This center is phenomenal, they care so much about their patients and their circumstances not like other dental centers that threat their patients like an ATM. I have dealt with Julissa and she was so polite, professional and caring. Definitely recommend St. Hope.

I went to this location to have my annual mammogram done I was greeted with such kindness and was advised I would be seen soon! I only waited 5 minutes and was called for my appointment! Juana was who did the imaging, I tell you she was so amazing, such a kind and gracious person, she asked questions of how I was feeling outside of being there for a mammogram and she kept such genuine conversation and made me feel comfortable! If you are in need of imaging please call and ask for Juana you won’t regret it! The facility as a whole is very clean and you are welcomed once you enter

Ive been coming to this office for about a year for medical and dental checkups. They are always so helpful and attentive and provide quality care. Julissa (front dental) and Marcie (front medical) always greet you with a smile and make the check-in and checkout process a breeze. Ana (dental mgr), Victoria (assistant) were helpful as well. Jennifer, Natalie, Juana are always helpful and answer any questions that I have. Dr. Asa made me feel comfortable during my appointment. He explained the process and steps as he went along and made sure it wasnt a painful experience. Overall, I love the environment and people here. They make me feel welcome, provide excellent customer service and care

Been coming here for over a year now after discovering Dr. Lucas who is immensely pivotal to my health. Everyone that works there is super kind and patient like Marcie and Lizeth; or Julissa and Ana who’re extremely helpful. Never had a negative experience along with the clinic helping me navigate my insurance. It’s just nice when the Dr office is a smooth and chill process, or they communicate with/to you

The team at St Hope Northwest is pretty amazing! Marcie( Medica) and Anna (Dental)at the front desk were cheerful and very helpful. Juana made my mammogram experience great. She is professional and compassionate. Natalie ( MA) was so kind! Dr Vasquez is professional, personable and always a good listener. This is definitely his calling. Sweet Jennifer was a champ during my blood draw. I am a hardstick, but she was kind and compassionate. She is a keeper! Tanisha is is an excellent Social worker. She is definately operating in her anointing. Dr Lee, is Mr calm and collected, and he is amazing! He is a great dentist! Victoria is wonderful, she made me so comfortable. We are gratefulfor your diligent service each time we come here. You are the hands of Jesus! Never get tired of well doing.

I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Lee and Afrose from the dental department for their exceptional patient care. They took the time to thoroughly explain all procedures and consistently ensured my comfort and addressed any questions I had.

I would definitely recommend this location for all medical and dental services. I saw Rose and Dr Lee for my regular dentist follow up and they were amazing. I felt comfortable and was given the opportunity to be apart of my future treatment plan.

Maricella, Julissa, and Victoria were great at helping me schedule and get my quotes for some dental procedures I needed done. They made it easy to be able to reschedule when I needed to due to unexpected circumstances.

Jennifer is kind and caring every time I see her and my labwork is always painless. She knows exactly what shes doing and is always a pleasure to speak to. She makes my overall experience much more pleasant, and I look forward to having her perform my labwork again in the future.

My experience at this office is always wonderful! I’ve been going there since this location opened. I recieve great service and care each time I visit. The Front Desk staff ( Ana, Julissa, and Marcie) is proactive, helpful and very knowledgeable. I get all of my dental, medical, and pharmaceutical needs met here.For my Dental care: Dr.Lee and Dr.Asa are exceptional as well as their assistants and hygienists Rose, Daisy, and Victoria! Marcie was a great help for me.she was patient and assisted me in getting my insurance changed so that i can see my dr.Dr Lucas is always willing to see me and Lizeth always will try her best to work me in.Ana was also able to accomodate me to get in with dental same time to make 1 trip. I am thoroughly confused as to how a dental evaluation is $120 on your sliding scale. Just an eval, NO CLEANING INCLUDED! I wasnt told this before the appointment, but I was assured it included x-rays and a treatment plan when my jaw hit the floor. 120 for someone to tell me how much I will have to pay in the future at a community health center is INSANE! You can get all that AND a cleaning on Groupon for under $60. Dont be deceived by their name and intake for the sliding scale. They collect all your personal info & income to charge the same, if not more, than any other dentist. I emailed my intake person to make sure they entered my income correctly, she informed me it was entered correctly and unfortunately the fees have increased tremendously recently.

