I went there for the first time today, excellent service, it’s clean, friendly staff and fast.

Obviously not the greatest clinic! I got a message yesterday cause I had to pick up some results. They told me I had till 2pm. I was there at 1:40pm and the didn’t want to open the door. Worst service ever!

Super friendly and very professional, there was a very short wait to get everything taken care of for my family.

Their office doesnt have machine for credit card, they want to make up stories about procedures to take more money and will not give direct answer

I visited this clinic today and the service was excellent. At the Front desk the girls are attentive, friendly and process quickly. A few minutes later they passed me, the lady who checked my vital signs was also very friendly and then the provider from whom I received Excellent treatment also came in, I needed a document that required time, which she took out and completed in minutes, for which I thank her. a lot. This place is highly recommended, very few you find in Houston with everything good included, I moved from Cypress but it was worth it. Today they gained a new client. Ms. Patricia, who I even doubt that this is her real name because she acted so disrespectfully for a customer service, hung up the call by simply asking her to please transfer the call to someone else who could help me. My call was on 12/20/2023 for reference to a supervisor or manager. This person is not suitable for dealing with clients who need to be attended to. Far from attracting clients, he scares them away and mistreats them. I expect a response from me. comment from a supervisor. I encourage you to hire people who know how to deal with customers and not someone who is rude and unprofessional.
