The place is getting upgraded. I walked in and Nikki was so welcoming and happy to help. Amanda called us to prep us for my sons doctor appointment. Great with kids and very friendly and kind. We waited for Dr. Nguyen and he truly was great and detailed with all he was doing during his examinations. He was eager to answer any questions and wanted to make sure we were understanding of the examine. Truly beside all the construction they have a great team and will be bring the rest of my family.

At the entrance, the greeting that you receive from Letci and Niki deserve high praise. They are awesome. Mariela is the same except she’s dental. The 3 of them together, if you are mad, their greeting will change your entire mindset. They are the Charlie’s Angels of St. Hope in Greenspoint. Josh is the best dental assistant on this side of heaven. Thank you guys for always being above average.

We finally found a dentist for our kids!!! My daughter went in for an exam today and she ended up loving it! The staff made her feel so comfortable and did so well with her. Very reasonably priced as well.

St hope and their auxiliary staff provided exceptional care during my recent visit. Dr. Asa expertise and gentle approach made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure, and their attention to detail was evident. The auxiliary staff were friendly, efficient, and contributed to a smooth and pleasant experience, specially Irma. I highly recommend st hope practice for anyone seeking quality care.

St.Hope Foundation is the best! I’ve been here for years! I love my Dr. She is always available when needed! When I say I came to this location and the amount of patience I was given was impeccable, I mean it. I know was a bit difficult due the pain but Mariela talked to me like I was a human & so did Dr. Le. Very compassionate given the amount of patients they see on a daily. My children had an appointment at this facility the other day for the first time and the visit was awesome! The staff was informative when performing the kids examination by letting the parent know what is being done and why! I recommend this facility for your medical needs they are so friendly and fast

St. Hope is my place. The team members are always helpful and genuine. I have tons of great stories and experiences for helping me navigated care to best practices. The front desk team calls to check in. If I miss an appointment they care. Between Letci, Niki and Julissa, I know Im well taken care of. Dr. Burton is like auntie, mama, and sister all rolled in one. I feel like she truly cares about my wellbeing. And Im grateful to have her. The dental office is amazing as well. Ive had several bad experiences with dentists offices and when I got here I was scared. Like full on panic attack and Dr. Emiko and Josh reassured me. Was gentle and hella patient. I was a 5yr old in the chair and they didnt ridicule me, force me to do anything. They took their time and rescheduled me several times until I was ready.This office is too notch and I recommend it. Great staff, great doctors, great team.

First time visiting this location. Was a little turned around due to the construction. Staff were extremely nice.I like to make informed decisions about my healthcare so I ask many questions. Dr. Asa was understanding and explained the process in detail. First time I had an X-ray tech that was gentle with the X-ray sensor and not trying to push it thru my gums.Front desk staff were nice and willing to answer my questions also. Explained in detail the pricing which I greatly appreciated. I was a little apprehensive about going to the Greenspoint location. My visit today was pleasant and I hope future visits will be the same.

Letci is always so sweet and friendly every time you walk in !!Niki is wonderful of course not because she’s my mom but as a professional care giver! always prioritizes patients even with her daughter being in the front!!Nicole makes everything so easy and stress free especially dealing with dental 10/10 would recommend going back !!

I always receive very good attention and kindness from the receptionists Leticia and Niki, they always help me. With my appointments adapting to the time I have free, that helps me a lot to be able to get to my appointments. Visited on 05/15/24Josh that took the teeth Xtray was gentle.Mariela at front desk was polite and explained procedures.Had a cancellation and slotted me in for the extraction.Total cost unbelievable low.after getting exhorbitant quotes from Park Lake Dental which would have ripped me off.Awesome place.

Dr. Carter and Caston are wonderful. I wouldn’t know what to do without them. They are very caring and informative when it comes to their patients. Letci and Niki at the front desk are very professional and helpful. I never have any issues when I have an appointment. They do their best to answer any needs and solve any issues someone has.

