15 years ago, I had a vasectomy and recently needed a sperm retrieval for my wife’s IVF procedure. I also had been experiencing discomfort in my left testicle because of a mass which was discovered during an ultrasound at Dr. Williams office. Dr. Williams took care of both issues with one single surgery. His office staff were extremely helpful, and all office visits are relatively quick. Hands down, he is one of the best Urologist I have ever been to and would definitely recommend his office to others.

I gave my insurance information prior to my visit. Arrived for the appointment for a procedure and was told to pay $200 for part of the procedure that was not covered by my insurance, ok fair enough… I assume the rest of the bill is covered.Months later, they send me a bill basically for the remainder of the charge. Now, I receive a letter threatening to send me to collections agency!!Do not trust this office, if I had known the services weren’t covered under my insurance ahead of time, I would have gone somewhere else!

First, I waited for at least 45 minutes before my vasectomy, but I wouldnt want him to feel rushed during my procedure or anyone else. He was along with his staff very nice and professional. The whole procedure took less than 5 minutes and was not painful at all. In fact I didnt feel any pain at all during the vasectomy. I just wish I had brought an ice smack pack and some Advil with me as traffic was stacked. Overall considering what I was in there for Id rate him and his staff a 5 out of 5.

Other than waiting for awhile before seeing the doctor, the procedure and time of the procedure was great. I had a vasectomy done and it was so painless and fast. Done in 5 minutes literally. Dr. Williams doesnt use a needle for the pain medicine which was great and painless. Nicking yourself with a razor while shaving hurts more than this procedure.

Absolutely terrible. This doctor is after money. My husband never even saw/spoke to Dr. Williams until he wanted to run $2000 worth of tests. We moved from Dr. Lipshultz to get more 1-1 care but it was a huge mistake. Dr. Williams doesn’t even call his patients to explain results. He has the front desk staff put notes in the online chart. After the doctor ordered 2 invasive tests we had to pay out of pocket, he told my husband to get an MRI (why not go straight to an MRI? We wouldn’t know because Dr. Williams never addressed that question). Dr. Williams did not classify the MRI correctly to our insurance because he “doesn’t do that” according to the girl at the front desk. More money we had to spend. Then she proceeds to tell us there’s a specific MRI location Dr.Williams wants patients to go to after my husband was told to go anywhere?? We then waited 3 weeks to hear the diagnosis on the MRI and, again, the girl at the front desk told me “people feeling the most pain get put first”. I was floored. Please don’t waste your time and money with this incompetent doctor. Consider yourself very fortunate if you’ve received any decent care/attention from this office.

I had the no needle / no scalpel vasectomy yesterday. The staff was very friendly and the procedure took less than 10 minutes. I honestly felt no pain during the procedure (I did pay the extra 100 bucks for the laughing gas just to ease the anxiety, which I highly recommend for an even better experience). The only thing I wish I had done was brought an ice pack with me because the traffic was bad on the way home and it took over an hour before I could get ice on it. There was some discomfort during that time but it wasn’t that bad. Once I got home and put ice on it and took Tylenol every 6 hours and I had no pain at all. I’m writing this review close to 24 hours after the procedure and I have no pain or swelling what so ever. I have ice on it often when i’m awake and I’ve continued take Tylenol every 6 hours during the day. Much much easier and less painful than I was anticipating. I highly recommend Dr. Williams.

Husband had no needle, no scapel vasectomy done here. So quick, insurance covered the whole thing only had to pay for the co-pay! My husband said on a scale from 1-10 his pain is a 1! The whole thing took 10 minutes...TOPS! Choose Dr. Russel Williams for hassle free, fast & efficient service no exaggeration!

Having been to Dr. Williams clinic several times for various tests and appointments, my husband still has not seen Dr. Williams. In fact, only after we spent a couple of thousands with this office, we were told that Dr. Williams does not see patients for fertility issues (he only does surgeries etc). Whats even more interesting is that the office does as much as they can to string you along for more and more money, sending you to do tests and etc (my husband was even told he MUST see a dietitian in their clinic) until they disclose to you that Dr. Williams wont see you anyway.DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. The Doctor wont see you, but you will end up spending thousands of dollars.

