I was scheduled to see Dr.Dobyne not once but twice and both times I was failed to be seen. The wait times are hours long not to mention the drive time and having to take 2 different days off. The staff is very unprofessional, incompetent and not helpful at all. Clearly they dont know what theyre doing. Plus the staff abuses their power and you as a consumer. They took 2 different days/4 hours of my time . And I still dont know what this 12 cm mass on my overies is nor have I received any kind of treatment/advice /consulting from her. Its obviously important since my G.I. Doctor keeps asking about the care she is giving. Each time I have to rely the incompetence of the staff /Doctor. The 1st time she was unable to read the report of my cat scan, either shes not computer literate or her system is out of date. It would have been nice if when setting up the appointment the staff would mention one needs a printed form of any test results. Regardless the day was wasted because of the incompetence and I had to reschedule for the next week. The next week visit didnt happen either, even though I went to the appointment and waited for over a hour an 30 minutes. When checking in the receptionist said there were only 3 people in front however 8 people later I realized she cant count and after waiting so long I had to use the bathroom but I timed myself and only was gone for 3 minutes. After returning the receptionist told the nurse that I had returned but she ignored her and started calling people who had come a hour after I arrived. When I asked the receptionist what was going on she said, Since I wasnt there when they called my name they choosen to skip my appointment even after I was back the nurse kept calling other people instead like a form of punishment for having to use the bathroom. I dont think it was fair or professional especially since this was a return visit due to their incompetence. I definitely do not recommend coming to this office where they over book the patients, have poor time management and no care about how much of your day they consume. You will be treated as a number and not as a valued client. This is the worst OBGYN Care Ive ever had the displeasure of receiving and with the longest wait times. Mind you Im 48 yrs old so Ive had many experiences and Im a very patient person but this place has too many issues to deal with or list. I even contacted them by email to no avil. They havent even responded. My search continues. .

I enjoyed Dr. Smith and her staff! They were warm and welcoming. Dr. Smith has a very nice personality, very knowledgeable and action plan driven. I gave 4 stars because it took exactly an hour after my appointment time before I was seen. I am not accustomed to waiting that long for anything. If that long wait time is fixed then this is definitely a 10 star business.

Dr. Sharon Smith is a total joke she treats her patients like lab rats. Whatever problem you have she guesses. She doesn’t fully know. She will continue just to send you medicine. That’s not working. Suggest things that never work instead of getting down to the real problem. Her staff is the worst. They disrespectful inconsiderate and talk to adults as if the children. This place is an absolute joke I switch doctors and now all of my problems have been taken care of. I don’t know where she got her degree or whatever it is she needed to be a doctor but she is a complete joke. I would recommend anyone do not go to this lady, unless you want to be treated like a lab rat or a crash test dummy

Highly upset with Dr. Sharon as a woman and as a Dr. I lost all respect for her. Suspiciously, something is going on with the office and now she does televisits and out of the blue she transferred ALL her patients to UT Physicians. Now, there is no way to contact her and she no longer return phone calls, voicemails nor portal messages. I had very important questions to ask her and she never replies!!! It’s like she tossed her patients aside & no longer cares; which is horrible but initially I really like her as my GYNO & now she made all of us choose another GYNO & not by choice. Dr. Sharon handled this transition not professionally at all. She made an oath as a Physician!!!!! I lost all respect for this woman!!! I’m very close to my due date & this is how she handles her pregnant patients!! I’m so glad this isn’t my first pregnancy…

Love Dr Smith since 2017!Very professional and she takes her time to listen to you.She is very accommodating and did an excellent job when I had my C section, no complications, no issues.. And I still go to her for my annual wellness exam.

Ive been seeing Dr. Smith since 2019. I am so happy to have her as my Doctor. I recently got married and she provided great information to start implementing in my daily lifestyle if I wanted to start a family soon. I would give 5 stars but the wait for the appointment was 1hr and once your in the back another 30 to 45 min before you are seen.. overall i am very understanding and happy I was able to get a appointment in the same week.

Dr. Smith and her staff have always been very attentive and compassionate. She took me in as soon as I found out I was pregnant in 2015. Her staff always contacts me within a timely manner about my labs and they are always willing to answer any questions. The wait time is actually not bad in my opinion, with every visit my wait time has gotten shorter. It truly is a pleasure going to my appointments and I never leave with a doubt, concern, or unanswered question. Best OBGYN I have ever encountered, I will definitely continue my care with Dr. Smith.

Environment very quiet and pleasant. Staff very friendly. Dr Smith very professional and personal with her patients Dr Smith makes you feel very comfortable. Explains what she is about to do as well as what to expect. Services are quick. You will be seen within 15-30 mins from your appt time, which is magnificent. I was in and out of office by one hour. I definitely will stay with Dr Smith

Dr Smith was very kind, personable & patient. Once we heard our baby’s heartbeat for the first time, she showed excitement along with us and it made us happy & feel like she really cared for us & this wasn‘t just a job for her.The office is hard to get in touch with due to COVID which is a bit of a bummer for a first time mom with a million and one questions. I just wish it was easier to get in touch with them.

I don’t know what is going on with dr. Sharon office , is almost my due date and I haven’t seen dr. Sharon in person in a month or more , they keep saying that office is close, and that they can schedule me an appointment in television which is like FaceTime , I agreed one time cause I didn’t know what was going on, they didn’t mention office was close, when I tried to reschedule they said again it was gonna be through television, and I said no to that, I said to the secretary I need a real visit , I need the dr checking if my baby is okey, if she’s in position to go out or not , if she’s fine, ¿how she’s gonna check my baby through FaceTime ? , so I’m calling the office to make a real visit (appointment) but no one answering, is sad cause is my first time as a mom, and I have no clue of my dr or if my baby is okey , I tried to make an appointment cause I had contractions these past few days , but it seems they just close or I don’t know

This was my first time with Dr. Smith, and I will admit that I was a little nervous after reading some of the negative reviews. I am so glad that I went to my appointment as it had been almost 4 years since my last Pap smear. Dr. Smith was Very detail oriented and attentive to my needs. She was a bit behind schedule, but never rushed me during our time together and truly made me feel like I was her only patient of the day. 10/10!

Dr. Smith is wonderful. Love her bedside manner however the office staff and the system making appointments are poor. The online portal doesnt communicate with them so you need to call and schedule an appointment but beware that doesnt go right either. Kept getting calls saying that I made an appointment on one date that I didnt. So I finally called them and the lady wanted to argue me down about what I did and didnt do then for the appointment I actually did make (with someone else while the doctor was sitting next to her), the lady on the phone, cancelled saying the doctor wouldnt be in that day. As much as I love Dr. Smith I wont be putting up with the office staff, poor scheduling system, and extremely long wait times.

