Disgusted and appalled at the lack of care for patients at this office. Was going to use this clinic for outside monitoring. Confirmed appointment with clinic several times. Showed up and NO PHYSICIAN WAS AVAILABLE TO DO LABS OR TESTING. Only their medical director who decided between Friday and Monday to go out of town can apparently run labs. however there was a physician there whose only response was “I’m a physician and you won’t speak to me in a loud tone” but could not have labs ordered. I will file a complaint with the medical board. This was completely unacceptable. In the field of IVF timing is everything. This was unethical behavior by all physicians involved.

Dr. Chuong is very warm and makes you feel you’re in safe hands. We had a complicated start in pregnancy and his expertise saved us. He is God sent for us. He thoroughly diagnosed and monitored my wife’s health closely through weekly checkups. His team is super friendly, efficient and assists with everything. We are very thankful to Dr. Chuong and his staff for being so attentive and for having helped us throughout. We would highly recommend him.

Since struggling to conceive for almost two and half years, Dr. Choung and his team have done a phenomenal job in answering all questions and concerns my husband and I have had. We are about to start IVF with this medical team and could not feel more safe and understood by this fertility specialist. I initially saw Dr. Choung for fertility testing, and he never once pushed me to go through IVF as a first resort but as a last, as him and his team were hopeful with our medical barriers that we could conceive naturally, but unfortunately it has not turned out that way. Dr. Choung has been understanding and caring from the get go. Not only this, his knowledge of his craft is exceptional and he truly is a superb doctor who his an expert in his field. I do not trust any other doctor other than Dr. Choung due to his extensive background in fertility medicine, experience, continuing education, and training. My husband and I are prayerfully looking forward to meeting our future babies and starting our family with this exceptional fertility team.

Dr.Choung made our dreams come true! I never in life thought it would happen . Dr. Choung was so patient with me he didn’t rush the process like most doctors do just to get your money. I got pregnant on my first round of IVF. I recommend him to anybody out there that’s having problems getting pregnant. He have a good staff team all of them take good care of you . You can text them about anything concerns and they will respond right back . When it was time for me to graduate and get a new doctor I was actually sad I had to leave because I was fearing of not finding a great doctor and staff like them . Thank you guys for everything

Dr. James Chuong, is the best MD and the best doctor that I never had in my life. He is so professional and he takes his time to explain you everything. I’m so grateful to find a Dr like him such a human being and kind. I have no words to explain how professional him and his team are.

Dr. Chuong and his staff are excellent with patient care. I came in not knowing what to expect with my fertility issues and I never felt uncomfortable under their care. Their are very thorough with testing and good with filing with insurance as well.Under Dr. Chuongs care and the care of Dr. Wendy (my acupuncturist), I was able to conceive naturally in less than 60 days. I was very happy with the result!I have always find it challenging to find doctors with good staff members but here, I like the balance. I trusted the care I was given both by the staff and by Dr. Chuong. Weve build quite an excellent relationship with them over time. Im actually sad to leave the practice!I also think its very helpful that I can text to the office directly with questions and they will follow up with me on test results or other related items.Thank you for everything!

It is the best fertility clinic I have ever been in my life. From the doctor all the way to the nurses, they provide you with warm and cheerful environment. I came from Europe almost with no hope of conceiving after three trials and two miscarriage With no success. I was sad and devastated. The doctor with his stuff made you feel welcome and with a lot of hope.If you want success you should come here. Don’t spend your money anywhere else, I promise. I have spent a lot, I mean a lot of money in Europe and a famous clinic in California, Santa Monica fertility clinic and I wasted my time and my mental well being.I love it and I always going to recommend it to the people I know. My husband and I struggled to conceive especially having PCOS and was referred to the Cooper Institute by a colleague who had the same issue but had a success story! I called to make an appointment and was quickly scheduled for an appointment. Dr. Chuong had great bedside manner and thoroughly explained what my husband and I could do to help our chances. He didnt immediately jump to the most expensive procedure (IVF) but really vetted all of our options. We got pregnant after our first IUI procedure! Not only that, the staff, Desiree and Annie, were amazing through the whole process. They always answered texts/calls and emails in a quick and timely manner. No question was silly or dumb and believe me, I work in healthcare and Ive never worked with such amazing people!! Dr. Chuing and his staff are phenomenal and would highly recommend him and his team! You wont be disappointed in the level of service and care they provide. They always made me feel like I was the most important person there and really I am going to miss them! Theyve been so supportive and even correspond with me after we got pregnant. We are successfully 12 weeks now! Book your appointment and see for yourself!!!

I had a consultation that was great! I was scheduled for an HSG procedure and I was told Dr. Choung would contact me in 2 weeks to go over my results. After 2 weeks I never heard anything from the office so I called for an additional 2 weeks then finally someone answered the phone and said she would call me right back. Well 4 months later Im still waiting on that call. I have switched to another doctor. I really liked the Dr. Choung but his office staff is causing him to loose clients.