St hopes in GREENSPOINT is probably one of the best facilities that I’ve been to, walking in and being greeted by Julissa, Niki and letci definitely provides a breathe of comfort . The front desk squad makes checking in efficient and joyful. There fast but also very attentive. Also not to mention having a doctor and dentist available in the same location. I had a great experience! I am starting my nursing program and everyone was so helpful from the HCM/Que, MA Esmeralda and of course my Doctor Burton-Harris. She helped me understand items that I overlooked as my pre-reqs.

Today i went in and got a tooth pulled by Dr Asa Emeka and the nurse Ms Irma and they were both amazing. They took my pains and moans into consideration and made sure i was comfortable. She even held my hand when i was getting the numbing shot. It was fast and painless. Thank you so much for the treatment and time

St Hope Greenspoint was great. Niki and Letci were very nice and personable. The clinical staff and lab staff were also friendly and professional. Prices were affordable. Definitely making this my primary medical provider.

I visited St. Hope in GREENSPOINT the front desk attendants Letci and Niki were a huge help in answering any questions I may have had in regards to scheduling and follow up appointments. My nurse Alex was sensitive and thorough with collecting my information for check in and Dr. Briscoe.

Dr. Asa, and Maricela have been absolutely amazing. Dr. Asa came to the Sugar Land location where I frequently go for doctor visit, and other Services! He was able to get me in and remove a wisdom tooth that has been bothering me for sometime. Did an amazing job and made sure that the health of my gums and teeth were healing properly! Ever since the work he done, I’ve followed him to the locations he’s been at. It’s been Conner or Greenpoint. Now mind you I live in La Porte! LetcI and Niki are so professional and helpful and always go over the call of duty.Dr. Briscoe is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She takes her time with me explaining and also making sure I understand. St Hope Foundation in Greenspoint is the best wit outstanding staff.

Letci & Nicki at the front desk are definitely my step favorite people at this location outside of my Dr. Mrs. Briscoe & therapist Sherletta Carter. They make everything worth while and easy. I’m never the happiest with pharmacy but these ladies more than make up for it!

System stinks! I get a reminder text a couple hours before one of many appointments. When I try to reschedule, operator can’t explain what appointment it is or if it’s in person or virtual. Useless!

Update: i was given a call by Maryann who said they do not backdate with insurance and that my results Are available through the app. I let her know that im aware but had a concern abt something and thats why i wanted a dr to go over it with me.. she said she would try to seee if they can possibly go over that one concern. She would have to get back to me. Instead of trying to fix the situation... she also said my insurance diesnt cover visits for results so i have to pay 350 for that but i was never charged when i went the 2nd time for results. Basically they implement these things to get the most money out of the patient. I can guarantee most offices are not like this.I would advise ppl to not come here and instead seek a clinic that actually cares abt their patients. I came here and paid out of pocket for my visit since I forgot my insurance. I provided the info a week later at my next visit and they said they were not sure they can bill it since I provided it later. I work with medicaid patients and medicaid give you 90 days to send a claim for a reason. You can still bill it and its not a big deal...After this I returned for my results (you have to go in for results regardless if everything is fine. I never seen an office make you do that)I didnt pay for that visit and I had additional blood work done. After that when I returned for my results they said the visit will be 350$ just to go over results.. I called their corporate and spoke to Mary Ann. She said nothing had been billed to the insurance at all and would look into it. Its been 8 days and of course I havent heard back from her. I will be reporting them. This place only cares abt your money. Dont make the mistake I did by coming here.

First time visiting St. Hope and this has been my best dental experience. Starting with Joshua the dental hygienist. He was so welcoming and created a great experience. Joshua and Dr. Le explained everything so throughly and gave me many options for my dental plan. Julissa and Allante in the front helped explain my treatment plan and payment options and helped me understand my next steps. Thank you St. Hope for the great work the foundation and staff are doing for people.

