NeuMed Modern Urgent Care IV Therapy, Spring Branch

Was unable to get in to see my doctor and was referred by a friend. The staff from reception to the nurse to the doctor…amazing! I was so impressed! Professional and knowledgable. Felt very comforted, informed and cared for. Even got a couple of good laughs in with the doc! Great staff! You never want to be sick, but if I am, I will likely just go here first! So convenient!

I went in for the Quick Happy Hour IV Drip. The office wasn’t crowded. The staff was polite and friendly. Often nurses have trouble finding my veins to draw blood, but the nurse was found it quickly and painlessly. I’ve been there for urgent care also. Always a great experience.

I have been wanting to do an IV Therapy for a while now and on Mothers Day weekend I decided to try it because Ive been very dehydrated, so I decided to walk into this place, I knew about it because I saw it as this place was being constructed and I looked into pricing. When I got there I was a bit nervous but the young lady at the front desk, Alysia was very sweet and thorough of all my questions. The sign in process was very quick and they got me into my room fast, then the Nurse Practitioner, Marissa came in and explained to me everything she was giving me, what it was for, what she was about to do and kept asking of I was okay as the IV started, she then left me in the room which was small but clean, it had a TV, I had a snack, water and the zero gravity chair they had was so comfortable and amazing that I almost fell asleep. The IV was going fast and I couldnt believe how different it made me feel, I was so replenished and energized. When that was done, I rang my bell and Alysia came to check on me and called the Medical Assistant, Apree. She was very quiet but gentle and quick! My whole experience was fabulous, the place is brand new so its beautiful, clean and comfortable. I will definitely be going back next month for my second round!

It was my first time visiting but I will definitely be coming back. The staff in the front was nice and very catering. They helped me get signed in quickly as a new patient. The facility itself is very clean and the waiting area is nicely presented. During my treatment, the doctor thoroughly discussed symptoms and treatment options. He suggested that I should take immediate follow-up actions for my symptoms which showed that he was attentive and caring to his patients. The prescription was also sent to the pharmacy right away. Overall, 5 star experience!

Such a unique healthcare experience. My first time here and Im already telling my friends about it. They have a beautiful and clean office. Staff was super helpful and kind. I was not rushed and I felt heard. The nurse practitioner and tech I saw were both wonderful, gentle and caring. Their self-pay costs were super reasonable as well.

NeuMed was a wonderful experience. From the front desk to the nurse practitioner, everyone was pleasant and professional. I was in and out for an urgent care visit in less than 45 minutes. I will be going back whenever I need care! Thank you!

Scheduling & checking in were very easy. The clinic was very quiet and not crowded at all, so there was no wait. The front desk receptionist was very nice, as was the PA that checked me in. My issue arises with the doctors that I interacted with. I appreciate their directness but didnt enjoy the condescending tone they employed. When I left I was not responded to after saying thank you, didnt hear a get well soon or really anything of any genuine concern from either doctor. Im not one to dislike being casual and try to approach things like this with as much empathy as possible, but I feel that the bedside manner used here was not professional at all.EDIT: Updating from three to one star. Did not receive any after-visit instructions nor an Rx paper, either in person or via email. Ridiculous.Edit 2: Appreciate the response. To be clear for anyone reading this, my patient portal was not activated until leaving this review, so it was missed by their system and/or management. It was not me missing that an email was sent, or anything like that.

Wanted to say that Christina the nurse practitioner is very smart! I felt well informed during and after my visit. Should she become a doctor I’ll be her patient! My favorite part of this visit was after she had proscribe me for the purpose of my visit she shared her concerns on two other perceptions I’m taking she Informed me of its possible clash by taking them together and to ask my doctor about other options in which she also provided! Awesome service today thank you!

This clinic is great! Its super convenient for minor urgent care issues. Ive been here twice, and the staff has been incredibly friendly and caring both times, which is important to me. I will be back and will recommend this place to all my friends/family for their urgent care needs.

Had a great experience at NeuMed from the front desk to the NP. They were attentive, friendly, and helpful. Jairo the front desk clerk did a great job at answering all my questions.

I do not recommend this clinic. Certainly not for gay men. They are not competent when it comes to addressing gay men’s health.Now I’m getting some bill they claim was unpaid by my insurance. Inadequate service plus an unexpected bill to boot.The PA was very sweet. Front desk was very efficient. But the medical approach was obviously lacking in expertise.