Set up appointment to get fixed via phone call one week prior. check in, consultation and procedure complete within the span of not even an hour, procedure itself didnt even take 15 minutes. procedure itself was entirely painless, doc let me set up my phone to record it, they give you clear instructions for post-op aftercare and swimmer samples at 8 weeks and 10 weeks. I thought i might be sad after going through with it but i couldnt stop laughing for a good couple hours afterwards. The seed is under lock and key! A little sore now 6 hours later but only if i move. In the way of constructive criticism, they dont give you a lollipop on the way out. I searched the entire houston metroplex for where to get fixed and picked here based on reviews and that theyve been around a while, theyve got it down to a routine. Quick and painless, exceeded expectations, would definitely recommend.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude to the staff and Dr. Williams! I went in last week with the worst kidney pain ever and each and every staff member I came in contact with was so helpful and caring. They made sure to check on me until my surgery could be set up. Same day at that! Dr. Williams was so accommodating and even though I know Im not their only patient, they made me feel as if I was! I cant thank them enough!!!!Vanessa Mills

I had the Non-Scalpel Vasectomy procedure done by Dr. Williams and it went beyond better than I could have hoped for. The entire procedure, start to finish is less than 20 minutes and I personally felt virtually no pain at all during or after the procedure. You will be a little tender afterwards, but on a pain scale of 1-10 with 1 being equivalent to almost no pain whatsoever and a 10 being you are praying for death, I never got beyond a 2 during or after the procedure at all. The only pain medicine i took was Tylenol and Advil alternating for the first 2 days. I am a man, but when it comes to that area I am not going to sugar coat if things were painful! I have had bruises from bumping into an object that were more painful. I have already told 3 of my friends about Dr. Williams and recommend him HIGHLY!

Staff very professional & helpful, sensed I was nervous and went out of their way to make me comfortable! Dr Williams was very helpful in explaining what was going-on with me, and how he was going to fix it! Left me very confident that I had come to right place! The whole experience was positive, calming, and informative! Highly recommend!

I did not know what to expect and I thought the process was going to be painful but it was not. The only slight pinch or even if it was a pinch was when the doc had to inject me with anesthesia. The process was painless and I did not feel anything. The staff was courteous and professional. I highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a painless experience.

My experience was great, I was in and out very quickly and the staff was very friendly. I had little to no pain like a 1 out of 10, during the procedure and no real pain afterwards either. I would recommend using these people for sure. I had no idea how easy this was and wish I would have done this earlier in my life.

Received a vasectomy a few weeks ago.Dr. Russel was extremely fast, and kept me distracted talking about football the whole time. Followed his home care directions to the T and a day and a half later I was back at work with no problems.Great Job Doc.

I had a vasectomy at this office and it was a good experience. Dr. Williams was very nice and professional. Everyone in the office was also very helpful and overall I am happy with my results and this place. I highly recommend this office.

I have not stepped foot in this clinic yet but rather I’m giving two and a half stars. Unfortunately, the half star is not shown but none the less. Because of the young lady slash employee who answers the phone when you first call inquiring information.I met and spoke with an employee out and about who works at one of the offices. She told me about man centers and a promotion for first time patients.Upon calling and asking about the promo that I was given a little info on. The young woman receptionist answering did not know what promo and was not only uninformative but left me a bit confused and disappointed. She also spoke a little too loud and not very professional. I ask to speak to a supervisor but I was left waiting on hold a little too long. I hung up and called back and the same, on hold to long. When I called a third time, the supervisor went to lunch. Just my luck.The impression I received from this young lady is of a college student waiting for something better to come along.I like to point out guys that these are physicians and nurse practitioners that will be examining our privates.Unfortunately, by the time I was able to speak with the supervisor, my desire to come in as a new patient was no longer there. The supervisor was informative and respectful but he was unable to salvage my view of the clinic because of this young lady.I feel that the front office reception is a sample of what one can expect from the professionals waiting to examine you. #badvibe

All they care about is your money. If they could, they would charge you per second for your visit to see the doctor. in addition to that, you will never get to see the doctor (i.e. Russell W.). You will only meet with a nurse at any appointment. LONG waiting time. Lack of and very inefficient communication. Although I addressed that to the nurse that I was seen by during my last visit. You will be left alone to figure out what is the next step. You always have to call and inquire about the next. Online Patient Portal is useless. They gave me my Login and Password info that NEVER worked. I have contacted them several times to resolve this issue. It sounded like they tried, but NEVER was fixed. DO not waist you time and money there.

Had a vasectomy here in this office and this place was awesome! Quick and painless.very professional staff and highly recommended. Literally 5 min. And I was walking out!

It is a wonderful place to go for men’s health issues. It is my second procedure done by Dr. Williams and I can’t imagine anyone else performing surgery on me. I am very satisfied. I highly recommend this place.

Dr Williams and his entire staff continuously go above and beyond to help our son who has struggled with typical male puberty. He works with our endocrinologist, and truly cares about the whole person, not just his parts. Grateful we found this group.

This Dr.. pretty much messed up a enlarge prostate intervention, he may be good at other things but no this particular surgical intervention. I still have blood in my urine after 10 years and had to go to another Dr.

This guy really knows what he’s doing and is quite the conversationalist so if your nervous that’ll help a lot. Great urologist. Would highly recommend.

Due to a mild candidiasis infection, he had penis surgery on a Friday and he prescribed neosporin and said that on Monday I could return to work...Its a lie, it was two weeks of pain, I called him but I couldnt talk to him anymore, only his assistant.Very very bad experienceI should never have gone to this doctor.