This place is in a better area of Houston in a nice building. Everybody was very kind and considerate. Jennifer was the front desk receptionist and she was so sweet and very helpful! The lobby/waiting area was very nice which I appreciate. There is a lot of sitting room and nice furniture. The only complaint I have is the wait time. Im not sure if it was because my appointment was at 4 which is closer to the time they close, but it took a little over an hour from my arrival time to when I was called back. Once I got called back the nurse was very nice and made me feel comfortable then of course I was pit in a room. It didnt take long at all for me to see the doctor and she was very kind and so helpful! overall I was very satisfied with how this visit went. I do have an appointment 2 weeks from now so I will be visiting again.

This review is not a reflection of Dr. Alexander, because I believe she is a good doctor; it is however, a reflection of my experience with the office in general.My early January appointment was scheduled with this office way back in November since I knew my job was switching insurance companies at the start of the new year. A week before my appointment I had some light bleeding at 25 weeks pregnant. I went to the ER and was prescribed bed rest until released by my OB. This happened over the New Years break, so I understand them being out of office that week. That following Monday, I called the office at least 25 times, but was not able to get anyone, so I decided to go up there. When I walked in, I explained to the receptionist what was going on and that I was hoping to get squeezed in to see the doctor because I am having “complications”. This was something she had to check with the doctor on (which is understandable), so as we are waiting another employee approaches her saying there is a patient on hold and her response was along the lines of “oh well”. In looking at the phones lines, there were at least 15 calls just flashing red, on hold. I understood then why I couldn’t get ahold of anyone when I was calling earlier in the day. I’m later told because there is only one doctor in office and they are double booked, the doctor won’t be able to see me, but that she would for sure be able to see me on the day of my scheduled appointment. I understood this, especially considering it was the week after a holiday and I didn’t have an appointment that day. I went home and about 2 hours later I get a call from the receptionist saying the doctor just informed them that she will not be in office on the day of my scheduled appointment (Wednesday), and that because I stopped by this morning they’ve decided to squeeze me in the day after the initial appointment date (Thursday). I asked if they could just see me on Tuesday since I was still bleeding and they were cancelling on me. Her response was no, and so I accepted this and set a new appointment date for that Thursday. As the days passed, I continued to bleed, so I visited the ER again. They couldn’t find a reason for the bleed, so wanted me to be checked out by my OB before being released back to work. The day of the new appointment finally came, but that morning I got a text from the office manager saying the office would not be holding clinic that day or the following, so I would have to call to reschedule an appointment for the following week. At this point, I’d had light bleeding for at least a week. The office knew what was going on because the ER called the doctor and I had already explained to the receptionist/office manager what was going on. This was a very unprofessional experience. As I stated before, I think Dr. Alexander would have been a good doctor, but it did not seem they cared about me as a patient or the well being of my child. Thankfully, I was able to find and see a new OB that day, and was released back to work with no restrictions. That week was very stressful for me, especially not knowing what was going on with my baby. I really expected more from this office considering how much their social media preaches that black women need black doctors to receive quality service. It’s very ironic that this was the worst service I, as a black woman, received from these black doctors.

They dont care about people time appointment I was waiting two hours I came early and everything like always just to give me a 5 min checkup that dont make no sense I dont think dr.smith likes her job anymore. I bring my kids to my appointment with my hubby they wait in the car everytime they have to sit there so long dont see the whole point in setting the appointment or coming early like they want us to if they just going to call whoever they want next. Glad this my last pregnancy. Didnt want to leave a bad review but I been having problem with them ever since I started seeing dr.smith

I have had such bad experiences with doctors being cold, rude and rushing through appointments, that is why I am so picky when it comes to finding a good doctor. I am pregnant with my first child and wanted to find a doctor that could share in my happiness and excitement and who had the patience to answer all of my questions.I found Dr. Alexander and I am so glad that I did!She has such a warm and positive energy to her and is so knowledgeable on OB care. She makes me feel very comfortable throughout the visits and takes the time to listen to my questions and concerns. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful as well. I love coming here.

Do not go here. The late Thursdays are convenient but that is the only plus.The staff does not know what they are doing. You might get an appointment at 5 and they will not see you till 7. I went in for a biopsy and the liability form the Dr. had me sign did not pertain to my procedure. The doctor scratched out a few items and added a few others. Obviously they were not ready for my appointment. Definitely made me think twice about this Clinic. The staff does not know what theyre doing. I would suggest staying away from this Clinic. They do not care about their patients.

Let me start of by saying that I’ve been going to this clinic for years for annual woman’s check ups. Up until my last two visits, I had no negative interactions or problems with this clinic. My last check up went fine until I was billed several hundred dollars for preventative (free) care. It took months to fix and I’m pretty sure I/my insurance still overpaid. Following, I had more tests ran (out of pocket) just to make sure everything was alright. Things checked out and I was fine. However, fast forward and its 9 months later and they still haven’t refunded me for over charging me for the follow up tests. Let me also say that the front desk staff is so nice and nothing I’ve been through is their fault. However, the office manager is so unprofessional, when you say you’re going to do something - do it, or just don’t commit to it. I’ve been calling - I’ve stopped by (only to find they were closed - although online it stated they were open), I’ve sent emails etc.. and nothing. I’ll chalk it up to a lesson learned to never do business with this office again. I’ll miss Dr. Smith but this place has some shady things going on in the finance department and is in need of a thorough investigation. For your own mental/emotional/physical well-being go any place but here.

Really good doctor very friendly and nice office space. This was my first time visiting this clinic. Ms.smith very kind but felt kinda rushed. I didn’t get any information on what was happening or anything . I received a well women exam and it was very uncomfortable and left me in pain afterwards. Staff isn’t really friendly but the doctor is ! Lack of information and communication skills !

This place doesn’t care about its patients! After canceling my appointment without any notice to me, I was told that they would reschedule my appointment and the doctor will see me two week later. I was also told that they would have someone call me to schedule my other appointment with the hospital to make sure everything was developing well with the baby. The day before my appointment with this clinic, they called to cancel my appointment AGAIN (after they called to confirm my appointment earlier that day) and I have yet to hear from someone about scheduling my other appointment for the hospital. It’s been about two months since I’ve been able to check on my baby and this is my first pregnancy. I’ve tried calling a bunch of times for an update but the phones hadn’t worked for over a week. Now, I’m left to find a new clinic that cares! This is a disgrace! Do not waste your time here! The only reason I gave a 1 star is because I had no other options below that.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the poor quality of service for this provider. I was initially very pleased with Dr. Smiths personality and the way she took time to explain things, however I have had several billing issues with this office and after my initial visit with Dr. Smith, she has seemed hardly even present in the conversation when Im explaining a concern. Each time I come for an appointment, I wait well beyond my appointment time (when I arrive early) and each time I check in Im told I owe more from the previous appointment (when Ive already paid the balance due), without a sufficient explanation as to why. I finally requested an itemization of my billing and saw that on at least one occasion I was charged twice for a pregnancy test for the same visit. The communication is sorely lacking at this office, and I would not trust this office to meet my needs for a pregnancy or really anything else.

