Memorial Hermann-GoHealth Urgent Care

This location is brand new and is in a good area . The staff is very nice and helpful. This is not an emergency room so if you have a gun shot go to the ER. But they are very helpful in urgent situations that dont require surgeries. They werent busy and seen me right away. The medic on duty explained things to me clearly and gave me options for care. The woman at the front desk got my information fast and entered it quickly to have me in and out fast. I would suggest going here if you are feeling sick from a fever or cough. It seems like it would be a good place to bring children if needed depending on the situation. They have good parking and its free parking. They send your prescription to the pharmacy for less hassle and paperwork. All the equipment in the building is brand new and clean. They keep it very clean and sanitized in the building. If you need to be seen and are in the area I would suggest coming to this location.

This Urgent Care Clinic Stands AloneI have visited a few in the past, whether for myself or with a family member and this Memorial Hermann-Go Health Urgent Care took 1st place in my ratings chart. It was extremely clean, parking was easy, staff was very kind and compassionate (they really were) and the doctor was GREAT. He was patient, listened to everything I said. He referred me to go to the emergency room for a C.A.T. Scan which I did. He made the right call.

Terrible experience, I went there with an appointment that I had made at 1:15, I arrived at 1:16, when it was time for my to check in I could not find my name on the iPad the use for check ins.After approaching the lady in the front desk, she told me that somebody accidentally had checked in for me and that she then proceeded to canceled the appointment although we had gotten there exactly at 1:16, she then told me that they prioritize walk-ins although on their website it’s encouraged To make appointments online to avoid wait time.She then told me to wait 45 minutes to be seen.. What I think happened is that she allowed everybody else to walk in except Me although I had an appointment? She was very rude and not understanding that my 4 year old Has a severe ear infection and I was there to get the proper help.When I asked her if I could go to the store and come back in 40 minutes, i asked again if they will be able to help my daughter, she then proceeded to tell me, “well no even if if you have an appointment we won’t be able to see you, you’ll have to wait again” at this point she just simply did not want to get my daughter the help she needed from a doctor.

I was driving in from out of state after having taken a positive covid test and I was really feeling pretty badly. It was 45 minutes until the Urgent Care was going to close and they brought me in efficiently and dealt with my situation and sent me out with the prescription that I needed to get better. My Pharmacy was to close one hour after that they found the prescription at a different Pharmacy from my usual one one that took my medicare and so they were two for two on the same night when I really needed them and was probably a little upset and not easy to deal with. They won. Im glad.

Just left this location! As someone who is in the medical field for over 12 years the lack there of in this place is horrible! I come in at 840 with my 4y.o there is apparently a huddle going on and they all turned around as if I was lost I spoke, no response I preceded to sit down to tie my sons shoe I then walk up to the counter standing there, no one acknowledged me said be with you shortly NOTHING! Just continued he conversation as if i wasnt there.. first and last time coming to this location!

This was my 4th visit at this location and every time I have a great experience. I usually book online this time I walked in and they were still just as fast getting me into a room and speaking to the doctor. They are very friendly and very helpful. I’ve taken my 2 year olds here on weekends a few times and every time it is a great experience. Highly recommend.

The Physician there answered all my questions and was very patient with me. She listened and explained everything so well. She showed compassion as well as professionalism.

Checked in online and was promptly seen within 5 minutes of arriving to the facility. NP Kevin Malone was very thorough and helpful when listening to my health concerns. This was the easiest, most timely urgent care visit I’ve ever had and I’m very satisfied with my experience.

The staff was very welcoming. I was seen promptly. I felt as though I was in very capable hands and the NP who attended to me was very knowledgeable and informative. He was thorough and gentle as well. I really appreciate the bedside manner. This was my second time going to the heights location and I was very well pleased each time. Thank you so much!

I don’t know how my experience could have been worse. The PA that saw me was so sure I had Covid or the flu. Tested negative. Try to see my chart app, I don’t have a memorial primary. No such chart exists. He had to figure out what to prescribe I had the answer in my hand. Barely looked at it, told me he was prescribing two drugs, only one made it to the pharmacy. The effort made to try to help my symptoms was so minimal and he couldn’t even get that right. Won’t go there again. Need PA that have an interest and will follow through on what they say. Never again.

