I had to come here to get fingerprints for a job and it was so quick and easy. My appt was at 11:10am and I got there 10minutes am early. They had me in and out by 11:08!!!!! David was very fast and professional. 10/10 recommend

Had website problems, was able to come in and they went the extra mile to help me get the information that I needed.

We use Test Smartly Labs for pre-employment, and random drug screens. They are fast, reliable, and efficient. Excellent service is hard to come by these days and they excel at it.

We use Test Smartly for our onsite drug screens. We have had Sara as our Lab Manager and we just love her. She has jumped through hoops for us when it comes to her arrival times, waiting hours upon hours on our people to take the screenings. She is friendly, and personable. Until Test Smartly no longer will have us as customers, we will continue to use them, because of Sara!

I would like to tell how wonderful the girl named Sarah was. So sweet and so personable and so helpful because a couple of us had problems with our vouchers for our fingerprinting. While I waited in the waiting room I visited with another lady who was waiting and we could hear Sarah working with others and we both talked about how sweet she was and bubbly and very personable which made us feel much better. I overheard one girl if she walked out with someone else say that was a nice lady. And then when I went back they were absolutely right she was so helpful so wonderful so kind so professional I just appreciate good people like that you dont find them very often and she did figure out that we all had problems with our vouchers because of something we did on the registration but it wasnt our fault. So I have forewarned everyone how wonderful she is and they are looking forward to seeing her.

Andres is spectacular! He was more than willing to accommodate me and ensure I was taken care of. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and competent with his job. This location is the way to go!

Even though it was very busy, and I came in an hour before close for my appointment, the staff took the time to answer all my questions and thoroughly explain how the process works. They were very relatable and understanding. I would 10 out of 10 recommend it was overall. It was a great & quick experience.I would also like to add in that, I’ve been to several other labs in the past few years and this was the most caring, reliable, relatable & understanding labs I’ve been to.

Let me just tell you how hard it was to find a place willing to accept a walk-in for fingerprints for a background check so I could start my new job!!! Especially the day before Thanksgiving! Sara, you are extraordinary!!! Accomplishing this task today was looking impossible, but you....You Amazing Woman, you made it HAPPEN! I appreciate you more than you know, Sara! Test Smartly, this awesome employee of yours deserves a raise.....seriously!!!

This is probably the best lab Ive ever been to. Everyone is so pleasant. The atmosphere is relaxed with a no worries vibe. Kalei, Sarah, and Mark are all so friendly! There were a lot of laughs shared and absolutely no stress. HIGHLY recommend if you need tests done of any kind.

Omggggg I have been driving all around KC & calling being hung up on by Identigo trying to get my finger prints done so I can register for the MO LMSW exam. The identigo website had been giving both myself & customer service reps an error message. Sara went above & beyond to get me registered, scheduled & finger printed. She did it with joy & made me feel welcomed. I literally walked out smiling! Thank you Sara for your beautiful spirit & taking the extra mile, you’re appreciated.

I just love how Kalei and everyone at the independence office take care of everyone and so respectful,kind and caring I have been out of jail for a year and my PO have me come to the independence office and I wouldn’t won’t to go to no other office

If you have a choice dont go there. It was difficult to find as there are not any signs on the outside of the building causing me to be late. They still had a previous appointment waiting so they could not do my fingerprinting. I am a night shift worker that got up 3 hours early for this appointment and they acted like rescheduling shouldnt be a big deal. It was a big deal for me. Ill be going somewhere else.

Very fast at getting fingerprints done. I feel like Im in and out every time Ive gone with little to no wait time. I also like that they usually have same or next day appointments available

I got in fairly quick, but the female that took my fingerprints didn’t have the best attitude. She seemed like she hated her job. She cussed a few times in front of me on accident. Didn’t seem real professional.

David, Malynsia, Shannon did a fabulous job of getting us in and out they were very polite and super efficient. I brought in 10 employees with walk-in and no appointment and they moved us through fingerprinting and drug testing very quickly.

This place is the best place if you ever need to get a drug test done. Me and my co driver went and did CDL drug screens on Friday. They had us in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. Samantha was awesome handling the screening and collection process. So nice and helpful, she deserves a raise as good as she was. I absolutely love going here for drug screen because they are quick and no sitting around sick people at a clinic and waiting hours. If you need a Quest drug screen done this is the place no matter where your employer is trying to send you tell them you are going here instead. You wont be disappointed.

Female agent checked me in attitude from start like she hated her job. Watched how she talked to her coworker same bad attitude she said loudly I already know when he went to her. His attitude matched hers while processing my fingerprints he changed his demeanor towards end. I only was at this location because an employer required me to go there next time I will go to one I’ve gone when I was self pay on NW Vivian Road way better attitudes professional. I will never come to this location again! After me I heard a guy checking in other people he sounded nicer his tone was much better. Your company don’t need to hire people to represent ur company who act like they hate they job!

David that did Identigo fingerprint was SOOO fast. I was a walk-in and was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes! Thank you David. I thought I was going to be sitting for at least an hour.

The person who was doing the fingerprinting was very courteous and friendly!! Need more people like him.

I took a tb test for my new job and they not once said they would call me and they never stated what day to come back. They are pinning this on me when I am not in this field and was not aware of this testing. Do not recommend for testing !! but the gentleman who did my fingerprints was very kind and helpful ! One of the ladies behind the front desk was talking very poorly about something in her personal life that made me very uncomfortable and she was so rude to me as well as other customers.

Carlos was very helpful! I was not too familiar with the process and he was very kind.

Extremely unprofessional, animals in the waiting area and going behind the doors( not a service animal). People late to their appointments and still going ahead of others waiting

Staff was very accommodating and professional. My blood draw was painless and quick. I would highly recommend coming here for any testing needs.

Test Smartly Labs visited our workplace today to do employment drug testing for our staff. They came out to our business to offer flu shots and perform mandatory drug testing for employees with their mobile testing unit. The technicians paid attention to detail and were both friendly and efficient. Id recommend Test Smartly if youre looking for mobile testing or flu shots!

The manger Michelle is very unprofessional as a manger she has no respect for people asking questions. Employees themselves are unorganized and results will be lost and retested multiple times.
