Dr. Yeh and the kingwood wonderful staff thank you all. Words cant describe the gratitude that me and my family have for you all. Thank you for being patient for caring. After a good 12 years I can finally hear and see a heartbeat 💓. I gave you all my trust when I was ready to give up and you all didnt let me down. To Yadira for being kind and always amazing with answering every question I had. Tonna was amazing at that as well and made my last appointment for my husband, daughter and I such a special one. Demi Campbell and the others at Aspire in Kingwood have been extremely difficult and cold when difficulties with insurance arose during the very beginning of our journey at this facility. They refuse to contact insurance companies on your behalf to resolve issues with prior authorization. They have been absolutely zero help and have actually made our fertility treatment more difficult by the way they treat us as a nuisance. We are just patients that need help; yet they are not in the business of providing customer care. Stay away.

I can’t begin to express how grateful I am to be a part of the Aspire community. Dr Sabouni and Tonna as well as the rest of her team have been amazing and has guided us every step of the way even through the tough moments. Today was our turn to graduate to our OB and it was such a bittersweet feeling, I will be forever thankful for Dr. Sabouni and her team.

The Aspire Kingwood practice provided me with the best experience I’ve ever had in any kind of medical care setting (this is not an exaggeration). Yadira and the rest of the team stays in constant communication with you, making sure you’re always up-to-date and informed, and patiently listening to and addressing all your questions. Although I didn’t need to use IVF or IUI, I first came to Aspire after having a pregnancy loss and not receiving answers from multiple OBGYNs over several years about my irregular cycles. Dr. Yeh empathetically answered all my questions, assured me that my concerns were valid, and put me on the right meds to optimize my fertility after some basic preconception testing. Even though Dr. Yeh has a very impressive educational and research background and is a renowned expert in the field, he is super down-to-earth and easy to talk to without making you feel rushed in any way. I went through another miscarriage while under the care of Aspire Kingwood, and underwent medical management through their Piney Point surgical center. The care and compassion I received during and after the miscarriage made a very difficult situation significantly easier for me. I achieved pregnancy again and have since transitioned to regular OB care, but I already miss the excellent care I received at Aspire Kingwood.

Thank you Dr Sabouni and the entire staff at Aspire in Kingwood. Knowledgeable and well informed on the latest research to assist us in making the best choices for our family.

As if it’s not enough that we are struggling to get pregnant we had to deal with horrible customer service! April you should not be working in a place like this! You are extremely rude!!!! I do NOT recommend this place to anyone! The most awful customer service! They get an attitude when asking to show proof that they sent confirmation for an appointment. They have no shame taking your money but do not confirm appointments. Again as if it’s not enough that we are trying to find answers you people act the way yall do! Now let’s see if we even hear back from a manager which I’d be shocked if we did! I worked in the medical field a long time and know anytime anything is sent to a patient there’s always proof!

I (and my immediate and extended family) owe this place so much. Only after one consultation and 20 years of not ovulating, I was able to conceive naturally. Even though I had not required any real fertility treatments they still agreed to see me through my first 11 weeks. I was going to the Kingwood location: the staff and doctor were kind, polite and empathetic. Appointments were easy to schedule, very helpful during emergencies and the office was always easy to contact over the phone as well. Could not recommend this place more and wish they could see me until the end :)…special thanks to Dr. Sabouni and Amber

I have been to a few clinics during my fertility journey and this one is by far my favorite. I live in Baytown and the long drive to Kingwood is totally worth it! Never a long wait and never had issues with billing. The nurses here are amazing and thorough with their communications, which is very important and relieving. Nurses Yadira and Amber are heaven sent and have made this roller coaster journey a little easier! 🤍

I have never felt so comfortable in this type of doctors office, I was already feeling very nervous and unease. But this Aspire location made me feel so welcomed and confident in picking them. I can not wait to see what they can do for me and my husbands and like she said This year is MY year

During my consultation appointment Dr. Sabouni is personable, listened to my concerns and helped ease my anxiety. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I look forward to this fertility journey with Dr. Sabouni and her team.