Grateful for the support, information as well as assistance Bernice the Pt. Scheduling Coordinator wholeheartedly gave. I’m truly in need of health care assistance and I’ve applied for several programs. SSI and Harris County. I’ve previously worked for the State of Texas and I’m very familiar with the protocol of who’s eligible as well as what’s needed. I’ve felt alone during this time of need and defeated. Ms. Bernice comforted me and I felt assured all will be well and I will be seen. To be able to work through my health concerns. I’m truly grateful for her going above and beyond! As well as genuinely listening, despite how busy she was. She continued to listen to me as well as answer other calls. I did not feel rushed at all! I’m truly grateful and she deserves Kudos on a job well done! Compassion in a busy work environment is hard to come by. Looking forward to the upcoming appointments as I feel better in knowing I will be seen. 🙌🏽

Ive been to this facility on 5 occasions in the past 2 months. My first experience was with Allante and it has always been a positive experience which I look forward to. She has been super helpful, kind, understanding, and provided assistance in guiding me in the correct direction. She made me feel special, welcome, and unique and genuinely interested in helping me with the medical problems I presented with. Now I have chosen to switch locations since greenspoint is out of my way but allowed me initially to be seen faster, and I am sad that I will no longer be greeted by Allante which gave my experiences a positive start and outlook always!!

I love my doctor office. Niki and Letci are so welcoming and quick with getting you settled in at the front desk. And my nurse Samantha and Dr. Caston are so hands on when it comes down to the patients wants and needs. The staff at Greenpoint go over and beyond and I love it.

I have always been a patient here at saint hope and I have never experienced such a great community, Letci and Niki at reception were so sweet and helpful with checking in and payment, and also rescheduling my next appointment. I have to say Dr Caston is amazing and always helps me, ask me questions and treats me with respect, I love coming here to a community where there is love, I want to say a thank you to everyone at this company for all their hard work.

Let me say some things, I am extremely grateful to have found this clinic. When looking for a new place to get medical exams, it was a little overwhelming. At the time when I called asking for information, they must have heard that in my voice because they were able to assist me very quickly. They helped me get with the right people and made the experience be an amazing one. Letci and Niki both have helped me enough times that they know me by name now, which helps me feel very comfortable and confident. They have called me when I have missed my appointment verification calls to make sure to verify my appointments, which is above and beyond; most places will just let you miss the appointments, granted, it still one’s responsibility. St. Hope offers a lot to their patients, I am currently taking therapy and I see Sherletta Carter for this. She is extremely good at what she does, makes you feel comfortable, listens and gives really good advice; the only thing I could say is that I should have done this sooner.The wait times tend to be low; they normally see you right away at your scheduled appointment, sometimes there is a small wait, but nothing too bad like other places I have been to. I hope this review will find people who are on the fence about this location to give it a chance. You will feel welcomed and confident that they are able to assist you with your needs. The staff at St. Hope Foundation are very professional, kind and they really treat you “more than just a number”.

I have been going to this location for at least 3 years for a psychiatry and primary care. The staff up front are so amazing. Letci and Niki are extremely professional, polite, understanding, always prepared, constantly working, their work ethic is incredible, and they do it with a smiling face. Major props to them for making me feel welcomed at every appointment. This is really important to me, because most psychiatric offices usually dont have such compassionate service. Me and my son visited the Greenspoint location for St. Hope Foundation and our visit proved to be less than favorable. My son was involved in a head-on collision with a big truck a few days ago. He wanted to see his primary care physician at this location after visiting two ERs. I flew into Houston and drove across town 45 minutes to this location to be disappointed.His face was injured in the accident with two black eyes, blood shot eyes and significant bruising to his face and forehead hematoma. He explained to his primary care physician that he works directly with the public at a car service and psychologically he was not ready to go back to work and face customers in this condition and especially since he works with driving cars. She refused to give him any additional time off until he healed a little more and felt comfortable enough to return to work.I felt she was unsympathetic to his traumatic experience and did not appear to really care. He had an appointment with her before the accident and was previously scheduled. She said she wish she would have known he was involved in a car accident before now his visit was taking more time than anticipated. We only met with her for 10 minutes. No referral for mental health support due to his traumatic experience was given.Doctors need to advocate for their patients a little more and act like they really care about the work they are doing. We will be taking our medical insurance and services somewhere else when we need to. I thank her for not really helping his situation and making his PTSD worse.

I was a little frustrated about making an appointment over the phone or online. I was doing some errands nearby so decided to walk in and see about my appointment. Nicole at front desk made a quick phone call and in less than 5 minutes I was on my way out with my appointment ready. Thanks. I hope the personal interaction with staff will go as awesome as my first interaction with Nicole.

