I recently had the pleasure of using the services at Test Source Lab, and I couldnt be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. Made the process quick and painless.

They dont open at 8 or answer the phone, somebodys either not doing there job or there hours on the building are wrong, waited outside for 15mins after there opening time and phone went straight to voicemail and door stayed locked! Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

Made appointments for a Saturday then tried to call about issues we were having getting there on time. My wife made her finger printing appointment and was hoping to fit me in when the rudest woman told her she was not obligated to answer phones on Saturday. If thats the policy then fine but please state so somewhere so we could have made other arrangements. The woman was so rude I would rather travel 4 hours in any other direction than go back.

I had fingerprinting done at this location with the owner, Rick. The staff up front were so friendly. The building is clean and new and comfortable even if a little small. And Rick was so kind and patient. I would highly recommend TestSource if you would like your employees (or yourself) to be well taken care of. Thank you!

Was seriously in there less than 10 minutes. Needed a draw for food sensitivity test and loved that walk-ins are welcome here! Didnt notice the name of the woman who took care of me, but she was super nice and even asked how I tolerated blood draws (which I do fine with). She was also quite skilled with the drawing of the blood. Didnt poke me more than once and didnt hurt me. It was a little bit of a drive for me since there arent many locations in the area that handle MRT kits, but was well worth it because of the speed and ease of the process here. I will definitely come back if I ever need any other blood draws done.

Friendly staff! They were knowledgeable and made the process so smooth and painless! I had to bring my kids along, and they were so kind to them, too. Patience with kids means the world to us mamas.

Great employees, alwase fast and professional. Remeber who I am every time I come in.. never have to wait longer than 5min.to be waited on never in office longer than 10min. Unless I stop and talk to the woman working.Highly reccomend ARC pointP.S.(Grand Rapids location is just as nice)

Walked into no one at the front desk, finally after a fifteen minute wait and after the phone just happen to ring someone magically appeared to finally wait on the line that had formed! Place was dirty trash cans over full. Not sure if anyone even cleans this place. However staff was nice and my test was quick.

Drove an hour and a half for a drug and TB for my job, shady looking place first of all. They were only able to do drug testing since the phlebotomists were in the hospital and I was told to come back next week. Called 3 times to make sure they had someone available and no one answered. I drive an hour and a half there to find out TB testing is only done on M,T,W, and F. Thank you for wasting my gas, you know, some people are tight on money. I would’ve gone to another place if this wasn’t the only available option my job offers.

This was the worst blood draw experience in my life.They said I had no veins in either of my arms. Historically Ive always been told I have good veins, very easy to find.They then tried to draw my blood through my hand. They put the needle in, then after a few minutes said this vein doesnt seem to have any blood in it.They then said they couldnt draw my blood due to lack of veins and lack of blood and to come back another day.There were 2 other individuals that were in the waiting room with me that had the same scenario. One of the two was coming back from the day prior, when they had been poked all over their arm area and now had bruising all over their arms.Dont go here. I dont believe they have qualified staff.

I am a very hard poke when I say hard I mean hard was a nervous wreck when she said she had to draw blood for my tb test the girl got me with one poke I was amazed she was wonderful and so nice and professional wish she can draw my blood all the time

Easy quick experience

Got there at 4:40 PM for random drug test , lady at front desk named Olivia ,told me my boss said its too late for drug test. By the law they cant turn down random drug test till they close. They even gave me directions over the phone where to park my semi truck 2 min begor my arrival .Really bad business.

The staff was friendly and professional, but the pricing is way out of control. It was 5x more expensive here for a 10 panel then it is any where else.
