An M.A by the name of Simone Coles was such a pleasure. She’s always so helpful and incredibly kind! Also Dr Grace Chow is so awesome! She always goes above and beyond every time I come here! They make my visit so pleasant!

I had an appointment for my two sons, and the M.A. Simone C. was very helpful and patient with my babies. It was rough handling them but she came to my rescue. EVERY VISIT, she’s my helping hand. THANK YOU.

*Sharmai Richardson* THE MANAGER AND THE WORTS PERSON IN THIS ENTIRE FACILITY , RUDE HUMAN doesnt care about patients health care in a rude way , Inhumane is only kind to black people, discriminating against Hispanics, The only positive thing here is the new girl at the front desk who is friendly and who was in the old clinics. She is the only redeemable thing. The rest is an immaculate, beautiful building, but the administration is complete garbage and should not be dedicated to caring for the health of the community.

Some of the lab techs need to take their job seriously they sit in the room while people are waiting to be called for the blood work. They are laughing and talking in each other face not working efficiently.

Horrible service !!! They never sent the medication to the pharmacy and its been a WEEK now. long period of wait on the phone and rude receptionists. They use to be in a small location and now they are in a big location but its useless the service is still bad. I will call my insurance to change doctor.

Horrible service. You get there on time, you have to wait an hour to see a doctor even if you have an appointment.. You get there late and they give you a grace period that they dont acknowledge.. But meanwhile when the doctors have an appointment with you, on video they dont even show up, they dont bother to call.. Staff is rude as hell. Looking for a new PCP

There always a line however the bedside manner Id the staff is great. Additionally doctors and staff do very well on informing about diagnosis, practices and making suggestions

Great place and service. The dental and assistant is amazing some of the nurses and front desk workers as well. Wait times can be improved and efficiency of some of the nurses

Had a phone call with a rude nurse just trying to make an appointment. Then I was not informed of their new address at ALL, so I went all the way to the Sutphin location even though it’s now CLOSED. I got to the new location (late of course) and then it was “up to the provider” whether I could be seen or not. Luckily the provider said they would still see me, however I had to go through rude staff to get here while trying to deal with a sensitive issue. EXTREMELY unprofessional and I will be considering going to a different clinic entirely.

The office is compact, over all I was satisfied with the services. The staff members were polite, wait time was faster than most places Ive gone too. They service the lgbtq+ community and service. Some people may find it a bit ghetto because of the neighborhood and the patients that they attract.

Horrible experience with the front desk people. Nobody knows and nobody cares type of attitude. As the midwife said they arent the brightest crayons in the box. I couldnt agree more with that statement. God forbid you have a question or concern after youve left their office... Dont try to call as they will put you on hold and never answer again. Never going back and wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.... Especially first time moms.

If I can put 0 starts Id do that though.They dont answer calls, theres a rude receptionist there that will give you an attitude and expect for you to stay quiet and then acts like shes the victim and the manager will stay by their side even though she turned around and gave me her back while Im talking. Theyre rude but what do you expect its jamaica though. Some of them think theyre better than you just because they have a career.

Garbage. The whole organization is GARBAGE. I started coming here as an alternative to the lackadaisical approach at the Williamsburg site and because they had a really great specialist by the name of Larry Kramer. Once he retired, the entire experience altered. As stated in all previous reviews, the front desk staff are a bunch of rude, young idiots who never have answers and never pick up the phone. The nurses have no bedside manner at all and ask you the most personal questions with no type of sensitivity. I saw Dr. Friedland today who was sarcastic and rushed my entire appointment. When time for diagnosis, it felt like she was the reading the fine print on a medication ad. The bathrooms smell like feces and no one smiles. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone that I care about. O stars.

I been coming to CHN before it was this name 20+ yrs now all of a sudden the staff is not that great long wait times can never get a appointment here and since they moved to combine 2 locations to one its the worst ever. I will be changing my dr. Im over coming to Queens.

Overall I do give this place a 5 but as far as the new place is concerned. Ill give it a 4 because I do agree that it is very Compact and small inside the room

The service are very bad, they did my 4 years baby’s blood work then told me I need to make an appointment in about one month later to get the result , and I did , when they call me I told them that I want my baby’s blood work result , my baby’s doctor told me she don’t didn’t get his result, if I wants his result they need to do his blood work again, in my question why did she made this appointment for nothing, she was rude me when I ask her about my son blood work, if she don’t know nothing she can made me another appointment, if they do the blood twice from people the way they get the money from insurance, I’m still waiting it’s been 2 months they didn’t give me the results, because they wants to do the result again, I’ll change my baby’s doctor and mine too

Dont return calls left two messages left on hold for so long with the office manager Maria I believe. Was told she has to transfer phones for a good 10mins still on hold I hung up called back and once again placed on hold . Hey maybe they will see this and probably return my call.

They told me due to covid my appointment would be over the phone the day comes for the appointment and no one calls and everytime I call them they hang up honestly wasted my time DONT GO THERE this is my last time with them completely trash

Most likely need to wait for 2 hours to see the doctor. Appointment is at 12:40 but you probably leave at 3. They expect you to have a whole day for a doctor appointment 🤦🏻

Its dental department is very low quality and they treat it inappropriately.

Their prenantal is like a community center .. for any and anyone to go to... I hate how they treated me through the sono and prenantal appointments

I waited several months out for an appointment. I called a week before just to confirm and when I arrived the day of my appointment, I was then told someone cancelled me without any notification. Horrible service!!!!!!!!!

Since they changed location, the entire clinic changed, an appointment scheduled at that time was not expected for long, I have been waiting for more than an hour to be seen and nothing, we have other things to do like waste time waiting for an appointment, the receptionists the same They have a character that treats you badly, I will change clinics, I will never return to this place

Its nice to have very good attention from all the people who work there.
