The facility is well equipped with the personnel and the resources to give the best care to the patients. My physical therapist Reid, has been exceptional when it comes to educating me and providing me with the best options for my healing process. I wanted to get better as soon as possible after my surgery. Going to physical therapy made me realize how important it is to do the proper exercises and training to gain strength and proper ranges of motion.

I went in with a terrible sinus infection. I was able to schedule in advance, so short wait time and excellent treatment by the doctor. The staff was friendly and efficient. I will definitely return when I have another medical issue.

Fast friendly convenient I rolled my foot while traveling. I made an appointment when I landed. I arrived, I was called back, treated, and then soon back on the road. They always exceed my expectations.I come here for all of my urgent care needs.

The attentiveness and friendliness of the staff and the fast service! I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes! I had an infected hang nail. They treated quickly and sent me on my way.

Went there to rule out inner ear infection that may have been causing some dizziness. All staff was very efficient and courteous. Physican took time to address all my concerns. Recommend.

Everyone seemed to be attentive, efficient, and knew their function . As always all questions were answered even if the doctor did not agree with the use of some home remedies.

I would not recommend going here. I was seen for sore throat and the PA barely checked my throat and did not even look in my ears. She did not prescribe any antibiotics so today I am worse and seeing another dr. (NOT HERE) to get some help! My whole head is blocked!!

It was convenient and fast. The doctor diagnosed my illness and by the time I got to the pharmacy, my meds were ready. I hate going to the doctor because it is such a hassle. But Memorial Herman Urgent Care has changed my life. No more suffering while waiting for my body to miraculously cure itself.

Front staff was very helpful and polite. The Dr/nurse were very detailed and answered all my questions well.

It was easy to make an appointment and I was seen promptly. Staff was friendly and helpful. Doctor was efficient.

I brought my daughter in as a walk-in at 7:30pm (30 minutes before close). Reception was super friendly and helped check me in so I could keep an eye on my child. Im sure it was because we were the only people there and they wanted to help move things along, but it was still super appreciated 👍 The PA and NP were friendly and helped keep my daughter calm, and didnt mind when she changed her mind about receiving an injection.

This is our 3rd time here. 2x because my kiddo’s PCP couldn’t get us in for a sick visit quick enough and once for a minor injury.Most recent visit prompted me to leave a review:Front desk staff is very friendly, capable and very helpful. We forgot a doctor note for my kiddos school and it was uploaded to the portal within minutes after my follow up call.Doctor very knowledgeable and personable- he made my teen very comfortable. He explained things well, his advice was balanced and shared his upcoming availability in case we had any issues.Have recommended this care clinic to a few people who have all had good experiences, as well

Dr. Mark, the front desk staff and even X-Ray tech were phenomenal! We booked and reserved our spot online.(so we filled everything out prior to arrival.) there was a short 30 min wait.Dr. Mark was able to care for our needs. Dr. Mark had great bed side manners! He did an exquisite job on the issue at hand.I would recommend 10 out of 10 and if we are ever in need of an urgent care again we would definitely pick this office and location.

Best heath care experience I’ve ever had. Went in for a scary, painful condition and they took me to the back and started helping me immediately. Mia examined me and was thorough and reassuring. The nurse Ty was so sweet and caring. Jeffery got me registered in 2 minutes and also took my X-ray. Great place, great people, and great experience. Thank you all!

I give their billing department a zero. They sent me a second and third bill on a co-pay $75) that was paid a long time ago. They sent it to a collection agency and I paid the bill even though I had paid it when it was a current charge. I noticed my error, contacted them by phone. I finally looked up in my email receipts the confirmation of the original payment. You can obviously see that there was a typo in the customer number but they took my payment. It really wouldn’t take a rocket scientist to find the missing payment but payment was taken from my card. Anyway, their billing department on the phone couldn’t figure out what to do so they gave me an email address. I sent an email with my original confirmation of payment and an email explanation of what happened. That was several weeks ago so I resent the email….no response. I asked them to refund the copay because they were double paid plus the collection agency deal will go on my credit and I have a stellar credit rating. So they will just ignore me until I go away and they will keep the double payment. If I have to drive 100 miles to another urgent care in the future, I will. I will not go somewhere where they don’t care if they have been paid twice and won’t refund me the second payment. I can obviously afford the $75 but it is the principle……I no longer trust this organization.

Horrible attitude from front desk lady. She seems very impatient. I know they close at 8 and my appointment was 7:30. There are some issue with verifying my insurance, the way she talks are very rude and in rush bc they are about to close. The front office service definitely needs improvement.

Great Service. Downloaded their App and made an appointment. When I drove and parked they were ready to see me. You login with a touch screen present your ID and insurance. 2 minutes later the nurse walked me into a waiting room. 5 minutes after that ZI was seen by an excellent health care provider, a nurse practitioner, who listened to my breathing and cough. She looked up records and sent in the prescription to my pharmacy who had ready in no time. A great experience!

I came to this urgent care with a horrible stomach flu. The medical staff was so quick to get me into a room and diagnose me. They got me set up an IV, the necessary meds and sent me on my way. The staff was so nice and so helpful, I would 100% recommend this facility.

