Ive been here a couple of times the past few years. Always an easy process to check in and be seen, never been busy. Front desk and NP have always been nice and do a good job. Ill definitely keep going back as needed.

Complete waste of time and money . The practitioner didnt tell me anything I didnt know and to be honest she wasnt a great help. To be frank, establishments like this are the reason people dont like going to the doctor or urgent care . A complete lack of care . Smh

Was excited to try this new location. Our appointment was at 8am, they opened at 8am and they text us to arrive - so when we get there at 7:52 - UGH locked outside waiting on the curb. Is it really best practice to keep your customer locked out until their 8am appt! Why couldn’t we sit in the chair and wait? Customer service is about the customer. This felt like a cattle call with reprimands for not filling info ahead of time, instead of simply scanning our card. Impersonal. Uncaring. Process focused with no consideration for the people waiting thank God it wasn’t raining! I’m shaking and so disappointed.

Have been here a few times now.. really great experience. Friendly staff and very quick to be seen.

Whenever I get sick,I always go to this urgent care in Tanglewood.The staff never failed me,always attend my needs&best of all resolved my health issues.NP is knowlegable&really takes care of the patient.Explained the treatment plan very well.I would highly recomend this facility to my family&friends.

Ok James Cook, NP that I saw was amazing from the moment I walked in! I usually go to the Urgent Care on Holcombe but WOW! Love him! Quick, efficient and you can tell likes his job!Walked in with my nephew who was yelling in pain holding his ear. He gave him pain medicine instantly, checked his ear and was thorough.Not like the peds. female Dr. at Holcombe 😡Definitely recommend.

The personnel was very professional, caring and friendly. The check-in process was fast and easy. They took their time to do their jobs with no hurries and checking if I was Ok all the time. I highly recommend this Care facility. Thanks!

I was able to walk-in and get seen here a couple months ago. It was a great experience; I got a prescription for anti-biotics and Im happy with my treatment.However, when I received the bill, I made the mistake of paying it twice. First I paid online, but the next week I forgot I had paid it and sent a check through my bank. Their billing departments are the absolute worst. They deposited my check without making a note on my account. When I called them informing them of this, they sent me back to my bank. I got my proof of payment from my bank, and when I called them again they said to email them the document and theyd sort it out. When I emailed them they said the payment posted and my balance was zero (it was supposed to be negative since that was my second payment). When I called them (AGAIN) they said that the person who responded to my email didnt actually post the check payment like they said and it would take 5-7 days before they posted it. I suspect that even after posting it, they wont be sending me a refund unless I call them again, since they chose to hang up on me instead of clarifying. And every time I call them I spend half an hour on hold or getting redirected. All in all, my experience with their billing department(s) has been so miserable, I just came here to rant. Ive got no plans to go back here or recommend this place to anyone else.

Great service and comprehensive service given in a professional manner. From reception to the consultation I was listened to and taken seriously. James, the physician that treated me, was very thorough and took the time to listen to my concerns fully! GoHealth Urgent care has earned my business.

Excellent treatment and the most kind staff. Dominic who is the provider at this center, is the most amazing, kind hearted and thorough professional Ive met. I went there with a painful abscess and he treated me with great care and explained every part of the process with deep patience. Ive met many doctors in my life but Dominic really stands out on how clearly he explains the problem and the solution required. His treatment worked perfectly and Ive come out pain free with a well understood post procedure care plan. If you have a problem and stay around galleria, you should definitely consider this place for treatment.

Dr Carmenates took care of me quickly and with integrity after another urgent care dropped the ball. Front Desk - also professional. They understood my frustration and the urgency of the issue. 10/10 would recommend.

Received excellent service for my kiddo. We were able to complete the paperwork from the convenience of the phone. The doctor was very patient and thorough. We were in and out in about 45 mins. I would recommend this facility.

Medical assistant Maribell, was so sweet. She made my son feel seen and heard by directing questions directly to him and not just me (his mom). Dr. Sabaria was also very sweet and got to the resolution for our issues promptly and was relatable. Thank you for the the great experience. We were all put to ease after our visit and will always use this facility as long as we live in Houston. We will also spread the word on this specific location being the best Memorial Herman urgent care around.

I’d leave zero stars if I could.I called and asked if they do TB tests(job requires). They said yes and I asked how much. They said $40.I show up and they say they can try to run my insurance in case they take it, I say sure. They do the test and a week later I get a bill for $180. I called and they then told me the test is 40, but to have it done it costs $180 (in ten years I’ve never had to pay extra). I would have easily gone elsewhere had I known. Shady business, do not go here.

Efficient and friendly check in. Dr. Olga Carmenates was great, communicated well and gave me the exact medications I needed and nothing more or less. I was in and out in about 30 minutes, but I got there when it first opened at 9am. I work for a hospital, and I know quality care when I see it. Highly recommended.