I cant say enough good things about the St Hope team at Greenspoint!This wonderful team has been a part of my health for just shy of a decade and they have seen me through ups and downs and all kinds of growth. Their patient, professional and polite staff is second to none.The front desk team is incredibly friendly and understanding. Nikki, Letsy, and Julissa are an absolute joy to interact with. These wonderful ladies are a big part of the experience from start to finish. They always greet me with smiles and are willing to share laughs. They even ask how my family is doing. These ladies are amazing at juggling all of their responsibilities while making sure all of their patients are taken care of and respected. There are not enough words to express how much I respect and appreciate these ladies. They handle so much with grace and dignity.My physical health has improved exponentially while receiving services at St Hope. My PCP and their team is always courteous, prompt, understanding and informative. Even when my PCP left St Hope my care never was in question or declined. I feel exceptionally lucky to have Mrs. Caston as my current PCP and would recommend her to every and anyone.The St Hope team doesnt just end with my PCP. Mrs Barbara the phlebotomist, Dr McKinney the podiatrist, Oliver with optometry, Mr Davis in the pharmacy...just a few of the amazing individuals that make the experience at St Hope Greenspoint exceptional.The dental team has kept me smiling for so many reasons. And I feel like it gets better and better each time I go in. Same with the psychiatrist and mental health team.Over seeing all of these wonderful people is Q. She is an amazing lady. She has helped whenever there was a hiccup in any of my services. I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. It provides a one stop shop for every medical or dental attention needed. Of course them having a pharmacy in the same facility also makes it very helpful. Letci along with the other girls up front always greet you with a smile eagerly to help in anything.

What a joke!I call one specific office, spend five minutes listening to a recorded message with a hundred options in English and Spanish instead of language options separately!Then, when I finally get someone 4:39 into the call, I get an office I didn’t call. I’m talking to Sugarland. I ask my questions only to be told, “please hold, I’ll transfer you to the correct location” (even though I called the correct location) and when I finally get someone there…11:09 into the call, I’M AT THE WRONG LOCATION AGAIN and am being transferred yet again to the location I dialed in the first place. Finally, 14:51 into my call, I get someone at Greenspoint and our call is disconnected.I call right back get the same recorded message with all the options, choose appropriately, get Sugarland again, and the vicious circle begins again.I know growth happens but there is a time when you’re too big for your britches and this phone system has been proven to be one of those times.I call MY doctor’s office to speak to my DOCTORS OFFICE- not a clinic I’ve never been to. They do not know me.I may not be a valued customer and this phone system has shown I’m not. It routs you where you do not want to go, to people that can’t answer your questions to be transferred to dead lines.I’m done! The absolute worse and I’ve never been this rude- moreover, have never left a negative comment.I’m a go with the flow person but not this time. This is unacceptable, this MUST be fixed!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about all the staff members I encountered today. It was my first visit. Letci was my receptionist. She explained everything clearly and helped me through all the paperwork. My case manager is Neda and she was awesome. She offered me options and helped me pick which were best for me. Nurse Tony was just as friendly and professional. PA Choy took his time to explain everything that we were doing today and our plan for the future. I am so glad I went to this place. Now I understand why the automatic voice message says: “hang up and make your next appointment online” because the people who answer the phone doesn’t know anything about values and manors, if you are treating with costumers you can’t laugh or joke about people’s language, we live in Texas and not everyone knows English, plus the few they are learning probably their going to have an accent, it’s not easy for them or for us, to communicate because English is not our first language, and it’s already frustrating when we can’t or we won’t get the others understand us. So the people at the call center or office, it will be better if they will be more comprehensive, and kindness with the costumers when they call to make appointment or to ask any question related to the foundation.I said this because It happened to me when I called and I didn’t understand what the lady was saying, so my answer was related to something different and she just laugh about it even when she put mute I heard her laughing, and because she didn’t had enough patience ended up the call saying: “call tomorrow between 1 and 2:30pm”

Priya & Rolinder are very helpful whenever you have paperwork that needs to be done. They both get it done with the quickness & no hassle. Nikki is pretty awesome also she never misses a beat & always takes care of me. Justin in the pharmacy is also pretty great. They just have to get their timing a little better constantly run late for appointments.