I have always had good experiences at this place. I went there the other night with a finger I thought might be broken and at the time felt as if I didn’t receive the same level of care as I had in the past but upon closer examination I think I overreacted and at the end of the day I think the care that I was fortunate enough to receive was exactly what I needed. I will continue to make this my #1 stop for urgent care.

Jeff was so gracious and hospitable and did everything in such a perfect and professional way. He even took care of getting an extra prescription request to the NP and called me back to confirm it was also sent to the pharmacy.Alden was also amazing. So kind and professional. Im an MH employee and they really took care of their own very well.

I went there today for first time and was extremely impressed. Not a long wait.. maybe 10 minutes at most.Was seen by Dr. Marc and he was wonderful to say the least.The staff was pleasant and the nurse was very good and checked out everything needed.This place is better then my primary doctors facility.Will go there first for anything minor if needed.5 stars to this facility!!!

I had waited an hour past my scheduled appointment time before i even saw the medical assistant. Had I known they were going to take walk-ins back before me, I would have come in when they opened, instead of sitting around my house sick and miserable for 3 hrs.The back of the house was kinda dirty. First exam room was cramped with equipment. The medical assistant read someone elses flu/covid test in front of me and shared the results with a nurse while I was in there. I hope they cleaned that room before I got in there but I doubt it.Then I was triaged and put in another waiting room. Sat there for 45 minutes. I ended up leaving without seeing a physician. I was there for 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time.

My son received excellent care from the staff at this location. We arrived an hour before closing and experienced no wait time. The staff was absolutely AMAZING! Everyone was in good spirits and very humorous. Their witty nature made my son feel very comfortable as he received stitches for a laceration. I highly recommend this facility!

The most convenient urgent care experience. Scheduled my appointment online and arrived 10 minutes early. Easy paperwork to complete and we were seen within 30 minutes. The staff was professional and courteous. The medical assistant even made my daughter laugh a few times. She recognized she wasnt feeling well and was sympathetic. Highly recommend this location.

The Sunday before Christmas, I tried two other urgent cares before figuring out my new insurance covered this one. I’m so glad I was treated for my bronchitis here! The front office was friendly and efficient, my nurse was soooo warm and funny. My doctor was thorough and understanding, as well as witty. Even with wait time, flu test, evaluation, a breathing treatment, diagnosis and scripts...I was out in little over an hour! Much better than a regular trip to the doctor. I’m grateful for this place. They made Christmas possible 🎄

I wanted to start of by saying that I never leave any reviews so this experience was clearly so bad for me that I actually did it. I work in customer service and I know how people should be treated in a medical facility so I am very disappointed with this place. I had a car accident this morning and I hit my knee very hard against the dash board causing it to swell and bruise. I checked in online but they still saw every walk in before me. Waited for an hour for them to call me back and another hour for the doctor to come in the room to see me. She was there for 5 minutes then said they needed to do a test and she will be back. After getting the test done it took her another 30 minutes to come back for her just to tell me my knee was just bruised and not sprained. I wasted 3 hours of my time here for nothing. Not even the copay I had to pay was worth it. The doctor I saw wasnt very professional either. 0 stars if I could.

Friendly staff, clean facility, short walk-in wait time, good experience.

In todays climate it’s more a matter of if the receptionist like you, perceives you to have a good attitude, in order for them to actually help you. I made an appointment online for 10 am. I came in at 9:50 and checked in. I see on the screen I have a 45-60 minute wait time. I asked the receptionist Alexa (last name covered up by tape) why I had a wait time if I made an appointment. It was an honest question. From that point on she treated me so poorly. She wouldn’t take my payment at the pos at her computer and instead made me do it through email. She refused to answer that question only saying “I can’t see what you are talking about” when I was referring to the wait time on the screen by my name. I came in today feeling the absolute worst I’ve ever felt in my life and I tried to do things the right way by making an appointment only to be treated so poorly by the staff up front. Like I said in the beginning, if they don’t like you or your perceived “attitude” you won’t get good treatment. Where’s the compassion for people when you aren’t feeling well?

Excellent Service! Staff very friendly. Love the easy check-in...😀. Dr.Nicholson very knowledgeable and took the time to talk to my son 1:1 to explain to him what he was diagnosed with including what he can be doing at to help him with sinusitis(sinus infection) & what he should or should not drink/eat during a stomach virus. As urgent care places go, this is on the superior side. It was easy to find, has ample parking in back, a small clean waiting area, and the wait was short. Everyone I dealt with there - two people out front, and then the doctor - were courteous, friendly, and efficient. They were up-front with all information, from what it would cost, that there was a short wait (I probably waited no longer than 15 minutes) to what I needed to do for follow-up, and arranged for me to see a female doctor. I will definitely come back here again.

Professional, well managed care. Ive used this location twice and its the only one Ill consider in the future.

I know I can always depend on doctors and staff here to take care of my concerns. They always listen and genuinely want to get you feeling better. It’s also very easy to schedule online so no long waits.