Very new-like and clean. Nice facility. From check-in, to the nurse and the doctor and my exit it was fantastic experience under the circumstances of being Ill. They were very informative and knowledgeable from my insurance and the projected price, to my care and recovery. Very patient, and I did not feel hurried. They spent quality time with me, answered all my questions and I came away with a wealth of knowledge about my condition and a more informed outlook for the future for handling this type of illness. I highly recommend them and I will definitely go back if the situation requires it.

I needed help getting wax out of an ear in order to try to order a hearing aid. I walked in and asked if the facility could do it. They said yes, and did it. I am very grateful.

I have been to this location 3 times for myself or family members. Very clean, professional, and quick service! The staff has been nothing but very polite and helpful! Dr. Nguyen has given me great medical care and a great bedside manner. Will definitely return if ever needed.

The front desk girl Monica was very helpful. She seemed to care about my needs. She checked me in quickly. Staff is great! Dr. Dino Nguyen is great very caring and understanding as well. Facility is clean and neat. I was referred from Memorial Hermann Heights CCC from my primary care office. They told me the urgent care is open on the weekends if I ever needed to see someone.

Dominic, Im not sure thats the proper spelling, is a real beast. Did a hell of a job removing a piece of concrete from my eye. I had tried a wet bandana, a garden hose, and my finger.... could NOT get it out. This dude did it in about 11 seconds. Fast, professional, friendly, and excellent bedside manner. 100%

I was seen here as a patient and must say although I was sick I had the nicest visit ever. I wish Dr. Dino Nguyen could be my primary care physician, he was super thorough, detailed and knowledgeable about my concerns. The next time I am experiencing health issues I will not hesitate to go to the this Urgent Care Center . Dr. Nguyen thank you so much for taking the time to listen to me and address my diagnosis properly.

Doctor was extremely nice. Took awhile, and I think I was the only patient in the office. Unfortunately it probably would’ve taken less time to go to the location closer to me than to goto this one with a “shorter” advertised waiting time.Waste of a visit if you’re experiencing kidney stone symptoms. Doctor/location limited with what they can do in-house.I received no paperwork upon leaving and now to get the info sent to the next doctor I have to go back to fill out paperwork.

I called ahead of time to see if they excepted my insurance. Got there and filled out paperwork and paid my copay and didnt have to wait more than 10 minutes to see Dr. Nguyen. Dr. Nguyen was clear and concise about my diagnosis and I was in and out less than an hour. Everyone was nice, professional and they smiled. This clinic rocks!!!

Stopped by this morning, got treated excellently, and was in and out under 30 min. Best urgent care by far Ive ever been too.

Went in with abdominal pain and they took blood for lab work and x-rays which all came back normal. It wasnt until I went to the ER that i discovered my visit to this urgent care was pretty much useless. And the medication i was prescribed is completely unnecessary. Im pretty upset i have to pay for these services. Nice people and fast service, but it didnt help me any.

I was fortunate to be the only person at the clinic when I came as a walk-in. Everyone on the staff was friendly and efficient, and I didn’t have long to wait. I was seen by the doctor, had X-rays , and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I was probably there for a total of an hour. This location will definitely be my go-to place if I can’t see my regular physicians.

Staff was very nice and I didn’t have to wait long. Dr. Nguyen was very nice and even drew a picture of my head and ear to explain to me exactly what was wrong. The drawing was not that bad, lol. All in all a very good doctors visit.

The check-in and vitals experience with the nurse were quick and pleasant, but I am disappointed with the care of the doctor (or lack thereof). Maybe Im under the wrong impression, but arent doctors supposed to help us figure out what is wrong with us? Yes, I tested negative for the flu, but there was no further attempt by the doctor to do more tests to diagnose me. It was like once they ruled out the flu, I was not a patient anymore but a person that needed to leave their office immediately. The doctor did not try to offer any suggestions on I could do at home. The next morning, I called the doctor to ask for Tamiflu since I had vomited the evening prior but was STILL turned down along with next to 0 help on how to get better. Three days later, I finally had a diagnosis (strep throat!) and Im thankful that I got the REAL care & attention anyone deserves somewhere else. Never coming back!

The male physician we saw did not take the time to listen to my ailments. It was the lazy well youre fine now type of response I received when I came her after I woke up vomiting in the middle of the night and became dizzy and pale while at work the same day. My heart was also beating fast. If he didnt have the answers he should have referred me to a cardiologist which he didnt. I dont feel as though I was heard. I would not recommend this place.

Didnt know it was so close to home. Much cheaper than the E.R. In & Out. 20 minutes tops for everything. Staff members were so nice. Dr. D. Nguyen has the Perfect patient bedside manner. Explained everything & answered any questions I had. Great Memorial Hermann Experience🤗

Dr. Ha was very nice and explained everything she was doing. Very friendly staff and caring. X-ray is on site and was done very easy. The office is technologically advanced with iPad sign in and access to lab results online through a patient portal.P.s. the shot hurt like a MFer but I jokingly asked if I get a sticker (for surviving) and she was about to give me one 😂

Fastest high quality medical service ever! Awesome staff and Great Doctor . They were positive and took time to educate us on what to do. Didnt feel rushed at all. Glad I chose this place!

