Tara is not only incredible at what she does... she has a lovely and supportive bedside manner as well — which means a lot when your hormones are going haywire!.Your results may vary (of course), but I did conceive the first cycle after coming into her wonderful care. And dont think that was an accident.I continued seeing her throughout my pregnancy and had blissfully few symptoms compared to the other pregnant women I knew and were around at the time — a feat I credit to Tara and the acupuncture and cupping treatments she gave.Our newborn son, my husband and I all thank you, Tara!

I’ve only had acupuncture inside a chiropractor office before. I was skeptical and edgy my first visit. Tara did not push back against my demeanor. She lulled me in to a calm. I feel quickly into that relaxed state where your arm jerks and you realize you were falling asleep. She also performed cupping which I had never had. I’m quite pleased that I gave this a shot. I felt better and had greater mobility where I was previously tight, after just one session. I will make this a regular part of my wellness routine. She is super chill and genuine and professional. I started seeing Tara for infertility issues, irregular menstrual cycles and stress/anxiety. Prior to seeing Tara, I have been dealing with these issues for over 5 years and had only seen OBGYN’s, who were not very helpful with my situation. She does an extraordinary job at explaining everything from your diagnosis, your treatment plan, your acupuncture treatment, supplements and herbs etc. She communicates via email makes sure her patients understand their treatment plan and answers all questions. In the time I have been seeing Tara, I have noticed improvement with my stress, anxiety, sleeping and PMS symptoms and I am very hopeful I will see improvements with my fertility and cycles too. If you are looking for support, compassion, kindness and knowledge with your health, or whatever your conditions are, than you have found a true gem for your needs. She not only has helped with my conditions, but she restored my hope and faith in becoming a mother and gave me a positive outlook on life, one that I haven’t had in awhile. I highly recommend Tara for any woman out there.

I saw Tara throughout my pregnancy, as it really helped ease my anxiety and symptoms. Tara is truly an amazing acupuncturist, and person, who goes above and beyond!! She helped me find my maternity photographer, natural hair stylist, AND helped turn my breech little girl turned around!! Wow!!! She was always emailing me great ideas to help me during my pregnancy!! She’s very into women helping women, which I just LOVE, as our world needs more of that!!! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone go to her! She’s the very best, and you’ll be glad you did! :)
