Great service, friendly staff who are very helpful, friendly and carrying. The lady at the front desk was very informative making it easier for me to decide what I wanted and needed. The nurse at the back applying the IVY was extremely helpful with information, and very pleasant. I definitely recommend this place for IVY infusions. The make you feel comfortable and welcomed!

I really like this place for IV therapy . Very well designed- don’t not feel like a cringey clinic at all. Like checking into a aLoft hotel. Very calm and CLEAN with transparent pricing. Great for new and expected moms :)Actually the only place that has a program just for moms to be. There is bio identical hormone replacement as well for men and women. Completely tailored to your body chemistry. This place offers regular Urgent Care support too -avoiding the wait makes it worth it for me. Sports physicals are only $29! The rooms are way more private than most places and the massage chairs are heated and LIFE. Fun but professional folks kept things educational but lighthearted. I bring my ipad, headphones and treat it like a spa getaway. Only thing that would be better is a pedicure.

My daughter brought me here to pamper me for Mother’s Day. It was actually so fun even though I felt a littler nervous, but the staff were so sweet and professional. The IV didn’t even hurt and the chairs we sat on had a heater and massage! We got the neu-glow infusion, which has the strong antioxidants, Glutathione and vitamin C. Helpful for anti-aging, glowing skin and lots of energy!!! I loved it, and want to come back next month!

Great first time experience! I have visited many IV places - this place is bonus with the Urgent care. The massage chair and semi private rooms are a big bonusFeels comfortable and it’s pretty quick

I visited this center for the first time today. Everything was great! I called ahead to sure they accepted my insurance. The receptionist encouraged me to book an appointment and complete paperwork online to speed up the visit and reduce my time in the office which I did.The location was not busy when I went in the afternoon today September 26th. Gracie and Sarah provided my care today. They were both pleasant and efficient. I was in and out in about 17 minutes.The lobby and meeting room were clean. Parking is free and easy. They have two designated parking spots for their patients.I would recommend. I will return if I ever need urgent care in the future.

Ive attended this clinic a few times, and I absolutely enjoyed my experience every time. The staff is professional, friendly, and genuinely kind. A special shoutout to the nurse practitioner, Ashley Pratel—her great energy and thorough explanations make each visit a pleasure. After taking the Nuenergy IV, I felt amazing, which convinced me to join the membership. I’m looking forward to coming back again!

NeuMed is like a well kept secret for minor emergency urgent care. Its like you went to a minute clinic, but instead of waiting for a long time for poor medical care you had prompt and very professional service. It stinks to be sick, but I appreciate being taken care of and not upsold or being treated like a number.

Every time I have gone to NeuMed Urgent Care, the service has been excellent and the staff has been friendly. I am always seen right away. I am glad that I discovered this Urgent Care and highly recommend them.

Took my daughter in after a long morning of terrible stomach pain while on vacation. We were scheduled to board a plane back home later that afternoon and didn’t want to take any chances, so we found this clinic online and are very happy we did. She couldn’t keep anything down and they were able to administer the meds she needed intravenously with the NeuroStart IV. I did find the overall visit more expensive than I’d anticipated, but the employees there made sure she was comfortable and she walked out an hour later smiling and feeling brand new.

I went in to remove a small splinter from my finger. I was told I would only pay $105 upfront out of pocket and my insurance cover an urgent care fee. I was later charged an additional $209.42 and my insurance $473.88. Billing codes were for emergency services. I was surprised by the cost based on incorrect information I was told onsite and based on the fact that NeuMed advertises itself as Urgent Care rather than Emergency care.Also, disappointing to see a credit card convenience added to the bill.

My son had been complaining of a swollen tongue and sore throat. I was looking for a new urgent care to try as the previous urgent care I would go to has gone down hill! I had a great experat NeuMed. The Nurse Practitioner was thorough and patient! We were in and out within 45 minutes.

