This team is amazing, but I want to start by recognizing how amazing Florrie is. She truly cares about the people who are struggling both with fertility and financials to pay for it. This woman will do all she can to help and I really want her to be celebrated. RFC needs more people like her.

Dr. Lin’s team at Reproductive Fertility Center is beyond amazing! We had a few consultations with other clinics which left us feeling hopeless and lost, but then we met Dr. Lin! He made us feel heard, and like we mattered. He was so great at explaining everything to us, and presenting us with options and a plan. We left his office feeling excited after a long 2 and a half years of trying! The entire team was always welcoming and so helpful. They were always able to squeeze us in when needed, and made the IVF process feel doable and not overwhelming. We cannot say enough positive things about this center and these people. I am so grateful to them for helping us through this process, and so happy to announce it has been successful. Graduation day is bittersweet. We are so happy to be moving forward, but so sad to leave. We cannot wait for our future thanks to the Reproductive Fertility Center team and Dr. Lin. We will be back for more babies in the future!

I had the best best experience here. Dr.Lin and his amazing staff .We instantly felt at home here. Friendly atmosphere, clear answers to our questions, efficient and well organized.Ive recommended RFC to close friends who have had equally positive experiences, successful pregnancies and beautiful babies!Dr. Lin was great to work with. He explains everything step by step, making sure you are comfortable with what can be a very complicated process. Fertility treatment can be overwhelming and stressful, but Dr. Lin and his staff are truly awesome at what they do. Not only are they skilled medical professionals, but they are kind and super nice. They are always responsive, so sweet and empathetic to the struggle their patients are dealing with. I could not recommend Dr. Lin and his staff more!Thanks again RFC!

We had an excellent experience with RFC. Dr. Alice Park and staff were friendly, kind, respectful, and professional, and walked us through the IVF process throughout the months. We were fortunate to find success after one cycle and -- 9 months later -- I recently gave birth to a healthy baby boy -- thanks to this IVF process. We are grateful for this kind of medical technology and the people at RFC who helped bless our family. IVF is a pricey process no matter where you go, but what better way to spend your money? No complaints from us. Only gratitude.

Dr. Rubal is the BEST. The odds were against us, when it came to having a family, but that was never the focus of any of our appointments. Dr. Rubal treated us like family and explained things in a way we could understand. She was always prepared for our appointment. There was NEVER a time that there was any confusion with any of the staff. Her bedside manner is excellent. She has a personal medical standard that my husband and I believe is the reason we are now parents. She will talk with you until you understand your individual infertlity situation. We always left the office feeling hopeful and prepared for what was next in our process. We think of her as family and still email her pictures of our son ( he’s 8 months old) and updates.

I first met Dr. Rosencrantz at Kaiser Irvine when my husband and I were starting to figure out why we couldn’t get pregnant. He is very easy to talk to and makes things easy to understand. We ended up doing IVF with Dr. Rosencrantz at Reproductive Fertility Center, Irvine. Him and the staff make it a very comfortable. You definitely get the feeling that they truly care about every patient. Dr. Rosencrantz would personally call me with updates on my embryos after retrieval. And we texted too!We now have a beautiful one year old daughter and are ready for number two! Looking forward to working with Dr. Rosencrantz and staff again!

I couldn’t be more happy with Dr Rosencrantz and his staff. Having your Doctor tell you that you have to go through IVF is not the easiest thing to hear let alone have to go through, but they made the process smooth and comforting which you wouldn’t expect considering the circumstances. Dr Rosencrantz explains everything so you understand everything you need to know and some along the way. The staff is just as great, they would greet you every time with a smile which in return you felt welcomed and apart of the family. I would completely without a doubt refer them to anyone that needs an infertility doctor.

My wife and I came to Dr. Lin for our fertility issues. Hes a kind and caring person. He made us feel comfortable and answered any questions that we had. We opted to do IVF and we were fortunate that it worked on the first cycle. We now have a healthy baby girl. Thanks Dr. Lin!

This review is long overdue. My doctors were Dr. Rosencrantz and Dr. Rubal. They were both excellent, caring and thorough. The staff were excellent too. We tried to get pregnant for a while and IVF was our only option. Now I have a a 21 months old toddler thanks to RFC Doctors and Staff!

Dr. Lin and his staff are AMAZING!! I am a difficult case and they have been patient, supportive and compassionate. I can honestly say I dont think you can receive a higher level of care than here.

My friend had a very bad interview experience at this location. She went through phone interview and on-site interview, then got rejected. However, the hiring team are very unprofessional as she was told by the team that they actually did not want to move on after phone interview. It is just wastes of time to set up the on-site interview. I really doubt their attitude and the company culture. Do they also treat customers like this?

Have no chance to talk with the doctor, but the chinese lady i met today is really bad!!! i dont know why this kind of person can work here, she even dont know how to talk politely!

Don’t waste your time going here.

Very egocentric doctor Lin waste of money and time and emotion!

Bad customer service ever. No one can politely answer the phone and introduce the products.