I realize that it is cold and flu season, but my wife made an appointment, dragged herself out of bed (which if you have the flu, is an undertaking in itself) and arrived 10 minutes prior to her 1:30 appointment time. She informed the receptionist that she had to leave by 3 to pick up our son, and the receptionist just shrugged and smiled. By 2:30, still hadnt seen a doctor though she was the only one there when she first arrived. Noone thought to say..oh, hey..it will be a little while. She left to go pick up our son. I did speak to their manager and she apologized. I would also like to say that this is an anomaly for this location. I have used them for a couple of years and have always had a great experience. I hope they learn from this, and make the changes needed to keep their customer service top notch.

Both my mother and my son have had to visit this urgent care center within the last week.They were both treated quickly, kindly and appropriately.My son has also been there a few times before (as has my daughter). We are always treated expediently and courteously.I highly recommend this location.

My son fractured his wrist, and they got us in right away we did not have to wait long at all. We were in and out and about an hour. The service is wonderful and the doctors and nurses or just absolutely wonderful and patient. I highly recommend this place.

I called the office because I broke my toe. The X-ray tech Jeffrey answered promptly and was very courteous. He offered price quote and home remedy care options to reduce pain. Came in for an x-ray on his recommendation. They filled out paperwork and were very transparent on cost. Was seen by Dr. Mia and she was awesome. Fantastic care, bedside manner, absolutely great medical care experience.

Under new “management” from July 1st, oh boy can you tell! Everything is digital but nothing works as suppose to. Even though it’s Herman they do NOT have any of your previous medical records/insurance details. You have to start from scratch ONLINE only but the system crashed 4x. Appointment time is advisory; expect 30-60 minute delay. PCR test is now a joke with a 72 hour turnaround rather than the previous 30 minutes. Medication /prescription can ONLY be sent electronically but the forgot to send to pharmacy /or again system failure. 24 after my visit I still have no access to time sensitive medication, my very prescription that I was prescribed to fix the illness I was diagnosed with. Called the number 7x at various times no answer. Tried the text option- it’s a joke. No answer from anyone and I have no way of getting my meds but drive to the facility AGAIN! This has been my go to place for years but removing human interaction, inability to speak to anyone, moving everything electronically while reducing the quality of your services is a no go for me. I felt bad for staff.

I was seen very quickly. My doctor was very informative and understanding. She let me know everything and informed me of what steps to take next. Everyone was really nice and inviting.

Definitely never coming here again. I did a pre check-in for 5:07pm, arrived at 5 to fill out the paperwork, which did not include any sort of medical history or questionnaire about why I was even there. Was finally brought back to a room around 5:30, had vitals taken, and was told the doc would be in shortly. At 6:20, I poked my head out of the room and pointedly asked how much longer they thought it would take, at which point the medical assistant said “doctor, are you going to see room 2” and the doctor finally walked over to my room. Not a good look. No idea what they were doing, but pretty sure they forgot I was there. The doc didn’t take a medical history, jotted notes on the back of a blank piece of scrap paper, asked me 4 times what medications I had been taking. I understand that medical staff are burned out from COVID, and I want to be compassionate, but I have been to 2 other urgent cares since COVID began and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care, even considering times prior to COVID.

Upon arriving, there was NO wait time. However just to be called into a room took at least 30 minutes. Once in the room, it took another 35-40 minutes just for Dr. Nicholson to come in. As she entered the room, she looked at my family with this very odd and rude look of dislike. She made the visit very uncomfortable, as she was very unapproachable. After being swabbed for strep and the flu, my results were never given to me, as I had to ask myself what the results were. The nurse was the only staff member that made my visit somewhat welcoming. I will not return to this specific urgent care center, again. After interacting with numerous of doctors in the past, I have never seen a doctor so unapproachable and rude. This experience was in fact the worse, especially being diagnosed with what she basically said was nothing.

I was able to get my daughter checked in and seen within 10 mins. Once we were in the room it was less than 5 mins for the Dr to come in and see us. He spent plenty of time with us to figure out what was going on. He was thorough in his assessment and I didn’t feel like he was rushing to move on to the next patient. He was very personable and helpful. I highly recommend the Washington st urgent care.

They got me in right away. Nurse Shantel was super nice and helpful. Dr. Melincoff did a very thorough assessment. Sat down and listened to what was going on with me. I felt heard and took great care of me. Always a great experience here.

Not impressed - to the check-in person telling me I hadnt meet my deductible (when I have, with no apologies or acknowledgement he was wrong), to the waiting room TV blaring so loudly no one in the waiting room could hear & the front desk ignored my request to turn the TV down - not said no but just ignored me) to forgetting about me in the exam room (after waiting 25 minutes for a 10 minutes test, going out to ask, &and the doctor showing up 30 seconds later), I will only be back here if there is no where else to do. Only saving grace was a nice nurse.