I never leave reviews but I had a really great experience here. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and the PA who helped me was so thorough and amazing. I will definitely be returning here in the future

Easy to make an appointment. Nice to not have to wait long periods to be seen . PA listens and provides great service

Wait time was short and the first nurse/tech was kind and knowledgeable, however the NP was awful. Although there were only 1-2 others in the whole building he rushed, didn’t explain much, didn’t give me any side effect information or suggestions, didn’t do a proper assessment until I basically forced him and was just arrogant and unintelligent in how he discussed my concerns.

Kevin was very kind and thorough. I would highly recommend him.

I felt very welcomed, well-informed by the staff and we also shared laughs. Theyre very personable and I had a positive experience with Dr. Kevin and the nurses. I was able to get a better medication that doesnt make me nauseous, and I feel more comfortable in my body after visiting. The receptionists and Dr. Kevin even answered the phone twice while I was at the pharmacy having trouble getting my medication. 10 out of 10 service. : D

Nurse Practitioner was very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was going on within 10 seconds of looking at me. Service was excellent.

Upon arrival I was greeted and receptionist was very friendly! (Forgot her name but shout out to her!) She held my had as Dr. Kevin Malone removed an abscess for me. Had a very easy and quick process with the staff. It’s not over crowded or an overwhelming wait or environment. If something else ever happens to me and I need to go to a clinic this place will definitely be the first I consider! Thank you!

I was able to be checked in and seen in a timely fashion. The nurse practitioner was a little condescending and they don’t have a X-ray machine on site. This was the first urgent care I’ve ever been to that didn’t have a X-ray machine. The closest one that did is 9 miles away. Had I known that, I probably would’ve just gone to the med center from the beginning. I wish that was relayed upfront since I stated I was there for potential broken bones. The same nurse practitioner I saw messed up my wife’s ears a couple of months ago when he did an “ear wax removal.” We probably won’t visit this location again. If you are just there for colds or sinus infections it’s probably fine, but not much beyond that.

This is the 2nd time that I have been to this Urgent Care and I can say that I am satisfied with the care that I received. On my 2nd visit the Nurse Practitioner went above and beyond and did a great job on my left ear. I highly recommend if you cant get in to see your regular doctor or need help right away.

Checked in and was taken care of immediately, great staff, calm and explaining everything. I felt like I was in good hands, and though I hope I don’t go back, I would.

Check in was fast, Dr visit was informative and medication was ordered and ready when I got home.

Reserved a time online & was seen quickly. Friendly staff gave useful instructions and answered questions well. Confusion with cost of regular appointment vs. sports physical was cleared up quickly.

We had to go here twice a few days apart this week. The people are so warm and caring. Dr. Kevin Malone is awesome. This facility is at the top of our list for seeking healthcare.

Np on staff is inept and ill trained to work for an urgent care. Prescribed inappropriate meds for the illness. The NP did not ask any questions regarding illness or symptoms. 2 patients total and we were there over an hour. When Go Health took over service went downhill. Memorial Herman Urgent Care was great. This is being run badly.Lifetime resident of the Heights.

Trying to charge $300 for a physical when all the worker did was check my vitals and make me do some stretches. Do not visit this urgent care. You’re better off going to NeuMed. This place is a scam.

I was really disappointed with my visit here. The scope of what they were able to do felt very limited. They were unable to run any labs. The physician basically told me to just see my doctor. I ended up having to just go to the E.R. Going here was such a waste of time and money. I think if you have a very basic ailment they can help you otherwise save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

This was by far the fastest/best urgent care I’ve ever been to. The staff was incredibly kind, and then entire facility was clean.

This place is terrible don’t even waist your time the staff which was a lady and and man that just sat there while my sim was gasping for air to breathe the only thing they were worried about was insurance and telling me all the equipment they don’t have there was no concern about what might be wrong with my baby the wait time at the Herman Memorial was so long one of the ERnurse recommended we go there big mistake I am so unhappy with the way these Hospitals and Urgent Care are handling really sick patients .

The best urgent care clinic around. I live in the neighborhood and I will recommend it to my neighbors and friends. The facility is well run and well kept. Exceptionally compassionate staff.
