I’ve been here twice now, once for myself and once for my daughter. I was impressed both times! Wait time was very minimal, if any wait at all. (We checked in online.) The nurse practitioner who saw me was very thorough, and even gave me her card to call her back the next day if I was still feeling sick.Both the tech and the doctor were wonderful with my little girl. They even gave her a Capri Sun during the visit and a lollipop at the end.Very personable and helpful! Highly recommend this location.

The staff at GoHealth made me feel comfortable and well-cared for. The hospitality, clean lateness and knowledge of staff was ! I felt like a family member and not a patient . Thank you so much for the difference you make in the lives of your patients! Your kindness, sincere caring, and concern make everything better and are a great encouragement

Everyone was very Competent, friendly, knowledgeable, professional the minute we walked in the door. They got my son and I in and out quickly. The clinic was very clean and organized. Danielle was understanding and helpful and checked on us the next day. They really care about their patients.

Took my granddaughter in and had average service. Registration was a pain, but the doctor/ rn was very nice. Nice. The biggest problem is I paid with a credit card and was never given a receipt. Now, it is impossible for me to get a receipt so that I can give it to my daughter to turn in or insurance.

I went in for what I came to find out was my first scare with arthritis. I’m taking immense pain in my hand. The nurse and intake person were so kind and patient and gentle with me. They treated me and my pain went away within the following few hours.

They were very hospitable, kind and understanding. Efficient. Clean space. Heard my concerns. All around great experience

Wait was about 5 min., I was a walk in.. Junaria was very friendly, she did all the paperwork that was needed..she had a great smile. Mary, nurse practitioner was great, knowledge. Listened to me and check thoroughly at my symptoms .

Refused to perform the lab test I requested. Despite offering the specific service I needed, the doctor who saw me said I think this is best done at your primary care physicians office. Unfortunately my doctors office is closed on the weekends, which is why I came here. Doctor refused to listen to my concerns and downplayed my symptoms.I do NOT recommend this urgent care at all unless you want to pay a copay just to be told to see a real doctor.

Such a great experience! Danielle And Alan were so kind and helpful. I appreciate them for all their help and getting me back to better spirits. They went above and beyond for me, they had the utmost professionalism and they made me laugh and smile, despite how horrible I felt their welcoming energy made me feel better as well, 10 /10 recommend this location, clean place and plenty of parking

Weve taken our toddler here twice and the service has always been Kid-friendly, prompt, thorough and just an overall great experience.

I had to go twice in a week due to illness and both times staff was welcoming, kind and efficient. Will go back…. But hopefully not soon. :)

I was able to get an appointment first thing in the morning and the service was quick and very friendly and very informative. I left with a good feeling of going there for my symptoms to be diagnosed.

The facility was brand new with a beautiful design. The staff members were friendly, fast, professional and informative.

My recent visit to Memorial Hermann-GoHealth proved to be one of the most exceptional encounters I have encountered within an urgent care setting. As a walk-in patient, I was immediately struck by the pristine and well-maintained office environment. The staff exhibited an exemplary level of courtesy and assistance, which I found highly commendable.I presented with a back injury, accompanied by significant nerve pain, and I was promptly attended to with minimal waiting time.What I liked best about this experience was the expeditious attention I received for my back and nerve pain, with minimal waiting time. The consistent politeness and evident professionalism of the staff, as well as their amiable demeanor, were particularly noteworthy. Their commitment to providing a positive patient experience was apparent, and it left a lasting impression.In light of my experience, I wholeheartedly endorse and recommend this Urgent Care facility. I believe that it is deserving of a 5-star rating for the exemplary service and care provided.

The hospitality was Awesome. The Dr or Nurse Practitioner was great, and knew exactly how to listen to what I had to say. Just Awesome Welcoming Committee

If I could give this location 100 stars I would. Al and Mary showed my daughter and myself patience, understanding and the upmost professionalism while still being compassionate and for that I couldn’t be more grateful. Never a good time when you need to go to urgent care but never will I choose another urgent care going forward ( just hopefully don’t have to again anytime soon).

I tested positive for Covid.Hard to believe.The Practitioner, Mary Beth, was very upfront with me and gave me reassurance that all would probably go well, despite the situation.

Easy check-in, quick and efficient exam and diagnosis, efective treatment and I was out the door. Nice people too!