DAngelo was great! He was awesome at explaining the intake process and took initiative in getting everything taken care of on my first visit. He is the reason I would be back. The initial service was great. Unfortunately, after the appointment, service took a dive. It was like they bait you in with the first appointment. My husband felt like he was definitely dealing with some free clinic but with insurance. Once we finally receive his glasses, we wont return.

First time here. Very nice and organized. They are hi-tech-i.e. signing in process, x-rays. Had a great consultation. Daniel & Allante helped me. I believe they go on a sliding scale for eligibility.

I absolutely love this place. The moment you walk inside youre greeted by the wonderful receptionists Niki and Tierney. They are very helpful and make you feel comfortable. The upbeat and professional attitudes are what keeps me coming back. However, the parking is extremely mediocre. If this lovely place gave me my own personal parking space, theyd be THE top notch, exquisite healthcare facility. But until then, theyre just ST. HOPE, WHERE YOURE MORE THAN JUST A NUMBER.... (But not a parking spot)

The staff are kind and attentive, and the medical personnel knowledgeable, and for the most part, have wonderful bedside manners and take the time to answer questions and concerns.Now I have to give my highest praise to the medical PCSs at the front desk, who go above and beyond to organise, control and manage reception, the waiting area, man the phones and scheduling for the Greenspoint location. Niki and Letci, youre the best!If ever I had a need for an emergency appointment or needed information or an issue resolved, I have gone to them.They are also very sweet and keep it light and fun when it can be hard in certain situations.Overall, I love coming here and I would recommend it to anyone. Where should I startI dont Normally write reviews But since the beginning of 2019 I started going to the dentist at Saint hope foundation in greens point. And I must say My visits have been awesome. Ive been seeing the same Dentists Dr. Wilkins and dental assistant Ms.Tracenia And I must say they are a great team. Ive been to a lot of places in the past for some work and this dentist have been the most professional and gentle dentist I Came across. For appointments theyre always on time to start the work. They will explain what work needs to be done and what they are performing. So to make a long story short when you find a team that works You stick with them. And I dont remember the young lady name at the front counter but she is awesome We give each other a hard time but its all good lol

The staff was great , down to earth and very knowledgeable,and listens to all your concerns. When I say the receptionist was great the X-ray tech was great both explained and broke everything down. I scheduled an appointment for my boyfriend couple weeks ago and he raved at how awesome the staff, nurses and doctors all made him feel very comfortable at the Sugar Land location. Well I also needed to go in a see a doctor so I contacted St. Hope. They only had an appointment in Greens Point and I didn’t mind the drive. Everyone there was amazing!! They take the time to go over everything in detail with you. It’s super affordable for people like myself and my boyfriend who don’t have insurance! I have been going to St Hope for a year now. I have had good encounters with all the employees. I especially like the fact that I do not have to wait for long periods of time to see the doctor and to get prescriptions filled. I would like to commend Ron and Justin from the pharmacy department for doing an excellent job and for their courtesy. I also would like to commend Niki, Ariel, Angelica, Tierney and Dr. Sheila from the medical and dental departments for making my visits there pleasant ones.

At St Hope the Doctors and staff are really nice, but the phone system is just awful, can never talk to a real person, and it takes so long I just hang up, I thought I was more than just a number, but they say a chat is better than a phone call, but they dont even respond to your messages. Im thinking about finding other care.

Another year still no management or professionalism. Nurses will not answer the phone. Reception isnt even allowed to transfer u to them. I just needed correct refill called in they messed it up but cant pick up a phone. Also 100 % of dental appointments canceled even after confirming. Might try a hiring a man to run the place those women are lost. Love front desk ladies...

