Center for Women and Children at Central Health Plaza

If i can i would grade is as 0 stars. We sat there for 2 hours!!! As soon as other people arrived AFTER US, they were immediately called and we sat in line. The workers are rude, ignore you, and have no respect! I strongly recommend that you go to another hospital. I hope they hire new employees..

I love this clinic front desk workers, nurses,doctors and so much more don’t get paid enough for what they have to put up with be nice to are healthcare workers obviously they care about people dealing with rude people and then show up the next day it says alot I know because I’m a healthcare worker I love what I do.

The older ladies here are extremely rude. They have an attitude just to check you in. They have a younger lady that acts respectful but those other older women act as if we are bothering them when we come to check in for an appointment. They are not professional. They make our young ladies not want to come there for help. I’ve witnessed this myself and my daughter has as well. You all need to hire people that know how to respect others. Kindness goes all long way and those ladies at the front have no idea what that is.

Scheduled my kids appointments weeks ago for today, just to show up and the clinic be closed down for observance of the holiday. Nobody had enough decency to call and cancel appointments. It was many people out there for their appointments. We got out our bed, wasted gas, to go to an office that was closed. I can almost BET if this office was in a white neighborhood they would’ve at least notified the patients that they were closed. The ghetto

I used to take my kids there for many years and my last of 9 children are 1year away from adulthood and two of them still goes there with their mom. Always a pleasant medical facility to go to, staff is very knowledgeable and very caring, just like family, I love it there. ❤️🇬🇾

They move sooooo slow. My daugeter had an appointment @ 8:30 we didnt get into the back until 2 & a half hours later. Finally into the back & all the rooms was empty. Then waited another 35 to 40 mins just to see the doctor.. This is crazy they really need to get that together & this not the first time its ALWAYS like this. If your planning on going here go somewhere else

Had my prenatal appointments here, Doctor is very thorough, and considerate. Also great staff.
