Low T Center Independence MO

Started at low t center about a year ago. They have a great staff, helpful and caring, full of infoemation on labs. When fiest getting Injections i had energy and felt 18 again. Then 6 to 8 months down the road they changed the testosterone manufacture. Ive take sevwral of the new shot that are a thicker fluid and dont have the same energy as the old shots gave. They are charging more now for everything including the visits and 70 for a test shot in house if u need one. The new owner is only about money and could care less about the patient. I will be seeking another test center hoping to achieve better results. If u look up the company that is supplying the test shots people arent happy at all.

This place is WORTHLESS. Suppose to keep things consistent for clients. But everything but. They constantly change the process of getting your injections. Charge you for things that you shouldnt be charged for due to their inability to fill the orders for the clients. Ive been waiting for 2 months to get my injections sent to my house. Having to drive 45 min outta my way to come get a bridge dose. That now Im expected to pay $70 for when the holdup is on their end. They are totally. UNPROFESSIONAL and have no clue how to keep their clients on a constant routine. Once I find a better treatment center Ill be done with this place and you all should be too.

This is a mixed review here. I have positive interactions with the staff at this clinic. The deserves more stars, but the company deserves ZERO. I have seen the stress and lack of support they get from the corporate side of this. Much of the nonsense is generated from new ownership. These new owners are the bottom of the barrel when it comes to service. Village LaneApothecary is horrible. I have now been weeks without a shot. This is not healthy. I have received no communication either. However, I still get the app reminder to take my shot every 4 th day. Im now stuck waiting for the next round of shots before I can find a different provider.

Do you take pride in your partnership with Village Lane Apothecary of Texas who daunts a whole 1.6 star review on Google? We have not received even one shipment on time, ending up DAYS overdue, averaging 4 days late with one being a week and a half late with no communication from you or the apothecary. There has been an attempt to contact your clinic to insure timely delivery of patient medication three times over the course of three days with no response or assistance provided. Meanwhile hormones are imbalanced and the health professionals at both your clinic and the apothecary you send your clients to, have shown no concern for the medical treatment you claim to provide, or care to address the issue and provide a solution that is medically sound to a paying patient. Very unprofessional and does not align with the care expected from a healthcare provider.

My experience here has been extremely frustrating! All they seem to care about is money and not people care. I really miss the closed down branch in Leawood. The nurse there was so friendly, caring and truly concerned.I really miss her. Resolved concerns and issues immediately. Never had a single problem. The nurse in Independence, is the complete opposite. Uncaring , unconcerned and inconsiderate. I rarely write reviews but just had to,this time. The only reason Im even there is because my branch in Leawood closed down. The staff is friendly but their Manager...Ill leave it at that. She wouldnt even give me a phone number which my former Nurse did. I have not had a delivery in about 3 months and she seems unbothered. Unbelievable!

NP Kara Perdue is very knowledgeable and helpful. Nurse Keslie is extremely nice , personal and makes your appointment enjoyable. I have been going here for years and they are two of the best I have seen at this clinic. They make it a much better place.

They are super helpful and help you keep track of your numbers. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been educated and seems to enjoy their job. Also they have the spookiest Halloween decor up now so get on fast before it’s gone !

Staff are friendly, knowledgeable , and professional. Appointments are quick. Keslie is always great and goes out of her way to help. Customer for 3 years and counting.

I have been to two clinics before I finally came to Low T Center in independence. The clinic staff is on point very professional. There’s no hesitation in their intellect towards their patients and their needs. I definitely recommend low T Center for anybody who wants to stay healthy and feel great in there life.

Great service. Very fast, in and out. They do great job looking after my overall health with frequent labs. Offer other services, like flu shots and B12 shots. I would recommend to any man looking for a better lifestyle.

Keslie is by far the only reason I show up at the independents location. Taegan, Debbie, Kara are also go above and beyond to help me with anything that I ever need. I would even recommend this great place to Jesus Christ to up his T

Used to be great but not so much anymore! They have extremely high staff turnover and keep cutting back their hours. They are now only open 3 days per week but charge the same as always. With the shorter hours it is now always packed and there is always a wait. This place is no longer convenient and the only reason I still go are the seasoned employees like Keslie that do their best to offset the inconveniences created by corporate. She is an asset on what appears to be a sinking ship.

