Thank you so much for the nurse practitioner that treated me. Though it was not an emergency but urgent I was still treated with friendliness, empathy, care, concern and compassion. My visit was definitely necessary, my wait was not long neither was my fast treatment. I had pulled a muscle and received a steroid shot which 20 mins later I was back to myself and still feel great today! I truly recommend this place. The nurse was superb and the staff was just as friendly and caring too. Thank you. I sent 10+ 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

TLDR:I came for help and in pain and I left in pain and crying. I have never been treated so rudely by a care provider and I will literally never go back. Go elsewhere if you can!I came in immediately after a fall concerned my foot was broken. I was seen by the medical assistant quickly, but they inaccurately noted my right foot needed an xray instead of my left (which meant I had to wait another 5-10 minutes in the exam room). After getting an xray the doctor came in my room and told me she couldn’t see a fracture so there was nothing to do. Her bedside manner was so rude, she acted as if I was a nuisance and out of line looking for care.My two bloody knees were not treated, I was provided a boot only after a terse conversation with the doctor and was given zero instruction for care for the sprain she diagnosed me with. No information on how to care for my foot, no mention of rest, ice, compression or elevation. No acknowledgement of my pain, nothing about taking any over the counter pain medication or staying off the foot. Literally nothing except the aircast which she didnt think would even help.Turns out I DID fracture my foot, right where I thought. I found this out from reviewing my chart a week later, I didnt receive any communication the diagnosis had changed. Again, no information on care, or even the prescription they sent to my pharmacy which I only found out about when I went to refill my routine prescriptions.Im deeply upset that I had to pay for a wrong diagnosis, zero care, and no guidance on what to do with either diagnosis (sprain or break). On principle I dont write negative public reviews and instead try to resolve my issues directly without public shaming. However, my experience with this doctor has been so poor and the lack of response through the hospitals feedback channel leaves feeling like I need to share my experience publicly.

Easy online booking and was seen on schedule. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable allowing for a quick and efficient visit. Prefer this location over their one on Washington for sure. Plenty of parking as well.

Beware! They now want you to give them a credit or debit card to put on file. Thats not the bad part though. They will have you sign an agreement you never read allowing them to debit $250 when they choose should your insurance not cover your visit. Remember in this day and age they know by computer what your part will be. Also recently I have had a doctors office wrongly bill me when my visit was covered 100%. I had already paid a coinsurance so they were wrongly trying to get more money when they in fact owed me a refund. Meaning if you enter into a contract allowing a provider to debit at whim when they want and they incorrectly bill you, which I am seeing alot lately, they are taking money you so not owe them. And getting it back will not be easy.Every since Go health merged with Memorial for the urgent cares their service has suffered and its no longer being run with honesty. Demand to get in print anything you are asked to sign for. Never take anyones word for an explanation.

Everyone at this location is always very friendly and helpful. We love that we can save our spot online and we are usually in and out in less than an hour.

The facilities are clean and modern. The staff is friendly and attentive. I was in and out in no time.

They saw us right away and were great with my daughter who broke her arm. They immediately x-rayed it and got her a referral to an orthopedic.

I describe the 610/N @Main staff as capable, efficient, thorough, and cheerful. A very gracious crew.Although I was a walk-in, the wait time was minimal. Next time, Ill go online, and schedule an appointment. Id rather wait at home than in the lobby when Im not feeling well.All in all, I had a very positive experience.

I went to this urgent care recently while I was experiencing abdominal pain and nausea. Reserving a spot to be seen was quick and easy online, check in was efficient, and I found the medical staff took their time to listen to my medical concerns and were responsive, kind, and compassionate. I would absolutely return if I had another medical issue appropriate for an urgent care.

I’ve taken my son her multiple times and it is so convenient. The online “save my spot” process is very helpful and I never have to wait long. The staff is knowledgeable and when I can’t get my son into his pediatrician this place is great. They are always so nice to us and it’s great!

The Nurse Practitioner that saw me was very kind. The facility promptly handled the patients. (I was the first walk-in for the day.) The receptionist was polite and well organized. The facility, new to me, was convenient, easy to find, and close.

