Excellent staff. Fast and efficient service for cost. Convenient hours and location. This is my go-to urgent healthcare center in my area. The advance check-in process helps a lot too to trim wait times in the waiting room when able to utilize it (during making appointments in advance)

Very thankful for this nearby location. Everyone was professional and very courteous and attentive to your issue. I highly recommend this location. The staff is the best. I felt like I was treated as a person rather than a illness. May this staff continue to provide excellent care and show genuine concern for the patient. I highly recommend this facility. 👌

The staff was excellent! I had superb care. The attendant that saw me was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and listened to everything very carefully and completely. This was my 3rd or 4th visit since this location opened and each visit has been the same! Kudos to the staff!!!

Quick, No waiting! Everyone super nice! Very thorough and ordered test! That way, I knew Immediately! Was sent to the Sawyer Heights location for chest x-ray and the x-ray tech. There was excellent.!

Despite power outages from a recent storm closing the location at which I booked an appointment, this location checked me in and took me right back to an exam room after finding my other location appointment in the system. The whole staff was professional, friendly and helpful, taking their time and not rushing to get to the next patient, totally understanding the reason for my visit. The whole experience took less than an hour on a day when I really didn’t have time to spare.

Not my first time at a GoHealth but my first at this location. It was a very clean and spacious clinic. I scheduled ahead of time and I was running a little late but was seen very quickly. Everyone was very nice and my Dr. was very kind and helpful.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the medical care I received during a recent visit to your facility. The consultation lasted approximately five minutes and included a brief examination of my ears and nose using a light. The provider then recommended over-the-counter medications despite my earlier mention that I had been taking them for four days without improvement.I was particularly disappointed that no testing was offered during my visit. When I inquired about this, the provider mentioned that she had not observed any recent COVID-19 cases and therefore did not find testing necessary. I expected a thorough evaluation as a patient, recognizing that not all individuals exhibit the same symptoms. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was advised to call back if my symptoms persisted after a week, which contradicted my expectation of immediate care at an urgent care facility.Due to my dissatisfaction with the initial consultation, I sought a second opinion at a hospital emergency room. Proper testing there confirmed that I had a sinus infection, highlighting the shortcomings of the care I received at your facility.I would also like to bring attention to my concern about potential bias in my treatment as a Black woman. I felt that my concerns and symptoms were not given the level of attention they deserved.In light of this experience, I plan to dispute the charges for this consultation, as I believe the quality of care did not meet the expected standards. I also do not intend to return to your facility or recommend it to others.I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and hope you will take appropriate measures to improve the quality and fairness of your services.

NP Elena was just absolutely amazing! In the past we have had poor service to the point that my daughter was over prescribed RX which gave her allergy reactions to the meds prescribed. Simply went to have a quick med procedure, but Ms.Elena was just amazing! Thank you!

I think of urgent care as a commodity and usually go to the nearest place, but I knew this MH urgent care center was new in the area and decided to give it a shot. What a great place! I cant rave enough about the care and staff. Theyre awesome. From now on, this is the ONLY place Ill get my care!!!

I’ve always had a good experience every time I go for minor illnesses. I always go in as a walk-in patient and don’t have to wait long to be seen. All the providers and staff are really nice and helpful.

The lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful.but the medical assistant who took us to the room and check our vitals needs to get some extra training!! My son told her his right ear hurts and it was very obvious since he was guarding that ear and she decides to take the damn temp in that ear like why???? Luckily my son moved as soon as that happened and it didnt cause that much more pain. The doctor did okay I guess she knew right away what it was so we were in and out in 8-12 min overall

There was no long wait time. Check in wasnt a hassle. I was seen by a physician practically immediately. The bedside manner of all employees present was amazing & very comforting. Overall experience was very pleasant!

The staff and Doctor at this Hermann Memorial facility was 1st Class. The Doctor was very though in her assessment and her analysts and treatment was 100% accurate and effective.

My doctors office was closed and ended up going here since I was not feeling good. Everyone was nice, courteous, and just great. Britney was great and she was super nice and caring. Dr. Tran was just the best. She listened and provided the best care based on my symptoms. This was my first time coming to this location, and I will definitely be returning. Overall, it was a great experience.