This place is horrible!!! I would NOT recommend this place at all. I don’t know how this place has so many good reviews. This place is a scam and don’t care about their patients. Their fees are not transparent and are more expensive than other places.The day before my first visit, they texted me saying my balance was $415. When I was on the way to the office, they texted me again saying my balance jumped to $499 because they planned to do another kind of ultrasound, which is $84 more than the previous one. Later I found out the 2 kinds of ultrasound cost the same, they just wanted to do 2 ultrasounds, which is definitely unnecessary. Worst of all, their billing person Christine is extremely rude, unprofessional and aggressive. I’ve always paid on time at the date of service. Out of the blue, 3 months later, they called me and told me that I have a balance, which doesn’t make sense. Without trying to figure out the issue, because I’m certain it’s their error, the billing person started pushing and threatening me and even made fun of me for not being able to get pregnant. We had to spend our own time and figured out it was their mistakes. Dr.Choung said he would review and call us, but he never did. No communications, no explanations, they just threatened me without substantiated supports. For a place that provides patient care, you’d expect to be treated with respect and empathy. I experienced neither. I plan to file a complaint against this clinic.Update: I didn’t do a comprehensive ultrasound (just checked ovaries). Please check your records before billing me incorrectly and intimidating me with collection agency for a phantom service. After noticing your billing mistake on the account summary, we reached out via email and phone call several times. We’re still waiting for a callback

I am 40 years old and started treatment at Dr. Zhongs clinic at the end of last year. Im now 20 weeks pregnant. My husband and I are so happy! Thank you very much for your patient treatment, and everyone in the clinic is very patient and helpful. Antoinette and Dessire the IVF coordinator is fabulous at what she does and so helpful and kind. If you are eager to have babies, I highly recommend Dr. Chung here. They are very patient and caring. Hope everybody should be careful when choosing a hospital. Dr. Chungs clinic offers a full range of professional services to help you care about your pregnancy.

Im 43 and I was trying to get pregnant for about 4 years and Dr Chuong helped me with success. Hes very professional and his staff as well, they care genuinely about the patients. My baby is 2 months and I highly recommend Dr Chuong.

Dr. Chuong identified the root cause by examining lab test results using his years experience and selected efficient and affordable treatment to improve our body condition effectively and harmlessly. We were very impressive on Dr. Chuongs advice and experience, which led to our successful pregnancy.. His office staffs are also very professional and super nice. Truly appreciate for all your help! They will take individual care for each patients identifying their problems and providing treatment. Really grateful for Dr.Chuong, Dr. Heera and the nurses. Highly recommend for the couples who are struggling to get pregnant with healthy baby.

My wife and I used them and were successful the first time, our healthy baby boy is just shy of 3 months old. They were helpful and friendly and I recommend Dr. Choung and his staff to anyone looking to go through the IVF process.

First of all i want to thank the staff ( Annie, Dessire, and Antoinette) thanks to them i was able to have a very positive experience! The main reason i did not give a 1 star was because of them! they were very friendly, flexible with my schedule. I was a donor DS417 and the Intended parents were using this clinic for there treatment thats the reason i was assigned to them for my procedure. other wise i would have not used them. the only thing that the Dr. C care about is the IP money because thats all he is worried about! The reason i am posting this review is for other donor to be aware of your options when it comes to the medication you are given. the clinic has a very conservative way of doing things which fine ! but, i am a human and i deserve to be treated like one, i told him since the beginning that i could NOT use a trigger shot HCG to trigger because i would hyper stimulate and would end up at the hospital ! that was the deal if i was going to donate i would be triggered with a lupron so i would not have any side effects. you might be asking yourself why i am giving all this details well based on research and advance medicine there are other meds that we can take that have the same outcome of good eggs and very low risk for hyperstimulation with out putting the donor at risk of further complications. I got so upset with him because he did not care about my health all he cared about was the eggs that i was going to donate and the profit he was going to make out of me! he makes you do so many labs that are not needed this was not my first time donating so i am familiar with the protocol and the process. i know every doctor has his or her way of doing things, but if you are going to make money out of my donation at least do what the donor is asking and listen to her before doing all the unnecessary procedures ! - Thank YOU!

I wish I can give it no star. This man almost killed me 2 years ago. I had a procedure that he recommended and had a surgery done. I was discharged that same day. I got home and I started turning blue and was in severe pain. I try to reach his on call pager and this man never calls back. Im kinda thankful he never calls back because I was going to tell him to give me a different pain medication cos I was in severe pain. If he had did, I would have probably bleed to death.Long story short, I ended up in the ER that night and my hemoglobin has dropped below 6, I had to have another surgery immediately and have blood transfusions. The ER physicians tried calling him and he never calls back. He listed in my chart that he performed 5 different surgeries so he can bill the insurance. The doctors was confused about what procedure I had done and wanted to confirm with him but he never care calling me back till two days later.This place is cheaper than the other places but please becareful if you have to have any type of surgery done with him.

It was a great experience with Dr. Chong and his team. they were very welcoming and professional, solved my problem perfectly. now my baby is four month old!

Knowledgeable doctor. Unfortunately the office never answers the phone. I’ve been working with them for months and then one day they just stopped answering the phones. I actually am now pregnant but had to find another doctor to check in with. They NEVER answer the phone. I have two numbers and no one answers either of them. Good luck

I really enjoyed the feeling I got using this facility. I felt like a person and not just a number. They also remember details of your case verse other places I had been to did not remember my specific case details.

Im scheduled for the 28th for our consultation, and Im trying to figure out why no one never answers the phone are call you back? I read reviews and from what I read people had positive feedback, so why is it so difficult to get a hold of someone at the clinic?