Dr NDUKWE is an excellent dr. I went in for acute sinus infection and bronchitis. The meds and injection worked and I was 100% better next day.Covid test was negative. The staff very friendly and helpful.

Hello, I really would give a 1 star, if the rating was for the receptionist Ms. Kerri. However, because the other Staff members were so Professional, and Courteous, I gave a 4, for Improvement !One bad apple shouldnt, but could and did affect the 5 star rating.On Saturday @ approx. 3pm, I walked in Memorial Hermann Urgent Care. I walked to the sign in board, signed in, then sat down.I was the ONLY PATIENT THERE !!I was NEVER greeted with a smile or a simple How are you doing today?INSTEAD SHE ASKED VERY RUDE AND CURT DO YOU HAVE YOUR ID AND INSURANCE CARD ?SO I BROUGHT BOTH TO THE WINDOW, AND I SAID, WITH A SMILE HOW ARE YOU DOING TODAY?EVERYONE ELSE I CAME IN CONTACT WITH, MS. Great staff, very professional, courteous, and caring. Easy online appointment system. Convienent location. Followup was by email and a personal phone call to deliver test results. This was my third time using this facility and I will use them again if and when needed.

The staff here are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They listen to the patient and take excellent care of you. I have been here a few times and always had a good experience.

Care and billing are terrible. There are hidden fees. Worker told me physical was $120 (which was just checking vitals and stretching). Ended up being $300. They’re liars and scammers. Person told me to talk to the manager, just for the manager to do nothing and say they can’t help me. Do not waste your time or money on this place. Billing department is even worse.Save yourself and go to Neumed.

Hands-down the best urgent care I’ve ever visited. I was in and out in 45 minutes (I’m sure this depends on how busy they are). The staff was super nice and the check in process was awesome. Thank you!Nurse Toya was so friendly and NP Keagan was as well. I would 100% recommend this urgent care.

My visit was short and great. The staff was excellent and very professional. This is the second time I’ve been there and have no complaints.

Horrible experience. They never sent in the medication for my mother that the provider said they would. We went early in the morning and I called multiple times during the day to check on the prescription status and they kept saying they would send the medication at the end of the day. Long story short, if you’re ill don’t go there. You will never get your medications. Horrible service, staff is not helpful at all.

Very neat and clean facility! Very professional staff. The staff was willing to answer any questions the patient Hm needed to ask. I felt welcomed and I felt as if the staff wanted to help in any way possible to get me in to talk with the doctor about the reason I was there to get me better!

I Have Always Come To This Location Never Had Issue With The Staff, Nurse, Or Doctors, But Yesterday Was My First Time With Dr. Olga Carmenates She Was Being Extremely Rude! She Had Smart Remarks & Seem Bother By Everything. Beside That The Place It’s Good.

From the moment I walked in, the staff that greeted me was kind and had excellent soft skills. My wait was short and before I knew I was already in a room being taken care of by knowledgeable healthcare professionals.

Go somewhere else!!The care was terrible and the billing is worse. They failed to listen to my symptoms and previous treatment.I visited when I was having trouble breathing and needed a script renewed. They ignored my distress, extended my script and kicked me out. I had to ask for a breathing treatment at which point the staff acted like I had made a terrible imposition.4 months later and they have still failed to resolve paid bills.

Quick, same day appointment. Staff was very friendly and prompt. Addressed my issue professionally and accurately. Was in and out under 30 min. Will definitely go again for minor illness/injury.

07/09/2022 UPDATE - Star Change 1 to 3:A four-star visit. I returned to this urgent care as my condition had only marginally improved and per instructions returned; also after such a good experience with doctors six months prior, and wanting to give just one more chance. This time all of the screens showing wait time were off, I was greeted immediately and within five minutes of my arrival, exactly on my appointment time, was taken to the back. The doctor (different from earlier in the week) was in within five minutes and spent as much time as needed to understand the entire history, diagnosis time, and extra explanation time - perhaps the most time Ive had a doctor spend/care about a visit. This visit encourages me to give them more chanced; my personal guess is that the Go Health system they were forced to have is terrible, just terrible, the doctors are generally still great. (itd be a 4.5 star for this visit if not for the last).Previous Review:Not the same as before they branded/partnered with Go Health. Dont be fooled by less busy and the appointment times. They conveniently lose your place in line, and by the comments of the workers theyre busy doing virtual visits.Save your time, go somewhere else.

