The place to go for BHRT in Madison AL. Wonderful staff and relaxing environment. Easy bloodwork, painless treatments and personalized care. Love the vitamins. I feel great and I have my life back! Definitely worth the money.

Update:8/6/2024:HH&WL has been a life saver. Unfortunately, with the Pensacola and Jacksonville Offices closed on Fridays, I will have to find a different doctor. Maybe they will alternate one Friday a month to be open as that would be beneficial to those of us that work Monday-Thursday. Ive been driving 7 hrs round trip even with the changes in staff. They still treated me great!Everyone who worked with me for my appointment yesterday was great! Ive been to the 3 locations: Virginia Beach, Pensacola and Jacksonville. Ill definitely stick with Jacksonville or Virginia Beach. Jacksonville is a little over 3 hr drive from my current location.The Virginia Beach location always works with me if theres availability when Im back in the area and need to get my HRT. Ive been using HH&WL since Oct 2022 and have found out that you should keep your records/take them with you as each location doesnt seem to input your info in case you visit a different location. (Ask for dosage, remember which side you received the pellets, print labs and take with you from previous visit)

I have been going here for approximately 10 years. The patient care was ok until recently. Its all about the almighty contract/dollars. They dont care about patient care anymore. And cant keep staff. Constantly changing. And dont argue with me about how I feel, because I know my body. Will NOT be back .

I’ve experienced great customer service and quality of care over the past several months from this provider. In my experience, they go above and beyond, taking the time to listen and research my individual needs. Their communication and follow up has been top notch!

Beware, check around the price and plans is extremely overpriced, It’s more about money. then health. This place can’t keep a main doctor, I had severalDifferent doctors within 6months period.Also, if you’re concerned about weight gain, beware of the progesterone, they don’t tell you! I went all natural, and it works for my Hormones iin Balance. Do your research!!! Very nice in the beginning!!! It’s all about money! We as people parish for lack of knowledge !!

Very sketchy business. They only care about the money, not your health. They claimed that my testosterone was super low and that I needed the testosterone pellet and promised that it will alleviate my symptoms. After the first procedure, they claimed that I needed another dosage, when in fact my level were in normal range according to my obyn. When I didn’t fall for it, they charged my card anyways WITHOUT doing the service and haven’t heard from them since. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

I brought my daughter here to have laser hair removal. 4000$For the areas done. Their lasers did not seem to remove one single hair. They offered an extra treatment which did nothing. Her hair color is dark and skin light so it should have work but their lasers were just not strong enough. I wasted my money. Ideal image worked great for me I just came here for a better deal. Don’t waste your money. It’s been several years and I feel so bad for my daughter that she still has terrible shaving reactions bumps and scars. On a good note the lady who performed the treatment was super nice.

Do your research or youll end up in pain like me. I have been past menopause for 2 years. The doctors here didnt verbally tell me that by getting the injectable hormone replacement that I would have painful period cramps and bleeding for months on end. A few weeks ago when I called to remind them to stop billing me, I mentioned how much pain Ive been in, and that they should warn people. They said, oh its in the written pamphlets we give you. If a possible side effect is painful cramps daily and bleeding, I think you should warn someone verbally. Not hidden in the 10 different brochures they give you. Im writing this today because Im in pain and who knows how long this will be in my system. They are acting like they dont care.

The staff and Dr are always so friendly and informative. They make sure you are comfortable and heard! I have been seeing them for hormone replacement as well as watching my thyroid levels for over 2 yrs now.

I have been going to hormone health for about two years now and I love it. I have never felt better in my life I have more energy and my relationship with my husband is awesome. I have also been using the phen tabs that they suggested for weight loss, at first I was not sure about taking them because I had heart surgery this past year but I feel great with them with no bad side effects, I have lost 2lbs in just one week. Go see them today and you wont regret it.

I have been a client for a little over a year now and let me say this, not only have I noticed a difference in my health physically and mentally but so have my husband and children. Before I started HRT I was a mess but my life has gone back to what it was before I needed HRT. Dr. Brandon and the wonderful ladies who work in the office are always so kind and willing to make your experience a great one. They are always there to answer any questions you have and work with you on coming up with a plan that best works for you. I absolutely love this office and would give them more than 5 stars if I could. If you think or know that you need hormone replacement therapy please give them a call.

They are charging 700$ for a treatment I paid 275 for at 2 other provider what a Rip off for people that need help to feel better, thats crazy

I Absolutely loved the treatment I received I am 68 years old and how I feel is like I’m 30 I would recommend to anyone to try the pellets and start feeling great again

Horrible! I saw the doctor and they prescribed me SYNTHETIC progesterone! I went to another hormone doctor and they confirmed I was on synthetic hormones. I was also told that the pill was the only way I could be helped. Go somewhere else for your hormone health.

Customer service and follow up SUCKS! If you are dumb enough to sign a contact for anything they got you and you can forget about customer service. DO NOT GO HERE. Find a place where your care is the main concern not just your money!
