jaw in the room dropped and everyone I tell this story to is speechless. My parents and husband were all there with me and they were all shocked (and outraged, of course). What a truly horrific way to treat a woman who has just gone through this, let alone, your patient.I decided to let everything pass the natural way which caused the miscarrying process to prolong. Because of this I missed a few weeks of work and the HR department at the company I worked for at the time sent over a medical leave form for her to sign - it was very standard. After receiving it, Dr. Chandrasekera called me directly to tell me she would not sign it because “you can still work after a miscarriage”. Mind you, at this point in time I was still bleeding so much that I could not leave the toilet for more than a few minutes. Luckily my employers were very understanding of the situation especially after I explained how I had been treated by her.Dr. Chandrasekera is extremely immature and inexperienced. Although she is I’m sure well trained medically, she does not have the experience, maturity, professionalism, or empathy that is required for treating and supporting patients who are experiencing a major life event such as a pregnancy, birth, or a miscarriage.This was already the worst experience of my life and it should have been handled very differently by my doctor. Doctors treat their patients. Through the good AND the bad. They don’t get to pick and choose and toss the ones to the side that aren’t fun anymore. We are not your dolls, we are real people.ALL women deserve better than this.

This is hands down the worst medical practice I have EVER encountered. I went in for a visit and was then misinformed about the way my insurance would be charged so I ended up with a massive bill on services that I thought would be fully covered by my insurance (I even called and inquired prior to the appointment). I spent 6+ months trying to resolve the billing discrepancies, calling this office, my insurance provider, and the lab testing group to coordinate and received 0 support from this office. Every time they said theyd return my call, they would ghost me. Im seriously considering reporting them to the BBB. Please do NOT go here, I cant tell if theyre incompetent or just unprofessional but I would not recommend this experience to anyone.

Every lab test they send me to do, it came out super expensive even though I asked the price before and Reinhart said that it wasn’t going to be expensive. I was there a year before I got pregnant and they didn’t give me the results of my exam. A year later I went because I was pregnant and everything they did it came out more then what they said, and after all I had a really sad for me miscarriage, which it could had been prevented or at least She could have had taken care of better than what she did. Because I was waiting there with pain and they didn’t send me to emergency right away, until my water broke with only 17 weeks. After that with no baby I am still receiving bills from them.

Dr ChanDrasekera is very professional, thorough, and she listens to your needs. I have NEVER felt uncomfortable when I visit the office.

First time patient of Dr. Chandrasekera & Wow, very communicative, took the time to explain things & didn’t feel rushed. Staff is friendly and efficient. Will be going here as long as she remains.

WARNING! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY!!Service and follow through from this practice is horrendous and unprofessional. They failed to notify me about my lab results after my procedure. They never gave me a straight answer, and their portal link did not work, so I went to LabCorp to get my lab results.They also tried to bill me twice for the procedure; I provided my form of payment over the phone with the receptionist, and that was a couple of days after my procedure.It’s been 10 month, and I finally received an update on my results after emailing hem numerous times through out the year. They also forgot to tell me there was a mistake with my test results back in January.I should have heeded the warning.

WARNING!!! Avoid this practice at all costs. These people lied about insurance payments and made me pay full price for exams which they refused to give me the results of. My wife was forced to visit a different doctor and thankfully my insurance covered the exam and necessary procedures that followed. Before these procedures took place, the doctors requested that my wife go back to Dr. Tjoa at this practice and request colposcopy results(picture). So, we went there and requested this picture due to the fact that they never answer the phone, and when they answer the phone they act as if they don`t speak English. When we got there we asked the lady behind the glass window if we could have our results. She acted like she had no idea what we were talking about. So, for one hour she would speak to us about not having these results, which our insurance maintains a record of having taken place, and the lady disappearing for 10 minutes. At the end of the day they refused to even acknowledge that this exam has any results. Yet, two practitioners told us they did. So, at the end of the day, we paid over $500 for something which we did not even get the results of.DO NOT COME HERE. IT IS A SCAM OFFICE

If I could give no stars I would. This place is a pain to deal with for many reasons. You have to pay to park in the garage located across the street, the staff are unfriendly and do not disclose all fees that you will be charged for, the doctors are not very friendly and you barely get five minutes with them before they leave the room, the exam room they placed me in looked as if it was filled with broken equipment, and they do not respond with lab results quickly. I had a pap smear and it took them 6 WEEKS before I got my results, and even then I had to constantly call to ask them about my results. Please save yourself the hassle and see another OBGYN. I will never go back to this office.

Dr.Herrera and her assistant have great bedside manners, are available and go out of their way to provide the best care.

Service and follow through from this practice is horrendous. Take your business elsewhere. Ive repeatedly called to have prescriptions filled and its a nightmare to get the office to follow through. You literally have to follow up on a weekly basis and still dont get the support you need as a patient.