My overall experience at this location was amazing! I came in feeling really bad like possible flu 😷. Ms. Tizzy was so kind, patient, caring and understanding, etc! She’s an amazing nurse 👩‍⚕️ and didn’t get frustrated with me not being able to take the test to see if I had the flu. The dr came in and he was really nice and caring as well. They gave me some medicine so that I could start feeling better because I was feeling horrible 🤒I would recommend this location to anyone who is needing to be seen urgently. Do have patients though because you might have to wait a long time if there’s a lot of sick people like there was today. This was my first time at an urgent care and it was a good experience! I went to Urgent Care recently because I slipped and fell causing a deep wound on my leg. Dr Melincoff is the doctor who treated my wound. He cleaned the wound and stitched it up for me. He put me on antibiotics to make sure that the wound wouldnt get infected. Dr Melincoff is an excellent doctor and he has great bedside manner. He is a very caring doctor. He answered all my questions and showed genuine concern for me. He scheduled a follow up appointment to have my stitches removed, and wanted to make sure that he was the one to remove the stitches. That is personalized care that made me feel very confident that he would make sure that my wound would be healed completely. I would also like to mention another urgent care employee named Jeffrey Mixon. When I contacted urgent care a few days later to ask a question about my leg wound, Jeffrey went above and beyond to address my concerns. He told Dr Melincoff my concerns, and gave me the answer to my questions in a short period of time. Jeffrey has great bedside manner like Dr Melincoff. They took good care of me and calmed my concerns, and I am so impressed and grateful for the personal care that I received at urgent care. Daisy was also very friendly and helpful. If you ever need to visit urgent care, I highly recommend Memorial Hermann Urgent Care at 4500 Washington Ave in Houston. Thank you Dr Melincoff and your staff for the care you gave me. You guys are the best!

Great place! Doctor Mark Melincoff takes time to ask you questions, discuss your medical issues, and explain everything thoroughly. He is kind and caring and never acts rushed. The service was excellent and the entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Staff member Jordan xrayed my arm and was professional, and gentle. This was my second visit ( for two unrelated medical events) and both times were consistent. Highly recommended. I will use this location every time I need urgent care. Its hard to find this kind of medical treatment nowadays. Good bedside manner is often a thing if the past, but not here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I highly recommend this urgent care facility. I visited for the first time last night. They were able to get me into the back fairly quick, which I really appreciated considering I was experiencing pain. The nurse that assisted me was awesome! She had me and my two friends that came with me laughing in the exam room while taking my vitals. Dr. Agbasi was really great, as well. She was very informative and direct.

Been here a total of 4 times and EVERY time I’m seen 2-3 hrs passed my appointment time.When you arrive they inform you that they are running behind. They clearly know they over book and have not corrected this in the span of 2 years.It’s extremely frustrating and because of that, I will not go back.The only doctor I like there is dr. Mark. All other doctors and lazy.

Called and spoke with Ezra at 8:30pm. Ezra stated: yes, if your 10min. From the clinic the Dr. Can see you, and yes we accept your insurance. I walk in the clinic at 8:42 PM and the receptionist greeting I get is: Im sorry were not accepting anymore patients this evening.Unacceptable.I informed her I just spoke with Ezra, who gave me the green light to come in.The receptionist accepted my reply. I completed the standard your responsible and medical release documents but oddly, no documents to complete regarding my symptoms.. Before the nurse calls me back the receptionist said. Were collecting $145.00 up front. My reply, no, I have zero co-pay, I was told you accept my insurance. The receptionist attempts to show me on her monitor that my plan doesnt have the letters UC listed, and its their policy to collect up front. Well.. not tonight.Complete waste of my time.

Mia (our doctor) took the time to listen to all of the symptoms ask the right questions and properly diagnose my son. I miss Dr. Mellencoff, but shes a wonderful addition to your team.

We went in to get covid testing, the staff was great Jessica was very kind and took great care of us. India did our tests quickly but thoroughly and she was so funny and made the situation feel lighter. Dr Nicholson was very informative and sweet she’s definitely the best

Ive been her twice, I went in for a cov-19 test. My first visit was good. I tested positive and had to come back in 15 days to get retested. The staff at front desk was great. I saw a nurse named Chantel. From the time I was in the she was tentative, humorous and very helpful. She took my mind away from what I was there for. Need more nurses like that in the medical field.

Great experience, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Peter, N.P. was everything!!! Hes so funny and personable he took a visit that shouldve been extremely painful and made it pleasant. Ive had this lancing procedure done twice before and its excruciating so how he managed to do it with just minor discomfort is just amazing and blows my mind. And he also shed some light on Greys Anatomy which made him even more cool in my book. Great visit.

Had to go get tested after a possible exposure to COVID. The staff here was very nice and very efficient. The young lady that drew my blood and did my nasal swab could not have been more professional and was very kind. Im also a Memorial Hermann employee and its great to experience such good care as a patient and see my fellow coworkers taking pride in their job. Thank you.

I checked in at 730 on a saturday morning, was given great care and a ct scan by wonderful staff to confirm suspected appendicitis. I was transferred to ella and 610 main location and had the surgery done in time to be home at 8pm that night. Highly recommend.

This MH Urgent Care location was phenomenal. I went to a different location initially and felt rushed and didn’t get any actual treatment. At this location the doctor was so very kind and took every step in ensuring I received proper treatment. The nurses kept me comfortable. The dr even brought me a Gatorade! He was amazing. I will always go to this location for any medical issues from now on.

I had a great experience with the MHUC location. I was seen immediately after walking and was handled by an efficient and friendly staff. Dr. Melincoff was friendly and explained how everything would go very well. everything was quick and smooth and I actually enjoyed the visit. Ill caveat this by saying it was 8:30pm when i arrived and there were no other patients being seen at the time.