I have been coming for some time but theres a new that cant seem to be able to handle the work load of an urgent care. My appointment was early this morning its almost mid-day ans my pharmacy has not received my prescription. What is the purpose of paying extra for a consultation if its going to take longer than going to a regular doctor

Staff goes above and beyond to make patients feel welcomed and comfortable. The nurse explains all procedures that need to be done. She gets her job done extremely well.

Dr. Mutendereki and his medical assistant were the absolute best. I came from having a terrible experience at the emergency department and leaving with many concerns, to being heard, put at ease and given the right diagnosis/treatment by Dr. Mutendereki and his staff. I am truly grateful for the experience I was provided and would definitely recommend this urgent care for that reason. Thank you so much!

Efficient, short wait, clean. However, be careful as they may overdiagnose. Saw NP for my < 3 yr old kid’s fever and tonsillitis (I wanted to clear her ears for infection). The checked her and diagnosed strep throat by clinical eval alone and prescribed antibiotics. 70% of cases in children are viral so I was dubious and got a strep test at her pediatrician’s clinic the next morning. Strep test was negative. Viral infections don’t require antibiotics so her initial diagnosis would have had my kid on meds for 10 days (risks of allergy, bacterial drug resistance, etc).

I visited this location due to an upcoming procedure which required me to get a covid test. The front desk staff were nice but unfortunately, Jasmine was the tech who conducted my test. In reading other reviews, it seems she has had the same impact on others as she did on me. She was very rude and rough with my test. If I had to go to back to that urgent care or found out any of my friends needed to go, I would ensure they avoid Jasmine if they want to have a good experience.

Im actually very much enjoying being a Medicare Advantage patient with Memorial Hermann. Its what every American should have on some level. I sure hope theyre making some money and dont go out of business or anything like that or change the plan or whatever. Its actually perfect. Haha I have not been paid to say this haha

Amazing staff! Wait time made sense. I love that there was an x-ray on site for my sons needs. Everyone was attentive to his situation. We will be going there from now on for minor medical emergencies, IF its ever needed again.

I took my son who unexceptional got sick over the weekend. His pediatrician office was closed so I was desperately looking for an urgent care . I was turned away from a pediatric urgent care due to not having an appointment, then I decided to call here . They accepted my walk in and saw my son within 15 min !! Dr Patel was AMAZING !! He noticed my son was scared and he was so patient and managed to get my son comfortable enough for him to take his temperature , check his ears and check his oxygen. I am so grateful for him and the staff. So glad I found this place .

I would like to state that Dr. Robert Phelan is an awesome doctor. Recently I took my sis there for some issues that she was having, the doctor put her mind at ease. Dr. Bobs bedside manner is exemplary. He explained things in a manner that helped my sis very much. I really enjoyed talking to him, he has a wonderful sense of humor. I would recommend him and the facility. He spoke with me on the phone about her condition which I really appreciated. Dr. Bob I give you a 10+.

The nurse at this location made my experience very comfortable and relaxing. And the doctor was very detailed with everything she was doing. The office experience was excellent but there was miscommunication with the following up of my lab work. Katy from Customer Service called me and took the time to clear up everything. I needed an emergency doctors appointment Saturday and went online and made an appointment in minutes at 1:20pm. I was appointed for 1:40pm and seen quickly . Lab work was accomplished , diagnosis made and medication and treatment explained . The doctor was friendly , kind and informative . They always do an excellent job . I and my family have been seen several times over the last 3 years . Excellent care . Thank you for your training and expertise .

I loved how this urgent care is very clean the nurses front desk and doctors are so respectful caring and everyone performs on such an amazing professional manner. Dr. Mavale and all the nurses and staff at this location are very thorough and professional! I had a giant screw go through the bottom of my shoe and into my foot on a work site (Ouch!). They let me check in over the phone and wait in my car until the doctor was ready to see me. They brought me in through the back and I didnt have to come into contact with anyone else. They doctored me up and gave me a tetanus shot. Whole trip took about one hour or less. I would greatly recommend this location for any of your urgent care needs.