Dr. Yeh and his staff have been amazing and so helpful from the minute we first walked in the door. We have been greeted with a smile and had every question answered quickly and very thoroughly. Every time we go in, we are made to feel like we are their most important patient. Dr. Yeh is always compassionate, gracious, respectful, and very professional. They have made our IVF journey so much easier, and one of joy! We definitely will recommend this office to ANY and ALL of our friends without hesitation. I saw Dr. Yeh and his team in Kingwood, TX. Yadira and Amber were excellent; always there with a smile and and always answered all my emails extremely fast. I never had to wait more than 10 min for my appointment. Dr. Yeh was awesome; always explained everything very rationally. After 3 IUIs, we tried IVF and now were pregnant with twins!

We have been very satisfied with our experience from our first appointment. Dr. Yeh and staff always explained each process to us very well and always kept us informed. The nurses always kept me updated with instructions and responded to any questions very quickly.

I dont know where to start....Dr. Yeh has been amazing from the start. I was a little uneasy about seeing a male doctor. I had never had a male doctor. He was so patient and his bed side manner is AMAZING!! My husband and I were very new to this and we had A LOT of questions in the beginning. He always answered them and never acted like we were bothering him. Yadira is also AMAZING. She responds so quickly to my emails and was always there to help with anything we needed. The whole office staff at the Kingwood location was AWESOME!! I am excited to say that we are 2 appts away from graduating to our OB. I really wish I could have this team the whole time during my pregnancy and delivery. I am sooooo sad to be leaving them. Thanks again for everything you all have done for us!

Dr.Sabouni made me and my wife feel so comfortable. She’s so nice and direct and we appreciate it so much. Everyone in the office was super nice and helpful. We are so excited for our journey.

Dr. Yeh & staff always make us feel right at home. Exploring options, needs/desires, & everyone is always so friendly & kind. I didnt like how we were treated here. After the initial consultations and a battery of tests, they immediately pushed us to do IVF. We told the team from day one that we were not interested in IVF for financial and religious reasons. I understand that statistically you are more likely to achieve success with IVF, but that was not an option we were able to go with. They really pushed us toward that anyway. They were dismissive of our religious beliefs for not wanting IVF. In fact, the doctor rolled their eyes when we brought it up. It was also suggested that we find different jobs that had insurance that would pay for the procedure. We felt that was a red flag that they only see dollar signs, not patients. It really felt like we were dealing with a car salesman trying to get us to buy the most expensive package. Over time, I spoke to other couples who visited this office, and they had the exact same experience. I highly recommend a second opinion somewhere else.

Dr. Yeh sat in our consult for a good 10 minutes, and answered all my questions. However, when I expressed my chief complaint he ordered $4,500 worth of testing that was beyond the scope of what I wanted done. The nursing (medical assistant and ultrasonographer) staff did not ask which test I preferred between a $3,000 and $900 when the doctor said either would do. They automatically scheduled me for the more invasive, expensive one requiring an anesthesiologist, general anesthesia, and a surgeon. They did not listen to my concerns, talked down to me, and became so difficult to communicate with I ultimately found a different provider.

I have been trying to schedule an appointment for the past 4 months since getting my referral and I get nothing but passed around on the phone and told I should be receiving a call back within 1-2 hours. I’ve probably called over 20 times at all different times of the working day over the course of 4 months and absolutely nothing. I don’t know if they’re just disorganized or what’s going on but good luck to anyone trying to reach the Houston offices on the phone.

I have been to two other fertility specialist and neither have given me the options doctor Yeh has. He is very thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. Highly recommend, if there were more stars I would give them.

The staff has been wonderful throughout our entire journey. Always attentive and answering every question we had. Dr. Yeh gave us want we wished for so that makes him an angel. Dr. Yeh is very knowledgeable and so thorough when explaining our situation. Dr. Yeh knows how to talk to his concerned patients with great patience and understanding.