This clinic is by far the worst experience with a clinic Ive had. I initially chose this clinic for my prenatal care as they advertised extended evening hours, which I thought would be convenient for my schedule. When I became an established patient, this was no longer offered, but still advertised on their website. I initially saw Dr. Alexander (who is no longer practicing there) who was kind and knowledgeable, but always running more than 1.5 hours behind. Speaking as a physician myself, the practices at this clinic are not standard of care. They obtained a urine sample at every visit-not to check for infection in the urine, but to run an extended drug screen. This drug screen was done at every visit and not covered by insurance. In addition, the medical assistant there obtained manual blood pressure readings that were completely inaccurate. Dr. Alexander performed an ultrasound at every visit-also not covered by insurance and now I am facing those charges. I decided to leave the clinic half way through my pregnancy and it was the best decision I could have made. At my last appointment, Dr. Alexander was not there and I ended up seeing Dr. Smith. No one notified me that my provider was no longer there. I just saw that her name was no longer on the door. This is completely unprofessional. While I dont typically leave reviews, it is imperative that the public know to stay away from this clinic for the sake of their health and wallets. I was last at this clinic 5 months ago and received a phone call from them that I owed $500 for the services slmentioned above. I have been trying to call this clinic for an itemized summary and to pay my balance for the last week, but the clinic phone has not been picked up. Completely unprofessional behavior. Please stay away.

Everyone is so nice there I can’t thank Dr. smith is amazing and delivered my baby safe and sound no complications and he came at 32 weeks. I hope I have another baby soon to continue our partnership! The wait is a bit long but it’s well worth it.

Dr. Smith is amazing! She was very attentive and I didnt have to wait long to see her. She answered all my questions and concerns; she even gave me extra materials to take home. I called her office with additional questions and she had no problem answering them. If you are looking for a great doctor with plenty of experience and great bed side manner. I would highly recommend Dr. Smith.

Dr. Alexander was full of smiles and had a warm presence as soon as she walked in. She was very thorough and took her time to hear me out. This was my first visit and I booked another appointment right after so I am very satisfied so far. I am pretty picky with doctors and office appearance and cleanliness but she got 5 stars from me because she was excellent. Now as for the office we shall see on this visit if the cleanliness is 5 stars I always give it a few visits!

First Of All, when you walk into her office is really nice and comfortable. I’m always seen within reasonable timing. She makes me feel comfortable to open up and speak about issues without being judge. Answers all my concerned questions about my body. I wouldn’t trade her at all, lol. I’m comfortable speaking her, a female doctor that genuinely wants to help and give me the information and more that I need to know about a females body. She IS THE BEST!!!!

I would like to HIGHLY recommend Dr.Smith she is kindest, most caring, and professional physician that I have had the privilege to know.! she’s funny and interactive and makes sure your well taken care of. she have a amazing spirit and will make sure you have every detail you need she doesn’t miss a beat!I cannot say enough positive things about This lady I was feeling kind of down when I first came in and she just help me change my whole outlook on life and help me to stay positive I never had a doctor who cares deeply as much as she does please choose Dr.Smith she’s purely Awesome! I came to OBgyn Care as a new patient in May. When I arrived at 9:30 AM for my 10:00 AM appointment, the doors to the office were locked despite their website saying they open at 8:30 AM. I stood outside knocking for 10 minutes before someone came to unlock it. This was a red flag for me but I chose to ignore it because things happen.I completed my new patient paperwork by 10:00 AM and was sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes with no explanation. I was finally taken to the back at 10:45 AM only to be sat in another area for 30 minutes. During this time it became very apparent to me that there is a high level of disorganization at this office as two different nurse practitioners came up to me to ask the same ser of questions. They obviously failed to communicate with each other.I finally met with Dr. Smith at 11:15 AM. I was shocked at how poor her bedside manner was. I was a NEW patient and she rushed in, made no effort to introduce herself, made no effort to make sure I was comfortable, stuck the speculum inside of me without warning and when I winced, she acted surprised. I was in the same room with her for no more than 2 minutes, if that.I was told they were short staffed that day which would have been a proper justification for the wait time but nothing can justify the terrible bedside manner. I will never return to this office and I would recommend pretty much any provider at Memorial Hermann in the Heights over this place.The unfortunate fact about this office is there seems to be zero proactivity in regards to negative reviews. Having worked in a medical environment myself, disorganization often leads to malpractice. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

After months of thoughtfully researching OBGYNs in the Houston area, I decided on OBGYN Care and I do not regret my decision. From the moment I walked in the staff was very professional and handled business well which is a priority for me. Dr. Alexander was not only knowledge, but also compassionate when discussing women’s health concerns. She even took the time to let me know my results directly when she did not have to, and it meant a lot for her to carve out time to do so.All in all, my entire wait and appointment with blood work was barely 45 minutes if that. I had a phenomenal experience there and I’d highly recommend Dr. Alexander.

Although wait time was very long, I had a pleasure of meeting Dr. Smith. She’s very nice and knowledgeable. I had the annual wellness exam and it went thoroughly. I would recommend!

Do not go here! Dr Smith was very unprofessional. My mom was having a biopsy done (which she couldn’t do) (this was her 2nd attempt) and she kept making ugly facial expressions. Didn’t seem like she cared at all about my mom. Our appointment was at 10:30 didn’t end up leaving until 1:00pm. Benefits were not verified prior to appointment so they took awhile to call us back. It was a waste of time! If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Working with Dr. Smith has been a horrible experience. The office staff is unprofessional, inconsiderate and uninviting. I would never recommend this office to anyone.There is always an issue with scheduling appointments. Their late days are Thursdays, but if you schedule after 6:00pm the building that their office is located in will be locked. They dont notify their patients of the building hours.They dont answer their office phone even during normal business hours.The office equipment is not up to date.Whenever I requested an ultrasound Dr. Smith seemed very irritated and inconvenienced.Again, I would never recommend this office to anyone.

I’m a first time mom, now 5 months pregnant and have been having problems with this office since. The front desk is rude and not informative. I went in one day to get a doctors order for an anatomy scan “ which I’ve waited 2 weeks for them to schedule” went outside to take a phone call and went back in with the whole office at the front desk gossiping then scattered when they seen me. They never answer the phone and if you get lucky you’ll be put on hold for almost an hour, when you only have one question. And mind you this is not even half of the things that I’ve been through with them. So I’m currently trying to schedule an appointment with a new doctor and I’m getting the run around about getting medical records transferred. I was told that “there are a lot of patients trying to transfer so I have to wait” I’m missing appointments and important testing because of this issue. I get that I’m not the only patient but I don’t feel that I’m a priority to this doctor. I’m over it and just want to switch doctors ASAP. And with this being my first child I would NOT recommend for other moms.

Dr Smith is such a delight. She has a very calming & caring spirit. She’s through, she listens to you, & takes her time with you. I don’t feel like I’m just another number on her client/patient roster... she genuinely cares!