Ive been coming to this location when myself or my children are sick for about a year. I never have any problems walking in and being seen quickly. Get flu/strep results quickly and can leave with treatment or prescriptions fast too. Plus their staff and NP’s are always nice to my children providing them with freezer pops or fruit snacks while they wait. Very pleased with care we receive here.

NeuMed is always a fast and quick visit. I love that aspect of it. The place is modern and clean, the staff is friendly and I feel that everyone I have felt with there has been knowledgeable about what ever ailment I have had. This is not an emergency room through, if you require that, you need to look elsewhere. I have never done any of the IV therapy but it seems popular

What a wonderful experience. There wasnt one person I interacted with that wasnt friendly and helpful. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and quick to assist. I was in and out in 30 minutes max with my health issue taken care of. I will certainly return.

First time here and they did a great job the whole staff very polite and attentive to their work. Christina made sure my wife went home with all her meds. Will definitely be back if I need urgent care service.

If you’re interested in coming here for urgent care, I highly recommend you go elsewhere. The doctors have awful bedside manner (honestly, just decency at this point), and their care is below standard. NeuMed seems like it’d be better suited as a health spa more than anything haha. Disgusting treatment from the doctors. DO NOT come here for urgent care needs.Notice how most of the reviews are related to their IV therapy? And how most reviews related to urgent care are negative? Yep! Houston is a big place and you have so, so many options that will be much more helpful.

Everyone there was very nice and professional. Just allergy related but had gotten pretty bad. After my visit to NeuMed I was much better within 24 hours!! The clinic is neat and clean, and aimed more at kids, but I never felt uncomfortable.

Place is nice and clean. Love the private room with massage chair and tv loaded with netflix. So comfortable and over all a really great experience. Just cant believe how high the IVs are, but their prices are better than any competitor and they have better facilities. Sarah was the best stick in the south! (I really think her name was Sarah, so hard to remember now LOL).

I needed my 18mo old seen as he had a fever that was increasing severity through the day. I showed up at 7:43p and the facility was closed. A staff member was leaving through the back door and asked if I needed to be seen. I told her yes. She went back in side. After a few mins the staff exits the building two members avoided contact with me and the other told me “sorry but we’re already closed”.I understand, I showed up close to closing time. But it’s absolutely despicable the staff walked out and refused to help a baby while still during posted operating hours.

Upon my arrival I was helped at the front desk. Finished last of the paperwork, paid my copay and was sent to wait on being called by the medical assistant which didnt take too long. All in all it was a swift process in getting helped which greatly helps when you go for urgent care. This is such a help to the community that it serves.

Although the visit went well, but this clinic is horrible at managing billings, they sent me a bill of a different provider who was NOT seeing me at the time, and I thought this could be a scam, they nvr call or text to follow up or explain and the bill has been pending for many months! Besides, they were not pre-advised any co-ins but saying the copay only!! This should not be customers fault if they didnt manage well at their end.

I walked in, feeling down and depleted and left out of there feeling rejuvenated.When I walked in at the front desk I was greeted by Kaitlyn who did an amazing job and then the nurse Practitioner (Christina) Did amazing work ,if you ever have a doubt do not wait go see them now.

They have a very pleasant office with helpful staff. I was also impressed that the doctor called me later with further instructions about counter indications with medications I was already taking. A very good experience.

Thank you so much. My partner had food poisoning or something from our trip to Mexico and we were glad you all were open on a Sunday. We were a bit anxious and inpatient but they helped and put us at ease.. glad you are around..

Fast response from the front desk and medical staff assisting me, very cordial and professional. I was in and out in like 50 minutes or less I believe.

Great experience, got there when they opened at 8 am greeted upon coming inside, easy check in process for first time patient , had me in a room in 5 min, gave the information about what was going on and got checked out, out with necessary prescription in timely matter. Everyone i interacted with was friendly and professional

Updated review: I did hear back from management.I am very disappointed in the lack of knowledge in the care of children. The provider missed a very obvious diagnosis and then proceeded to prescribe a medication that was not appropriate for children with my child’s condition due to side effects. Side effects that she did not notify us of, by the way. If I had not been in same field ( I am a pediatric NP ) I may have given my child a medication with dangerous side effects. So now, I resort to google to notify other parents of these issues.

My son received a wonderful service, from the front desk lady, the nurse assistant, to the nurse practitioner. Thank you all for taking your time with us.

New, clean urgent care facility, but I went for allergy issues, and they were extremely helpful! Allison was amazing and addressed my issues with a shot and allergy medication without a hassle like most places. Next time I go back, Ill request Allison. Im also excited to try their IV drips in the near future. If youre looking for a place that is much more than a clinic, here it is!