This was my first visit to an Urgent Care Center. It is convenient to my home in Woodland Heights There were a few people ahead of me so I had a little wait, but not bad. The doctor and staff were professional and courteous. I recommend it.

Everyone here works well; theyre courteous and pleasant.Theres a bit of a wait, even when I make an appointment (which can be done online), but the doctors are thorough. You may have to wait for your turn, but then you too will receive adequate attention.Thank you.

The check in was easy, friendly and helpful. The PA was also friendly and helpful. Not rushed or frantic. It was a very pleasant experience. I loved that I could make an appointment and wait at home.

Today was my first time visiting. Even though I am sick this was the greatest experience Ive ever had. This includes any urgent care, emergency or doctors visit Ive had. I was treated with respect and felt as if they all really cared. Not only that, but it was a very quick service. I would recommend them anytime to anyone. Thank you for such awesome service😀

I went in this evening as a walk-in because the site was only taking appointments for tomorrow, December 22nd. I had a two hour wait, which is what I was told, so I expected it. I was told that they were short-staffed. It was suggested to go to the Heights location, but I didn’t have the energy to drive there.Chrishelle and Dr. Volrie were very professional and provided excellent care. Apparently Chrishelle was the only nurse/assistant on duty. She did a great job regardless of her workload. I could see in their eyes that they were tired. The front desk personnel were professional and pleasant as well.

I made an appointment for 3:30. I received a text saying to way delayed until 3:48 and to please come in 10 minutes before. We arrived and checked in about 3:40. I was told I would be next.After waiting a long time, another person came in and was told they were next. They were taken in and I asked at the desk why, and was told they had checked in earlier before me.About 4:35 I was told that I was next and it would be about 20 minutes. At 5:10, I asked for a refund because I had a 6:00 appointment and couldnt wait any longer. He said he thought a room had opened up and would check. He came back and said the doctor just went into another patient and I would be next.That was it. I got my refund and left. Why make a check in on-line if it really doesnt mean anything.

I made an online check in and was taken back in a reasonable amount of time and swabbed for strep. The physician came in, asked about symptoms, then left to go check on my strep test. 40 mins later I walked out of my exam room to find that they had literally cleaned the clinic, locked doors, turned out lights, and had to REMIND the physician to come tell me my results. To make matters worse.. negative for strep so i was advised to take Tylenol and use numbing mouth wash. Almost two hours for some disappointing care. I do not recommend this clinic.

The staff was very friendly the clinic was clean the service was quick. I came in to get checked out the nurses and nurse practitioners was friendly answered all my questions and took their time instead of the rushed in and out. First time having to go to an urgent care would highly recommend this place.

The whole staff is wonderful. I took my son in today, and we always have great service. Dr. Melincoff is my son’s favorite doctor at the clinic. Dr. Melincoff is very attentive and patient with my 6 yr old son. I know my son is provided excellent care by Dr. Melincoff and the staff at the Washington location.Today I took my son in and we were glad to seeDr. Melincoff. He’s absolutely great with us. We have seen him for a few years now. Daisy and the front desk staff was awesome as well!

I’m sitting in the waiting room in pain. The front desk lady Amber has no knowledge about insurance. I met my family insurance deductible and only eligible to 10%copay but she insisted that I haven’t met my personal deductible. She disregarded my explanation until I called insurance agent and have her on the speaker. I had to expose my personal info in front of other people and I had to wait longer as they let other patients come in first when they re not sure what they re doing the job they should do. Of course there’s no apology. They should train their admin people with basic insurance knowledge.

I went with my sister because she wasn’t feeling well and she didn’t want to go alone. After making us wait for over 2 hours, it was finally my sisters turn to go in. The nurse told me I couldn’t go in so I went and sat back down. Then she told my sister I can’t sit in the lobby. I either have to wait outside or go to my car. Which confused me because we had been sitting there for over 2hours and no one said anything. If they had said I couldn’t wait in the lobby I would’ve gone home because the urgent care is really close to my house. Was honestly a waste of time. My sister ended up not being seen after waiting that long

I’ve been dealing with a lot of health issues this year and I’m just glad I found this urgent care. They’re my go to. Friendly staff, low wait times, and close by. I love that the staff listens and is quick to anticipate any testing or procedures you may need.

I have brought my son and myself to this location. I took 2 stars because the receptionist failed to get my insurance information correctly and even when I told her to include all my last names she did not. Now I’m fighting with Memorial Hermann so they bill my insurance. Great doctors just not so great receptionist. I even called when I received the bill and was told they could not do anything or cared to get my name. Will find another location as a great staff is very important to me as their doctors.

Have been here several times now, for Covid testing and now a wrist injury. I was always seen quickly, whether I checked in online or not, and once I filled out the questionnaire once I was able to leverage that for future visits.The doctor and nurses were very helpful and kind, and my Covid tests were performed using both Rapid-test and PCR. This time I had an X-ray on my wrist, which was done quickly and carefully, and my xrays were reviewed with me, and I was even provided a CD with the images on it.Overall a great experience and I will be coming back.