Dr. Smith is truly a gem. She puts you at ease and really takes the time to answer all of your questions and concerns. She is gentle, knowledgeable and really personable! I love the fact that she has longer hours on Thursdays. you dont have to leave work during the day. Thank you for making this experience so pleasant.

The staff here is awful. I didnt have any particular issue with Dr. Smith but her office manager started yelling at me on the phone for wanting answers. They canceled a very important procedure I had scheduled so many times that I just decided to move doctors. This was back a few years ago. Now I get an automatic phone call from them that says I owe them 200 dollars? Where is the bill? I never got anything and its been since 2017 people! Ive sat in their office for 2 hours plus for an appointment almost everytime I went there. Go to plaza obgyn on binz st. Sure its further but its worth the trip. They care about their patients.

Im only here because they accept my insurance and Im too far along in my pregnancy for another doctor to take me. Appointment times are meaningless. I usually end up waiting over an hour past my appointment time. Dr Smith is...probably fine as a person, but not a good doctor. She hasnt explained any of my pregnancy or testing to me in detail and clearly not interested at all in her patients personally. I dont get the impression that she prioritizes her patients or their health in any way.Dr Smith fat-shamed me within my first trimester for gaining a bunch of weight early on instead of initiating a discussion about why I was gaining so much weight. She also failed to inform me that they dont stock Rhogam in-house and I would have to pick it up at a pharmacy to bring to my appointment, but never wrote me a prescription for it. What should have been a quick appointment fully-covered by my insurance turned into two and a half hours and $200 for a co-pay and specialty drug (my insurance covers it at 100% from a specific supplier, but not CVS).Further, I complained about unusual and bad back pain for literally months and was dismissed as it being normal pregnancy pain. When I finally asked specifically for a urine culture, it was confirmed to be a kidney infection. I am not a doctor. I dont feel like I should have to diagnose myself, never mind be in pain and endanger the health and growth of my baby for months. THEN just getting the prescription to treat the infection was a hassle. It was supposed to be sent to the pharmacy the same day as my appointment, but was not. When I called the office to check on it, it was not even entered into my file. It took three further calls (once getting hung up on) to finally get the prescription sent over.The office staff is a mess and doesnt seem like they coordinate or know whats going on. Billing has been inconsistent and Im never sure how much or if Im going to be charged.I honestly hate coming here. It is a huge waste of time and a massive annoyance. Dealing with this office is the biggest stress of my pregnancy and I think my baby and I would have been better off just not having prenatal care at all.

Rude, mean, terminated me as a patient even though I’ve tried to reschedule, they just don’t answer the phone at all. Very rough handed to her OB patients when doing any exams. Always has an attitude and is overall very awkward and silent. When asking questions, she’s very sarcastic, and I was telling her about my nausea and asked to be prescribed something for it, and she basically refused.

The updated office is really cute and comfortable. The wait is always a little disappointing but its worth it to me due to the convenience and Dr.Smith.*UpdateI was prescribed some meds and was told they would be sent to the pharmacy. They were never sent so after waiting over the weekend I had to call to tell them to do their job :(

I was a patient at OBGYN care for the past 4 years. My annual visits were always good, with Dr Dobyne and Dr Smith. However, I have recently moved interstate and despite almost a dozen calls over the past TWO MONTHS and emailing / faxing forms I have still not been able to get my medical records OR the referral for an important follow up procedure I need to schedule. Terrible service from the support staff and mystery “office manager” (who never answers the phone and whose voice mailbox is always full). Very disappointing.

No one answers the phone even during office hours and that is very frustrating ! doctor smith can be a little rude at times with attitude and made me cry but I love her a lot her service is great . But they need to change the annoying voice recording. Because they don’t answer the phone NEVER ! I’m in a whole different city and I need my medical records and they don’t answer the phone at all & I’m 30 weeks pregnant! Charging for a mask at the door……

One of the worst experiences I have had. I waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes. After the nurse brought me back, I waiting in the room, in only the horrible quality paper they supply, for an HOUR. I received a Well Woman exam and went on my way, after being at her office for almost three hours. On a Sunday, I received an email that I had lab results that were abnormal. When looking at the results, it showed that they were actually ready the Tuesday before but Dr. Smith waited until a Sunday to upload them (not call me), when the office wasnt open. When I called Monday morning, I was on hold for 20 minutes just for the other doctor in the office to pick up and tell me that it looks like Dr. Smith clicked the wrong button and everything was negative.Long waits and uploading abnormal results on a Sunday just to find out they were incorrectly posted. I would recommend NOT going to them. I cant imagine trusting them with a pregnancy.

Dr. Smith was really nice and understanding but she took swabs and 2 weeks later I am still waiting on results. I want to know if everything is okay, but every time I call they don’t have results...they said results can take up to a month....what am I supposed to do with that? Be in discomfort for a month? Please choose a different place. I had high hopes but it’s not okay.

Loved everything about coming here for my prenatal care. I saw Dr. Dobyne and occasionally would see Dr. Smith they are both awesome doctors who handled my pregnancy excellently. The staff here is also great! Everyone always answered my questions in a timely manner and always received lab results quickly. I would definitely recommend coming here!

This place is horrible! They never answer the phone and they will bill your out of network insurance to get you to pay more money even though they told you they dont take it. I had pregnancy medicade and a Hmo plan they told me they didnt take the Hmo so I had the plan cancelled to use the medicade which they do accept. I didnt know that they billed it anyway until after I decided to transfer care, and started getting bills from different places. I transferred care because I tried calling once to change my appointment date, and I couldnt get through. The phone just rang, and at my appointment I noticed that the front desk staff just lets it ring while they are laughing and talking. It took me 13 times to get through and when someone answered they had an attitude as if they were annoyed that I had called so many times back to back... I started to think what if I was in labor or having a medical energy and tried to tell my doctor they wouldnt even know. So I found a new a better doctor that actually cares about the patients. The doctor also knew I had a YTI and didnt treat it, or notify me. I ened up going to the hospital because I was feeling extremely dizzy. They treated me for that and also asked if Id know I had a YTI, at the time I wasnt aware so they treated it. At the last appointment I had with this office I let the doctor know that I went to the hospital and because I was dizzy and they told me they I had a YTI that I wasnt aware of. She then stated I thought I told you about that, then attempted to try to prescibe me something for it. I declined because the hospital had already treated it . She acted like it was nothing and I was 20w pregnant. That was my last visit at this HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE. IF YOU ARE PREGNANT DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL YOU WILL BE TREATED LIKE A NUMBER. BY THE STAFF AND THE DOCTOR. They take labs at every visit but never update you on your health.

I dont know what has happened to this practice. I made an appointment as a new patient. Ive been trying for two days to get them on the phone and I keep getting hung up on, and or receiving messages that the mailbox is full. I had an emergency and need to reschedule. The email sent is from a no reply so I cant use that to contact them. There are all these great reviews which is why I decided to come here. Obviously something has changed and the communication has gone downhill.

