I had an appointment scheduled an appointment at 11:30, showed up half an hour early to make sure I was on time. The last at the front counter was very helpful and after I explained what I was going to do for my labs she helped me to choose a more efficient test than the one in I had scheduled. I saved me over $50!!! The lady that drew the blood way very efficient and by the time I got out of there it was only 11:09!!!👀😳🎉🎉 That wayWas incredibly fast, thank you so much😁 I would highly recommend for anyone looking for an in-and-out lab draw with friendly customer service and staff that answers questions⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Deanna and her coworker both are amazing staff. They welcomed us in with open arms. My daughter who is afraid of needles. Felt comforted by both ladies. Deanna went out of her way to help me and my daughter. I will be bringing back all my family. For allergy testing and a vitamin B-12 shot!

I have been here multiple times; the staff is always helpful and kind. By far the cheapest and most efficient testing facility in the eastern KC area. The manager Deanna is the best! Never thought I would enjoy the experience of a lab test. Highly recommend this location.

Exceptional experience! They took me in ahead of schedule for my appointment. The phlebotomist helped alleviate my anxiety and was incredibly understanding and gentle throughout the process. No discomfort, quick and efficient service, couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Deana customer service skill was top notch!!! I had made a mistake with the requirements needed for my drug testing… I reached out and Deana offered to re-do the test all over if I was available the same day. She had a beautiful attitude the entire time! And beautiful smile! It made me comfortable and less stupid lol for not paying attention to my requirements! She refunded my money as I wasn’t supposed to pay out-of-pocket per my program instructions.To add to this, the environment was super clean and smelled so fresh. Definitely will be choosing this destination for future lab work(s). I highly recommend!!

Walked in for testing after filling out everything online for appt and was helped right away by friendly staff. Needed results pretty quickly and received them via email within 30 minutes, which was just in time to provide to requestor. I would definitely use them again if the need arises. The only negative I have is I was told one thing during an online chat which turned out to not be the case once I arrived and asked about it in person. Not sure why the person online gave me bad information, but was a bit frustrating to learn differently once i arrived. Since I got no transcript of the chat, couldnt prove what I had been told. Not a deal breaker and like I said, would use them again.

Quick, Painless, Comfortable, Cost Efficient!First thing you noticed when walking into the medical lab is how clean it is!This is definitely one of the things you would expect/ hope for from a place that’s going to stick you with a needle. Secondly Ive been here multiple times now and I can for sure you that Miss Diana and her staff are very welcoming, easy going and happy to share/inform you with any information that may be needed. Rather its for an IV, a shot, or just standard blood work Miss Diana always goes above and beyond to accommodate me and make my visits a great experience. They always find your veins without PAIN which is uncommon for most places. You are in and out, yet never fell rushed. You also get your results back within hours via email. Health is Wealth and quite honestly without health nothing else really matters so taking a visit here is one of the best gifts to give to yourself and others!I highly recommend this place and will be back for sure. 5stars all the way. The vibe is also very chill which is essential. Great location, close to multiple shopping centres. What are you waiting for give it a Shot! 💉😂

The staff members were friendly and accommodating. They treated me like a human being. The price for their thyroid panel blood test is relatively reasonable. When I got my result, I called them to ask why some of the markers Ive asked to be included were missing, and they were able to fix it in less than two hours. Reliable people, good service. Id recommend this place.

Great place. Staff is extremely friendly and caters to their customers. I get my B 12 shots here, they send me reminders via email to let me know when I am due for my next one and all I have to do is stop in anytime and get my shot done. They always have someone there who could do it around my time schedule which could be crazy in my world. I would recommend them to everyone.

Fastest place I’ve been to for a drug screening by far, the lady was nice as could be the second I walked in… highly recommend and customer service was top notch.

Just finished my blood test today and I was very impressed with the office and staff, very kind and considerate. The needle stick didnt hurt at all and the test results always come back very quickly. Last time I got the test results back the same day! Highly recommend :)

Quick and friendly but DOES NOT TAKE INSURANCE. A covid-19 rapid shot will cost you $80. There is a reason they have fast response time when you pay for something no one else charges you for. They get a 3* instead of 1* simply because of how quick it went.

Went in for a test, facility is super clean and new. Staff was so welcoming and nice helped me through everything! I do not do well with needles and or blood but they made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Great people and great staff! If you need any test done I would highly recommend this place!! Great pricing too, compared to other offices. 10/10!

Above and beyond customer service. A scheduling error caused us to be able to schedule appointments on a day the office wasn’t supposed to be open. Upon learning of this automated error, staff met us at the office to perform the test. We really appreciate the prompt resolution to the issue! Happy with the service.

Was referred here for a test that I needed with a time crunch and they got me in and out soo fast! Not to mention that the results came in ASAP. They also have so many types of tests! Easiest test I’ve ever taken. Out of there in 5 minutes!

Was told that Id have my results in 3 days, max. They also said if mother and father were both there, it would speed the process up by a day, so I took off work for the day so we could both be there. Had to reach out to them because I heard nothing, they said the lab extended the date 3 more days because there was a mixup, then they extended it again another 3 days because of how backed up they are. 3 days rolls around and they extend it AGAIN! I am still awaiting results. Ive basically given up on it, even if and when I do get the results back, how am I supposed to trust the results after a mixup? Very dissatisfied and would not recommend to anyone, they are cheap, but theres a reason for that! You get what you pay for!...or sometimes you dont, I guess.

Life saver for International travel (1-2 hr PCR test). Only place that we found which offers this service. Professional, timely & not exorbitant. I’m Canadian so I paid out of pocket but thankfully I was able to make the flight same day! The prices seem competitive compared to other places (e.g. urgent care, pharmacy chains).Only Con was that calling the number on the website had inaccurate info - where we were informed that the expedited PCR test was not offered (when in fact I was).Highly recommended!

A good value! Walked right in and place is very clean. I did some research and took the printout from their website for the tests for Mens general health and the Dr. said to go ahead and get the test and drop off the results to him for him to review. The tests were more inclusive than another lab and also was less expensive. Will use them again!!