From walk-in to walk out, Dr. Melincoff and his team took such good care of me. As a healthcare provider myself, I am beyond impressed with the level of care from this clinic. I would feel comfortable sending my own patients and family here. Quick, evidence-based, and professional service. I was ill with some flu like symptoms for a week. Went to be seen because my symptoms were not severe but was wheezing and exhausted by minimal activities. I got seen quickly and thouroughly checked out. Got cleared, no flu and chest xray clear too. I really appreciated being seen quickly and staff was very nice.

I would definitely give this location a 5 star as I had a great experience. The staff was very professional and the waiting time was also minimal. I was treated immediately after filling my forms and was taken care of by Dr. Peter. He was very professional and took care of me immediately. I would highly recommend this location.

Both assistants were very nice and thorough. Dr. Marc Melincoff was rushed, wouldnt let me talk, and began cutting me off & yelling at me when I tried to explain my symptoms. Basically made fun of me, asked facetious questions, and told me if I didnt like it I could go to the ER. Ill give you an EKG but we wont find anything....Do you have a family history of early onset heart disease. I never once said it was heart related. He offered no treatment ideas or diagnosis other than almost-clinical dehydration. When I told him how much water I drink daily (well over recommended 64 oz; clear urine), he rolled his eyes and got impatient. If I was a doctor, I would be more concerned with a 28-yr old whose entire body is swollen 2 sizes, having severe chest pain and out of breath, can barely keep my head up, dizzy, while sitting and has a history of severe attacks of the lungs with breakouts of hives, urinary incontinence, & dizzy spells on a weekly basis. FYI Im normal weight, vegetarian & eat low-sodium, low-sugar diet with very little processed or fried foods. I only drink water, no sugared beverages. I came in 2 hours before close; not my fault you took so long to get to me that you felt 9:00 meant you had to leave. I can learn more on WebMD than this man. At least tell me what to do to feel better. I paid over $500 for nothing.

Everyone was wonderful from the front desk staff to the doctor. My daughter also loved him and her visit there. During our visit, Dr. Marc was very informative and didn’t treat us like a number. He made sure we were very informed. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

I had a very pleasant experience at MHH urgent care today the receptionist intake team was really nice and courteous. The Dr who treated me was exceptionally professional and and informative treated me with dignity and respect also. The gentleman who took the X-ray of my chest

I went on New Years Day, feeling horrible. Afraid I had the flu. Staff and physician extremely friendly and thorough. Well diagnosis was flu. Received shot and rx for meds and out of there in less than 2 hours!! Now remember no appointment was made. I appreciated those ladies for being there for the public on New Years day!!! I have told my FB family/friends where to go to get quick medical advise.Update: 10/10/18: If I could give them 💯 stars I would. Dr. Melincoff and his staff are very friendly and ready to assist any way they can. I went in today with a very embarrassing situation and he and his nurse, Wynette (?) Put me at ease quickly. Left feeling so much better. Thank you for what you do!! Keep up the great work!! Online check in helps but remember everyone if you dont arrive on time then dont expect your appointment time to be held for you!!

HORRIBLE!! Don’t waste your time making an appointment because they are useless. Needed an x-ray, something that should take 5 minutes. Alex Gutierrez at check in was lovely, very customer focused. I explained to them that I could have come at 4:30, when I originally planned to arrive. But I called, and was told to make an appointment which would allow me to skip the line.based on their instruction, l I went online at 4:30 and scheduled an appointment for 7:00, the earliest available. I arrived at 7:05, with people in the lobby, to be told I had to wait for THE OTHER PEOPLE TO BE SEEN!! WHY DID I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?!? I would have come at 4:30 like I originally planned. Amber Price and Wynette Wynette who work there were especially rude. I can not believe they even offer an online appointment system if it is meaningless!! Take your business elsewhere, somewhere that honors what their employees communicate to their customers.

Extremely upset about my visit! I had a common women problem, got a prescription for it and paid my $40 copay. The urgent care sent my samples to a lab and I got slapped with a $300 out of network bill for that!! I didnt need them to send anything anywhere I already had the medication. I was not told there would be a charge this was done without my consent! Crooks!!

I have been to this facility twice and regretted it. Both times the care provider not only misdiagnosed our health problem but was somewhat smug or Indifferent about the outcome. In the most recent event, our 12 month old baby had a severe case of hand foot mouth disease and the care provider here said it was “probably a cold”. I went to the ER afterwards on my own motherly instinct.My suggestion: skip this clinic entirely and go to an ER that you trust bc this place is not worth the time.

Was promptly seen at my appointment time. Dr. Patel was excellent.

Horrible service. Went in at 8pm waiting in room for an hour to see doctor. Doctor Watts didnt want to do anything (assuming because they were already closed). Refused to do lab work or screen for problems. Told me to go see another doctor. Waste of time and a copay. Impossible to contact clinic after visit, only has voice mail option. Memorial Hermann customer service will not assist with this clinic, they say you have to talk to clinic directly. I would advise other urgent care places in the area before this one.

Dr. Melincoff was amazing. He was very professional and took time to explain the procedure he was about to do to my son so that he was comfortable! Jeffery and Monica were also great! Great job to the entire team!