Dr. Alexander is a pleasure to have a physician! Her bedside manner and overall presence is outstanding and she makes you feel comfortable. She answered all questions and concerns that I had thoroughly and I will be booking my follow ups!

If you’re thinking of coming to this OBGYN, please think twice. First and for most if you book an appointment forget about being seen at that time wait time is 30 minutes to an hour just in the waiting room don’t get me started when you’re in the patient room. They are very unprofessional, front desk is so unorganized, I needed medication to be sent out never did had to call about 4 times for them to finally send it out. And when I wanted to change doctors they took forever to send my forms out claiming they’ll send it out but never doing so. Also pay attention to what they charge you for ask for a ITEMIZED LIST. Drug test is 300$ ??? I think not. Don’t have updated equipment, they sent me to a whole different doctor because I guess she doesn’t know how to do ultra sounds after the 20 week mark. This is my experience with them for 4-5 months now it hasn’t changed. Most of the 5 star ratings are made by fake accounts do your research. Go somewhere else

I was a patient of Sharon Smith in 2015. I was admitted to the hospital for low hemoglobin (3.2) due to a large tumor on my uterus. I had 3 transfusions the first and second nights. Sharon Smith was the doctor on call for OB/GYN during that second night. After we got to the bottom of what was causing the low hemoglobin, she had me make an appointment with her office. I went in the following week and her exact words upon examining me, OMG, THERE IS NO DOUBT ABOUT IT. YOU DEFINITELY NEED A HYSTERECTOMY! I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS! Apparently the tumor was already trying to abort. She said she would contact my insurance for approval. I asked her in the meantime if she would fill out the forms for my LOA so I could start collecting short term disability (I was still bleeding heavily) because I was unable to go to work. She refused, saying that she sees no reason why I couldnt go to work. Almost 4 weeks later the insurance finally approved my surgery. The day before surgery I went for bloodwork and then to her office to sign all the forms. Only then did they tell me I had to pay my portion up front. They had 4 weeks to tell me this. FOUR WEEKS!! Mind you, I was not working and not getting paid because of her ignorance. I worked it out and show up for surgery the next morning. I overhear the anesthesiologist and Sharon talking right outside my room. My hemoglobin was again low (4.8). The anesthesiologist told her he was not going to allow me to go to surgery until my hemoglobin is normal. She told him they could do surgery while I received my transfusion. He said ABOULUTELY NOT!! This was at 6am. Finally at 4pm and 6 pints of blood later they wheeled me into surgery. I wake up in recovery and the nurse who was with me says in a joyful tone that I am going to be so happy because the doctor did not have to do a hysterectomy. She just removed the tumor. I was livid. I was 40-years-old. Tubes had been tied for 16 years at this point. I had no desire to have anymore children. Sharons office double billed my insurance company. One for a hysterectomy that she never did and for the myomectomy that she did do. Now fast forward 6 years later and I am having the same issues I was having then. I will likely have to have the hysterectomy that this woman should have done anyhow. She has a horrible bedside manner. She can be rude. Her office is unorganized and very long wait times.

I don’t recommend this doctor’s office. Although Dr. Smith is a nice woman, the office isn’t ran well at all. The front desk receptionist didn’t input my follow up appointment date and time into their system (although we literally discussed it before I walked out of the office) which basically caused a pointless trip today. You can hear the phone ring non-stop while you’re in the waiting room of the office however, if you try calling the office, you won’t have much luck getting an answer.

Ive said this before and I hope they see this again... Dr. Smith is good but her staff and office manager should be replaced or retrained. Ive been asking for someone to call me to discuss claim issues Ive been having , but nothing. They refuse to answer my question as to why Im being charged under procedure codes that I never had and I was never informed that they would use out of network benefits without letting me know. Just a horrible experience and I wont be going back!

My experience with Dr. Whitelock nothing short of amazing. I am the type of person who can get worried, nervous and stressed over everything. She was very patient and detailed with me throughout my first pregnancy. She was professional and respectful, and was always available. She made it much easier for me and felt very comfortable seeing her throughout my first pregnancy and until I had my baby. Will definitely go back to her in my next pregnancies.

So unprofessional, you cant get ahold of them. I scheduled an appointed, two days later I received an email saying it was canceled then about three days later I got a call and told them it was canceled and I need an appointment set, so we schedule another date and time and I received another canceled email. They didnt even have the decency to give me a call. I believe its black owned or it seems like it is, youre doing a very poor job. Do better, I am definitely taking my business elsewhere. And WILL NOT recommend this place to anyone!

Doctors are great! The only thing that makes this place unbearable is the DIRECTOR/MANAGER HEAD LADY WHATEVER SHE IS. SHE IS EXTREMELY RUDE & IVE SEEN COMMENTS ABOUT HER already and I know Im not over reacting, Ive only had one no call no show and she threatened to report me to my insurance. Thats only supposed to happen after 3 consecutive no shows. Which by the way I was seeing high risk doctors so thats why I couldnt make it that month.Regardless, the threat was very un called for and unreasonable. On top of that she was just plain rude about it. Thinking about switching clinics, despite the amazing doctors here, she really makes me want to go to another clinic. Hope you guys fix this issue.

Ive had the same obgyn for yrs however I decided to change doctors. Dr. Smith is very down to earth and has a very welcoming personality. The office staff from the front office to the back was also kind and accommodating towards me. I needed another referral for my mammogram and the lady who usually does those was out, however the staff still took care of what I needed as soon as I came to the office unannounced. I have definitely found a new home!!!

I waited at the lobby for 1 1/2 until I got called in. I took my urine test and waited at room for another 35 mins. A nurse came in to ask question then waited another 35 minutes for the doctor. My time is also important! The staff needs to change their routine. A lot of people are complaining about the wait time. Doctors are nice but I wish they would not just take patients and let them all wait for a long time. Everybody has work! How could you encourage women’s health if the visit is not encouraging itself?

Unbelievable!!!!!!! I was rescheduled due to an issue at the office , and when my “appointment” day arrived the office was CLOSED!! No courtesy call, no email, not even a text to let me know the office was closed. It saddens me because I really like Dr Alexander, but I cannot deal with the lack of accountability by the office management Again Dr Alexander is AMAZING and I wish I could take her with me! Needless to say; I will not be returning.

I have been a patient since February 2015. Being a second time mom after 14 years it was a little scary but my experience has been great. I am grateful to Dr. Smith and her staff for always taking such great care of me.

I made an appointment for my sister in law because she is 15 years old and i had made sure they took her because she was far along in her pregnancy and had not seen a doctor. They made us wait 2 hours just to get seen and they were not even busy. The doctor came in the room and while doing her ultrasound she did not even say anything just that she was 28 weeks not even if the babys okay or if its a boy or girl. After all that they stated they were unable to see her anymore because she was so far along and did not have genetic testing done in the beginning of her pregnancy. But when i called and told her she was due in April they should of told me! Waste of time, would not recommend this office very unprofessional and rude.

