I have been a patient here for 3 years. I am very demanding when it comes to choosing a doctor because I love asking questions and of course I want very clear answers because health is important. I also hate feeling rushed when I go to the doctor, but I dont feel any of that here. They really take the time to listen and explain very well any concern you have. The staff is very friendly and really care about their patients. Besides that, the place is very clean and modern. I love this clinic and all the staff.

I really recommend this place. The staff is polite and professional. The clinic itself is kept clean and neat. It was not overcrowded (I loveddddd this!) I had minimal waiting time to see the doctor too. Once the doctor saw me I was explained my prescriptions and was also given an estimated time on when I would be able to get my medications. The doctor was kind and listened to my concerns and explained everything in a calm and professional manner. I will be making this my primary care clinic for sure.

I’ve never been more happier or more impressed with the care and knowledge of the staff and how friendly everyone was! I understood everything being said and if at any moment I did not understand they would explain it to me in great detail, and this clinic isn’t as expensive as other clinics I really recommend this clinic to anyone that is looking for an economic way to help.

I like the doctor there, hes very nice. But the admin staff could be a lot more helpful. My sons insurance company has been trying to reach them by fax and phone and says she goes straight to VM (which is full-go figure), and even though theyve received the fax they wont complete the information and return it, which could effect my sons services and care. I think diversity in the office would go REALLY far considering the neighborhood they serve.

I highly recommend this Family Practice. The clinic is clean, the front desk staff Luis is very friendly and kind. Our family has been treated properly and with the medical knowledge on what steps to take next. they do labs and some diagnostics in house. This location is fairly new and Ill keep updating review as time goes by.

Sadly i went last week and was the only person there. A man entered after me and told them his paying cash. Didnt think anything of it. When i was called i said awesome i will be out soon. Apparently they chose to attend the other man. I was ledt waiting for an hour to be seen. I told the girl how weird i got here before him and he got atteneded before me. She ignored me. I told her i have to leave. The girl in the receptioned blurred its ok she has medicaid she can leave. Firstly, i didnt chose to be on medicaid. My life changed last year when my son got critically sick and i have to be his care taker. Secondly you do not shout out a patients business like that. How unprofessional. Secondly its sad that hispanics instead of helping there people treat there people disrespectfully. I would have given 5 stars the doctor is excellent. The lab tech he is cool. The nurse is cool. Remeber treat people the way you want to be treated.

Love this place!! I was in so much pain and they gave me an antibiotic and within hours I was out of pain they also gave me discounts for me medication and it was super cheap. Loved this place will definitely recommend!! The Doctor and the front desk were amazing!!!

Takes too long to make an appointment. Ive been trying for 3 hours. Sent all the information they needed, and even changed the primary care provider on our insurance to them which was supposedly all they needed to make an appointment. Now for some reason im waiting on their billing department to see if the change has been made, even though my insurance carrier says the change was immediate and even provided a reference number. Took the day off to take my sick child to the doctor and havent even made it passed scheduling an appointment. Save your time and go elsewhere.

Complete scam!!! My husband took me there when I had COVID. They said I needed 3 steroid shots given 1 a day for $100 each one. Then they wanted to draw blood for an annual exam another $100 but I didn’t need an annual at the moment, COVID test for $100. COVID test we’re free at the time. No! I don’t think so! I will never go back.

My mom was really satisfied on how wonderful the staff treated her, and how clean the place is. She has never experienced such wonder treatnent at any other place shes so thankful.

Initially I thought they really cared about one’s health. Now I see all they really care is about taking peoples’s money. Doubt be coming back.It just seems like every clinic I go , they always want to do several test “ according to them to discard possibly conditions “Well guess what, I pay out of my pocket,So I can’t be spending a few couple hundred bucks every visit.

I called today 3 times to ask if they accepted my health insurance since I urgently need a doctor and the girl who saw me first told me to send her a photo of my insurance card and that they would call me back to tell me if they accepted my insurance or not After I had already asked her if they accepted that insurance, she didnt know if they accepted it or not. I sent the information and she never called me back so I preferred to call again and then the same person answered me and told me that she was going to check To see if the photo had already entered, he put me on hold and immediately told me that he already had it and that he was going to see if they accepted my insurance and they would call me back. I dont usually send my information by message but well, he didnt have an answer either. A reasonable amount of time passed and I called again to find out if they accepted my insurance or not and the same lady told me that they were very busy and then they told me how, in other words, you can have the best doctors but change the staff that works for you because they are rudeness and lack of professional etiquette and are not prepared to serve the public