Had another great experience at NeuMed. Everyone was friendly and the provider (redhead) did the IV perfectly.

I had a horrible migraine and sinus headache. I call them menopause migraines and they are miserable! The team at NeuMed put me in a private room with a zero gravity chair (so comfy) and my own TV with the ability to log into my own Netflix to keep watching a documentary. Everyone is so nice and customer service focused! Their IV packages are great! Migraine started to immediately subside! I highly recommend!!

I went in thinking I had a UTI. Everything was great and seemless. The prices were as advertised. The staff was extremely nice, helpful, knowledge and comforting. The facility was clean. They got me in and right back out. I also like that they open at 8am as several urgent cares in the area dont open till 9 or even 10am. Keep well!

It was my first time visiting Neumed. I chose to try this facility because I do not get sick often but was suffering from a sinus infection that I needed to eradicate in order to travel the next morning. The booking process was simple and I waited maybe 5 minutes to see the doctor. The facility was clean, modern and did not feel like a typical doctor’s office. Although I have medical insurance, I liked that their fees were available up front. The doctor spent a good amount of time evaluating and discussing my symptoms and I received the care I needed. My prescriptions were called in right away and I felt well enough later that afternoon to have confidence that I would be even better before my trip the next morning. This office was better than going to the usual urgent care center that I used to go to when I needed urgent care. It is not an ER center, so the prices are more reasonable and does not involve the hospital treatment you receive at some of the other urgent care centers nearby. This will be my first stop the next time I get sick. I would recommend this facility to anyone with a non-emergency room health issue.

Very friendly staff and clean facility. We have used NeuMed for IV Therapy and was so excited to have one come to Spring Branch! We have also used them for back to school physicals and other urgent care needs. Most recently needed to take our 19 month old in after her face met the concrete at the park and they were so patient and good with her and took great care of her. Nice waiting room with cute toys for smaller kids to play with. Thankful to have a place like this nearby. HIGHLY recommend!

I have been going here for my Iv infusions the service is amazing and the staff is friendly. The Iv infusions have been helpful when I am feeling sick or low on energy. Parking is easy plenty of spots at this location.

The lady at the front desk was so nice and welcoming. She explained alot of details and made it really simple for me to get the assistance i was looking for. Marissa was also very sweet,nice and listened to everything i was explaining to her about my symptoms and current situation.she made sure all the testing was covered under my insurance before preceding and was very helpful i dont get a surprise bill .definitely recommend this location.

I went because I was very sick with sinusitis and pain in my ear. The doctor only checked me and sent me antibiotics, which by the way when I went to the pharmacy they had not sent me enough for a 7-day treatment. I feel like the doctor didnt take the time to see if I had any questions or explain my symptoms well. They took the covid and flu test and they didnt even tell me if it was negative or positive. They just sent me away without further ado. Bad experiencie I will never come back. They need to be more caring.

I highly recommend NeuMed for so many reasons! Theyre super efficient, the wait is only as long as it takes you to fill out a small form. Ive been several times and am back today with flu-like symptoms. Theyre smiling, caring and super friendly. Kudos to Team NeuMed.

More convenient as it’s close to home and honestly prefer going here than my regular doctors office that can be difficult to get appointments with in the past. We typically go to Texas Children’s which is across the street, but it’s always hard finding a same day appointment when your child is sick. NeuMed had availability and we were in and out in 30 minutes including tests. Everyone was SO kind and welcoming. We will come here over Texas Children’s every single time.

Edited review:The Washington location I normally go to called me and cleared up the situation. I guess I will just continue to go to the Washington location until the training is better at this location. I really do like this business model but until they can provide quality service at multiple locations they will have issues as it grows.Original review:Bait and switch ..... I have been a member of the IV program for about a year and get the hyper G formula. I signed up because of this IV and get at least 3 a month. They are now saying there is an upcharge for this IV. The amount of glutathione has not changed but now they want me to pay $50 extra for every IV because they chose to add vitamin C. They originally said I was grandfathered because of my time as a member. I just dont understand bad policies that dont take care of your loyal clients.

