Excellent experience! We were met upon arrival with the friendly smiling face of Latina who took us right back for our test! My grand daughter was a bit nervous for the DNA test even tho she requested it. Latina & I kept her calm & laughing! The process was so fast! Thank you ARC for making this process affordable, easy & giving my grand answers!

I went to their office and wow they were so friendly. Also they called me before my appointment to remind me. Had so much knowledge in self healing and physical health to share with me changed my life forever.

Latina is the best! I arrived at ArcPoint Labs North Indy for work related testing and Latina was so welcoming. She was professional yet personable and calmed my nerves about my blood draw. She smiled the entire time and was very patient with me when I was having difficulties navigating their website. Her office space, both reception area and lab room, were very clean! I would gladly let her give me a poke again😂.