I have been provided over the last 2.5 yrs the most exquisite care from the staff and doctors at this location that anyone could ask for. The first 2 visits for a root canal went great, I was so optimistic. Now today I was to get fitted for the crown, after ALL of the reminders about my appt, I get to the office and the dentist who finished my root canal isnt in, the dentist there refused to do the fitting since she didnt start it; per front desk, so now Ive wasted gas when all it could have taken was a phone call prior to my appt time to jnform me the dentist wouldnt be in. And in top of that she asked if I wanted a full xray visit which is $75 when I barely have the money to get the crown, what an insult. Now Im not sure Ill even have the money to get the crown after paying for the root canal in prior weeks, because something else may come up and warrant me to use the money for it instead of my crown. Idk if the universe is telling me to not get the rest of the service here and go elsewhere or not because this really gives me a wrong impression of this office now as a whole. I hope this foundation doesnt go down in shambles all while serving ppl who need a hand up atp in life and are trying to keep their health up at the same time

The dentist was aggressive and treated me like a dog by grabbing me by the inside of my mouth and shoving a needle in my mouth. The whole procedure was traumatizing and extremely painful. On top of that I was there to get my filling refilled and I feel like he did more damage. He was very unprofessional and I felt just like a unwanted patient. The dental assistant was not helpful either and the other patients were allowed to play loud music as we waited to be served. This place needs new management and better staff.

Had a great visit with Dr. Burton, she was friendly and patient with me.

I love this location the doctors are great especially Letci and Niki. They all make me feel comfortable, love and almost like family. They will help no matter what’s going personally all they want is you to be mentally and physically.

Easily one of the best places that Ive went for care. The entire staff really works hard to make sure that you are taken care of and treated well. There are definitely a few standouts that I would like to recognize. First Mrs. Nikki at the front desk really knows her stuff. Shes always on top of my appointments, even when im not, and never gives me any sort of attitude. She always has a positive and upbeat attitude. When I come in shes always able to lighten the mood with her personality and sense of humor. Then theres Dangelo. My goodness this guy is great. He really goes above and beyond to handle all the issues that I come up with. There have been at least two times where he has sat and worked with me for egregious amounts of time to get things taken care of, as quickly and efficiently as possible. Hes a life saver. Lastly, theres the gentleman that works in the pharmacy, Justin. Hes another staff member that is always on it when it comes to maintaining the lines of communication between the location and patients. He is constantly warm and greeting with a big smile and a pleasant attitude. All in all this is a great location, and one that this area really benefits greatly from having.

Today I had a dental with Dr.Wilkins/Tracenia! Words can’t express how pleased I am every time I have a dental! I pleased with the work that’s being provided as well as the professionalism.Angelica is always so peaceful when I arrive for appointments. We need more medical assistants like her during these trying times.

I have been coming to St. Hope Foundation Clinic Greenspoint for over 2 years. I am very pleased with the medical treatment they have provided for me. The office personal, Letci and Niki, is friendly, respectful and ready to serve you. As for the drs, they are patient and thorough with there findings and take time to help you as the patient understand you health care needs. I highly recommend this office.

I’ve been going to all of these locations for years and finally decided to leave a review because of a very special woman named Angelica that works there. She is the nurse I see before I see my psychiatrist and she’s absolutely incredible! She has a great attitude and knows me well, she is caring and the best face to see before I go into my psychiatrist appointments.Thanks Angelica!!!!

For my first visit was great very welcoming smiling. Talking as if they knew me for years nurses that assisted me at front desk location 255 n. Point mrs letci, dental ms T. Mrs Sheela, Mrs lizeth. Niki. All so helpful . great clean. Knowledgeable . Hope I keep the doctors the nurses the front desk pcs, dental, pa, ma. Very friendly group. I recommend all I know. Makes me want to go see medical staff on the regular.

I was satisfied with my vision services today and always! I have been a vision patient for 7 years and the providers are great. Candice and Dr. Charrier at Greenpoint were thorough and work well together. Im never disappointed and love my frames and lenses every year.

Letci and Niki are always nice when I walk in, they remember my name which most places don’t bother to do. My nurses are always sweet and nice, Caston and Guadalupe literally the BEST.

Ro’Linder is what keeps me coming back to SHF. She’s very understanding, goes above and beyond to assist me with my issues . Whenever I go too long without seeing her it’s like everything goes wrong, but as soon as we have another appointment, things come back into tact . She is a light and I highly recommended her services.Letci and Nikki makes the transition between patient and provider so much easier . As soon as I walk in I’m warmly greeted by name They’re understanding , they actually take the time out to LISTEN to your needs and accommodate you accordingly. The perfect dream team.

