NeuMed Modern Urgent Care IV Therapy, Montrose

I went to this urgent care after previously visiting another that week and was promptly taken care of as soon as we arrived. Victoria, the nurse practitioner, was amazing! Best help from an urgent care I’ve ever received. I was truly listened to, I felt comfortable sharing all symptoms, and was spoken to with respect and very clear instructions for treatment. Honestly felt like crying to be finally heard and genuinely cared for.To even more perfectly end the review- I feel better.Thank you again Victoria,I hope you always find the best spot at the grocery store.

They refused to look up my insurance or follow up with the rep. I have very good insurance from my job that I pay good money for. The manager flat out refused to accept my insurance. Mo the front desk girl was very sweet, but for the manager to flat out say they WILLNOT call my provider is unacceptable. I believe they are Money hungry and discriminatory. I will be following up with my insurance company to let them know a company in their network is REFUSING their service.

Shady billing practices. Paid deducible on site yet still received a bill. I had to prove that I paid at treatment for my deductible so I didnt have to pay twice. I proved this by providing a credit card screen shot since no receipt was ever given to me. Double billing? Or bad record keeping? Either way I dont recommend. If they cant track your payment think how they treat your medical records.Bottom line is they have poor record keeping.

The staff and the Doctor was so helpful and compassionate of my needs. I was a little bit unprepared for all the services were individually charged to me, but I appreciate the 50% discount of the services I had done. I thought 💭🤔 it was enough that I had to pay $79.00 to come in as patient. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield Access Plus HMO. I would have liked if I could have had a discount on the initial payment. I am well so far, my mouth is healing nicely. I had fell and busted my lip and had quite a big gash on my upper lip. The doctor was very skilled in putting medical glue on it and it worked so amazing.

I was dragging and couldn’t seem to power back up so I popped in for an IV during their happy hour. Michelle did a great job explaining my options and helping me choose the right enhancer to get me back to feeling normal. Everyone on the care team was very kind and helpful and I left feeling so much better.

Needed to find an urgent care. Came to Google and found Neu Med Urgent care & IV Therapy. Was greeted with a warm welcome by the front desk. Very little wait time, Knowledgeable staff. Was in and out quickly.

My experience at NeuMed- Montrose was great. I went in for IV Therapy, after my session I left 100% better. I loved the private room with the comfy chair, they provided snacks, and the TV was an added bonus. Im adding IV therapy to my monthly self care regime.

Staff were really nice and easy to talk too. Front desk lady had good patience with me and nice she honestly made my day much better. She was very professional and understanding.

Quick, excellent care. Staff was professional and courteous. Treatment for my neck/shoulder pain helped tremendously. I will definitely return if needed.

Super clean and staff was warm and welcoming. IV was painless - the private room was calming and quiet. The chair to relax in actually was the BEST part of it all!!

Michelle was super helpful. She went above and beyond to answer any questions I had and was extremely patient. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for IV hydration bags, vitamin shots and other services.

Checked their website and saw they take my insurance. When I showed up to appointment was told they don’t actually take my insurance and they had a similar issue with other people. They then offered me to pay out of pocket. Very suspicious.Because they responded with the below: I was told this has been a problem with multiple customers of yours. I’ve never before had this problem. Not sure what a plan being “different” even means. The fact a health care facility finds insurance vague and confusing is worrying…

Staff was friendly and care was quick and efficient. Only giving it 4 instead of 5 because it was eerily quiet in there and felt like it wasn’t supposed to be open. I know it’s a new practice so that’s probably the case but I think some music will probably make the place feel more welcoming.

I showed up for a scheduled appointment, that had been confirmed. There was no one there, I called and knocked. There was no response and I had to go find an appointment at a different clinic. Now the owner replied saying I’m incorrect or lying, I can happily provide the proof here. I went to a different clinic and will now definitely won’t be using neumed in the future. Feel free to review the security footage and see not a single person was inside the clinic at 8am.

I have visited other neumed locations before without any issues. This one was the exception. After visiting and paying for my services, I got an email today requesting for additional money. Mind you, the additional fees were not discussed with me in person.When I called to explain the situation, I was given an excuse about their billing department. Never had I experienced this before with any other location.There was no acknowledgement of billing me additional fees for services I had already paid for.Do yourself a favor, ask questions. In my case, I am not going to visit any other Neumed ever again. I dont need to patronize a business that has no integrity.Update 3/10/24I received another bill asking me to pay what I do not owe. Do yourself a favor, stay far away from this establishment. They are nothing but a shakedown shop.And by the way, the business never called All I received was one email full of lies.

Took my friend in 10 minutes before they closed bc she was so ill and they were so kind to see her super quickly while not compromising on educating and care. Really impressed us and should I need an urgent care in the future this is where I’ll be going!

Last night I cut my hand and realized this morning that I would need more than bandages. When I arrived at n e u m e d I was greeted professionally and taken to get my vitals and promptly by the MA seen by the nurse practitioner. I found most medical professionals seem to be in a rush to get you out as fast as possible. I did not feel this way when I was treated today everyone really went out of their way and time did not seem to be their priority it was all about my care

I had an amazing experience!! The staff was very nice and worked quick to get me in and help! Very nice & clean facility.

I had a positive experience, short wait time, the medical provider was very knowledgeable and professional, I was diagnosed and treated promptly. Check in and check out, was super seamless, I will go back and make this my go-to for any future medical complaints! Even got a vitamin D And Vitamin B12 shot, as they offer vitamin shots and infusions as well in really nice and comfy rooms with massage chairs

I had been sick for a couple of days and decided to go to urgent care. This facility is 7 minutes from home so I decided to make an online appointment. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. Answered questions and showed compassion.

I was in town for a conference. I took my family with me and one of my kids smashed his finger and we thought it was broken. Luckily, this location was open and they attended us quickly. Very attentive staff and the follow up was great as well. Visiting urgent care facilities is never a good experience but this facility is very clean and modern. Thank you for your help!

I stopped in to see this new clinic since I’m from out of town.Really friendly and polite staff from front desk to the informative provider. I received excellent treatment and will definitely return to check out the IV therapy next time I’m in town! Nothing less than five star service.

The service provided at this clinic was wonderful. The staff were kind, understanding and very helpful. The doctor was understanding, patient and caring. The wait was short. I was throughly impressed with the level of service I received. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of medical care.

Came in 30 minutes before closing with flu light symptoms, tested me right away, got the results right away. Quick and great care, I would definitely make this my regular urgent care spot!

Wow! It’s been a long time since I arrived at a doctor’s office and didn’t wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. The staff was quick, efficient and effective. When I have a need, I will definitely be back!

This clinic is awesome. Very clean. Easy to get in, and staff and doctors go above and beyond to provide the best service and experience. Had some issues but they were immediately addressed and made right. So glad I found this clinic.