Love this place, they are not just an Urgent Care, but also a holistic care facility that has impressive IV Therapy infusions and vitamin shots. I was diagnosed with Vitamin D deficiency which is apparently super common, so I began an oral supplement, but couldn’t remember to take it often enough and didn’t notice a difference in how I felt. So 3 months ago I started getting a monthly shot of Vitamin D at the NeuMed Heights location and it’s changed my life! I feel energetic, focused, happier and more motivated. Totally ditched the oral supplements and now visit NeuMed monthly for my 10 second painless shot! It’s the best choice I’ve made for my health! And now they are in Spring Branch even closer to my home! Thank You NeuMed.

This place is amazing.After feeling drained from a long night out I decided to try IV therapy and let me tell you, life saver!I could not believe how much better it made me feel.Pulling in, Ill be honest. I thought it may break the bank (I was wrong) worth every shiny cent.The atmosphere was wonderful, staff amazing, I immediately got water and a snack, zero wait time. They explained the process and left me to relax. Checking in on me every now and then to ensure I was comfortable and didnt need anything.I would reccommend this 10/10 everytime!

I am really digging this Spring Branch NeuMed location. Very modern and super clean. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I typically go once or twice a month for Vitamin D shots and an IV drip if I am feeling depleted. NeuMed is very convenient, I am typically in and out!

What a beautiful urgent care! As soon as you walk in you feel the Neumed difference! Everything from the clean bright decor and smiling staff make you feel comfortable and relaxed! I will definitely visit Neumed again for my whole family! I loved the added bonus of being able to get an IV drip too! it made me feel so much better!

This place is awesome because of the great customer service I received. Sunni is the person that helped me, and made me smile when the day I visited this urgent care was a pretty bad day for me. Her smile and willingness to help me with any questions I had was refreshing. She is so polite, and an asset to this company. I really enjoy NeuMeds IV therapy procedures! They have undoubtedly aided my recovery from illnesses and wounds more quickly. Additionally, the staff is incredibly competent and professional, which gives me the assurance that Im receiving the finest treatment available.

This place just opened in my neighborhood, and I had my first visit for a horrible sore throat and I just have to compliment the whole experience. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, the facilty was clean and gorgeous, I honestly felt better just being in there, the vibe radiates happiness and friendliness. I quickly got my testing done and a script to my pharmacy in less than 20 min. Will be back anytime i’m sick, this place is 5 star! Highly recommend.

NeuMed is my go-to for Urgent Care, IVs and monthly Vitamin D shots! I am so excited they have expanded to the Spring branch area! Such a beautiful space, very clean with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I just love it there!

The level of care provided is exceptional. The facilities are spotless and well-equipped, and the staff is kind and professional. For my lab work and x-rays, I was examined immediately and effectively, and the results were also made accessible quickly.

If I could recommend this place even higher, I would. They saw me quickly and listened to my issues. I was seen by Allison, and she took the time to try and figure out the problem while letting me know who I should see if things got worse. I called back that afternoon with additional concerns and she answered my questions. She even called back the next day to check in and see how I was doing! This place cares for their patients extremely well, and I would tell absolutely everyone to go here when they need care.

I came in for an infusion and had a wonderful experience with a NP named Allison. Allison went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and had great service. I am a very hard stick and she got the IV in the 1st time!! I highly recommend you go see Allison for all your Urgent Care and Infusion services.

I had a sore throat and have a history of strep, so I scheduled a last minute appointment at NeuMed Urgent Care. There were plenty of appointment slots. I was seen quickly, the staff and the nurse practitioner were all super friendly, and I didnt feel rushed at all. Highly recommend!

This is my 2nd time coming here and everyone is always so nice and the wait is never long. The doctors talk to you like theyre really concerned and not just some in and out job because its urgent care.

Absolutely amazing experience and service that you could ever imagine at NeuMed! Migraine LIFESAVER! While in town visiting my daughter I got a horrible migraine, I didn’t want to visit the ER because of how expensive it is, but needed relief ASAP! I looked online and found NeuMed, after learning about thier IV Therapy infusions i saw they had a customized one just for aches and pains called the Neu-Start. I thought I’d try anything at this point, and WOW I’M SO GLAD I DID!!! My migraine was gone within an hour of getting the infusion and I even got a burst of energy and focus. I wish they had a NeuMed in my home town, but feel so happy to have it as a lifesaver when I’m visiting my daughter in Houston. Thank you NeuMed!

Made an appointment online which was super easy. Showed up a few minutes before 8 for my 8am appt- they didn’t open the doors until after 8 (so don’t get there early if your appt is at 8). The receptionist was very kind but notified me that they are out of network with UHC. I’m frustrated that the website didn’t tell me that in advance. It was going to cost $130 for an appt. No thanks.