Although it was easy access to book online, unfortunately, they were running behind. However, the staff along with Dr. Malave were very apologetic. Dr. Malave was very patient with answering my concerns, knowledgeable and friendly. Staff was also friendly. Conveniently located and accommodating business hours. After picking up my prescription, I had a question and contacted the Urgent Care by phone. They were able to answer my question quickly. I highly recommend this location and will return in the future, if needed!

Great experience. Looked up an urgent care clinic, made an appointment, arrived and was seen in about an hours time. Friendly staff. Everything was great.

I was able to conveniently book online and got right in to see the doctor after taking a few minutes to fill out a couple of forms. Absolutely everybody there, from the folks working the front desk, to the nurse and the doctor, they were all incredibly friendly and helpful. I couldn’t be more pleased. It’s never fun to go to the doctor but these folks made it pleasant.

Ive been to this location twice, and have always had a good experience. In and out in around 30-40 minutes each time 🙌 caring and compassionate female doctors both times. I cannot praise Dr Rice (i believe thats the spelling) enough especially as a plus size patient coming in for an illness unrelated to weight and to never have been shamed or made to feel bad by really any memorial hermann urgent care doctors at all. It is important to have a safe space for us to recieve medical care too, so thank you!

Easy walk in clean facility the staff really nice and friendly the doctors and nurses explain you everything with details and they understand your problems, i do recommend this place so far this is the best memorial urgent care i went to..

Absolutely horrible experience. The Nurse/nursing assistant swabbed my nose and jammed the swab so hard down my nose that I literally started crying. Nose was running and she didnt offer me any tissue or anything afterwards. Rude. My first time here but will defintely be my last. I never write reviews but I had to take the time to write this. Not very friendly. Even the front desk asked me why was I there and did I make an appointment. I suppose I was there too early and they didnt have their coffee. Also, didnt know you needed and appointment for an urgent care...disappointing.Update....my nose started bleeding because of her excessive force. Great job! If she didnt want to do her job, she could have just said so and I would have gone elsewhere.This defintely makes me nervous about medical facilities now. I pray to God this woman doesnt take her frustrations out on anyone else.

I went here for an A1C test. Was seen by NP Richard Mutendereki he took my copay money refused to do an A1C test because hes not my general practitioner. He didnt do anything. And charged my insurance.

This is a good place to go with minor illnesses or injuries. I was in and out in less than an hour and I didn’t even have an appointment that was made online. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The doctor was very thorough with the examination. Would definitely go back if needed.

I would like to give a special thanks to evening staff Richard NP , Tonya,Toya and Carrie for helping and assisting my baby. They stayed open late when they didn’t have to. We truly appreciate them!

To whom it may concern, I arrived to the facility for medical care. The location I found was on the website so I decided to go only to be told if I can’t pay with card can’t be seen. Or go find a bank and put money so I can be seen. Did not know this at all I had cash to pay and the guy picks the sign up to demonstrate only card payment. Mind me I am ill not looking forward to drive around town in traffic to find a bank to put money on a card. Your staff was very inconsiderate and the lady there kept telling me we are not denying you but we only take card payment so what does that sound like. Poor facility and representation of Memorial as a whole.

Friendly staff, neat and clean facility, doctor was very helpful and concerned for my child’s illness. Wait time was not so bad considering I was a walk in.

I made an appointment for my son so he was seen promptly. The doctor was very thorough and administered a strep test and rapid COVID test as well as a COVID PCR test. It was quick and everyone working there was super nice.

Patient Care. The nurse practitioner was so caring and so was the nurse. Everyone was very patient friendly and very supportive of my needs.

First time visiting MH Urgent care. I visited the virtual doctor first and was promptly greeted and referred to the physical location nearest me for further evaluation. The process was smooth and effective and the team caring. Very happy with the outcome.

Had to come in for sinus pressure and I am glad I came here and not an ER. The entire staff waa very friendly and helpful. The doctor and nurse were also great. I was there for about an hour. I do recommend this urgent care.