Coming to this location was definitely a great choice since the staff here is incredible! Namely Andrew, Monica, and Crissy (super sweet people!). Dr. Melincoff was very thorough in his work and very informative. Definitely recommend!

Urgent may mean fast in the dictionary, but this place is anything but.Note, there was absolutely no one in the waiting room when we arrived. It took over 40 minutes for my friend to even get seen by a nurse. After signing all the paperwork, the person at the front desk then mentioned he was sorry but they actually didnt carry his insurance after all.My friends finger on his dominant hand was dislocated and they acted as if it was an ant bite for the first hour and and twenty minutes. By the time, the doctor actually came in three separate times, they finally popped it back and said it would be fine, but he may want to see a hand specialist just in case.Needless to say, the whole process took 2 hours. Also, three weeks later, while making sure not to further injure the finger in any way, it has swelled up significantly since then and has gotten worse.The only reason there is 2 stars is because the employees were nice, but as far from prompt as the spectrum would allow for such a place.

The doctor completely dismissed my needs at the time and then called back hours after I left to inform me she had sent in a script for an issue she forgot to address while I was in the clinic in front of her. How incredibly unprofessional and rude. Zero bedside manner and less than adequate medical attention. Avoid. Total waste of time and money.

DO NOT GO HERE!!I have been here twice, completely regret going both times. To be honest, this place is not worth your time. The doctor has no intention of actually fixing your issues. She has misdiagnosed me both times. The latest was telling me I have a “sore throat” and to just take Advil and chrloraseptic spray. Couldn’t have been more wrong. You will receive an printed out summary of what she believes is wrong with you to go home with, but not any actual remedies for your issues. If I wanted this I can just go to webmd. Please go elsewhere.

Great location and service! Had to get my finger drained from an infection (paronychia) and I was very nervous but NP Peter Dagher was very comforting. He joked a lot which made me feel better about the situation. Recommend for sure!

Ive been there several times, and for me, its always in and out and not a long wait. I have had 2 different doctors and both have been excellent! And the staff and nurses are so nice and patient.

Dr Melincoff, DO was a good and compassionate doctor. Usually, urgent care clinics dont seem to have as many competent doctors or you see a PA or NP that does nothing. I have friends that are NPs and PAs that are more competent then doctors, but they work at regular offices, not urgent care clinics. Anyway, the place was clean and he took his time diagnosing me, which I liked. So, no complaints.

Urgent Care has replaced the primary care physician. Emergency room for everything else.Dont go to any urgent care expecting anything. The staff see miserable, jacked-up, snotty, whiny people from 8am until close, give them a break. They know you arent there for giggles. Have a free coffee or hot cocoa in the reception area, sit down, and learn patience.If youre broken, bleeding, or bashed from a car accident, go to the ER, not urgent care. The MH Washington urgency Care is great. Tizzy and Peter are awesome and Dr. Nicholson was amazing. The care you get depends largely on your attitude. Minimize your needy. Youre welcome. 😁

I had to get tested for COVID as a precautionary measure to return to work. The staff from time of arrival and testing was extremely friendly and helpful. My arrival, paperwork, test and subsequent results were handled in about an hour. Would give 6 stars if I could.

I ended up with x-rays I said I didn’t want. I was told I’d see someone in ten minutes and they didn’t come back for fifty minutes. And now I have to pay to see my test results.

I have had a few visits to the Urgent Care within this year it’s always a Fast and easy check in. The doctors and staff are very professional and offer good quality healthcare. Thank you!

Arrogant Doctor!!! Said I did not have an obvious ailment (which was one of the worst cases ever seen and treated by excellent doctors prior) Facial expressions of not BELIEVING ME. I swear I looked very sick, of course, but she treated me like a stupid dope fiend.The worst. Know it all. Fake. Negative.She didnt finish listening to many answers for her questions. Just cut me off. Said shed prescribe small amount of meds. Got to pharmacy and NOPE. She lied? I called back and then yet another lie from MGR. I have no more words except that the severe infestation she said I did not have? This is gross but three scary organisms were shown to her . See? I said?! She just walked out the door. Im over it. Oh dear, what a bad deal. She knew I was struggling with another scary issue. Didnt blink.

If you want to wait 2+ hours to be seen go to this place. Even if you have an appointment you still won’t be seen on time. Better off going to a different urgent care. CareNow will get you in at your appointment time.

Washington Ave. urgent care was great. Fast, efficient and Pleasant! Dr. Cao listened and talked. More pleasant than my personal physician(out on sick leave lol) Chest Cray, breathing treatment, prescription and out in just a little over 1/2 hr.

If you have something basic - like an ear ache or a sinus infection, this place is great!! Super helped my family out in a pinch. Really friendly people. If you think you’re going to get some profound diagnosis that isn’t a cold or equivalent, go to a specialist.