I would highly recommend All the Doctors and Specialists at St Hope. I have been coming here since 2018 when I was at my worst both physically and mentally and they have made the biggest difference anyone can hope for. I am very appreciative to the staff as they are very friendly, helpful and I never have to wait more than 25 minutes before seeing a Doctor. It is always an easy transition as they offer all services from Medical, Dental, Psychiatric, Optometry and Podiatry. 👏🏾🙏🏾🤗

Receptionists, the pharmacy, phlebotomist and providers are always top notch. Patient, kind and are willing to help or lend an ear ❤️

My uncle Jose Venancio has been coming to St Hope since 2018 he highly recommended our family for healthcare to include dental, psychiatric, podiatry and vision. My mother Maria Venancio is also a patient here and is extremely happy with the services. The front desk clerks are amazing and always willing to accommodate us with our needs to fit our availability to see doctors. My doctor is awesome and explains everything in a medical terms that I totally understand and explains prescriptions throughly. 🤗

This has been the quickest falloff / decline Ive ever experienced from a medical provider. Only a few months ago this location was courteous, professional, attentive, and pristine. As of today, they are a carbon copy of the Greenspoint location, this is very disheartening.

Only recently discovered this entity and yesterday was my first appointment. I am qualified for medicare part A and B, on account of enrollment rules cant access medicare. I arrived on time, and was seen promptly, detailed history was taken and saw Nurse Practitioner. All the staff was attentive and through. I was heard and satisfied. The samples were drawn for necessary tests and results shall be posted to my record and may be accessed as needed. Prescriptions needed or proposed were written and their pharmacy will fill them and I expect to pick them up on the next follow up appointment in 2 weeks.All I can say is thank you, thank you and thanks again.

The healthcare manager, Lizeth, was so sweet and kind to me and made me feel comfortable! And Dr. Lucas kept me with a smile through my whole exam and since I’m a prairie view college student I was a little nervous but she made me feel safe!

I know Im in great hands going to St.Hope Northwest because they always make me feel good and treat me like family.

I came to accompany a patient and I am excited to make my appointment for my glasses when they get a vision department. I love how fresh and soothing the energy is in there. Everyone is eager and ready to help!

I was referred to St Hope Foundation by my brother and he expressed how happy and is very appreciative because they changed his life and gave him hope that he would get better. I too share the same opinions about all medical providers as they are very good about explaining everything until I fully understand cause they time to listen and explain in a language that I can understand.

Always have an issue with my veins for blood work but Jennifer did such a great job

Jennifer is hands down the best phlebotomist I have ever had. Give this woman a raise.

I have tried to be patient with this organization. I was mishandled once again for expressing myself about my care. I felt uncomfortable about the lack of support or staff for my demographic group. One front desk employee does no greeting unless she is there for “ Hispanic “ translating. I did not appreciate Nurse Angie Lucas for her biased behavior because I asked if I could be seen by a doctor who is in my demographic group. She took it personal and refused to follow up with my visit. The office manager refused to give me corporal’s information; as a result , prescriptions were generated from previous appointments. Since visiting fees are now flat fee for visit. Ok, no notice of intent for changes. Front desk employee sent me another patients billing receipt instead of my own. The pharmacy is just as stand unprofessional as the front office employees. My temperature was taken by non reliable equipment. One visit there was no proper cleansing supplies for a clean catch U/A. Nurse used no gloves during treatment. My physical was vague to say the least . On each visit they asked the rhetorical questions of mental health status with no regards to mental health resources. Medication without wrap around services to support medication therapy. Case manger informed me of information in my interview of incorrect income information for decision for fees. Office manger/phlebotomist is not patient friendly and lacks skills for both appointed jobs. I will further discuss these matters with whom it may concern. This healthcare provider has no regards for safety, adequate medical care, or training in culture competence. There focus appears to be funding from governmental sources and serviced clients.

Wow I moved my schedule around for these fools … they called me the day of to reschedule my appointment and did not care how I felt would not see me at all today … the people who work for this company are just so unprofessional seems to this way at all locationsUpdate: I’m changing my review because They have been nicer although I was upset about that one time … Dr Lucas is very nice and the staff there as well she even made sure I had medication even when the other pharmacy at sugarland location was unreliable about about getting my medication ready … They knew I lived far but St hope NW location saved the day …I’ll keep monitoring them to see if they keep up the good work because we rely on these companies to make sure we get the help we need ..and if they do do great continuously I’ll change the star to 5 and redo the whole review but a one time deed isn’t enough at the moment to say they are the best just yet

I drove 48 minutes just so they can charge me $65 to confirm what I had told the dr what was wrong to begin with now they want me to make another appointment to fix the problem I knew what the problem was that’s why I made the appointment to begin with.