Husband went there to try to get his foot look at. They dont take walk in for urgent care anymore. Well that sucks. They told him to go to the Washington location.We just used this place for my foot 8 months ago. The doctors were nice but it took hours to get seen.

From the start, it was a great experience. Little to no wait time, nice staff. Doctor was able to identify my needs and took care of me with meds to help with the flu. I definitely recommend.

Dr Malave & Staff are superb. Late on Sunday afternoon they X-rayed, diagnosed and splinted my fracture. AND they did it quickly, and economically. A consultation the next week with an orthopedic surgeon confirmed the diagnosis and treatment. I wish the rest of the medical industry was as effective and economical. Dr Malave is a compassionate and competent doctor. I recommend Memorial Herman Urgent Care.

This was the worst experience of my life, AND IM AN MH EMPLOYEE!!!The treatment disparity by one MA ( her name starts with a J) , gives our entire system a bad name. She needs to be heavily counseled or removed. Clearly, her heart aint in it anymore , unless youre a certain race. She doesnt wear a name badge nor does she introduce herself. Im sure thats all intentional. I had to ask the doctor for her name. Otherwise, the front office staff and the physician were awesome! ( Sunday 5/16/21)

I swear some people shouldnt even work in places where you have to be a person that works well with people. Some white lady at the reception desk not even being helpful. I wish I could give her a negative rating smh😤

I cannot recommend this “urgent care”. First time here and a huge disappointment. We went early to get my husband seen because of pain on his right side. We figured we can go in and see basically what was the cause of the pain since it sounded like kidney stones or the gallbladder since both my SIL and I had suffered through respectively. And the symptoms seemed similar. Well the doctor checked his abdomen and told us she could not do anything about it. She said it could be the liver or gallbladder, and named other internal organs it could be... Obviously if it came down to surgery we would need to see the appropriate doctor but to not even treat my husband to at least give us an answer of what we were dealing with??? She referred us to the ER so off we went. Why stay somewhere they don’t want to treat you. The ER doctor asked us what happened, why we came from the “urgent care” and we said what she told us. He replied “that’s messed up” either way he did help us out. Turns out kidney stones.

PLEASE PLEASE do NOT come here for your care. I came in with symptoms of a really bad kidney infection and was misdiagnosed. I knew it was a kidney infection because one has landed me in the hospital before. I was having nausea, lower back pain, headache, and going back and forth with chills and sweating. They dipped my urine and told me it was clean and that it was probably a musculoskeletal issue and or back pain and gave me some muscle relaxers and sent me on my way. I knew that this was not right. I ended up going to the doctor I work for a couple hours later and low and behold I had a kidney infection that if left for a day or more would have put me in the hospital. It was odd that my urine changed in 2 hours from clean to not very clean to the point of a really bad infection. I am a Medical Assistant myself and definitely not a doctor, but the care that I received here was poor and could have potentially put me in the hospital. Please go to your PCP or your primacy care physician instead. This place is not worth the time to get misdiagnosed.