Doctor smith is great. My main issue is with the front staff. Since tuesday 5/26/2020 I have been calling to schedule an appointment and get a refill on medication before i run out. I keep getting told that they are going to ask the doctor and give me a call back but its been 3 days. I kept calling in those 3 days and kept getting the run around.I was never notified about getting checked every 6 months for birth control refill. If i had been notified about the new policy change ,I would not have run out of birth control and i would have scheduled my appointment in a timely manner. All i asked was about getting my refill to get me through wednesday 5/3/2020 and schedule the appointment for wednesday 5/3/2020. I am very disappointed and considering in looking for a new place to go to. Ive never had a hard time getting my birth control until now. Ive been lenient for the times ive gone there. You never call or send orders to the pharmacies on time and it takes 2 months to at least get the medications in. I called this morning of 5/28/2020. I was told i would be given a call back in regards my refill and appoinment. No call back .

This review is not reflective of the doctors who work at the facility but the staff itself. I have called to change my address months ago but this was never done. Luckily, I have a family member who lives at the old address who brings me mail that I may receive. I received a statement in the mail therefore I immediately call the office to pay the bill. I have literally been trying to call the office for about a month but it always says to call back during normal business hours. I ALWAYS call during the business hours that the automated machine states and what google states but can never reach anyone. I have even resorted to email the info email thats on the website but still have not gotten anything. Whenever (if) the bill is settled I will not be continuing my care here because this is very unprofessional for an office to not answer the phone at all and not be able to follow simple directions like updating an address.

The staff was nice. The doctor was very nice and explained everything very well. The only thing that was disappointing was I was told I would receive results ( from testing)7-10 business days.Three weeks later, I called 2 times to receive my results and was told someone would get back to me. The third call where I expressed how upset I was, having to call a third time, and finally getting test results. I was not happy with this and will not go back.

Ms.Smith is the best ! She is very attentive and nice. I love when I go in for check ups and for my pregnancy. She will definitely do what’s best for you and baby . You can definitely tell this is her passion and not just a job . She will forever be my Obgyn !

Go to their website. Scheduled an appointment online. Called to confirm. Answering service says theyre at lunch until 1 pm (I called at 1:30 pm). Email sent saying Appointment was cancelled. Never talked to anyone so dont know how it could be cancelled. Called the office and selected option 2 for appointments for new patients. April answered (on the line that says it was for APPOINTMENTS). She cant make appointments the receptionist has access to the appointment calendar. Transfers me back to reception. Someone picks up the line and places it back on hold 4 different times. Line hangs up. Moving on. Too many doctors in Houston for mediocre office practices. And their offices are getting 5-star reviews why?

Sharon is a very attentive obgyn! She’s caring and always had a good experience on my doctors visit. My delivery couldn’t have gone any better thanks to her .

I ABSOLUTELY love Dr. Dobyne.!. She was the best. The staff was perfect. I recently moved from Shreveport to The Woodlands and when I googled obgyn with good ratings, this clinic was one of the first to pop up. I was honestly hesitant about it because Id been with the same doctor pretty much all of my life and I was in my 2nd trimester. My first visit I was very very pleased. The staff was very friendly & knowledgeable, & Dr. Dobyne...idk what to even say about her. She took VERY good care of me. Because I was a high risk patient being that I had developed pre-eclampsia during my 1st pregnancy, she didnt cut any corners. She immediately scheduled an appointment with a high risk doctor for more monitoring. My last visit 2/1/16 my bp wasnt extremely high, although i had explained to her & she already knew i had juay gotten back to town from a visit back home, she didnt hesitate to admit me into the hospital and start an induction bc of the risk of me stroking out. During my hospital stay she would come visit & call to make sure I was fine not just in regards of my preparation for delivery but emotionally as well since my mom had to leave to tend to my other child & I was left alone. After delivery she would come to check on my baby in the NICU. Even after I had gone home she was still there checking on my baby.!. I wouldnt trade her or her staff for nothing in the world and if I was to ever decide to have another baby shes definitely going to be my OBGYN!

I was at her office with symptoms of UTI but I was also checked for a Vaginal Infection. Dr. Whitelock and staff assured me that a prescription would be immediately sent to my pharmacy. I keep calling during the afternoon and I was told every time to wait 15 more minutes. I called my pharmacy and a day later they still had not received my prescription. By that time I my symptoms were much aggravated. I had to leave my job to go in person and see what was going on. The only EXCUSE Jennifer could offer was that she had to leave for a surgery and did not place my prescription. That was on 1/25/18. Now I am finding out thru their web Portal that I actually had a yeast infection which she also DID NOT treat. There is no prescription placed at this time yet by her at my pharmacy. Basically she left me untreated and did not care for my well being. She is a very unethical doctor that feels no responsibility for my worsen health situation. Terrible doctor, careless and extremely unprofessional.

Please Do Not Go Here! Very unprofessional office manager and doctor; will abandon you in the midst of critical care. After I requested a copy of my records to another doctor for an unrelated matter, Dr Whitelockes office manager was hostile towards me and angrily said that they were discontinuing care. They wrongly assumed that I transferred care, but I have no idea why they would be so presumptuous without hearing me out. It’s also baffling as to why any professional would get angry in any circumstance regarding a patient’s request for his/her own records.I was completely confused at their decision and clarified that I had not transferred doctors. The office manager refused to discuss anything further and hung up on me. I’m very hurt and feel abandoned, as this is already a stressful time. I was awaiting very serious test results from Dr Whitelock. I cant understand how its even legal for them to terminate doctor-patient care when I have not even identified a continuing doctor and theres still so much outstanding from the care I’ve started with her.I thought there had to be a mistake, so I called back and asked to speak with the doctor, but the receptionist said Dr Whitelock will no longer speak with me. Ive never had such an awful experience; do not trust them as they do not even have proper equipment to treat patients such as basic ultrasound. Everything is off-site which is very concerning for pregnancy care. I wish I could leave a better review.

She and her staff are all very kind...I went for an annual well womans exam. Everything went great. The only problem I had was that there wasnt any blood work done during my exam... however I would definitely go back.

Current Patient-Ive changed OBGYNs at least several times in the last 5 years. This has been my greatest experience with OBGYNs since Ive started my womens health journey, I picked this office from the start because all the Doctors are African American which was a personal plus for me and they are all women. I came in at about 7 weeks pregnant and started off with a Doctor that is no longer in practice there and ended my journey with Dr.Whitelock, she got up to speed on my pregnancy issues and was very attentive during my whole pregnancy. Yes you have to go off site for a few things but this did not bother me because everything was rather close to my house and you have options to pick where you want to go thats convenient for you. Dr.Whitelock gave me a great course of action when it was time to deliver my daughter and did an awesome job with post op care. Now as far as the office goes the front desk workers could be more organized, I always have to call 2 times to make 1 appointment because they are generally busy and will leave you on hold for a bit, However I hope in the future they hire another OB to help them with the patient load, I think this would make all the difference and change the wait time and customer service. Other than that I love the care I receive here and dont plan on changing care options anytime soon....