My experience with the Low T Center in Independence has been nothing short of amazing. The staff are professional and very friendly. Even during peak times, they are efficient in keeping the patient’s wait times to a minimum. I should mention Keslie, as she, without question is a real asset to the company. She always makes the patient a priority, even when she is obviously multitasking. Great job and keep up the good work, you are all appreciated.

Awesome experience, very professional and knowledgeable about everything. Kara and Keslie are great at what they do and can get you in and out in a timely manner as well as answer any questions you may have.

This place is the absolute worst. Dropped the ball at every juncture. My story is the same as all the other justifiable 1 star reviews. Legit 0 stars to be honest. Leawood location closed and I didnt receive one single notification in any medium or form. My T tanked and caused major psychological problems until I had to make an appointment with this other T Center in their network to get back on track. My quality of life was absolutely terrible for a month because of this place. Thats a whole month I will never get back. Spend your money elsewhere. How this place gets 5 star reviews is beyond me. Must be from years ago.

I have been going to the independence center for 6 months now. The staff has been helpful and friendly to me even if they are short on staff. The testosterone has got me into the gym and feeling better than I have in the last several years. Sometime I have to be patient and wait when I am there. You can see they are doing there best. I would and have recommended my friends to low t center of independence.

What a difference a good place can make. The two women Keslie and Denise that have been a constant here have made this experience easier and they are terrific! I recommend this place to any guy that feels like he just isn’t himself anymore.

I had a fantastic time Kara was very informative she needs a raise coming here is the best part of my week Im a screamer and terrified of needles so she holds my hand while the other one shoves the gigantic needle in my but thanks Kara for being there for Me in my time of need

This place is horrible. The staff was rude, and I overlooked it because I thought maybe it was just the one person and she was having a rough day... but then, I’ve been getting charged, no medication is showing up, and it’s impossible to calm them. Don’t believe me? Try. Your call will be forwarded to a call center, and they will tell you that they’ll take a message and have them return your call later, but here’s the kicker... THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK!Avoid this place at all costs

Keslie is the main reason I come to Low T Center. I had a horrible experience my first visit, and planned to go elsewhere. Keslie reached out to me and convinced me to give Low T another chance. If not for her care and always cheerful disposition, I would not have stayed with Low T. Thank you Keslie!

I just started going to this office and so far I am very happy and have nothing to complain about. Staff is very helpful, answers any questions I have, and goes out of there way to help.

Always had high testosterone levels so when mine dropped, I didnt even realize. Now through weekly injections, Im feeling better, Im more active, and Im finally dropping weight.

Totally feel great after being seen here for the last 3 months. Staff is friendly and the app for self injection is easy.

My wife is really happy now. Not for what you think, but that has improved. But because my attitude is better and I am not so tired and angry.

Honestly would give zero stars if I could. This place is disorganized and completely non personable. Would definitely Look elsewhere if your wanting real personal care.

I’ve been going to the Independence location for several weeks. Everyone is nice and professional and my results have been good.

Keslie is so helpful and polite every time I come in and Gabi is very polite and friendly every time she helps me.

I have been an Independence Low-T patient for over 2 years. Leawood and Independence both owned by the same individual. Independence unit is/was staffed by medical assistants and a nurse practitioner. Cutting to the chase. Nurse practitioner was terminated, not replaced, along with receptionist. Hours cut drastically, from 6 work days a week, now 2 work days and partial day on Saturday. Nurse practitioner now visit from Leawood office, for those wanting in house injections and service.A “hybrid” program was put in place. Patient gets blood work every 3 months and injections shipped to home from gulf coast state. This program went “South” after hurricane hit and flooded facility. Injections had to be picked up at local LowT. Although facility has since opened, shipping on time is still an issue, you may have to go to local LowT to get your injections until delivery of your meds.If you are closer and use the Independence unit, and use to get your injections, be prepared for possible long waits. Many men do not want to inject themselves. Let me be clear, the permanent staff at this location are FANTASTIC TROOPERS. You can tell the visiting nurse practitioners nerves wearing thin.So to recap, owner wants your money, your loyalty, but does not want to staff this facility properly!!Wait time for injections on Saturday are ridiculous (go figure). If there is a new patient consultationYou could be waiting a while, upwards of 45 minutes or more on Saturday for a scheduled injection.If/when a “different” treatment center hits town, I will be their first patient!!
