I understand this a free clinic but the wait time to be seen is 1 1/2 hours. That just to be called to get checked, then you have to wait another 1 1/2 for your text results. I got here at 9am waited an hour to be called to the back to be told I have to come back at 1 pm. I got back here at 12:50, here it is 1:45 and have not been seen or called yet. Wrap up everyone so you want have to waist life sitting in a free clinic

Ive been coming here for years on and off. Every time I dont have an appointment and come as a walk in I wait an average of 4 hours before being seen even on slow days. It has happened a handful of times. Even in the new building. Other than that the staff in the back has been friendly and professional.

I will never come here again. I was here 4 hours and was the second person in the building when it opened. Stuck 4 times because the medical assistant did not know how to stick and had to get someone else to do it. Never had this problem before. They sent my results to my portal and just never came back out to get me so if I would have not checked my email I would have been sitting in here longer than 4 hours! Go to professionals. They hiring anyone nowadays!

I rate no stars for this clinic 💯! My last visit was in 2017 and I havent looked back since. The customer service was nightmare and even if you show right when they open, they take forever when they finally call you in. I dont even know why that place is still open, but Im glad to have the insurance to visit clinics with better quality!

The clinic here is a bit of a wait but overall very good...the staff is professional and the area is kept very clean...

This clinic still slow as ever they tk alday to help you no one is in a rush jus on the clock til 5 I dnt see a need of a new building when they did nothing at the old1 the too slow its not even funny you go to check in and ladys want you to SAY WHT service you need ummm wht department im in smh more people would come if tht even acted enthussmh this place jus waiste tax moneyy

It’s a great place but expect to be there for a while , ain’t no in and out. Even if you have an appointment for HIV testing and others, now if you have an appointment for the family side all the way in the back. Yes your in and out. I always go to this place for my HIV testing just because I get the results the same day. Every time it was over 2 hours. If you make it in right when they taking lunch. You’ll be sitting longer. Also you can be first but somebody who just came in might go before you . There nice about your results and if something wrong they address it there. You won’t leave untreated.HIV/AIDS testing1. Come in you’ll get a number2. Call your number, ask for ID and give you papers to sign.3. You’ll sit down and get called to go to the back.4. Sit in a waiting room till number is call.5. Call you for urine test, you bring it back and sit back down.6. Wait then they will call you for testing, make sure it’s you, take your blood, blood pressure, height, weight.7. Waiting8. Call you back for resultsNow if you have something.... they will tell you what it is, if it’s treatable and if not. If treatable they will give you shots or whatever it is. They might even double check, get more blood to make sure aren’t any mistake.Now if you go for a well woman’s exam! They check everything . That’s only by appointment.

This place is now at 4410 reed road, but great new building! Staff was nice and friendly. I was in and out in 2 hours as a walk in.

The security guards verbally abused my 17 yr old sister and threatened us cussed us out and told us to come back at 6:30 when she get off to fight. Followed her out the gate all because she asked them to give her her shot record because they refused to give her a shot for school. Do not recommend

Here I am standing in line for over an hour, with two ladies in front of me who’ve been waiting since a little before 8 am!! (I walked in at 9:05 am) What’s going on? This is horrible.. one of the ladies said the worker is upset because she had to work alone, so she’s purposely taking her time for being inconvenienced at the desk.. babyyyyy that’s sad. Granted the services are waived or free, but people don’t have to be treated like this. This is beyond unprofessional and disgusting. What happens if you have to use the restroom etc? You lose your place in line????? Baby please.

I can’t speak for shots or appts but I have went here for my STD/HIV testing the past 2 years. There’s definitely no “in and out” but the wait isn’t ever too too bad. And most of the nurses and employees there are pretty nice. However, at times i do joke about how some walk around looking like they hate their job lol But overall things really aren’t so bad there.

This place is HORRIBLE. I took my kids here to get shots today and there were 2 people ahead of us. One lady just wanted her records. They tell you they start at 1 but that is a lie. Its now 1:53 and I have to leave cause they are in the back talking about whats happening this weekend. Really I came on my lunch break and for nothing cause my kids didnt recieve their shots. I wouldnt even rate 1 star.