This Dr. Office is upcharges on visits which is fraudulent. I do not appreciate providing a urine sample for only a pregnancy test and then being charged $740 for a drug test. I did not request nor sign for this. I had to pay for an office visit that my insurance says that I was covered for. I am extremely dissatisfied. I came back here because I had a rapport with Dr. Dobyne who delivered my baby. It is just very disheartening to find that her cohort is running the office in this manner. The office waiting area is really cute but that is about it. DO NOT GO HERE

You are risking your life if you choose to seek medical care from this clinic. My wife almost died from their medical malpractice. The staff at this clinic failed her on every level, from the receptionist that has since been fired, to the nurses, to the doctor. Ive been informed by my wifes current medical professionals that what my wife experienced is nothing short of a lawsuit. Red flag after red flag was disregarded and my wife had to experience the brunt of it with her pregnancy and delivery. I will never recommend this clinic to anyone that wants to live.

THE RECEPTIONIST IS EXTREMELY RUDE. I mean I’ve never experienced such horrible service. She was sarcastic and bitter. She constantly fed me with smart remarks. Because of the holidays I reframed from stepping out of character. I waited over 45 minutes after my appointment to be seen!!!!! Very unprofessional place. I’ll never visit again. (Jenifer was awesome, and she went through a lot to get my insurance settled for me).

I love my OBGYN!!!! Dr. Sharon Smith is the best, I had been having complications with my cycle. So I got an DNC to find out I had a miscarriage Then it started being heavy again.She went through everything with me. At one point we was both at a bothered state because she couldnt figure out what was wrong and i didnt know what was going on, but she NEVER gave up on me. We went through it together. Now i have an IUD and i must say Thank you to the creator and Dr. Smith for her patience with a patient like me.Thank you Dr. Smith for being the OBGYN that NEVER GIVES UP!!!!!!!Ms. Thomas

Doctors & staff could be more friendly. The wait time is RIDICULOUS.. even if your 15mins late you shouldnt have to wait hour and a half just to be seen.. and even when I was called back in the room I waited 30 MORE mins. Finally when the dr.dobyne came she didnt even see me for 15mins! One thing I hated was she could never remember what she said to me on my last visit, but she could remember what all my insurance pays for! She told me Ill have my last ultrasound when I was 37 weeks.. 37week came I had my family with me and she said ohhhh nooo I didnt say that, why would I tell you that, I dont even remember saying that, your insurance doesnt even pay for that many ultrasounds! I was pissed... but overall my baby came out healthy! And thats all that mattered at the end of the day!

Doctors are awesome but the waiting is very very slow. You will be here all day long. It will be better if they scheduling was better or something. My appointment was for 10:00 and when I signed in I noticed another lady had the same time with the same doctor.... Um how is that???

I was referred to Dr. Smith and was very displeased. I have had two miscarriages and was a high risk patient at that time. I informed Dr. Smith that I can get pregnant but my hcg levels dont increase, and my pregnancies result in miscarriage. I lived two hours away from this office. Dr. Smith did blood work and what she called a work up after I miscarried. She tried to diagnose my pregnancy as ectopic and suggest surgery when that was not the case. She ran a series of tests weeks after the hcg levels were not increasing when she should have did all that at the beginning of my pregnancy since it was my third pregnancy. She was slow to follow through. My entire pregnancy consisted of blood work until it ended on its own and I miscarried. She did nothing to help the pregnancy or prevent another miscarriage. She did one ultrasound and could not see a baby and diagnosed it as ectopic. I wanted her to do another ultrasound but she never did. The staff was very unprofessional and under skilled or trained. The turn over rate is high. If you speak to someone or communicate effectively with someone in this office they wont be there long. Nobody really knows what theyre doing. Dr. Smith suggested I have a transnational ultrasound after my miscarriage and she never followed up afterwards to give me the results. It has been two months and I still dont know the results. I have no intention on going back to her again. I would not recommend anybody to this office especially someone high risk.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I waited more than an hour in the room and NOBODY came in. Not even to tell me the provider is running late or anything. I understand when it gets busy but In this case it wasn’t. I do not recommend this clinic at all. They charge $25 for FMLA paperwork which is ridiculous! Save your time and go somewhere else.

Horrible service. Back in 2018 I went there and was taken labs which I never received results for because they forgot to send them out. A year later I got a bill from the lab suposedly because they finally sent them but I was never made aware of any results. I went ahead a paid that bill and Now two years later Im receiving another bill from collection agency about a different bill that they had been suposedly billing to my email addres but they never sent it to my mailing adress. They are horrible and if I could give them zero stars I would.

Dr.Smith is great but the staff seems unorganized because when I got there the front desk didn’t know Dr.Whitlock (the doctor I originally booked) was at Memorial Herman doing surgery. Then when they realized the mixup they didn’t apologize but Dr.Smith did and it wasn’t even her fault.Since I go to appts during my work day I don’t have time to deal with mix-ups so I won’t be going back.

My wife was being discriminated by doctor Jennifer whitelock and the nurse and told her that she didnt want to be delivery the baby and try to transfer her somewhere far away from where we lived by. My wife is completely deaf and when she try to explain to them, doctor whitelock accused her having memory loss and I thought that was very rude and disrespectful. Then talk to her slow and said that they was going write it down for her so that she wont forget her rhogam shot. My wife had to pay 118 dollar for the shot because they didnt notify them about the shot with the insurance and my wife had call from the CVS and said that it has been sitting there for a month and ask her if she still needed it and when i call the office for my wife. They said that she needed it and I ask then why didnt notify us about her blood tests about her being O Negative. Everytime we take test for like spinal cord, syndrome, and blood testing they never call us to confirm about her health and we end up have to call them about everything and making sure the pregnancy goes perfectly. Thanks God me and my wife found a better doctor that understands her and treat her fairly. This is our first baby and we shouldnt have to go through this situation.

They SELL masks lol I cannot believe that a medical office who is requiring that you wear a mask is also charging you for their requirement. That truly does not make any sense. I dont believe that is ethical on their part. Either dont require it or if you do require it dont charge for it and then $1 like maybe 25 cents. Just seems like a way to take money from patients

The worst doctor I have ever been too. I’ve had 3 pregnancies and this has been the worst experience ever. The doctor is RUDE & very unprofessional. She will make you feel super uncomfortable. & you will be waiting for 2/3 hours to be seen every visit. It’s ridiculous, I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone.

My experience with this ob gyn was not good at all. the staff was rude Dr Dobyne had me waiting for over 40 minutes before I was seen, and when she did see me it was so fast that I didnt get a chance to ask any questions they just took my money and that was that, I had to call several times to get my results and then they were rude about that this was in April she then waited seven months and sent me a bill since I had moved on to a better clinic and when I tried to speak with someone they hung up they are not good at all to me.