My 2 year old got bit by fire ants Easter woke with his foot swollen the next morning. Took him in service was fast very attentive. Very gentle with my son super clean

Dr. Tran is very thorough, kind, and most of all has the best bed side manner.She follows through and I trust in her.

Doctor did nothing to make me feel better, I needed antibiotics and ended up going to another clinic to get them felt amazing within 1 day.. he was wanting to call in Tamiflu when I was negative for flu...but had a swollen throat could barely swollow

I was attended to quickly and the doctor was wonderful. She asked many questions so she could understand what was going on for me. She also called twice a few days later to follow up. I am confident her advise was what got me back on my feet in a few days.

They set me up online I submitted all my info, I got there waited for about 5 minutes and was seen in 10/15 min. They definitely went above and beyond for my wellbeing FYI if you need X-rays I suggest you call ahead and ask them if they have someone available to do it. Other than that you gonna be in great care. Above and beyond!!

The staff was very friendly and Dr Tran was very thorough. I came in with flu like symptoms and she confirmed I had the flu and prescribed medicine. Great alternative when you can’t see your primary care physician.

Appreciated availability of xray to determine extent of my injury in a sunday, but they asked for my credit card without being able to tell me what tte charges would be or if my insurance was accepted. claim that i will be able to authorize charges and they wii ok t be applied to my card without my specific authorization of thecharges when presented.

Dr. Tran was very nice. She was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and provide the best treatment possible.

While most parts of my visit went smoothly (low wait time, clean facility, friendly staff), the most important part to me is the actual treatment. Unfortunately, I was told that I had just a common cold and only prescribed a cough medicine that I had to ask for. I toughed through it the next day at work feeling worse than before. It was so bad I went to a different Urgent Care the following day and was diagnosed with a sinus infection and bronchitis. As a teacher, it’s really important that I miss as little work as possible and because of this mis diagnosis I had to take off more time from work.

Quick and easy service! Needed to get stitches out so I went online and reserved a spot, filled out my forms/checked in ahead of time online, and was able to walk right in! Staff was very friendly and professional and the office was super clean. Would definitely recommend for any express care needs!

Refreshing to see an actual doctor at an urgent care. Dr. Tran was phenomenal and had the best bed side manner. I now know where to go when I want to see a doctor for something that doesn’t warrant an ER visit.

Highly recommend for anyone needing an urgent care. Both the doctor and nurse were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were both very kind and made me feel comfortable the whole time I was there!

Dr Tran was thorough and answered all my questions without being judgmental or condescending. Everyone there was super nice and professional. The only negative was there were no other patients which did not instill much confidence in the place. But all that changed when Dr Tran showed up

Wow!! Everyone here is so nice, so helpful, explain everything, and truly care. Dr. Tran was amazing and knowledgeable. She answered any questions I had and was so thorough! I would totally recommend to anyone feeling like poop!

Was seen pretty fast. But getting any results from them is hard. I’ve been waiting since Monday on results. When she told it’ll take 48 hours and today is Thursday so it’s on going 96 hours now which makes no sense. I’m still in pain and she prescribed medications to me.

Facility is modern and new and clean... However.. our appointment was at 9 am (arrived at 8:45) and did not get seen until 10.45.. and there were only 3 patients infront of us...There were at least 5 workers there but nobody was doing anything besides computer stuff...I felt the dr rushed after coming in we were there and sent us on our way after only 5 minutes of checking my son and looking in his ear she said it was just allergies!!! No other tests were performed or possibilities explored..I wasnt satisfied with answer and i took my son else where and was diagnosed with a middle ear infection!!! If it wouldnt be for my mom feeling my son would probably have gotten worse...dont go here especially for teenagers not good.

Everyone was very kind. I felt that everyone that I encountered cared about me and my well being. Ive never been to an urgent care where everyone was kind and took their time. Great experience.

I really liked the bedside manner and treatment by nurse practitioner. She is amazing, knowledgeable, eased my concerns, and treated me immediately.

I visited this location and was told they do not provide the service I was seeking. I was billed $300. I was in and out the door in under 20 minutes. They did nothing but say they dont test for that here.