I dont know what the review before me is talking about! They were WONDERFUL to my son and I! Kind, courteous, and with a fun family-type atmosphere, without crossing professional boundaries, of course. You have to understand their phone lines are in CONSTANT use, but they help everyone to the best of their ability! The receptionist directed me there, happily, without hesitation. Once there, immediately, it felt like being with family. They were sweet and very helpful. My favorite dental clinic, by far! And as far as being in the ghetto, this lady has no clue how much worse the ghetto is. If anything, people there are more humbled and homely. I loved it, and would gladly travel the 20 minute distance any other time me or my son need dental work done! And its across a Timmy Chans - great drive-by Asian cuisine on your way out! lol They accept most Medicaid, CHIP, and/or City Dental Card. Free dental work if you qualify for WIC, too. AND they LOVE what they do. When your dentist is humming/singing while theyre scraping gunk off your teeth, you know theyre happy to help!Hope this helps, for those of you who are doubtful, because of one prejudice review! I ACTUALLY GAVE THEM A SHOT - and I couldnt be more happy that I did! Even after reading her review. :D

Appointments....But WHAT WAS THE REASON?!?doctor told me quicj appointment @3pmI got here at 230 but the lady didnt even allow me to check in until 3:30 making me late to my appointment and making me the last to be seen of the entire day. Literally sat for 3 hours before i decided to just fvckin walk out

Came here for immunizations. Staff was very friendly and helpful i was done pretty fast. Plus nurse Dominique was gentle and the shots weren’t painful like some other places I’ve been to.

If I could rate lower than a 1 star if i would. The mexican in the clinic answering the phone is very RUDE & will HANG UP IN YOUR FACE. I had to call back 3 times then she had the nerve to say she didnt. I dont have a prepaid phone like im sure she probably does living in the ghetto. I know my phone didnt hang up. It never does. Why would it hang up out of the blue while im on the phone with her? I will NEVER go here. If I did I would probably be excorted out dealing with these belligerent, low graded, ignorant people. Do not go here unless you are okay with simply asking them to transfer you because, she will talk crazy to you for no reason. I will be reporting this to main office.

You know what, we need to stop being inpatient and so ugly and remember these services are free and sonsometimes not much. Stop complaining on something people work hard at to keep the place open for those who dont have much and be grateful. Man complaining brings about misery. Lets Be grateful God is good.

Very slow service the doctors do more talking with each other than with their patients, they open at a certain time, but most of the doctors won’t come in until an hour later than the opening time yes they are free but they can still care about getting their patients in and out especially when it’s an emergency 😔

The area is not the best but the clinic is spotless!Nurses were all very kind and informative. Brought my parents here for their Covid Vaccines and we were in and out! Thank you Sunny Side Clinic 👍👍

When you set an appointment, youre not seen until hours later and if you walk in even at 8, they ask you to come back after lunch at 12 and once youre there you still have to wait.. It wasnt the first or second time and there were plenty unsatisfied people waiting as well.

Sunnyside Community center has very gentle nurses on site, didnt feel a thing when I got my Covid-19 shot no stiffness or soreness no headaches or fever I feel great!!

They don’t start seeing patients until 9:30!!!!They have “morning huddles” that last hours, while they leave people literally standing in a line. Do not show up when doors open because they will put you in a line and leave you there for 2 hours.As far as STD testing, almost every resource I’ve seen is doing it better. I’ve even received public HIV testing in MEXICO that was FASTER and more efficient.The Prep Clinic is a joke! They just give you a stack of paper work to fill out and send to manufacturers and then tell you to come back 2-3 more times before they will give you prep.

I gave them a 3 cuz the are 2 slow an to much talking not enough papers work I was the 4th person so from 7:00-12:00 is ridiculous. Please step in and help sunnySunn clinic

Free free free walk-in just come early morning. Absolutely amazing services!

I went in a week ago and they haven’t told me anything about my results, didn’t even print it for me when I was there the nurse just told me to check the website but couldn’t even tell me which one. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Great place took my kids to get thier shots here,the staff is very friendly and helpful. Staff here treated me with warm hearts, as if i were at home.

Only reason they got A star is cause my comment won’t show , birth control apartment was for 8:15 made it here at 7:56 it’s not 8:24 & I’m still STANDING in line . They are extremely slow And Rude I asked Her What’s the hold up she gone say “ I see you standing in line “ OKAY do something about it Got me standing here !!!

I love this place all the way from the WIC office to the dental office and the clinic ! This place help me so much ... Just want to say thank you and I will be coming in for a check up lol

Rude security guard desk workers are loud basically everyone is going to here your personal business the most slowest service I’ve ever experienced

They take too long to say they open at 7:30 you’ll be there 3-5 hours make sure to bring some lunch

Free services but take forever just to see you. No matter how early you get there you won’t leave til about noon, this is just sad.

You will be here more than 3 hours smh & there is no type of organization

The lady from the registration department was highly rude to me. I came here with my son who has brain surgery and needs someone to speak for him and that lady, without investigating what the situation is, told me that she had nothing to talk to me about if I was not the patient. His way of treating me was very rude and derogatory. Today is 01/06/2022