Just wanted to show some love, support, and appreciation to the staff at SHF Greenspoint. First of all to the medical pcs - Letci & Niki, RN -Lizeth for being so personable, helpful, efficient, and professional. Secondly, to PA Sheela, who truly impressed me, and I can say Im really glad to have as my new medical provider. Thirdly, to the lady that made my day, Ms Barbara the phlebotomist, the service she provided to me was exceptional. Her personality, professionalism, and humor was absolutely refreshing. Lastly, thanks to office manager Lupita, this will be my new spot for sure!

I dont know how people have had positive experiences here because each time Ive cobtacted this office it has been a bad experience. Ive never been able to schedule an appointment because im always being transferred from person to person. I was previously told to call a different number to schedule an appointment, which was odd because i was on the phone with them directly. Why would i need to call a different number that didnt have the same area code? I called the number anyway because i needed a doctor. I was on hold fir over 20+ minutes. Very unprofessional & gkad i didnt come here because if theyre struggling to schedule a basic appointment, who knows what else they would stuggle with.

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! Ms Nikki has been a wonderful help each and every time. Ive had a few issues here and there but she got me taken care none the less!...Here we are a year later and I can still say I feel the same way!! Ms. Priya and the entire St. Hope foundation has been an amazing help to my family and I. I thank you all so much!

Dr.Lorrainis the greatest but I have a problem getting to Greenpoint and it would be better for me if she was at st hope in Houston on 290 service road we need a foot doctor there very bad thank you Dr.Mckinney for your service I can Finley walk again without my feet hurting.This post is from Harry Donaldson.

I am still giving a 5 star review because the staff and doctors are AMAZING!This year (2023) they switched to a new phone system that is beyond disappointing! You call YOUR doctors office and it routs you to another office for who knows what reason, you leave messages for scheduling or pharmacy and IF they get back to you its over a week later. I was sick this last week and did not feel up to going to the doctor, I send a message via the APP, called, NO ANSWER EVER and left more than one message... I am still waiting on a return call about my appointments. Nikki called me Friday telling me she saw one of my messages and did get me taken care of today (Monday). Besides this disaster they call a functional phone system, they are GREAT!Besides the never answering calls and unreturned voicemails, you also have to sit through a long message when you call in that tells you each prompt in English and repeats it in Spanish instead of giving language options at the start like most other phone systems. I HATE THEIR NEW PHONE SYSTEM TO SAY THE LEAST. IT IS CAUSING ME TO SEEK OUT ANOTHER DOCTOR TO USE THAT ISNT LIKE THIS. They say Youre more than just a number but text you how much you owe on your bill and links to pay, ignore you UNLESS YOU OWE MONEY! I guess the easiest way to make sure you get a call quickly is to owe money! To be more than just a number I feel just like the number of the amount I owe. I do not understand how I have insurance and still owe a balance. But, I am more than just a number, right?The gals at Greenspoint are AMAZING! Rolinder W, Nikki #1... gotta love them! They make going to the doctor easy. I’m a doctor chicken...This is a one stop shop for clinics. They offer physicians, dental, pharmacy, psychiatric care and more.

This is a very good place to go for medical and dental treatments. Niki & Tiereny at the front desk are very nice and professional and they seem to enjoy their jobs. I always have a pleasant experience when coming for my visits. Keep up the good work(:

Going to the doctor is never a fun task for anyone. However, Niki, Tereny, and Tony makes the experience worth it. They are personable and professional. A great combination for any doctors visit. Thankful for them and all they do.

I have been seeing the staff here for quite a bit of time now. Niki, Letci and Ms T have been an absolute joy. It is because of them that I am able to find happiness during my visits here. I have dropped the ball quite a few times but they have always helped me to pick it back up and get it back rolling. I consider myself very lucky to have encountered them and this facility because its literally changed my life. Thank you!

So far it has been a great experience. I think everything is going to work out right with me! I recently moved to the state of Texas from Michigan and I have now found my medical home! Great staff, especially Candice and Nikki! I absolutely recommend that anyone in need of medical attention to come here.
