Receptionist at we really nice and the clinic was really clean. It was so easy for us to be seen and we even got a cool bottle of hand sanitizer! Located in a convenient area as well!

Convenient location across from Costco with multiple reserved parking spots. We were lucky to be the only ones present and were seen right away for a sports physical that took less than 15 minutes in/out the door.

I had to get two physical done today one for my daugther thats in middle school and one for my son that in high school it wasnt bad at all I walked in with two youth kids no appointment at all very clean they took they time really did the physical my son where glasses so it took maybe a extra 10 min but other than that my daugther went threw with it with a breezy very happy I came here for they pcp doctor I would have had to wait for a month in school’s give you a weeks top’s to get this done so I would come here as many times I can if needed

Had a physical done for my child at the beginning of this year. Unfortunately, HISD would not accept it and didnt inform me that all physicals for the next school year must be completed after May 15th. I had to find a last minute place that was able to do it because my childs doctor was completely booked.I went to OnPoint Urgent Care and they got us in and out in no time. Fast service, reliable medical doctors, clean facilities, and cost efficient. At the end of next school year, I will make sure to get this done after the 15th at this location on Richmond.Thanks for being On Point

DISHONEST BILLING. THEY TELL YOU THEY ACCEPT YOUR INSURANCE EVEN WHEN THEY ARE NOT IN YOUR INSURANCE NETWORK.Before going here to take a Covid+flu test, I called them to verify two things to make sure I didn’t get a surprise bill. First, that they were an urgent care and not an ER. Second, that they take my insurance.I paid my $40 copay as expected, but then a few months later I got a bill for about $550. I thought there must be a mistake, so I reviewed the explanation of benefit. It turns out that this urgent care was out of network. I even called the appointment number again and asked if they took my insurance, and they lied again. Filing an out of network claim for a patient is NOT the same as accepting the patient’s insurance.

If I could rate it zero stars I would because they did nothing for me. I have never felt like such a burden to a medical staff in my life until I came here to receive care. I came about an hour til closing and I felt like my entire appointment was so rushed. I explained to the RN & Physician multiple times that I was experiencing alarming symptoms from mosquito bites that became infected from a work trip to a tropical part of the world. They literally brushed off my concerns and spoke to me as if I was being dramatic about my symptoms. For a $90 copay all they did was take a covid and flu test and told me they would call me about the results. After I tested negative, they didn’t give me a referral or prescription for the symptoms I experienced. I felt so neglected from this visit. The fact that I was not given proper discharge directions was literally an act of negligence on their end. In addition, I asked for a doctors note as proof I went to urgent care (as requested by my job) and the front desk attendant just scribbled a half ask doctors note to the point my employer even thought was a fake forged note. Every encounter in this office was just so lackluster. You are better off taking to health concerns somewhere else because they clearly are not passionate about care in this office. Pretty facility in a nice area but lack of professional staff.
