My visit was easily five star, from start to finish a great experience. It was my first visit and I am so glad I picked them out for my Urgent Care issue. No waiting, expert attention from Asley, the Nurse Practitioner, in examining me, diagnosing and prescribing what is working out to be exactly what was needed to take care of my issue. Ashley also had a friendly and knowledgeable demeanor.I mentioned being new to Houston and to Medicare and was now in search of a Primary Care Doctor, she handled that too with a referral than also worked out perfectly so I could get my prescriptions transferred to Medicare with my new PCP.Ill be going back if I ever need help again on anything.

What a professional and first-class medical practice. I came here on a Sunday with a very painful and embarrassing problem, which was a boil on a.....very private part of my body. I first went to another urgent care clinic down the street and was told that the physician there doesnt lance boils, which I found to be extremely disappointing, to say the least. Then I met with Crystal at GoHealth Urgent Care. She was intent on doing whatever necessary to heal me - despite having to deal with a medical issue of mine that was pretty disgusting. She made me feel at ease, was very communicative with me - and was aggressive with how she treated me. As a result, I am fully healed from a painful problem I had been dealing with for several weeks. I cant recommend this medical clinic highly enough.

Definitely five stars! The lady upfront was priceless! The nurse practitioner was thorough and I liked the fact that she considered what was going on with the other children when treating this one! Very kid friendly! No waiting quick service!

No wait to be seen! medical personnel were very professional and even called me the following day to be sure I was on the mend. I highly recommend this Urgent care center.

Do not go here this is a SCAM!!! They billed my insurance but I was never seen. I even paid with my FSA card (they make you pay before they see you) and I was told I was going to get a refund but that’s was almost 2 months ago. I’ve called every week since and they keep telling me one story or another as to it needs to be approved for refund, or we’re submitting it right now and you’ll get it in 72 hours. I’ve already filed the fraud with my insurance and will also be filing with the FBI. I called again to let them know about the fraud and they hung up on me because they knew they were getting caught. BEWARE if you go here!!

Overall from reception to the office visit with the NP went great. NP Salinas was very attentive, approachable and concerned with my issues. She answered my questions and I was highly satisfied. It was 2 days ago that I had the visit and Im feeling much better now. I highly recommend them.

Tested positive for covid, and although I had gotten the most recent vaccine, my symptoms were quite a bit more than mild. It was the weekend so could not reach my PCP, so spoke with a MD friend who suggested given my age (73) and severity of symptoms, I should take Paxlovid. Registered here and make appointment online. Receptionist was courteous, efficient and helpful. Two patients before me but was seen within a few minutes of my appointment time. Dont think there was an MD on site, which can be disappointing but seems to frequently the case at these urgent cares. Was seen by by NP Krystal Salinas, who was courteous and knowledgeable about my issues. Counseled me on what to expect, what to avoid, sent in RX to CVS which I was able to pick up in a couple of hours. Facility was pleasant, clean, and appeared to have several exam rooms. Would definitely go again if my regular dr is unavailable and not a real emergency.

I went to this location on 6/9 to be treated for an allergic reaction. Krystle Salinas was the NP that I saw.I refused the medicine on site they offered, but I did ask her to fill the prescription she recommended. Krystle filled it, but sent it to the wrong pharmacy.I called the front desk to make them aware and they said they will have it transferred it. However they never transferred it. I called CVS and it was an easy transfer to HEB.The real issue came in with my visit summary. I called and requested it over the phone due to me not seeing it in my chart. Kimmy the front desk clerk, told me to come and get it. Why would someone who is sick want to make another trip to pick up something that should’ve been provided digitally.Nonetheless, I went to get it two days later. At arrival Kimmy was rude and said, “ I had it ready yesterday but you never came.” “I don’t know why you can’t see it online because I see it here!”My lasGuess what…. She lied. It was nothing to have ready because she later had to admit (after me waiting 30mins) that Krystle hadn’t even put in a note. Then she went on to say, it’s not her problem that it’s not in the system.After refraining from reaching over the counter, the PA on staff came to assist. She asked me my reason for my visit, and just made me note with her signature.Long story short, they’re unprofessional and if I were you, I’d visit another memorial Herman because this is giving Ben Taub…

I didn’t have to wait long. I liked the doctor, she seemed very knowledgeable. The front desk person was nice and helpful.

Came here couple times for shoulder/back pain, their technology system sucks and kept hanging up. They also didn’t have much tools help diagnose anything. Waste of time and money.They also violate HIPPA laws by not having a screen protector on their computers, so anyone could clearly see all then info.

