Have been taking all of my children Dr Jones for 4 years now. The staff is always very nice and accommodating. Dr Jones bedside matter along with her integrity is unlike any other family doctor. Ive been here on/off a few yrs and I really appreciate that Nurse Jones remembers personal details about me and asks for updates in regards to them despite how little Ive seen her. Shes very sweet and makes it easy to seek care :)

She takes the time to explain what you need to know and even additional advice. She listens. She cares. If she can’t help because it isn’t her specialty, she will find you the help you need. My first time coming to this clinic, staffs are so amazing. Dr. Jones made me feel right at home. This is the best doctor I ever came across. Sweet, kind a doctor that actually listen.

Absolutely phenomenal service. Ms.Jones has the most amazing bedside manners. My family of 8 has been going to her for years and she’s never failed at excellent care. She is very thorough and our medical needs are most definitely met. No matter the ailment, she always take outstanding care of us, get us the wellness we need or if necessary, refer us out to necessary physicians according to the situation to ensure that we get the best care possible. I’ve also sent other friends who all regaled on the outstanding visit. My children still see her now as adults and I will continue as well. I highly recommend Emmaus Healthcare and wish there were more stars to give.

What I can say..they are simply THE BEST!!!Dr. Jones is very kind, caring, professional, and listens to all your questions and concerns. The staff is very friendly and make you feel like home every time (they always know my name). Walk-in or appointment they call you in right away never have a waited more than 10-15 minutes to be called in. Every time I go get my blood drawn I dont feel a thing! The results come in fast and they call you right away. They have a system that receives messages and their office phone number also receives pictures such as insurance cards! That was a major plus seeing that a lot of us live a busy and stressful life they make it so much easier for us. They give you referrals and give you any kind of information you need.I took my mom to their office and my mom LOVED them as well. I totally recommend her office 100% for your medical needs. I never wait longer than 10 minutes to see the doctor. Dr. Cheryl Jones is always kind and uplifting. She thinks outside the box with issues and makes sure everything is taken care of. She finds all the specialists for me within my insurance which is a huge help.

Very sweet ,nice doctor and staff, very attentive. However wouldnt go back since she doesnt provide additional refills. One time fill and then you have to come back , to pay again for visit.
