Fairfax cryo bank was extremely helpful during our journey. They talked us through every step of the way, gave us all our options, and made sure we knew what to expect and when to expect it. Gloria and Sabrina were AMAZING! We are so thankful for them!

My partner and I are so glad we ultimately chose Fairfax. Their website is extremely user friendly and also have a great variety of donors to chose from and provide a lot of important information about the donor such as medical history, race, ethnicity and more. Their customer service team is very knowledge and very friendly. My favorite part was their face match feature. The process was very simple and definitely was one less thing to stress about. We welcome our twin girls May 2023 and couldn’t be happier. Thank you Fairfax!

My wife and I made the best decision to go with FairFax to pick a donor for our IVF process. Navigating the website was made easy. Something that simple made our experience so much more enjoyable. Customer service was very helpful when we had questions as well.We were able to filter our decision by searching race and ethnicity. We were able to view his medical history and so many other details! It was full of information that made us enjoy the process of finding the perfect one for us.

Poor customer service and they won’t explain why the don’t accept you into the program. Seems like a sketchy business in general.