Very friendly staff, made me feel really comfortable and they provide alot of details on what you may need as well as partner you up with a financial advisor. The Dr was also very sweet and funny!

First consultation with $100 co-pay could have been a free phone call or we could have been told to schedule the appointment during your cycle for blood draw. Overall, standard diagnostic plans were given. No specifics to our case, no blood drawn, no financial advisor available. Doctor drew a picture, gave us a sperm bank pamphlet , and told us to call when my cycle has started to draw blood for another appointment that will also require a $100 copayment. Very disappointed and unsatisfied. The doctor did share how they should be closed and does not know why their office is open.

Dr. Yeh and the whole staff are so nice, encouraging, and helpful! After having 4 miscarriages, Dr. Yeh successfully helped me to stay pregnant!! I’m so grateful for him and his staff!!! -Kendra Rogers

They closed before 12 o’clock for lunch, I arrived 10mins before 12 and they were close. Ridiculous

The office is great, all of the staff is actually wonderful and so welcoming & helpful. The only issue is getting a hold of them. There is one phone number for all locations & unless you know the extension for your location, you will never get a hold of them. I had to reach out through Facebook and days later someone finally responded.

Dr. Yeh was my primary physician but a couple times I saw other doctors as well. Every physician and nurse, even the front desk staff, were so kind and compassionate. I would highly recommend HFI to anyone seeking fertility care!

The staff is all very friendly, and considerate of the emotional challenges infertility can bring. My appointments were always on schedule and never had more than a 5 minute wait.

Dr. Clapp is fantastic. Kind, knowledgeable and listens to your concerns and questions. I’ve been with her for a year and every interaction has been helpful and positive.

My wife and Is experience at HFI was not individualized, but instead a copy/paste method of IVF treatment. We were told we had a 70% chance of conception. After the first round failed, round two was attempted in the exact same fashion without any adjustments. When round two failed, we were told Well we can try again if you want. They seem to do the same treatment for everyone over and over again with a 70% chance of success each time. If you want to roll the dice on a 70% chance, use HFI. If youre in the unfortunate 30% the first one or two times, keep rolling and maybe youll get lucky. We were offered no further testing, no further ideas, no possible explanation as to why the procedures werent working. All we received was an I dont know. Upon deciding to instead go to a much more experienced doctor at Texas Childrens Womens Fertility, HFI informed us it would cost $500 for us to take possession of OUR embryos that are OUR property to transfer them to our new, more qualified, doctor. This stipulation was not laid out in any paperwork signed before hand. So the choice was to either continue using their services, lose the embryos, or pay them $500 that they referred to as an administrative and transfer preparation fee. Right. Our embryos were basically held hostage for $500 by a facility as a last attempt to squeeze some more money out of us before we take our business and our future baby elsewhere. At TCH Womens were receiving individualized care and testing the likes of which we did not even know could or should be used to help ensure the highest potential of success. If youre feeling lucky and want to roll the dice, use HFI. If you want a doctor that cares about more than just a copy/paste approach and dollars in his pocket, choose the individualized care of TCH Womens. #hostageeggs

Dr. Yeh and his team are just amazing. We have had 2 successful IVF babies, one on the way, with them! Thank you for making us parents!

We were told the only way to have a baby was to do IVF through this Fertility clinic due to my wife having severe PCOS... another fertility clinic later and no costly IVF needed, we were able to have our first Daughter.Always get a second look because it could change your life.

Dr. Yeh and the staff at the kingwood office are amazing. They answered all ny questions no matter how crazy, and made sure we were well informed before choosing a treatment process. Highly recommend this clinic!

Dr. Bello was wonderful. I highly recommend HFI! The staff and doctors are very knowledgeable and considerate as healthcare providers. They were very informative and up front with all of the information and plan of care as well.

The egg donor coordinator doesnt explain much the details. I think she doesnt know how to explain. We tried to ask what is the next steps, but we are getting different answers. There was no clear pathway.