Horrible service!A request for a water refill went ignored though the doctor attributed symptoms to possibly dehydration. My needs went unmet as they attended to a bratty loudmouth patient instead, as I sat respectfully waiting...bumping back my schedule to accommodate their delay.Though the Dr had approved the lab work the nurse came to me saying lab work could not be done. Had to advocate for myself and insist the tests be done which she begrudgingly acquiesced to.Heard through door make her wait after my polite request to get the tests I came there to get ...after waiting around on the unneeded test the Dr ordered which turned up nothing. I asked they at least check if the unneeded test would be covered by my insurance. Doubt they even checked.

One of the few places Ive been to where the staff are all friendly and engaged. Andrew made a stressful situation much easier, and the wait was almost non-existent. Everything youd hope for in an urgent clinic!

Went for a Covid test, was not told til after the test that it would take 5-7 business days after the swab. I could have gone else where. Called them and they said they tell the PT’s. They do not even talk to you til after the test to tell you it is going to take 5-7 business day’s because they are behind. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Came in after a car accident. Everyone was very kind, gentle, and caring. Will definitely go here again if needed.

Great service overall. Dr Marc Molinoff is super. I recommend checking in online ahead of time if it’s not truly urgent. I saw folks walk in and the wait can be long if you didn’t book an appointment.

Got an appointment for a Covid test same day. All employees I interacted with were extremely kind and helpful! Hopefully I wont need to return, but if needed, I will definitely return to this location.

I always get good care here but it’s crazy slow. Even when I’ve made online appointments, I still wait 30 min in the waiting room and another 30 min before I see the provider. Disappointing.

I took my son in 20min before closing time and they took him in without hesitation. Tbh i can say its been one of the best urgent cares I have been too.

Medicare/Medicaid? This location accepts most insurances including the 1st two listed. Wait times vary but you can check in online. They also have a set up in the lobby for refreshments while you wait. Excellent care, they even took Xrays/results within 20 minutes. A great place to go for Urgent treatment without the ER wait. Pitbull attack/bite. Edit:even though this was a EMERGENCY visit, I still had the presence of mind to make sure this facility was part of my network. Just so I could avoid out of network costs.

There is nothing “Urgent” about this place. Waited an hour for a Covid test even though I arrived at 8am when they opened. Went back the next day for an ear infection and waited over an hour to see a Doc. Ridiculous.

By far the most fastest procedure! The staff was nice to and super respectful I myself was very nervous because I’m transgender and in stead they treated me very kindly and didn’t make me feel alienated I’ll go back if my primary cannot schedule me I would recommend this place!

If you getting lab tests, make sure you DO NOT get it done by CHRISSY.. she poked me twice got nothing, caused a lot of pain. Just ask for someone else and she will get the more senior person.

I take my toddlers here when I cant get to my pediatrician and the staff is always great. Sometimes we run into a wait but the great kindness and care is most important to use.

Save your money don’t go here.First of all it’s far from urgent. Get ready to wait for the doctor to take his sweet time. Plus you’ll get a second payment in the mail which they never told us about. Such a waste of time and money!

Came in there on a slow afternoon.Waited for 30 minutes and there was only 1 other person waiting.1 hour to see the doctor another hour waiting for test results and 2 nurses came in during our visit everything took a long time.One nurse came and tested me for strep throat and then after another test ANOTHER nurse came in and tested me another time for mono another urgent care I went to tested me once at the same time for mono and strep and the results came way faster and I wouldve been done at the other place in about 30 minutes.I definitely dont recommend coming here if your looking for a quick check up.

Comprehensive examination and great care. The nurse practitioner Peter is exceptional he performed a very thorough examination and diagnosed the issue.

Went in around five thirty on a weekday, no wait, professional staff, excellent physician (even more awesome phlebotomist Angie[?], honestly Ive never had such a perfect blood draw in my life; on a later date I took my mother here and she too had the best blood draw of her life!), who listened and discussed my condition and worked out follow-up care.Couldnt ask for better.Only downside was I went through the effort of preregistration online only to have to fill out there forms in the office anyway. Grr technology.ALTHOUGH THEIR BILLING PRACTICES ARE TO BE LOOKED AT VERY CLOSELY. WHILE THIS CLINIC IS LISTED AS IN MY NETWORK, THEY BILLED BY THE M.D. (WHO WHEN YOU LOOK HIM UP IS NOT LISTED TO TAKE ANY INSURANCE) SO I GOT A BILL FOR ALMOST $200 WHEN IT SHOULD BE JUST MY COPAY. iM WORKING WITH MY INSURANCE TO WORK THIS OUT, BUT THIS IS FAR FROM THE ONLY TIME IVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE MEMORIAL HERMANN MEDICAL GROUP WITH REGARD TO PROBLEMATIC BILLING PRACTICES

Poor customer service starting at the front counter. The clerk acked as if i was only there to they to get pain pills. And was doing everything she could to just leave. And of course rolling her eyes at every PT.

No X-Ray tech on duty. Could not receive an X-ray due to lack of staff despite a phone call assuring me one could be obtained. Huge waste of time.

Everyone was super friendly, and my visit was fast. I felt heard and seen, which often doesnt happen in urgent cares.

Don’t bother coming here. Showed up at 8:40pm when they’re open until 9pm and was told they had a “1.5-2 hr wait” and wouldn’t see me with 1 person sitting in the waiting area. The online check in said the estimated wait time was 6 minutes and that they were open.