My family has been going to this place since summer for Covid tests. So naturally, when my elderly aunt began showing symptoms of Covid I took her there on Thursday January 14.Since she is 79 years old her memory has been a little shaky lately and she wasn’t feeling well. We walked in and I filled the forms. They let me know because of Covid I had to wait outside in my car . I obliged because those rules are in place to keep us safe. I did ask once she went inside to see the doctor if it was OK that I go in with her because her English was not that great and she understood better things in Greek. They said I couldn’t and that they would have a Greek translator on the phone. If anything should arise the doctor would ask for me. She pays and gets checked by the doctor and then comes out to the car. She has prescription and a few papers in her hand and she said the doctor would call her in three days to check in on her. She was told test results would come in 2 to 3 business days.Monday rolls around and after various attempts to call the urgent care, someone finally picks up and lets me know that they still don’t have the results and that I should call quest. I call quest and told me that they haven’t received any test under her name but it was probably due to holiday of MLKTuesday I called quest and the lady informed me there is nothing under her name. So now I’m worried that the samples got lost and I called the urgent care. The lady that keeps answering the phone is really nice and tried to answer all my questions. But then she puts me on hold and transfers me to the nurse.The nurse informed me that they never performed a Covid test on her even though at the time of the check up she was constantly coughing and not feeling well. The doctor gave her a full check up and decided by hearing her chest and just looking at her that she did not need the Covid test. My aunt informed her that she got the first dose of Covid vaccine a week and a half earlier. So that dumb a$$ Dr. assumed that she knew so much about the vaccine that she concluded that she could not have Covid because she received the first dose of the vaccine.1. My uncle also received the vaccine along with my aunt and he still ended up in the hospital with Covid.2. The medical field all over the world is still trying to figure out how well the vaccine is going to work. And this doctor apparently knows more than everyone.3. My elderly aunt left urgent care thinking she just had a simple cold and that she was given the Covid swab just in case.4. Had I been in that room with her none of this would happen. And had that doctor have any common sense she still would have swabbed my aunt. Also things would have been much better understood if the doctor had come out and spoken to me after releasing my aunt.5. When I called to complain after waiting days for a Covid test that didn’t exist nobody had a good answer for me. They told me I could bring her back and give her another test. But at that point my aunt was too weak to leave her apartment and drive all the way back to where I live.6. She got so bad during that late evening we took her to METHODIST urgent care because we were not going to make the same mistake and go to a memorial Hermann facility.Guess what?!? She tested POSITIVE for Covid- pneumonia!!!!How stupid and irresponsible of the staff at Memorial Hermann urgent care. Your careless assumptions put my aunts life at risk. I will be reporting this to the medical board and proper authorities.If you need someone to put a Band-Aid or use thier little stethoscope to hear your chest for congestion, then thats the place to go to. Anything more serious then dont put your life at risk and please go to another facility and not this urgent care.I really would like to know if the doctor purchased a fake medical degree online because shes a quack.

Online check in is clutch. Wait was minimal. I recommend this location if you need fast medical attention but its not so urgent to justify going to the emergency room.My rule of thumb is that if you were able to drive yourself, you dont have anything sticking out and you dont feel like your life is in danger by not getting something taken care of now instead of tomorrow then urgent care is going to be just fine compared to going to the ER down the street.

Took my son on 5/3 at 7:45pm for a gash on his arm due to a fall. The front desk associate stated she needed to ask the doctor if X-rays would be required. If so, he would need to go to another facility. I repeated he had a gash, but she said the doctor may want X-rays anyways. She left and returned informing me the doctor could not see him because X-rays would be needed. Unbeknownst to her, the patient being seen by the doctor at the time is a friend of the family. Our friend clearly heard the associate inform the doctor a kid was up front who slammed his arm in a door and it might be broken. Unfortunately, I had already driven off when I learned of her actions. I took my son to the MH Urgent Care Facility on Washington where he received seven stitches for his laceration an NO X-ray. This associate took it upon herself to decide who should and should not receive care. Her actions are completely unacceptable and could place someone in jeopardy. I recommend anyone who is turned away from this facility ask for another associate if the reason is questionable.

This office was very clean and quite. The wait time was great as well as the service provided by all of the staff there. This will definitely be the place I’ll turn to for my urgent medical care.

I was able to get in quickly, and learned that I could register online in advance next time. Dr. Malave was very informative and helpful, and I was able to get the treatment I needed. I will definitely be returning to this Urgent Care when I need one!!

Would give this place zero stars if I could. Horrible service. Waited quite awhile for the Dr, and then...he didnt examine me. Never sent the prescription he said he would send to my pharmacy. No follow up or discharge instructions.

I was really sick with the flu and the people at the front desk were not so friendly requesting I sign in at the kiosk. They made me feel unwelcome because something wasn’t right on the computer. The place was clean the nurse and doctor were excellent.. I would like to say thank you so much.

Always clean and professional. Never a huge wait and does not feel like the packed, long wait emergency rooms. I also love the patient portal where you can see your visit history.

