Memorial Hermann-GoHealth Urgent Care

Went to this urgent care because I was feeling very badly and they are close to my home. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile. Check in was simple and quick. I was a walk in and still my wait time was very short. This was my 3rd time being seen at this Urgent Care location and each visit was great. Everyone was nice and sweet. The NP Jenny was very attentive and made me feel like she cared. I high Recommend them.

Best place for a quick visit ! They are very informative, lab in house, and a soon xray machine and tech. I am supposed to have a primary care Doctor but they that better care of me than most physicians I have had in the past. Clean, fast, and convenient!

The front desk staff and NP was great. They were very personable, quick and efficient. The place was clean and welcoming .

Fast, clean, caring, conscientious, very professional, high quality care. Thought I had a bad cold, but they did a Covid test & it was positive. Got Rx for Paxlovid & recovered in a week.

I was very impressed that they were able to see me same-day at a time that worked for me. Staff was friendly, place was clean and inviting. If I ever need immediate care again, I will certainly use Memorial Hermann Urgent Care.

This place is so Perfect! The staff is so kind, it’s SUPER SUPER CLEAN! We had a great visit. They were attentive and took great care of us. Definitely will be back and I recommend

My husband got stung by a wasp and had a major allergic reaction. We had about a 5 minute wait, just long enough to get the paperwork completed. Nurse took his vitals and medical info and the practitioner came in shortly after and got him started with antibiotics and a steroid shot. All very efficient and quick.

If you have kids to be seen this is not the place for you. The care is fine but it takes forever to be seen. There is no point in checking in online because it doesn’t make the process any faster. The only put one patient in a room at a time despite having four rooms? There are much better places. They are quick to take your money though. The sole reason is because the nurse has no support staff. I cannot understand why they don’t have a receptionist or something to help her. It’s so not cool to not support your nurses.

This place is compassionate, educated, and client oriented. Clean, and well versed employees. I have come here for COVID testing to scrapes and bruises and this place always show kindness and professionalism.

This is my second visit to this facility and each time the employees have professional and courteous and caring. I trust this place quicker than I would the “urgent care” places that are sprouting up everywhere.

Be wary. Doctor was unable to provide any medication, testing, X-rays for abdominal pain. Basically paid my co-pay and insurance billed for blood pressure checkup. Symptoms were not treated at all. Waste of my time and money! Frustrating 😖😡

Not good service, went in on Saturday and the dr in charge had horrible bed side manners. Didnt care to provide basic information. Said she can’t she can give me anything for my symptoms, but no empathy whatsoever paid $300 for nothing

Today i visited this location and was seen by NP- Jenny Leblanc. Leblanc and the rest of the staff were extremely nice and caring. I felt very taken care of and listened to. I will definitely visit this office again when I need urgent care.

Staff are friendly, facility is clean, my complaint is that they do not accept insurance for preventive shots like the flu shot or for annual TB tests, so have to pay out of pocket

I was extremely happy with how easy it was for me to book an appointment online for my daughter, and how fast we were seen! It was very nice and clean and the lady at the front desk was so sweet and kind and the Nurse Practitioner was soooo nice and sweet and funny and had a great personality! She addressed my daughters needs and prescribed the medication she needed to get well and it was ready at my Pharmacy with in 30min. They were GREAT! I highly recommend this facility. I’d give them 10 stars if I could! Thank you ladies so much!

I had a great experience at this location. Scheduling my appointment was easy. The young lady at front desk was friendly and professional when I checked in showing me where to sign in, have a seat, and someone will get to you shortly. I dont think I waited 5 minutes.The doctor listen patiently and carefully to my concerns and diagnosed and gave treatment plan and to contact my primary doctor. Thank you for the care I received.

From check in to nurse & NP care, they were amazing. I was in before my appt and was greeted by friendly staff that show love for their job and patients. Very happy with care received, will return to MH when needed.

This facility it’s more for small stuffs, they don’t have CT scan, ultrasound or any equipment that you need if you want them to check something internally. I went to this urgent care since I thought it was associated with memorial hermann. They couldn’t even pull up my insurance card, their wifi service it’s horrible. And until you don’t show any insurance they won’t take you in. I was trying to get service for like 20 minutes and no one offered any type of help. Or try to find the insurance manually. They sent my children to get a CT scan or ultrasound and the provider told me she was going to call the place I was heading too, and they never did. When I arrived at the place I told her I was going to arrive I explained to them, and they told me no one had call. Bad experience in here, definitely would not recommend if you are having a emergency.

Had a follow up visit because I was treated incorrectly the first time and they charged for me for the follow up visit to administer the right medicine. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this urgent care unless you have money to blow while they figure it out.

Every time i have been there. I felt like the provider listened and I got good care. But. Please. Please. Change the waiting room chairs. These are the most uncomfortable waiting room chairs in ANY waiting room I have ever been in. It is miserable to feel bad and have to wait on a chair not meant for humans. Ive been in a lot of Memorial Hermann waiting rooms and never thought about the seating. Thats the way it should be. The seats in this one are horrible. Any buyer or designer should sit in the chair they are buying for an hour before making a decision to force it on sick people.

My husband visited this morning and had an absolutely amazing experience. The staff was friendly and compassionate; they made him comfortable and addressed his concerns quickly. Paula listened with the intent to learn not order a bunch of tests. The facility is spacious and clean. Stop here before you visit an ER!!!

I visited the Kingwood location.Everyone was super friendly, only waited a few minutes.Dr was exceptional, listened to my problems. Gave me appropriate meds.Doing much better now.Thank youR. Mendiola

I was warmly welcomed immediately and seen within 5 minutes by very considerate & professional staff of Memorial Hermann Urgent Care!Memorial Hermann professionals took vitals, performed tests & then THOROUGHLY EXPLAINED the what, how & care of treatments.In 6 decades I have never been treated & informed so well on this physical ailment!This Memorial Hermann Urgent Care exceeded all expectations & needs! I am so grateful that we have this clinic nearby. It is clean and well appointed. The medical assistant DiShauna and NP Heather were kind, thorough and efficient.. Thank you Memorial Hermann for your great staff and facility.

Do not come to this place if you can avoid it. My partner has a pretty bad laceration, and weve had to wait 2 hours before getting it sutured. I even work at Memorial Hermann and usually love their facilities, which is why I we chose to come here. Ricardo, the physician assistant, numbed him, walked out of the room for 40 minutes, and then came back in and said ok, your numb, and left to get supplies. He came back 45 minutes later and started the suturing after the numbness was wearing off, and my partner was in pain. The person at the front desk was great, but DO NOT let Ricardo take care of you. He also caused us to miss a funeral because he took so long. Were still here, actually, and Im livid.

Was very good. I had j. Labanc an she was very through. Ask questions an prescribed a medication for my covid that did not interact with my other meds. Highly recommend her.

I was seen right away by the nurse practitioner. The service was friendly. They prescribed me what I needed and my prescription was ready within 1/2 hour at my pharmacy. Very good service.

Minimal wait time. Knowledgeable medical staff; the physician on call listen to what I had to say. Would definitely recommend when youre not feeling well.

Paid $50 co-pay just so they can give my son ibuprofen and tell me I have to take him to emergency room. Waste of time and money. I will never go to a urgent care again!

No help at all, went in to have an inflamed elbow looked at, got a steroid shot, which did not help at all, called back two days later, only to be instructed to go to Hospital ER, again, No help at all, !!!!

The provider was very rude. I didn’t appreciate how she talked to me and then at the end she hung up on me before we were finished talking. Won’t be using them again.
