Horrible service I have been calling for the past 2 weeks for my blood pressure medication and nothing. Every time I call the call center. I was told that the message was forward over to the doctor and will be processed the next business day. Never happen I have call on July 14, July 15, July 18, July 20, July 22 and July 25 and July 28 same story ever time. This makes no sense that you have to keep calling for your medication refill. I will be looking for a new physician because if I stay with Community HealthCare services on Sutphin Blvd I will have a stroke or heart attack waiting on them to fill my blood pressure medication. Going to reach out to the Dept of Health because no one should have to deal with not getting the proper medical and medication when needed.

If you value your health and want quick efficient Dr’s appt’s do NOT go here. How do you not have a Gyn for a month and then cancel the appointment for February that I made in December? This is the 3rd time I’ve attempted to be seen here by a Gyn. They didn’t even have an appt for me to see the regular doctor when I said maybe they can just run labs. Truly awful place and the nurses have bad attitudes and the neighborhood is HORRIBLE

Community Healthcare Network has let me down countless times. My family and I only prefer this clinic because of its convenient location. That is the ONLY reason. However, I am looking for a new physician and orthodontist because I would much rather quality over convenience. Booking an appointment in the office or over the phone are both nightmares because after waiting for assistance or being taken off hold, youll be scheduled anywhere from 2-5 months later. This is ridiculous. Not to mention, if there are miscommunications or youre late for an appointment, they do very little to accommodate. Ironically, if youre on time, you can be left waiting up to an hour+. The waits are lengthy, face-time with the doctors themselves are too rushed (in my experience), and receptionists are not the friendliest. If you dont care about your health & well-being, then you wont mind waiting on this location to help you.

They booked me an hour away from my home in LIC (despite the fact there is a location in LIC) and told me I could get a physical and the vaccine shot the same day. Get to the location and was informed I had gone to the wrong location, took the new address and made it over to the second location. Was seen by a nurse within 10 minutes who was lovely but informed me I would not be getting the vaccine I’d have to book separately for that. Then was brought back out into the waiting room were I sat for an hour by now I know I have an hour ride back home and will be late picking up my kid. I ended up leaving without getting anything other than my weight taken because whoever does their scheduling is trash. The niceness of the staff is the only reason they are getting 2 stars if not for that I would have given them 0.

I followed my Doctor to this practice, who I seen the last 6 years only to find u professional reception works, poor attention to patients and disregard for patient retention by the Centers Director. This facility is a poor excuse for a medical community, not only was my loyalty unwarranted but my trust as well.Please note: after being hospitalized for 4 days, and still struggling with physical movement, I took the LIRR and arrived 10 minutes outside of my “grace period” window. When I got up to the receptionist, before saying hi she looked and IGNORED me, as I waited about 5-10 minutes she then looked up and said - do you have an apt . I explained yes, gave her my info and she said I missed the appointment... I further explained I was HOSPITALIZED and gone a LONG distance costing money and that she should alert my DR I’m HERE. She started BLANKLY at me and then proceeded to do as I requested.I sat for 3.5 HOURS and was never seen before leaving I approached the centers director, in pain and frustration to tell her I was terminating my physician, after 6 years she simply replied OK. The attention for patient and dr relations were not of any concern to the facility or faculty.Not only was the receptionist unprofessional, unhelpful and ill mannered but lacked empathy, but clearly they see it from their superiors and emulate such an awful customer service- SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE and TIME- find a private practice.

I have been a patient for 8 yrs in the Bronx location and is very sad that both locations follow a different protocol specially now with COVID-19 mostly just to protect themselves and not the patient. I am giving a shout out to the receptionist team because they are amazing specially the Spanish light skin one. She is lovely and very helpful and resourceful.

Terrible Dr. Chow is a horrible doctor she moves way to slow every single time I come there. Shes always backed up with patients bcuz shes not doing her job properly. They make you make an appointment and have to wait 2 to 3 or maybe more hours to be seen. I am highly upset qnd they need to fix this issue immediately bcuz its been going on for a while. I usually dont write reviews but this is ridiculous

From inception to now which is almost a year, I’ve had all very positive experiences from reception to doctors, nurses and administration. It’s a very busy facility with lots of patients, don’t expect to be coddled, but expect professional and courteous people. I’ve had some hiccups here and there but they were handled well and quickly.

Been coming here for three years, with my first child I was skeptical thinking that he may have needed to be evaluated, I was told by his physician that he didnt need to be evaluated, I followed my motherly instincts and my son has just been diagnosed with autism. I am now pregnant with my second child and when I tried to make an appointment for prenatal care they told me that I will not be seen until I am three going on for months pregnant . The staff is awful when you call to make an appointment they put you on hold for 10 to 15 minutes I usually would have to hang up and call back about four or 5 times to finally get through, and when I finally do get through I am greeted with a nasty attitude by someone who feels as if they dont want to be where they are. I have finally closed my chapter with CHN I will not be going through the hell that I have to go through just to make sure me and my childrens health are OK

I have ben a patient there for 3 yrs and my experiences are getting worse and worse. I just called there today for an appointment 3 times and each time i got hung up on. Im seriously considering leaving there and getting a new clinic. The attitudes are awful as well. there are 2 doctors there who really need to be fired.

Exceptional service and care whenever I go. The staff is professional and respectful. But they won’t put up ***t. Like every doctors office you’re never seen on time but at least they take care of you adequately and we’ll. Thank you NYCHN!

Its not exactly a free clinic but it can be depending on whether you qualify for aid based on your income. Invaluable for the community, I see the doctor there and they help you obtain healthcare in order to pay (though the healthcare is valid in other centers and not limited to theirs). And the doctors are affable and professional, cant ask for more.

Dr. Mona was amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly. Lisa the sex Ed counselor was extremely amazing too. She was super friendly and down to earth. Both appeared to be genuine

I been going to this clinic for 5 years they always available and help me with my son and I physicals with great price the service is decent the most you can get for the location and resources :)!!

The workers are ridiculous. Every time I call I always get hung up on. If i could I would give them no star at all

Doctors and nurses there are very knowledgeable about their work and very courteous with their patients the staff members there are very nice