I took my son there today after he cut his hand with a chainsaw. Not one person looked at it. They sent us down the road to Hospital. I can not belive that they sent a bleeding person down the road without a look. Dont go here if your bleeding

I took my son in and we were in the office no more than an hour for our total visit. The staff is very nice and the doctor was very attentive and nice. Nice and clean overall nice facility.

My family has seen doctors here for kitchen injuries, migraines, colds and more. The facility is convenient and the doctors are efficient yet still caring. Because this is a small urgent care facility the treatment options are a bit limited but the ER isn’t far if it is necessary.

The service here very reasonable and appropriate. They saw us quickly while other facilities had multi-hour waits. Professional and friendly staff. Theres hope for the US healthcare system afterall.

This was my second time here and it was by choice. Today I saw Dr. Ndukewe and she is AWESOME!! She is very thorough and knowledgeable. I was in and out within 40 minutes and made it back to work! I highly recommend this urgent care!

Just called this facility to inquire some information regarding their offers and hours and was just told to go the Washington location.Not sure whom I spoke with, being no name was stated when asked the phone, but she was very rude! Thanks for the referral because I wouldnt want to be serviced OR pay any of my money to a facility like this. May harm me or steal my information.Would not recommend.

The provider was knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. I was seen in a timely fashion and everyone was professional and polite.

Dr. Ndukwe was great today - she is easy to talk to and compassionate. I saw her about a year ago also. The x-ray tech was also very nice and seemed to know what he was doing.

I took my 1 Year Old To Urgent Care for a Ear infection At 8:300PM They Sent The Prescription to a NON 24 Hour Walgreens . And I had Very clearly ask for any 24 Hours . I will now have to Take Him again Elsewhere and pay Again, Horrible Experience Seen my 1 Year Old Cry not been able to give the Medication he was supposed to take. Always Double check WHERE THEY sent the prescription !!

Level of care was fine, but I waited 1.5 hours and only 2 patients were turned over. 45 minutes per patient is not acceptable and defies any sense of “urgent” care.

Teenage son had infected ingrown toenail. I was told by podiatrist partial toenail extraction was needed. Dr. Samantha Malava there at urgent Care said that was too evasive not needed. She was thorough with care, recommendations and demonstration for what had to be done at home and sent us home with rx abx. We were in and out of this facility in an hour. I would go back again.

Online check-in was simple; greeted by friendly and professional staff. Dr. Malave took the time to listen to my concerns. Especially like the fact that my visit info is available to other UT-affiliated physicians.

Definitely recommend this location! I got checked in very quickly and the staff were very helpful and really nice! It was also very clean & had hand sanitizers in the sitting area for patients to use, which was nice.

Waste of a copay! Do not recommend coming to this location at all. Patients come to the doctor for relief and now I’m sent home, haven’t eaten all day with no relief. Told to eat ice cream! What a joke

The physicians here are the best. They really care about their patients. The wait is usually not long. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone.

People at Front desk were very nice, doctor was nice too but not thorough at all, she just came back with flue test, told me I need to take this medicine and that’s it.

I came to Memorial Herman Urgent Care today to requests lab work due health concerns. Dr Samantha Malave received my lab work & explained result of each test. I brought along my lab work to doctors office recieved from urgent care emergency room to discuss with the doctor. Dr Malave was kind enough to take time to review summary of my lab work.She highlighted results which were most significant & important for health outcomes. She even raised concerns regarding my fasting glucose result because it was high. I explained Urgently Care ER sent to lab for A1-C Results. When Dr Malave took my blood pressure in office it was high when I told doctor I believe my pressure is high due to extreme stress she was sympathetic.Dr Malave inquired whether I had primary care doctor which I notified I did not.She referred me to primary care doctor. Dr Malave is hard working dedicated, compassionate health care provider.Any patient that has Dr Malave as their health care provider is very fortunate.I would return to MH Urgent Care Greater Heights for my non emergency care.I would this urgent care center to anyone requiring short term medical csre.

This is the most horrible healthcare service provider I ever encountered. How can you make a sick old patient wait outside in the car under the summer heat while there is a waiting room available?

FYI…Appear to overbook appointments and understaffed. Watched numerous people wait over 1:15 minutes after making appointments.

They had 0 empathy, treated me more like a nuisance than anything.
