Baylor Teen Health Clinic - Wisdom

The receptionist by the name of Chelsey, was very unwelcoming. Her tone, and just by her overall facial expressions made the experience feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I went in there for a walk-in, since they’re entrance door states “walk-ins” welcome. They said they could not make it possible because walk in are only for established patients. I understood, and went to make an appointment at the front desk. She looked stressed, which is understandable sometimes but to make the patient/walk-in feel unwelcoming in a TEEN health clinic is unprofessional to say the least. She made it seem like she did not want to be there nor for any patient to be there. I suggest for her to be more welcoming in her tone, for future patients to feel welcomed in and actually feel like the people that work there want to help.

Staff are all very kind and patient. I was anxious about coming since it’s my first time but it was a quick visit for my vaccine.

I called in ahead of time to ask if they accepted walk ins they said yes, I made a 40 minute drive just so they could tell me I had to return at 1 & wait more time. It was 11 when I arrived I’m guessing they didn’t wanna take me because of their “lunch time” 12 - 1, they had 1 hour before 12 but instead of assisting me they wanted me to return. I’ve been here before, the old nurse was really good, this new one a little rude.

Alina was so sweet and such a great person to talk to. Even though I’ve graduated from this school over 3 years ago it is nice to know this clinic Is still able to help me and the new building is so wonderful and modernized. Anyone coming here is in good hands and should feel at ease especially with Alina there.

A relative received excellent customer service before the visit and upon our arrival. The host secretary Veronica was calm, kind, patient and compassionate when handling my precious cargo, my family member.We are amazed and are glad to be a part of this, another extension of Baylor College of Medicine reaching the community!!January 22, 2020

Everything was quick and smooth. They are very nice & understanding make you feel like you have no worries.

The staff and everyone where very patient with me and explained everything I asked. They were very caring really recommend.