I visited NewMed’s Galleria location about a month ago for an eye infection and was seen by one of their nurse practitioners. Unfortunately, I was misdiagnosed with pink eye and given the wrong treatment. That night, my symptoms worsened, forcing me to see my family practitioner, who correctly diagnosed me with blepharitis and put me on a different treatment.Since then, I’ve requested a refund and have been redirected to the billing department. The customer service has been a nightmare. Despite multiple attempts to contact someone, I faced waiting times of 35 to 40 minutes and still didn’t receive any resolution. I provided all the required documentation for their investigation but never heard back, even after being promised feedback within five business days multiple times. The latest deadline was last Wednesday, and still, no response.I am deeply disappointed with NewMed’s services. Regardless of the investigation’s outcome, as a patient, I deserved timely communication and resolution. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I cannot recommend this facility to anyone seeking reliable and responsible medical care.

I am an IV therapy queen and I love NeuMed. From check in to the IV services they offer it is one of my favorite experiences. They make you feel taken care of. I look forward to trying more of their services.

Great local urgent care facility! So easy to make an appointment online and get in and out! Both times I’ve been, I was able to get same day appointments.

On behalf of my mother: Alysia and staff were professional yet warm and made me feel special! Also the medical assistant and provider were friendly. It was luxurious inside, I felt like I was at a resort. Went for urgent care and followed up and both experiences were amazing.

I was charged with a deductible amount even my insurance card says it does not apply to me. I felt so sick that i accepted the charge and then ask for a refund. I have trying to get it since March 20 2024. No one picks up the billing phone, when i finally talked to someone the said the refund will be processed that day ( april 1st). I left voice messages, 2 contact request in their web page and no one replies. Such a waste of time!

The nurse practitioner, Karizza, asked many questions and then a thorough examination and even asked my input on whether I wanted to the extra tests. I could not have been more pleased with NeuMeds care and time involved.

Hands-down five stars. Loved this Place. Very modern and loved the colors. Alysia was pleasant from the time I walked in. The Staff was very nice and listened to my concerns. They were able to get me in and out. Definitely would recommend this place for others to go!

Larry, Davis and Aaron were great help and very kind with my needs. Very swift and efficient process. Came in because I wasn’t able to put any weight on my left leg but they fixed me up with a steroid shot. I recommend any one to come by for their urgent needs. The facility was nice and clean.

Front desk Alysia was really pleasant . The location is modern and the music is good. IV was relaxing in a massage chair. The provider was gentle and quick with inserting the IV( needles make me nervous lol) . I felt refreshed before I even left out the door and I will be back

I went to the website and was able to make an appointment to be seen 15 minutes later. The staff is so friendly and engaging and do everything they can to make it easy and stress free. Was in an exam room in less than 5 mins after I arrived. They offer IV treatments for hydration with added vitamins, so while I was waiting for my test results I chose to get an extra boost. 10 mins later I had my results and my RX Called in to my pharmacy. I took the next 20 minutes to lay back and enjoy the heated gently massaging chair and took a nice nap.Will definitely return for urgent care needs and the IV replenishment!

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Receptionist made IV infusion recommendations which helped in deciding which one was best fit. Enjoyed the very comfortable massage chair. Yeseli explained benefits of fusion therapy in detail and insertion of needle was painless. The complimentary water and crackers were nice perks. I will return for more IV infusions and will recommend to others.

Every single time I visit each employee goes above and beyond to make sure that I have a great experience. While getting Iv therapy the comfort is perfect, massage chair privacy you get a real spa like treatment. The place is always very clean. Perfect place for me which is why I have membership. Sarra Allsop, FNP and staff were amazing! Walked into the room being very accommodating and happy. She explained the process of the procedure very well.I have had questions on my bill, for 2 months now I have been emailing and leaving messages for their billing department with no response.Finally I called yesterday 1.22.24 and spoke with Alysia O, she also couldnt get a hold of the biller and she herself explained my bill and provided answers to my questions. She is an outstanding employee. She was helping me over the phone and was still doing her job.

This is my 2nd time at a NeuMed urgent care, the first was at the location in the Heights. Great service both times! This was the first time I elected for infusion therapy, I had a great experience with that being my first as well. Overall great atmosphere, great and swift service.

Discovered NeuMed Modern Urgent Care today to have my sons sprained toe looked at. I had a great experience today hitting up this new Galleria NeuMed location that is down the street from where I live. I got an IV drip and a vitamin D shot. The vitamin D shot is good for a month!