This OB/GYN practice is awesome. Staff is very friendly from the front to the back. I was seen by Dr. Dobyne. She was very professional, she took her time to explain, and made me feel comfortable talking about personal information. Love this place. I highly recommend!!!!!

Dr. Alexander is great! Very friendly and professional. This is my first baby so I’m nervous and scared but she makes me feel comfortable, I know I’m getting the greatest care possible.

I attended my first appointment with Dr. Smith for a wellness exam. Everyone was super nice and attentive. Dr. Smith was extremely nice and provided great information on staying healthy. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Dr. Smith is a true professional and was able to immediately identify my issue. There is nothing like having a doctor who listens and then responds accordingly.

Dr. Smith is efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. However, the administrative staff need to be trained in scheduling and the waiting time to see a doctor is an hour after your set appointment.

Dr. Alexander is an AMAZING obgyn ! She always has a positive attitude and is very patient with any question and concerns ! she takes the time to listen and really gets details about any problems! I would definitely recommend 100% !

Dr. Smith delivered my first baby and I love her so much that I encouraged my sister in law to have her deliver her baby as well when she was looking, we both are very happy with her and I want her to deliver when I have another baby!!!

Dr. Smith is very kind, listened to my concerns and very easy to talk too. Her staff were kind as well and her office is impeccable.

I’m so disappointed by the service I’ve been receiving at this location, and I’ve only been once. I was looking for a solid OBGYN. I wasn’t greeted when I entered, I almost sat on a seat with brown marks and a baby wipe next to it, and I was called back by an attendant who was exhausted and said she’d had a long day and was ready for it to be over - mind you, I’m coming in for my first pregnancy, and to ensure I’m pregnant. This isn’t the energy or greeting I expected. Then I was asked to leave a urine sample - except there was one in the bathroom already with a full name on it. I told the nurse and she just shrugged and said “Yeah I know.” That’s a HIPPA violation, not to mention the concern of tampering with someone else’s liquids. So irresponsible, and disrespectful. I could hear them speaking about my information from down the hallway - as if privacy didn’t matter again - and when they went to draw my blood they said I would probably bruise. I’ve never bruised getting blood taken and told them this - lo and behold I was bruised by them. As if this wasn’t enough, I had to ask them how I would get my results - they said they’d send a link. When I went in to see my results it only had my blood type listed, not my HCG levels. I had to call in and ask what was happening “Oh I’m not sure why we didn’t post those!” She proceeded to tell me my “HGB” levels - I corrected her twice that it was HCG to no avail. She asked to put me on hold, and after five minutes I hung up. I did not receive a call back, which suggests there’s no follow-through at this location that’s actuallyconcerned with me or my baby’s health. Tried to call back the next day and was sent to voicemail as they have an hour and a half for lunch. Unfortunately, I’ll have to find another place that actually makes me feel secure about this journey.UPDATE: After deciding to transfer to another place, I faxed in my information to OBGYN Care and called to confirm receipt that they would indeed release my records. Currently it is within their business hours, and after following the machine prompts, it asks me to “Leave a Message”, and then hangs up before I can do so. I will literally have to drive over there when I have time now, and ensure they send my records in a timely fashion. This is ridiculous, and nowhere near the kind of service I’d expect from a place that’s supposed to care for expectant mothers and infants. I’m so disappointed. Original 2 star review is now down to 1.UPDATE #2: After calling four times I finally got through - the woman tells me that no floor or office manager is present, and that they handle faxes so nothing can be done until they return. Then she proceeds to tell me ANOTHER PATIENTS NAME OVER AND OVER “I don’t have anything here from you but I do have things from N____ J____”. Except she doesn’t just give the initials. Yet ANOTHER HIPPA VIOLATION. This place is literally blowing my mind.

My first visit was amazing love the staff and Dr. Smith is amazing! She was very informative, and you can tell she really cares about her patients.

Mrs. Sharon Smith is awesome ! Second time seeing her for my prenatal care. She is highly knowledgeable and makes you feel welcomed and safe !

Dr. Sharon Smith has been my obgyn for four years. whatever questions you need to know about your body shes all ears and eyes ready to assist you along with her amazing staff.

Was fast and easy.Only thing is I booked my appointment online and the receptionist did not have my name on the appointment list for the day. Luckily I showed her my confirmation and they were able to see me.

Reception staff is worst and have no understanding for the patients.Have to wait more than one hour after taking the appointment also.So, disappointing with staff working at reception area they need lot of training to increase the effectiveness.

PLEASE don’t come here this the worst place ever i had to move to another obgyn because dr.Smith was so RUDE ! I had to walk out of the room one time because she was doing everything so fast she never wanted to do me a ultrasound’ ! I have friends that come here they say the same thing dr smith such a rude person they don’t care about there patients don’t come here I recommend you dr . Love this place. Everyone is so nice and kind. Dr. Whitelock is the best!! She was always there when I need my questions answered and made sure I was taking care of myself and my baby. She is my forever OBGYN doctor.

Dr. SMITH is the best gynecologist ever! She just delivered my second baby. With complications and all she was able to return me to my family to recover and delivered a healthy baby. Thank you, Dr. SMITH

I do not recommend dr Amber Dobyne.She kept telling me to hush when I was delivering my baby, and she kept making rude comments on how we pregnant women think is so easy to give birth.Btw Dr Dobyne, I knew it wasnt going to be easy,but that doesnt mean I didnt feel pain.

I give dr. Alexander 5 star ; She delivered my baby 7 months ago. Always smiling such a wonder doctor! I will come back for my second Baby 🥰🥰

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Had no complications until I left her office. Do not consider this office. Very rude and unprofessional staff, and the Doctor is very attitudinal and inpatient. I would NOT recommend anyone I know to this place, not even my worst enemy!

Dr.Dobyne is so cool she is a good doctor tell you everything you need to know this will be our second baby she is going to deliver in May. She is the only I will go to she is the best

She had me in and out in no time. It’s a bit of a office wait but once she has you in the room she makes sure you are well take care of.

Worse doctor to come to for ObGYN. She has no compassion for you during your pregnancy much less your baby. Find a doctor that truly cares.

Ive been going to Dr.Smith since I was 14 and now Im 20. I have no complaints , everything is very organized to from the beginning of the appointment at the reception desk to the end when you check out.

Place isn’t ran properly it shouldn’t take almost a hour to be seen just for her to rush out when she sees me like my insurance wasn’t nothing to her the office don’t answer emails or anything .

Staff was very nice. Dr Smith answered all my questions took time with me to understand what was going on with my body.

I have been trying to reach their office for 3 weeks now no answer now it says phone is out of service they never calms with my test results after they said it only take 7 days ….3 weeks later still nothing….

Dr. Smith is always great! She wants to not just provide you with a diagnosis but find the root of the issue.

Ami, more than anything, I liked the kindness they treat you and that you dont wait long in the waiting room and their assistants or nurses are very easy to treat and the doctor is a great person, very kind, she helps you a lot and tries to do everything that is best for you. and he takes great care of you, I do recommend it.
