My daughter had to wait 45 minutes past her scheduled time to be seen. We had to ask three times before we were told why that was. They knew in the morning they were going to be running late all day, but neglected to let patients know ahead of time or even when they showed up. My daughter had to cancel two other scheduled appointments that were scheduled elsewhere because of being seen so late. I took her out of school early and took time off of work for her appointment and would not have needed to if I knew she was going to be taken late.

I waited 30 mins for my appt. My appt was just a follow up for a medication I had been on for 6weeks. They said they were going to call me back in 5mins5 mins came and went. I told them to cancel my appointment because I didnt want to sit in the back waiting after already waiting 30mins. No call or anything from anyone at the office to see if I had questions or to apologize. The least someonecoukdve done was called to see if I had any concerns about The medication I was on

Due to the reading of my blood pressure, I was not able to have my exam. Dr. Hawkins called in a blood pressure medicine that would help lower my pressure. I told her about the medication I was taking, and how it does not work most of the time. We agreed that I need something different. I waited until 6:30 that day to pick up the prescription. However, I was told it would not be ready until the next day. All in all, my visit had a positive outcome.

Dr. Hawkins and her staff are wonderful. From checking in to checking out, everyone was courteous and professional. Deonna (the MA) made me feel welcome and took time to get a full history on me. Dr. Hawkins took time to explain everything in detail. I highly recommend this office for ob/gyn care.

My Gyn physician is good. However, getting somebody to return a call is next to impossible- takes them days. Also, even if you are on time, you have a long wait. This is from 5 yrs of experience at this office.

Dr.Tameka ONeal and her staff is professional, Courteous, and friendly. I get back there quickly, and precheck-in process is easy. Everything goes smoothly. Thank You.

Dr. Tamika ONeal has always been very professional and thourogh with my OBGYN health care. I have moved on with most of my other Drs from Ascension to a different network due to wanting a change and some mishaps that shouldnt have happened!! But I refuse to leave Dr. ONeal because of her professionalism, and down to earth personality.

It was great everyone so nice, especially Dr Hawkins she is the absolute best.

MA did not know specifics about my appointment or the procedure that I had the follow up appointment for, very frustrating. The Doctor was great and aware of my appointment needs once she arrived.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Hawkins. She is professional, knowledgeable and listens attentively to my concerns and answers my questions. She is awesome ‼️

I like my doctor. But the wait time is crazy for an appointment prior scheduled. Both times I was there. Waited over 1hour. It’s annoying
