I cannot recommend Dr. Kaing highly enough! From the very first consultation, she demonstrated a level of professionalism, compassion, and thoroughness that immediately put us at ease. Dr. Kaing is incredibly knowledgeable and stays at the cutting edge of IVF, ensuring that her patients receive the best possible care.Her approach to procedures and protocols is meticulous, and she goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done perfectly. This dedication truly sets her apart from other clinics. When I speak to friends who have gone to IVF else where, the difference is night and day.If you are looking for an IVF specialist that combines cutting edge knowledge with genuine care and dedication, Dr. Kaing is the one to see. Our experience with her has been amazing and we are incredibly grateful for the Joy she has brought into our lives.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr Kaing for the last 8ish months for a variety of fertility treatments including IUI, other OBGYN procedures, and most recently the full IVF process. This past week, we completed our embryo transfer and eagerly hope for success - but I wanted to write this review independent of the outcome as many reviews of IVF doctors appear to be dependent on the outcome of a procedure that doctors genuinely try their best to maximize the success of - but whose efforts are sometimes unfairly clumped together with the quirky and weird behaviors of the human body.During this marathon fertility journey spanning 3ish years- we’ve spoken to several other couples and read of several other experiences along the way - and my wife and I feel blessed to have found Doctor Kaing whose provided a different experience than we expected.Doctor Kaings knowledge of the practice combined with her kindness create a comfortable and informed environment for her patients. Doctor Kaing took the time to personally meet with us during visits, and explain the steps along the way so that we understood what the process was and how it all worked. (This seems basic but other offices don’t always do this - patients meet with support staff who relay doctor orders/info). We have never felt rushed, overrun, or left with questions during the process. Her support staff has contributed greatly to this experience as well.We don’t yet know the results of the journey and eagerly await good newsbut, no matter what happens, my review and opinion will remain - Doctor Kaing and her staff are phenomenal and I’d recommend them.

I just met Dr. Kaing officially in person (our first appointment was via zoom) she is so knowledgeable, kind and so sweet. She explains everything so well! Her office staff was amazing as well. Everyone from the front receptionist to her back office staff was incredibly professional and made me feel so welcomed. I would recommend her and her office staff to anyone.

I waited months for an appointment as was then canceled on.*Edit. Then received a call explaining staffing and vacation practices within the office for the front desk scheduling team. I recommend avoiding this facility as to not waste time.