Very little waiting time, all possible tests had been conducted. Went home with paperwork going over all tests that were performed and the results.

Courteous and friendly urgent care center. They did a great job stitching up my lip!

Place was very clean. There was no delays to my appointment time. Medical assistance was very good. Dr Tran was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well.

We had an excellent experience at our visit. Being from out of town it was scary having to find an urgent care center that we felt comfortable with. From the second we entered to the time we left we had excellent care. The lady at the front desk and the Nurse practitioner who treated my son were amazing. They were professional, caring and quick!

Had an overall great experience, was in and out in less than an hour. The place was clean and welcoming.

Excellent experience at this location. Was diagnosed with a sinus infection and given antibiotics. Started feeling better after the first day of treatment. The staff working that day were very professional and took excellent care of me. I highly recommend this location and the staff if you need treatment.

Had a recent fall while skating and was experiencing knee pain. Stopped by this location based on reviews and proximity to my home. This location held up to its stellar reviews—doctor and staff didn’t disappoint!I made an appointment online and was seen shortly after I arrived. Dr. O (I forget how to spell his name) was very thorough and gentle as possible (apologizing throughout whenever he triggered a pain point) and had tremendous bedside manner. He offered up some recommendations for post-care and wrote up a topical prescription to aid with pain. In and out in less than 30 mins.I was starting to lose faith in the U.S. medical industry, however this visit was a very pleasant relief. Highly recommend this location!

How patient and professional and welcoming the staff were with my children! Its so refreshing to see a clinic have such a a welcoming environment too! Loved the water that was provided and the kindness the front desk showed. The RN was super helpful and informative and cleared any doubts or worries I had without making me feel dumb. 10/10 visit

The facility did not have an x-ray machine. I was told to go to another location the following day but that I would be be billed again for co-pay.Yet, you did bill me twice for the original visit and then for the second visit for the x-rays on the following day. It should have been disclosed that there was not an x-ray machine before things started considering we thought the toe could be broken.The staff was nice and friendly but the process not all all. Your billing customer service rep that I talked to was not helpful at all. I will not be choosing Memorial Hermann - GoHealth again for my next urgent care visit.

This is the best and fastest Urgent Care I’ve ever been to. I visited on Memorial Day, completely forgetting it was a holiday and that my pharmacy would be closed. It took me some time to find an open pharmacy and by the time I was calling the urgent care to have them resend my prescription to the new pharmacy location, it was two minutes prior to their closing time. Not only did they answer the phone, they knew my name and cheerfully reissued my prescription. This is a level of exemplary customer service that I rarely encounter. Many thanks to the nurse and doctor working the holiday!

Didnt recieve the service I was hoping for. The nurse was snarky with his responses to my skin concerns. I didnt feel like I was being heard. He kept saying theres nothing he could do and if he could hed tell me to use neosporin. What type of game are we playing here? Its not the fact that he couldnt help-- its how he went about it and the unprofessionalism. Even though my issue wasnt the most severe-- it doesnt mean I deserve to get dismissed. This is how people often times get misdiagnosed and shoved off when theres really an underlying problem.

The receptionist/assistant (she did it all) could not have been sweeter! It was the most pleasant experience a stressed out mom with smalll children could hope for. It was the end of the day and she was still smiling, kind, and patient. The NP was 5 star as well.

Quite possibly one of the best and fastest Urgent Cares I’ve ever been to. The doctors and nurse practitioners really go the extra mile and take the time to listen. I can be a pretty nervous patient, but they have always made me feel reassured and that I’m in good hands. You may be one of hundreds but to staff and practitioners here, you matter.

The staff was beyond friendly and the environment was clean and organized!! My son and I had a great experience with the ladies there. They weee very pleasant and helpful! Quick and efficient service, wed definitely come again and recommend to anyone!!😊😊

Went in with a possible sinus infection. I had all the symptoms - fever, runny nose with a green discharge etc. The nurse practioner refused to give me any antibiotics and told me to go home and take over the counter sinus medicine. What a waste of time and money! Dont go to the West Gray facility

My allergies got flared up while visiting Houston and the RN prescribed the right medication. They attended me very quickly.

Kemi was wonderful on the phone and in person and the PA was very knowledgeable! They were quick and gave a great experience!

Nice place, convenient. Brand new inside and has good folks there. You can swing by Marshalls or Cafe Express afterwards.

Well, I was there they forgot me....just left me there in pain for a long time. Like an hour.Just took my blood pressure and temperature.Thank God I wasnt losing blood or anything.
