Ive been visiting this facility since it first opened. Most of the time, the staff has been friendly and very helpful. Ive only had one negative interaction with a staff member, but I didnt let it bother me.

The staff was great the building had no a/c the staff try to keep us cool by handing out water but the build was very hot

If i could give them 6 stars i would, i got there close to 3:30pm and thats the time they close, nevertheless they still received me, i had sort of an emergency and was really preoccupied and the staff was really caring and welcoming from the first two ladies who helped me with the intake process to the case manager who was the last person i saw, the doctor was really kind and attentive as well and i would dare to say thats not the scenario at most public clinics in NYC, they answered all my questions and concerns without rushing me or being rude eventhough they were past the closing time, i would recommend this clinic to anyone. great customer service; fast, efficient and very attentive.

Their schedule on the website is not reliable. I managed to leave early from my work and came here at 2:45; they were already closed. The phone number they have on the website only dials 311The rude security guy told me, “Take a day off and come early, THATS IT!”

It was a great experience overall I been coming to this clinic since I was young . Till this day I still go there this clinic is dope. The nurses was great. Even in COVID-19 they still did they job they made sure we used hand sanitizer when u first come in. But make sure u get there early cause u have to wait on the line outside before u come in. It would have been 5 stars but I gave a 4 because I had a great experience here very fast efficient and organized, I’ve never been to a health site that operates this fast and every last nurse and worker was super friendly and professional and welcoming especially the nurse jasmine, but there was this one lady I did not get her name she was white, with short hair, had a tatto in her ear and on the back of her neck and she was just disrespectful and rude and seemed like she didn’t want to be at work. I made small talk and tried to lighten the mood and she was very unprofessional cursing and trying to down talk me for being in the clinic, but overall my experience was good at this place and would come back, that lady needs to be replaced or worked in a non engagement part of the clinic.

Excellent customer service. They were fast, efficient and friendly. They seem to actually care and were willing to go the extra mile to assist me. Overall my best healthcare experience to date. I would definitely recommend them.

This is after covid 19... you walk in then the security guard tells you to use the hand sanitizer.. after that you go nurse and check in etc. Was out in 1 hour not bad since this is covid 19 season. Staff is nice and open.

The only thing I love about this clinic is that you can walk in . I came to this clinic to get a plan b pill. There wasn’t much people there so I figured I wouldn’t be there for 3 hours. There is a women security guard there. Dark skin thick women she gives nasty looks to females that come in there and that’s unprofessional. Well imma get back on topic I was there for 3 hours. While I was there I decided to get tested as well. They took my blood I gave urine and had a long wait for just one pill. I feel that long wait was uncalled for .I never waited that long at any other clinic that wasn’t walk in.

I am so thankful for this clinic. Literally was in and out in an hour. All the staff was helpful, efficient and informative. Thank you guys for all of your hard work! Phenomenal team.

Excellent place if you are a foreigner and speak Spanish. Most of the people who work there speak Spanish. The Covid-19 test is free, all the people are super friendly, they help you with whatever you need, they give you things and are super accessible. It has a garage next to it (it is paid, but it is comfortable). The access point is very easy and comfortable.We recommend it 100%!!!And Julisa was a sweetheart, she helped us more than she should, she gave us her number for any inconvenience, she helped us when we needed it and she solved the problem for us after we had been there. A GREAT ONE!

This place is excellent!!! We took some covid 19 tests and we were treated wonderfully from the guard to the girl who tested the virus.Julisa is very attentive and helped us a lot in Spanish (she even assisted us by phone) THANK YOU!!!