Each time I go to the Tanglewood Urgent Care, I log in to reserve a place and only have a 20-30 min wait. Once there, I get seen quickly. Front desk, nurses and doctors are all top-notch! I love this place!

Great experience, fractured my ankle and they took an x-ray onsite. Was seen almost right away after walking in, the doctor saw me and read my x-ray then wrote me a note for work, gave me a referral, gave me a prescription for pain and a boot for my ankle. I would definitely go again if I needed it.

Showed up in pain. Was treated by people who obviously cared about that point and did everything they could to keep my pain in check while discovering the cause. They were clear about the costs and sent me home with clear instructions. I was feeling a little by last night and even better today. They know what they are doing and didn’t shuffle me off to the hospital for and unnecessary MRI or anything.

Do not recommend if you do not want to deal with financial issues afterwords and to be double charged for one service. I do have insurance! I have high deductible so i asked how much the visit is? I had a migraines that wasn’t reacting to over the counter medication. $122 was reply for my insurance and only if there will be tests done i will be charged the tests after. I knew i wouldn’t need any. Had a migrain imitrex injection done. That’s all. I received 5 months later a bill for $98 (I repeat i paid upfront the services of the Provider) with no details other than Provider name 3 times. After calling my insurance i was explained how this clinic completed the forms towards insurance wrong and were not replaying to requests to correct. Anyways, i called the clinic to ask what is the charge for? I was told i will receive a detailed bill. That was in September. Service was in April. Nothing untill Movember when i receive the exact same bill. 3 times the name of the Doctor with 3 different charges. Eventually i was explained the 3 charges over the phone only: doctor visit, the medication and the act of injecting me the medication. So I oaid a service provider ( cause thats what a doctor is) twice for that provider to his/her job?! Never again will i come here. Not to mention after visiting this Provider one time I was left with tinnitus (hearing the pulse in your ears) that I never ever had before. There are two more urgent clinics in the same are and one on Westheimer pretty close to Walmart with awesome doctors.I filled a grievance with my insurance out of principle. We as customers/patients have rights!PS: I forgot to add that although There was only one patient there that was only picking up some documents, I waited over 1 hour to be seen.

I highly recommend this place. It lived up to what I expected out of the Memorial Hermann brand name. The staff and doctor are very friendly and down-to-earth and they helped me with what I needed quickly. Will definitely be back if I need an urgent care provider again.

10 all the way. Good customer service. Results were as fast as could be expected and treatment was very soon after. This is how healthcare should be for future reference. No referrals to get xrays or blood test . Great use if technology to ensure accurate and speedy diagnosis. Thank you.

At your own risk!!!!I want to detail my horrific experince with the dumpster fire of an urgent careIm at my job near by and I have chest pains. I check in online and walk over . There are no patients there and despit complaining of chest pains I wait like 15 minutes while the front desk person takes her time checking me in.Then again despit chest pains i am left in a room alone waiting for a doctorThen the doctor says he wants to run some labs but the girl who does that called out with a death in the family and so there is no one there that can run labs.Let me repeat that. THERE IS NO ONE THERE WHO CAN RUN LABS!!!! Then why are their doors even open? They are ostensibly not a WORKING Urgent care at thst time. Why is it not posted on their website? Why did it not notify me when I checked in online? Why didnt they notify me when I checked in in person? Why isnt there a note on the front door? Why dont they attempt to run like a decent business ran by adults especially one people depend on for their health . Instead I am basically told sorry for wasting my time but I need to go sonewhere else. All while dealing with chest pains.Do not go here. Ever.

I have NEVER been to a Urgent Care as great as this one! All of the staff were amazing and so helpful. Had me in and out quickly and they were very throughout.

Dr. Dino Nguyen was wonderful and so helpful. My little has chicken pox and he reassured me all was well. Thank you to staff also. Everything was quick and so pleasant.

I went in with a bad sinus infection & Dr. Nguyen refused to give me antibiotics because he said he did not know which antibiotic to give me. Staff is friendly & helpful, but the doctor did not take care of my needs. I had to go elsewhere.

First time here and was greeted right away when i walkes in. I was treated with care and professionalism. The staff and doctors were excellent. The wait was short considering I walkes in. Top notch service!!!!

All was great except I was never shown how to use the patient portal.

Made an appointment online and filled my pre appointment paperwork online also ....showed up 10 min before my appointment ..... was in and out in a matter of 30 min

I was visited by Dr. Ha Neguyen 3days a go. She was very knowledgeable. The staffs are very helpful and friendly, especially Amelia and Kierra. They are awesome.
